My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Seeking a Safe Thanksgiving: A Worthy Request for the Family of an Honorable Whistleblower

OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to be asserting the facts alleged in the following dialogue.  Again, I regret that I do not have the means of assessing the credibility of these allegations.  (Please see my disclaimer at the conclusion of this post.) However, the fact that some members of the FBI appear to be endeavoring to protect my life by providing this information is significant in my view, as it seems to demonstrate that the agency believes there is a plan of unlawful entrapment and falsified evidence toward my family members or myself that has been authorized by President Biden.  I'm not exactly sure how an honorable family can prevent a corrupt Commander in Chief from further victimizing the family of an FBI whistleblower, or from victimizing the whistleblower herself.  My only defense, it seems, is to convey the FBI's apparent allegations.  So, this is what I am attempting to do in the dialogue that follows.

If these allegations do have a basis in fact, I would respectfully request that this documentation be utilized to extend a Statement of Appeal to the Supreme Court.

My family deserves safety on Thanksgiving, a joyful reunion, renewed trust, and a reaffirmation of our love for one another  -- not deception, defamation, false evidence, a wrongful law enforcement raid, and yet further physical harm.

Accordingly, I respectfully request the resubmission of my Request for Injunctive Relief Re: Prohibiting Assaults on Personal Sovereignty as Violations of Constitutional Protections Against Search and Seizure, Part #37, November 26, 2024, Confidential, updated to November 27, 2024 this morning within an email sent to your Office in lanemacwilliams@gmail.com at 6:38 AM.

If the following allegations are true, this merely underscores the need for the Supreme Court's urgent support of this petition for injunctive relief.  The answer to a complaint of systemic falsified law enforcement reporting should not be a warrant based on false evidence.  The answer should be the truth.

That's what I'm speaking, and that's what I'm asking for.

I believe President Biden owes the truth of this matter to the American public, and I believe everyone with knowledge of this case is honorably bound to engage in full disclosure to the public as well.

In appreciation for your advocacy as we approach this Thanksgiving Day,

Lane MacWilliams

*****************************************************************************

1.  The FBI has appeared to allege to you that one or both of your sons, and possibly MX, have been asked to wear a wire at your Thanksgiving gathering tomorrow.  Is that correct?

Answer:  This appears to be the assertion, yes.

2.  What exactly does the "wearing of a wire" signify?

Answer:  It signifies that a judge issued a warrant allowing for real-time monitoring of conversation by law enforcement.  There has to be a very high suspicion of criminal activity, ordinarily, in order for such a warrant to be issued.

3.  Could the audio from a "wire" recording be falsified?

Answer:  Well, absolutely, it could.  And if the "targeted individual" did not have separate documentation of her own, this would be a substantive risk.  Even with objective evidence of a lawful conversation, it's a risk.

4.  Why do you say that?

Answer:  It all depends on what corrupt members of law enforcement feel they can get away with.  In this case, if they felt a whistleblower could be harmed prior to the emergence of objective evidence, then they might attempt a raid based on an AI-generated audio recording.  Given the President's apparent intention to use a wrongful indictment to further harm my family, the circumstance certainly feels like one with high risk potential regarding false reporting.

5.  What are the other threats that have been extended to you?

Answer:  There are apparent threats that my younger son and MX have been directed to place a dangerous radiation source on our property, even before entering our household.

6.  How can you prevent that?

Answer:  You know, once again, it's really best if the judicial permission for such an act be revoked.

7.  May I ask about other threats?

Answer:  There are apparent threats of a spilled Diet Coke or a spilled wine or water glass at the Thanksgiving table or elsewhere in our home.

8.  What does that signify?

Answer:  It's probably connected to the dissemination of a nerve agent of some kind -- something that in contact with the skin could cause fatality.

9.  Do those chemical agents exist?

Answer:  Well, we know about Novichuk due to Aleksei Navalny.  So, yes, clearly they do.

10.  And the idea is that one of your sons or MX would add Novichuk or some other deadly agent to their own drink and then spill it directly on you or your husband?

Answer:  Yes, that appears to be the assertion.

11.  And there is no antidote to such an exposure, presumably.

Answer:  There likely is an antidote, but not one that corrupt authorities would be sharing with us in a timely manner.

12.  May I ask about other threats?

Answer:  There is a seeming threat of methane or another toxin being added to my husband's water glass or my own.  There is a threat of contamination of some type of baked goods brought to our home by MX.  There is an apparent threat of false reporting on a trip to the bathroom, to involve the collection of strands of hair that have already been provided to our guest(s) and do not originate here.  There is an apparent threat of false reporting connected to supposed prescriptions found within the bathroom.  There is a seeming threat of nxxxxxx deployment somewhere in our home.  There is an apparent threat of an ixxxxx vector being left within our bathroom or elsewhere within or on our property. And there is a seeming repeated mention of deer prion disease or other serious disease as the intended conveyance.  In addition, there is an apparent threat of a report of a glimpsed passport and/or suitcase, as if my husband and/or I are preparing to flee the country.

13.  That's quite a list.

Answer:  Indeed.

14.  Is there any threat of false reporting connected to your husband's travel to xxxxx and xxxxxx next month?

Answer: Extensive threats about these trips, yes.  The FBI appears to allege that the CIA is far down the path in its plans of creating and submitting false evidence pertaining to both of these trips.

15.  The FBI appears to allege that your sons and MX are receiving threats of withheld medical care, with specific mention of insufficiently treated addiction and lymphoma on the part of your youngest son, extensive sexual harassment threats toward MX as well as claims of insufficiently treated breast cancer regarding her, and threats of wrongful arrest toward your older son, together with threats of insufficiently treated colorectal cancer regarding him.  To top it off,  there are death threats being extended toward all of them -- and all of this coercion appears to be intended to extract from them false statement after false statement pertaining to their childhoods and/or more recent time spent with your family, with Yellowstone repeatedly cited.

What are your thoughts about these allegations?

Answer:  It's hard to know where to begin.  This administration has allegedly caused such extensive harm to my loved ones and myself, the assertions are difficult to fathom.  I love these three people, and I know they would never cause gratuitous harm to my husband or myself unless they had suffered torture and felt that their lives were currently under threat.

14.  Can President Biden be shamed into providing appropriate high-level medical care for all of them, given that his authorizations are responsible for any and all of the diseases they may have?

Answer:  That's a reasonable question, and I think it deserves a reasonable answer from the White House directly.

15.  Can the false witness statements coerced from all of them be withdrawn?

Answer:  Again, President Biden needs to decide if he wants to continue on a criminal course, or if he will allow my loved ones to withdraw false witness statements.

16.  Is there an intent on the part of the White House and others to utilize an unjustified law enforcement raid to confiscate your documents?

Answer:  The FBI continues to suggest that this is a top priority for the President and the agency, both.  So, yes, I think this is a central objective of all of these schemes of false reporting against my family and myself.

17.  In order to return safety to your Thanksgiving gathering, is it possible for the Supreme Court to order that permissions for all the Thanksgiving Day harms described above, in addition to any others, be revoked?

Answer:  I would certainly hope so.

18.  Can the Supreme Court insist that the highest ethics be applied to every aspect of your case?

Answer:  I believe that the Supreme Court can.  I do think it would help the Court a great deal if the proceedings were open, not concealed.  Because everybody can come under heightened pressure from a fearful President when there is inappropriate secrecy pertaining to the fact that a case even exists.  And this is the reason for Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, which I believe the Supreme Court has upheld.

19.  Isn't there a necessity to ensure that this outreach to you actually now occurs?

Answer:  I believe there is, which is probably the reason for these aggressive attempts to harm our family in the short term.

20.  Will you please keep us updated with regard to your Thanksgiving tomorrow?

Answer:  I absolutely will.

Lane MacWilliams

P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time.  I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation.  Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms.  As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
