The Needs of a Nation: Wisdom, Insight and Preparation

 1.  You attempted to place your Will in a safety deposit box at Chase Bank in Los Altos on Friday, along with querying five other banks.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

2.  What happened, may I ask?

Answer:  I learned that Chase Bank is closing all of its safety deposit boxes for all American consumers across the United States.

3.  All safety deposit boxes are being closed by the largest bank in the United States for all Americans with banking needs?

Answer:  Yes, that is what I was told.

4.  Were you given any explanation for this extraordinary step?

Answer:  Chase Bank can no longer guarantee the security of its safety deposit boxes for Americans.

5.  Was Chase Bank able to refer you to any bank that could effectively guarantee the security of safety deposit box contents?

Answer:  No, it was not.

6.  Why not?

Answer:  I came away with the strong impression that Chase Bank is the first financial institution of many to effect these closures, and that other banks will soon follow.

7.  For what reason?

Answer:  The logical conclusion is that safety deposit boxes depend upon the promise of the financial institution that the boxes are not being inappropriately invaded by third parties.  Once the customer and the bank lose that surety, the model can no longer function.

8.  Who would be invading Americans' safety deposit boxes as unwelcome third parties?

Answer:  Who, indeed?  Who would have enough information to know the contents of the boxes, the insurance of the contents, the health of those possessing title to the boxes, etc.?  That's a lot of information to aggregate, and there are only a few institutions that could have gathered that documentation over time.

9.  Would the FBI have the information?

Answer:  It would, yes.

10.  You have said previously that the FBI has taken control of U.S. banks in a manner that is of significant concern to you.

Answer:  Yes.  We have seen a wholesale change in the privacy policies of the banks, in the wire security guarantees of the banks, and now in the safety deposit box policies of the banks.  So, I'm sure that Jamie Dimond and others have quite a story to tell.

11.  Are we at a point where Americans will be keeping their valuables under their mattresses, as we saw during the Great Depression?

Answer:  Not quite.  But the banks are signaling a separation from the interests of the American consumer and saver, and this information is highly important for the public to understand.

The United States is over-indebted in U.S. dollar-denominated obligations, and our government will at some point seek to pay off those debts in dramatically devalued currency.

So we are going to see dramatic inflation over the next several years, and together with that, we are going to see instability in many financial markets and investment structures, including U.S. banks.

12.  What should the American consumer do at this point?

Answer:  American citizens need to diversify any savings they might possess by considering investments that do well during periods of high inflation.  Certain commodities will hold value.  And we know the President himself is supporting cryptocurrencies, so everyone needs to pay attention to that messaging, however they might independently choose to respond to it.

13.  You're saying that inflation is no accident this time around, but rather intentional government policy?

Answer:  That is exactly so.

14.  There will be a financial crisis that is planned in detail?

Answer:  There will, yes.

15.  You have asked to see records relating to your case within the DOJ, but you have also been told that those records are at risk of being altered.

Answer:  It's best for me to see records directly at this time without anticipating their contents.  The FBI has disclosed to me the amount of awards extended in my name and identity, so I am expecting to see documentation that demonstrates fealty to those numbers.

16.  There should be full disclosure to you?

Answer:  Yes, there should be.

17.  You don't necessarily believe that all aspects of your case can be rendered public.  Is that fair to say?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  Not all aspects of this case can be rendered public at this time, due to complexities regarding various governmental initiatives.  That said, there should be full disclosure to me regarding my own case, its adjudication, its awards, its detailed timeline to date.

18.  In the meantime, you are wandering around while maintaining possession of your own Will, due to the fact that it could disappear from other locations that have traditionally been regarded as "secure."

Answer:  Well, this is the reason I have published the Will online.  My circumstances do not allow for the usual privacy measures regarding estate documentation.  I have made clear to my sons and my husband that I hope to update my Will with the assistance of an attorney.  But the latest draft of my Will, a holographic document that is properly prepared and executed in keeping with the laws of California, is dated December 11, 2025.

So right now, I look forward to direct engagement with an attorney who will obtain documents from the DOJ which convey full disclosure of this case to me up to the current date.

19.  With full disclosure, will you consider that a confidential dialogue with your attorney has commenced?

Answer:  I expect a confidential dialogue with my attorney from the very beginning, which is to say that I expect to have attorney/client privilege upheld, and I expect that my attorney will represent my interests over and above those of other parties, despite what may be remarkable influence extended by others.

It really will not work for members of the FBI to be sabotaging my communications with my attorney by perpetrating the usual slander and defamation that is the specialty of people like Txx Lxxxx.  If this is allowed, the consequences for the perpetrators will be quite severe.

20.  Who will prevent that slander from being repeated?

Answer:  We will see.  I don't think it is reasonable to expect the FBI to suddenly grow a conscience regarding the agency's wrongdoing in this matter.  Txx Lxxxx is not a person who will be experiencing remorse, shame, regret or doubt about his crimes against my family.  To the contrary, in the past he has demonstrated an unusual proclivity for aggression at the precise moment he should be apologizing.  So, restraint is not within this person's toolbox.  Is it possible that the DOJ could effectively cut off his communications with those attorneys who may assist me in the future?  I think it is, and I think this step would be wise for everyone involved.

21.  What about the threats of FBI affiliates to harm your whole family if you persist in your right to see the details of your case with full disclosure?

Answer:  Of course, it's likely that Txx Lxxxx would like to see his career worries vanish through an act of violence.  But I think he may be prevented from proceeding down that path, given the contents of my Will dated December 11, 2025.

22.  You have expressed deep concern for the preservation of Americans' human rights in the long term.

Answer:  That is correct.  I have.  And the reason for this is that we cannot allow the agencies to perpetrate human trafficking, falsified law enforcement reporting, and sovereignty violations -- all of these standing separate and apart from their mission and objectives -- if we hope that human rights will endure within the United States and among our allies over the long term.  These activities have been hugely profitable for the FBI and its affiliates.  But they are indelibly and irresponsibly wrong, and they will condemn all of us to a nation that is diminished beyond all recognition if we fail to counter them.

23.  What do the American people need in their leadership in the long term?

Answer:  In the long term, they will need the truth if their freedom is to be preserved in any meaningful form.  That means that ultimately, someone will need to possess the courage to express to the public what our greatest challenges are and how we can solve them together.  We have not yet begun that renewed alliance between governance and the governed, but this is the necessity on which all of our hopes as a nation rely.

24.  Will we recognize the inflection points that will allow that renewed alliance to be formed?

Answer:  This is a critical question, because those inflection points will not last long.  We need to be ready for them by regarding the future with great wisdom, insight and preparation.

25.  Do you feel that that preparation can commence at this time?

Answer:  It must begin at this time, yes.  The government is striving for consensus among its central leadership team regarding short term objectives, but regarding the longer term, more dialogue will be needed.

26.  And not necessarily public dialogue at this moment?

Answer:  No.  Not necessarily.

27.  Will you please update us regarding your family members' health, your pets' health, your own health, as you are able?

Answer:  Of course, and I am grateful for your concern for us.

8.  Were some of the forms provided to you wrongfully alleging that you made your own decisions in fulfilling the express directives of your handlers, Txx Lxxxx, and his associates?

9.  Did some of the forms provided to you wrongfully allege that you were abused by one or both of your parents during your childhood?

9.  Has your handler ever told you that the United States is currently experiencing a civil war, perpetrated by the FBI and its affiliates?  How recently has he done so?

10.  Have you ever been told by your handler, FBI personnel, or FBI affiliates that you could be ordered to participate in a public shooting or public violence against your will?  How recently were you told this?

11.  Have you ever been told by your handler, FBI personnel, or FBI affiliates that your suicide would constitute a "patriotic act"?

23.  Have you ever been told by your handler or his affiliates that, after the provision of knowingly false witness statements about your family, or after the commission of harm against your family, you will be killed in order to ensure your silence regarding the torture you have experienced at the hands of the FBI and others?

24.  Have you been informed that the FBI's South Bay Chief of Station has been charged with crimes against your family for his role in initiating knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, and resultant physical harm, against your family members and yourself?

25.  If this individual is persisting in attempting to wrongfully blame your family members for his own crimes, what disciplinary actions should he now face?

26.  How can the U.S. Department of Justice best support you as you attempt to inform your parents of the full extent of torture you have suffered at the hands of the FBI and it affiliates?

My Return to the Country I Love

 OIG Hotline, please be apprised that I returned to the United States at 11:59 PM on December 7, 2025.  

In order to arrive at my home in Portola Valley early this morning, I drove in two twelve hour segments, staying overnight in Lake Oswego at the Hilton Garden Inn.

I drove primarily at night in order to travel more quickly, with fewer stops.  My puppies were able to sleep at night during our travel, and the trip was easier on them with this schedule.

I filled up the car with gas in California, close to Shasta Lake, last night.  My attempt to refill my car was denied twice at one gas station and once at another.  (The fourth try worked.)  One pump listed on the viewscreen, "Please wait while we determine your security status," or something quite similar.  I have never seen such a statement before, though I have once -- during the last two weeks -- been denied the ability to refill my car through yet another non-functioning pump that was listed as being in full working order.

I need to observe that, for a woman alone to be refused gas for her car in the middle of a rural area at night represents a serious safety risk.

There were two cars at the Shasta gas station last night, one of which was a white van whose driver approached me when the other vehicle left.  The driver stated, apropo of nothing, that I looked "lost" and "out of place" before asking whether I needed assistance.

I told him "No.  I'm fine."

His assertions seemed plainly scripted, consistent with an intention to falsely report that I was in distress in some manner.

The real risk was, ironically, caused by the stranger approaching me at the behest of Txx Lxxxx' FBI cohort in the middle of the night.

Today, I unloaded my car of my suitcases and belongings only to have two gardeners immediately appear at 55 Vista Verde Way, raking leaves that were not in urgent need of disposal.

Meanwhile, two women, allegedly Jehovah's Witnesses, spoke together at the top of my driveway for at least twenty minutes, doing nothing.

Eventually, they descended my driveway, at which point I courteously explained that I was just returning from six months of travel and was unable to speak with them.

They appeared to seek permission to return, but I will not be conversing with these individuals for two reasons.  First, Jehovah's Witnesses have a history of being extremely intolerant of Americans with other faiths, and I feel this stance is unconstitutional.  Second, I do not believe it is appropriate for any people of faith to be paid to file false witness statements about others.

For your full information, I left Canada to return to the United States at this time, because there appeared to be the placement of a child's belonging within my hotel suite without my knowledge or consent, a circumstance I immediately reported to hotel management and one I consider to be particularly indefensible for its possible implications regarding knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.

In addition, demands for false witness statements from hotel staff and guests appeared to be escalating.

Having said that, I am profoundly grateful to Canada for its welcome over the past six months.  Many Canadians approached this case with the highest ethics, and I appreciate their honor, their integrity and their commitment in doing so.

Canada, as close ally of the United States, shares our interest in ensuring that the long term human rights of their people are honored and upheld in every regard.

This is to confirm that all of my conduct while traveling, as at all other times, was lawful and honorable, reflecting the highest character and integrity, as always.

This is also to confirm that my puppies did not interact with others during our travel, except perhaps to bark from the back seat during a drive-through at McDonald's, or while parked at a rest stop.

I was able to clean up after them thoroughly within our hotel room in Lake Oswego, and our room was left in clean and serviceable condition, without damage.

I have no means of verifying whether the FBI initiated a fake 911 call from my room during our stay, but this allegation was extended to me.  To verify, I made no 911 call, nor did I send any messages or texts indicating distress or a need for emergency services.

One man at a rest stop appeared to attempt to approach us with his Dachsund, but because the rest stop was relatively dark, with poor lighting, I guided my dogs back to our car immediately.

During rest stops, I called my husband in order to enhance our safety and security, speaking to him throughout our time in public.

Because I elected not to leave my dogs alone during our trip, due to the fact that my car has been broken into previously with my dogs inside, a Burger King server brought our meal to my car when it was ready.

All went smoothly in this instance, as one would expect.

I will close this account by expressing that it was with a sense of joy and celebration that I re-entered the United States.

The border official seemed to indicate that all was in order regarding my file, even though a work permit had been mailed to me from Canadian immigration without my having applied for one.

Allegedly, the FBI was attempting to cause harm to me on the basis of this documentation, because those with a work permit are required to demonstrate a successful job application within a limited time period.  Without this, a violent immigration raid apparently becomes possible.  I doubt that this work permit was legal, because I had never applied for it.  But it could have occasioned physical harm to me, nonetheless.

Why did I return to the United States with a sense of celebration and homecoming?  Because this country, committed to its freedom, fiercely independent, insistent on its good faith, supportive of  Constitutional rights, still stands as a beacon of human potential worldwide, one that must not be diminished.

Americans know that our long term liberty can only be preserved if the long term liberty of our families, our neighbors, our communities, is preserved alongside our own.

I stand by our future, and I am here to help make it.

A Dispatch from the Front Lines of the FBI's False Information

 1.  It has been suggested to you that there has been approval of yet another plan by the CIA to cause a mass-casualty event or even a localized explosion at your hotel, and following this, to attempt to blame it on you or another innocent person.  May I have your thoughts, please?

Answer:  There has been an allegation that the FBI and its affiliates have been in communication with the hotel's insurance company, yes, as well as that the hotel is due for a major renovation in the near future.  So the CIA is apparently quite active at the hotel at this time.

My response to the suggestion that this plan has been approved?  Russia appears to be exerting inappropriate influence over the United States government at this time, and is directing others to act in a manner that is counter to the interests of the sovereignty of the United States.

2.  It is further alleged that a harmful chemical was disseminated in your hotel suite last night.  Do you know what it was?

Answer:  I woke up with a terrible headache, so the allegation may reflect a tangible harm, to be sure.  Usually, the FBI and its affiliates are working with noxious pesticides that cause DNA damage, and this represents a long list.  Most of these chemicals are banned from being used in intentional exposures, and we've signed onto all of those treaties internationally.  So, for the United States to be directing such a dissemination in Canada represents a stark violation of international law.

3.  What about the suggestion that Txx Lxxxx of the FBI is now attempting to blame your deceased father for the crimes he himself directed at your Cape Cod property.

Answer:  My father was a tremendously honorable person, kind to everyone, deeply courteous, concerned with the human rights of all.  He worked for the U.N. at one point in his illustrious career, and he had close scientific collaboration with renowned scientists from all over the world.  On his last day on this Earth, scientists were calling me from all over the world to tearfully extend goodbyes -- Japan, France, on and on.  My father was a noble, dignified, brilliant, and gifted person, who never hurt anyone.

The truth of his virtue needs to be upheld.

4.  What option does Txx Lxxxx have if he cannot blame your family members for the crimes he himself directed, including extensive sovereignty violations of your two sons?

Answer:  He needs to tell the truth about what he did, both to me and to the DOJ.  If the DOJ elects to forgive his appalling predations in this case, that is the DOJ's prerogative.  But outreach to me is required on an immediate basis, because Txx Lxxxx is still attempting to exculpate himself by engaging in knowingly false reporting concerning me here in Canada.

5.  What was the latest incident regarding his attempts in this regard?

Answer:  Yesterday, I found a child's broken hair band on the floor of my hotel suite.  I immediately reported it to the hotel and the OIG Hotline, but what if I had happened not to find this item?  I could easily have missed it, because my puppies have all kinds of chew toys on the floor.  One can only imagine the lies that could have accompanied the placement of this item within my hotel room.  A detail as small as this can immediately place my life at risk all because Txx Lxxxx has chosen not to disclose the truth of his conduct in this case.  That's wrong.  It was wrong yesterday, it's wrong today, and it will be wrong tomorrow.  This man needs to confess before he causes any further harm to innocents, including my family.

6.  Can the DoD stop demanding false witness statements from both of your sons, intended to falsely report on their childhoods?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  Those orders must be withdrawn on an urgent basis.  And the corresponding health harms to both of my sons and MX, intended to coerce them, should be reversed right away.

7.  If you can provide your completed Trust to the OIG Hotline, will this have the effect of mitigating the threats to your lives you are currently experiencing?

Answer:  This may take me several days, but yes, I would certainly hope so.

8.  In the meantime, how are you going to address the threat of egregious harm to you and your dogs at the hotel?

Answer:  This remains to be seen, but I will be reporting actively about our circumstances.

9.  Who has the greatest ability to withdraw these threats to your physical safety at this time?

Answer:  I think President Trump and Vice President Vance have the ability to communicate to Pete Hegseth that the safety of my entire family should immediately be restored.

10.  You are currently staying at the Westin in Whistler, B.C.?

Answer:  Yes, I am.

11.  Please keep us up-to-date on your safety and security status, given these extraordinary circumstances.

Answer:  Thank you for your concern.  I will certainly do so.

Protecting the Sovereignty Interests of Our Nation

 OIG Hotline, I am working on a Trust into which settlements and awards extended in my name and/or connected to my identity through the OIG Hotline and U.S. DOJ are to be placed on an immediate basis.

I do not believe that a foundation is possible in this instance because of the fact that I am advocating for long term policy changes that may result -- and in fact already have resulted -- in the initiative or establishment of new government rules, regulations, legislation and/or Constitutional amendments.

Because there seems to be a focused effort on the part of Txx Lxxxx and his FBI cohort at this time to falsely accuse me of wrongdoing, bias, espionage, terrorism, human trafficking, predation, abuse and/or capital crimes, all with the apparent intention of wrongfully taking my life for the purpose of profiteering from accounts connected to my name and/or identity within the U.S. DOJ, I ask that my accounts be maintained as locked and inaccessible to invasion by all comers until such time as the funds can be appropriately protected within the Trust created for this purpose.

This process should not take longer than several days, certainly.

In the meantime, I should not be receiving threats that my younger son was forcibly overdosed with Fentanyl recently, that he was given a stroke by Txx Lxxxx, that Txx Lxxxx is encouraging his suicide in the name of "patriotism," that there are further efforts to cause damage to his cognition and memory through Dxx deployment during night or day, that he is being threatened with staged car or plane "accident," or that he has been forced by the DoD to sign false witness statements alleging a "captive" of some kind, held within our home during his childhood.  

(What kind of disordered mind comes up with these horrors?  Has Txx Lxxxx perpetrated these atrocities?  Have his friends?  What kind of human being would be imagining these scenarios?)

I should not be prevented by Txx Lxxxx from speaking to my younger son to ascertain his state of health.  

I should not be receiving threats that my older son was asked to meet with an attorney today to attest to a parallel set of falsehoods to those forcibly required of his younger brother.

I should not be receiving threats that one of my sons could be directed by his handler to perpetrate a "public shooting," to meet with a train "accident," to fall off a roof, that my family members could be paralyzed, further brain damaged, kidnapped, maimed, or any other horror the FBI cares to extend.

I should be assured that President Trump, Vice President Vance, and Secretary Pete Hegseth care enough about this nation to protect my family members, my pets and myself from any further harm whatsoever.

Until those promises and directly and honorably extended, I appreciate your efforts to assist me in my ongoing advocacy for the long term sovereignty of our nation and our people by protecting all funds awarded to my name and/or identity connected to this case.
