My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

White Out

UPDATE: OIG HOTLINE, the FBI appears now to assert that a member of the Supreme Court may have overturned a previous decision on the part of the Court that disallowed immunity for President Biden given evidence of his plan, together with Tom Lyons and one other person, to take the lives of my family members and myself for their personal profit.

I do not believe that Presidential immunity should be granted for an elected Commander in Chief who elects to commit first-degree murder of an honorable whistleblower (and her family) who is attempting to protect the civil liberties and human rights of other law-abiding Americans.

I believe the Supreme Court should hold to its original ruling on this issue.

If whistleblowers are to be defamed and killed, and to have the same fate befall their family members, there will never be those who stand up in defense of the rights of the public.

This simply will not happen in the future, and the public will be bound to a totalitarian system of rule in perpetuity as a result.

So, I believe the Supreme Court needs to think carefully about this decision in ruling for an America that will value honesty, integrity and engagement from the citizenry and, when leaders actively decide to harm the public, accountability before the electorate as a whole.

Please appeal any decision granting immunity for plans that would harm the nation for our President's personal enrichment.  No virtuous future can emerge from such a ruling, and, if such a decision was made, my family members' lives and my own have only been further imperiled.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time.  I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or their affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of their manifestation.  Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms.  As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.

***********************************************************************************

1.  The FBI appears to be suggesting that it has removed documentation from the mail and is now using "white out" in order to redact reports due to you by Injunctive Order of the Supreme Court.  Is that correct?

Answer:  This appears to be the agency's assertion, yes.

2.  What are your thoughts about this?

Answer:  It's exceptionally difficult for the FBI to tell on itself.  The agency is accustomed to acting in a totalitarian manner, with no accountability whatsoever.  And given the FBI's control over the U.S. Postal Service, it's not realistic to think that the FBI will not make repeated and aggressive attempts to redact material now due to me by the Injunctive Order of the Supreme Court.

3.  And isn't the FBI suggesting that you should become silent over this whole issue, and further, that the agency will take the lives of your whole family and you yourself otherwise?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  Those threats are being extended on a daily basis, moment by moment.

4.  May I ask your response?

Answer:  My distinct impression is that the FBI has lost its argument before the Supreme Court.  The agency is now out of time with regard to providing materials due to me, according to its own assertions, and is now resorting to yet more aggressive threats and conduct to try to regain a modicum of control.

5.  May I ask for the details of a recent threat?

Answer:  Surely.  My family is planning to see the film Gladiator 2 together on Sunday, December 1, 2024, and watch a football game on television afterwards.  And already, the FBI appears to be describing the outing as a "trap" of some kind pertaining to knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.

6.  What kind of trap?

Answer:  I don't have that information.  It seems as though the agency was recently caught in a nefarious plan of harm connected to a football game my family members attended on November 17, 2024.  The FBI also referred to that outing as a "trap."  In general, it seems as though the FBI is endeavoring to falsely implicate my family members of either "espionage," "terroristic activity," or "capital crimes."

7.  Why are FBI personnel and affiliates focused on this particular assortment of lies about your family?

Answer:  It seems as though false evidence of crimes in these categories can result in a death sentence resulting from a concealed court proceeding.  And that's what the FBI appears to be after in this case.

8.  Is false evidence in these categories being authorized from the Executive Branch?

Answer:  It certainly appears as though there is authorization for ongoing false reporting at the highest possible level of our government, yes.

9.  For what reason?

Answer:  The FBI appears to assert that the White House has engaged in crimes of defrauding the U.S. government, election fraud, forgery, and a conspiracy against rights.  If these assertions are true, then that would present a pressing motivation for the White House to authorize extensive crimes of false reporting against my family members and myself.

10.  Have any of your family members, or you yourself, been wrongfully convicted of crimes of which you know nothing?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that this has happened, yes.  We don't know what those alleged crimes are, but we do know that the FBI alleges that AI-generated material has consisted of fake films, fake still photos, fake communications utilizing our IP addresses, fake location data, and also that the agency has alleged that witnesses have been coerced to file false statements wherever we go.

11. The FBI alleged that your older son was wrongfully convicted of some type of predatory crime.  Is that so?

Answer:  These allegations appear to have been made recently, yes.

12.  But in truth, isn't the White House afraid of the truth your older son might be capable of divulging surrounding the wrongful acts of this administration?

Answer:  I believe both of my sons and MX have caused fear in this regard.  I simply think that my older son is an individual who has demonstrated rather fierce resistance to the violence, coercion, threats, defamation, torture and false reporting that this administration has perpetrated against him and against our whole family.

13.  Your sons and MX have been forced, under threat of death, to supply many false witness statements to DoD personnel with the direct authorization of the White House.  Is that true?

Answer: The FBI appears to assert that it is.

14.  Does the President have immunity for his crimes including defrauding the U.S. government, committing election fraud, authorizing forgery, and participating in a conspiracy against rights?

Answer:  The FBI appears to assert that he does not.

15.  So whether he would be prosecuted for those crimes is dependent largely upon you and your family.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

16.  Is it accurate to say that the President appears to desire to silence all of you by taking your lives rather than to abide by the rulings of the Supreme Court in providing you with outreach from your legal advocacy, in addition to FOIA reports and investigative reports?

Answer:  Again, the FBI appears to make these allegations.

17.  So, when the FBI alleges that it has set a "trap" with regard to your family going out to the movie theater to see Gladiator 2 on Sunday, is the agency talking about a wrongful authorization to cause your family harm?

Answer:  Yes, I believe this is what the FBI is suggesting.

18.  Can't wrongful convictions of your family members or you yourself based on knowingly falsified evidence be appealed?

Answer:  They can be, and they must be, in my opinion.

19.  And when should that occur?

Answer:  Urgently and immediately.

20.  Will you please keep us up to date with regard to your family members' wellbeing and your own, in addition to information pertaining to whether you receive attorney outreach, together with unredacted FOIA materials and investigative reports?

Answer:  Certainly, I will.

Lane MacWilliams
