My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

1.  The FBI appears to be stating that President Biden has decided to persist in directing falsified law enforcement reporting against you and your family in the hope that the three-letter agencies can take your lives prior to President Trump taking office on January 20, 2024.  Is that correct?

Answer:  You know, I have no way of assessing the accuracy of the information.  But the content appears to be present.

2.  Doesn't the FBI also suggest that President Biden is pursuing this course in defiance of the Vice President's wishes?

Answer:  The FBI has appeared to state that the Vice President would choose a different course, yes.

3.  What about Congress?  Where does Congress stand?

Answer:  I believe Republicans as a whole and some Democrats are standing in my defense and that of my family.

4.  Not all Democrats?

Answer:  The FBI appears to state that a portion of Democrats within Congress have engaged in misconduct regarding this case, the details of which I don't know.  So those individuals, according to the FBI, do not want to be caught.

5.  Has your life been under threat the entire time?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  And so have my family members' lives.

6.  Is it still under threat now?

Answer:  Likely more than ever.

7.  The FBI is threatening that the President has approved of a non-conventional vector intended to convey to you and/or a member of your family a chxxxxx virus, which is half xxxxxx and half xxxxx, and, allegedly always fatal.

Answer:  Yes, I have received that apparent information, and it's very upsetting.

8.  It would be upsetting to anyone, and certainly represents a fundamental violation of your human rights.

Answer:  Yes, it does.  Without question.

9.  And the FBI appears also to be claiming to further extend torture and death threats to your sons, as well as bribes, dictating yet further false witness statements from them at the directive of President Biden.  Is that so?

Answer:  Yes, the agency appears to be suggesting that the DoD continues to demand false witness statements from both of my sons in return for their struggling through yet one more day.  No one appears able to insist that this alleged corrupt directive from the Executive Branch be halted.

10.  Can the Supreme Court counter corrupt directives from a sitting President?

Answer:  I would think that they could do so, yes, by ordering a Stay against falsified law enforcement reporting, as well as an Injunctive Order that prohibits the Executive Branch from authorizing lies -- as well as harms based on those lies --  in a case the High Court is actively adjudicating.

11.  Have these Orders been extended by the Supreme Court as of yet?

Answer:  If they haven't, I hope they can be requested by my representation on an urgent basis.

12.  The FBI has also suggested that you could be subject to a law enforcement raid based on knowingly false reporting at any time.  Is that so?

Answer:  It is.  And the other line of attack that the FBI suggests has been discussed is that of a "natural disaster," as I have described previously.

13.  This would consist of an alleged earthquake, actually caused by explosives,  a geologic eruption, caused by the same, a sinkhole or landslide, also caused by "the dig" close to your house, allegedly authorized by the President with the intent of causing you grievous harm, some kind of "meteor fall" actually caused by a drone strike, a wildfire, actually ordered by the President to be perpetrated by the Hotshots, a house fire, actually caused by the FBI's lighting of magnesium sticks in the interior spaces of your home.  And in the realm of unnatural disasters, the FBI suggests that a gas explosion continues to be discussed as an option the President has authorized.  Does all of this comport with FBI allegations?

Answer:  Yes, it does.

14.  May I ask how this makes you feel?

Answer:  You know, it's extremely saddening to be confronted with a President who is so corrupt as to have purportedly committed crimes against the whole nation in what the FBI appears to allege constitutes the "defrauding of the U.S. government, conspiracy against rights, election fraud and forgery."

15.  Do you feel he should just admit what he's done?

Answer:  I do.  It certainly would be better than this daily torture my family is experiencing because the Commander in Chief appears to be panicked about the potential of his crimes being publicly exposed.  He should just acknowledge his actions, whatever they are, and apologize to the American people, and my family foremost among them.

16.  Could President Trump hold President Biden to account?

Answer:  I believe that President Trump and the Republican-controlled Congress could hold him to account, yes.

17.  It has been suggested that President Biden's staff has attempted to hide certain records of Supreme Court proceedings, in addition to instructing investigators to hide awards extended under your name.

Answer:  I know the FBI has suggested this.  I just have to have faith that there are good people within the FBI who know exactly how much was awarded and when, and who know all of the Supreme Court's rulings and when they occurred -- and who will insist that President Trump and the Republican Congress have access to all of this original documentation.

18.  How much has the FBI suggested has been awarded in your name by President Biden?

Answer:  Over six and a half trillion dollars.

19.  And how much has the President allegedly absconded with?

Answer:  I have no idea.  But again, if crimes were committed in this realm, then I'm sure the FBI knows all the details.  And I have to hope that they will present them to President Trump if they have not done so already.

20.  You have asked repeatedly for the upholding of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, which requires that attorneys advancing a class action reach out to you with direct communication.  Will you be receiving that outreach during President Biden's presidency?

Answer:  I have not seen any sign that President Biden respects the Supreme Court's Injunctive Order requiring this outreach.  In fact, if he has continued to authorize falsified reporting about my family members and myself, he is demonstrating contempt for the High Court, and this has happened over and over again, reportedly.

21.  How do you feel right now?

Answer:  Exhausted.  Tortured.  Harmed.  Targeted by an unjust President.  Fearful for my family.

22.  How many days is it until President Trump takes Office?

Answer:  Fifty-seven.

23.  Are you counting down the days?

Answer:  Every single one.

24.  Because you believe that President Trump might side with the American people when it comes to this case.

Answer:  Yes, I do.

25.  This remains your hope.

Answer:  Oh, yes.  Yes, it does.

26.  Can you survive the next fifty-seven days?  Can your family survive?

Answer:  I don't know.  The FBI was allegedly quite upset about the exposure of the manner in which they have infiltrated Americans' houses of religious worship.

27.  The Supreme Court sided with you on this matter?

Answer:  I cannot imagine otherwise.  The FBI appeared to convey that the Supreme Court's condemnation of the FBI's actions in this particular matter was unanimous.

28.  Will that translate into freedom from FBI intrusion into religious communities within the United States?

Answer:  If it did, I would feel extremely gratified.  That would truly be an occasion for joyful celebration.

29.  Yet, you remain isolated from that news because of a corrupt President, according to the FBI itself.

Answer:  That's true.

30.  Are there other contributions you might make while you are waiting for the new Congress to begin session on January 3, 2025 and President Trump to take office on January 20, 2025?

Answer:  I am thinking about that question.  Clearly it would be highly preferable for me to have direct communication with my attorneys, but that connection is being blocked by President Biden, according to the FBI.

31.  So your civil rights are being intentionally violated by the President in this instance as well.

Answer:  According to the FBI, yes.  And I must say, the deprivation of direct contact with representation is a terrible, terrible crime.  Our Constitution grants everyone direct access to legal representation, even the guilty.  And as an innocent person, to be deprived of direct communication with legal advocacy really constitutes one of the worst crimes in this whole ordeal, in my view.

32.  Why?

Answer:  Because your personhood is taken from you when you are deprived of advocacy.  If someone in a position of such immense power as the President of the United States can order the execution of a virtuous whistleblower for his personal profit, he also needs to ensure that direct communication with advocates is strictly limited, or, in my case, prevented altogether.  And then, to hear a leader at this level speaking about his alleged support of democracy in public speeches -- this is just too much duplicity to bear.

33.  Do you believe that President Biden should be answerable to the American people for whatever crimes he has committed agains them in this case?

Answer:  You know, I believe that President Trump and the Republican-led Congress will be deciding this matter of accountability.  I try not to believe assertions that I could remain without direct contact in the coming session, because I feel that this is likely to be disinformation -- and I also find it too terrible to consider.  I saw a news segment in which Senator Manchin said that Republicans intended to hold others accountable, and I have to say that it brought me hope.

34.  Speaking of hope, what are your greatest hopes in this situation?

Answer:  I only weigh 110 pounds right now, at 5'10" tall, because of the President's alleged crimes against my health.  So, I hope I can survive and help my family to survive.  After that, I hope I can make a difference for others.  If I have helped America's houses of worship to regain their sovereignty, that would please me immensely,  I would like to help others as well, if possible.  I'm not a lawyer, and I have been deprived of consultation with my lawyers -- but I would like to help as many people as I can to be free from predation from the unconstitutional "target of interest" program.

35.  In that process, you are holding hope in President Trump and in the new session of a Republican-led Congress to insist on ethical engagement and direct dialogue regarding your case.  Is that right?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  I want them to know I am counting on them.  And I want them to know the American people are counting on them, too, with regard to this case.

36.  Thank you for sharing your thoughts at this challenging time.

Answer:  You're quite welcome.

Lane MacWilliams

P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time.  I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation.  Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms.  As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
