Update on Hardwired Internet Connection Attempts

OIG Hotline investigators, we are still attempting to establish a hardwired connection to the internet.  My husband's efforts to wire a new modem/router for this purpose today did not succeed -- only resulting in the renaming of our Wifi network and the re-setting of our Wifi password.

I assume that our new sign-in information will have been immediately appropriated by FBI affiliates.  

When I re-connected my MacBook Pro to our Wifi this afternoon, I was immediately asked by Google for my passwords to lanevh1@gmail.com, lanevonherzen@gmail.com, and lanevonherzen1@gmail.com.

While I need to log into lanevonherzen@gmail.com in order to access this blog, I am not sending any emails from this account.  Further, I am not logging in to lanevonherzen1@gmail.com, the email associated with my Facebook account, which remains inactive.  Nor am I logging into lanevh1@gmail.com.  

Yet, it appears that FBI affiliates may be actively engaged in online identity impersonation by accessing these accounts.

I continue to receive threats that FBI affiliates are unlawfully applying for home loans and car loans in my name, though I do not have any corroborating information to suggest that this has taken place.

I will continue to update this blog with my ongoing endeavor to establish a hardwired connection to the internet, which will allow us to avoid Wifi use altogether.

My family's internet usage continues to be entirely lawful and honorable, and I continue to document my own online access in detail at my email lanemacwilliams@gmail.com.

Documentation of a Family Excursion

This is to document that my husband is currently at Crystal Springs Golf Course's driving range with both of our sons.

Reclaiming the Memory of an American Hero

This morning, I would like to express my gratitude for the life of a young man named Ian Fishback.

Mr. Fishback, a West Point graduate, who served as a Major in U. S. Army, Special Forces, worked with then-Senator Joseph R. Biden and Senator John McCain to end extensive violations of the Geneva Convention toward civilians detained by U.S. forces in Iraq.  The U.S. military had classified detainees in Iraq not as prisoners, which would have protected them from certain harms related to torture, but rather as "persons under control."

As a whistleblower, Major Fishback sought to close that loophole.

The price he paid for that act of conscience was exceptionally high.

It is not clear whether Major Fishback ever learned about his likely classification as a "target of interest," and it appears that C.J. Chivers knows little to nothing about the "target of interest" protocol.  But Major Fishback was brilliant enough to put many of the pieces together prior to his suffering a brain injury which he believed to be caused by harmful exposures to EMF radiation.

His death, by an injected overdose of medication within a Hometown Pharmacy outlet, arranged by a caregiving facility called Cornerstone, is now under investigation by the State of Michigan's Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.

Following his death, his family was shocked that the coroner's report characterized him posthumously as having a mental illness with which he had never been diagnosed during his lifetime.

I stand in favor of remembering Major Fishback as an American hero, who, as Ted Kennedy once said of another American hero, "saw wrong and tried to right it .... saw war and tried to stop it."

Major Fishback was a man of honor, of conscience, of courage, of brilliance, of leadership.

President Biden saw that when he first sought to listen to Ian Fishback's concerns as a Senator in 2005.

Major Fishback's subsequent brain injury, illness, and death were a direct result of his efforts to protect the defenseless in Iraq, not a side note.

Today, I simply wish to pay tribute to this young man's courage in defending the human rights of the vulnerable as an American of conscience and integrity.

President Joseph R. Biden recognized that courage when he helped to advance Major Fishback's concerns in Washington, D.C.  eighteen years ago.

It would be gratifying to me if, in the future, our American heroes were treated with the honor and respect President Biden, with his characteristic wisdom, extended to this gifted young man.

To Major Fishback:  you have my respect, my gratitude, my recognition of the magnitude of your sacrifice, and my ready defense of your memory.

Mr. Apple, I appreciate your response to my questions to Camille Leung regarding MROSD Project (County File: PLN2022-00333).

I noted that the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors' notes regarding the justification for the transfer of $272,711 out of Santa Clara County are inconsistent with Ms. Leung's explanation for the motivation of the transfer of those monies to San Mateo County.

Who is the contact person within Santa Clara County who is serving as the lead regarding the redirection of the $272,711 to a project outside of Santa Clara County, please?

Mr. Apple, will you please share with me your basic biographical information?  I would like to know your educational background, including your degrees, dates on which you earned your degrees, and the specific institutions from which you graduated, please.  Beyond this, I am interested in the documentation of your thesis work.  Further, please share with me your contributions to conferences, professional associations and environmental journals.

Long Walk to Freedom

OIG Hotline, please be informed that I have resumed reading Nelson Mandela's autobiography,  Long Walk to Freedom, aloud to my son each day.

Obviously, Mr. Mandela's experience, language, opinions, choices, and affiliations were his own and no one else's.

My stalker has suggested that certain language within this narrative continues to be co-opted by far right FBI personnel as evidence of "radicalism," "Communism," "socialism," criminality or an approval of violence.

I harbor none of these views.

I am simply reading a book about an extraordinary man who believed in civil liberties and human rights for all South Africans.

My own beliefs support civil discourse and peaceful engagement as necessary principles in the nurturing and sustenance of our democracy.

Free speech, the open exchange of ideas, the right to peaceful assembly, the freedom to access literature such as Long Walk to Freedom without being mischaracterized -- these are freedoms I hope that we, as Americans, will reclaim.

During Nelson Mandela's decades of imprisonment on Robben Island, he read extensively -- a freedom of the mind which no doubt fostered his ongoing intellectual and spiritual evolution, and spared him from the bitterness which might otherwise have consumed him.

Hopefully, when we, as Americans, read books, we do so in the same spirit that Nelson Mandela read so extensively:  in a search for insight, perspective, growth, and wisdom.

He was no doubt edified by that process.  Perhaps we might find ourselves ennobled as well.

If I were in your position, I would have many questions concerning possible attempts by far right FBI personnel to interfere with municipal planning within San Mateo County.

The implications of County personnel accepting compensation from Infragard in return for following agency directives are far-reaching.

You should be aware that I do not believe it will be possible for me to file an appeal of PLN2022-00333 should you elect to approve it.

Rather, I am asking you to withhold approval of this project until the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice is able to fully characterize FBI malfeasance in this matter.

The protection of lives and property within San Mateo County from the plans of corrupt federal law enforcement officials in this instance falls to you -- not the Board of Supervisors, the Governor, or policy makers at the national level.

Part of being a San Mateo County public servant is recognizing the important of your protective role for San Mateo County residents.

Far right factions of the FBI may not care if their affiliates destroy the property and home of an FBI whistleblower and her neighbors through the arson and wildfire that have been extensively threatened in connection with this project.  But the residents of San Mateo County do care.

I urge you to take the principled stance and withhold approval of PLN2022-00333.

Re: Pituitary MRI

Dr. Ballon, it appears that the radiology report for Graham's February 18, 2023 MRI exam may have been compromised.  Certain aspects of the documentation appear to have been falsified, and it is not immediately possible to ascertain the extent of those falsifications.

I believe that this matter will be investigated thoroughly, but in the meantime, I am focused on obtaining an objective MRI for Graham -- one that will assist us in determining his diagnosis and in establishing an appropriate treatment plan.

Are you able to write an order for a pituitary MRI without contrast that we can extend to medical facilities outside of Stanford, please?

It will be important for us to have flexibility in determining the provider of this study.
