Claiming the Laudable and Worthy Path Forward

OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to be extending a series of serious threats to me this morning, and, unfortunately, I have no means of assessing the credibility of these threats nor the likelihood of their manifestation.

If I hold silent, and the threats are legitimate, my family and I will die.  If I speak, and the threats are legitimate, I may unknowingly violate confidentiality rules of the FBI and others about which I have never been informed, despite my repeated and respectful requests for information.

At issue is whether individual American citizens, questioning the malfeasance of the FBI, have the right to their lives in doing so, and whether in the future, they will ever have the right to their lives again.

In other words, is it a capital crime for an individual American citizen to observe that the FBI is endeavoring to commit capital crimes against one's own family or against oneself?

Is it a capital crime for an individual American citizen, having observed astonishing wrongdoing on the part of the FBI, to extend a Freedom of Information Act request and insist that it be duly fulfilled?

Is it a capital crime for an individual American to voice the importance of the sovereignty of her children, or to ask that they not be raped by the FBI's dictate, or to request that they not be trafficked by the FBI's design, or to suggest that they not be tortured in the FBI's coercion of false witness statements about her family?

Is it a capital crime for an individual American to assert her human rights against a predatory FBI, and will it always be a capital crime for her to do so?

Is the Declaration of Independence, in which the individual American's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness is taken as a self-evident truth, still representative of the ethos of our nation, still emblematic of its fierce spirit of benevolence and self-determination and freedom, all at once?

This is the question I now seek to answer, and this is the question I ask President Trump, Vice President Vance, the U.S. Congress, the OIG Hotline and the Supreme Court to help me clarify.

I appreciate the ethics of all who step forward at this time to insist that the individual American still possesses freedom of speech in the absence of her government's honorable and forthright communication asking for her confidentiality.

If the freedom of our words matters,  and it does, if the freedom of our opinions matter, and it does, if the uniqueness of our accomplishments matters, and it does, if the sovereignty of our souls matter, and it does, then the questions I am here asking of our honorable leaders matter very profoundly, indeed.

I hope they will now choose to stand with me in initiating discussions to address the most laudable and worthy path forward.

Threats to the MacWilliams family on the morning of March 8, 2025 include but are not limited to the following:

• An apparent allegation that our pets have been targeted with a viral vector that can cause severe brain injury, heart attack or stroke through zoonotic transmission within a few days, weeks or months.

I regret that I do not possess the ability to assess the credibility of this claim, the existence of this technology, or the likelihood of manifestation.  Certainly, if this assertion is legitimate, I hope this documentation will prompt the immediate reversal of any such deployment.

No one in my family should be experiencing any kind of cognitive impairment, physical pain, ill health, functional deficits or demise.

• An apparent allegation that the tires on one or more of our family vehicles are now damaged to cause blowout, and further, that our cars are subject to spontaneous, remote-controlled airbag deployment, with the intent of causing loss of control of the vehicle.

Once again, I have no means of assessing the likelihood of this sabotage, or even whether the FBI possesses the ability to deploy airbags remotely.

• Apparent threats of the ongoing human trafficking of my children and MX by the FBI.

It seems these threats are designed to cause me the greatest distress a parent can face.  My children have indeed been trafficked by the FBI, and further, the agency appears to be trafficking America's children as well, a circumstance no leader can find acceptable for our worthy nation.

• Apparent threats from the FBI that my sons' sovereignty has been violated to such egregious degree that they can now be wrongfully directed to cause harm to themselves or others and not have the independent ability to decline such an order.

I am not here disclosing the means of these sovereignty violations, but I will say that these claims of the violations of the human rights of my family members appear legitimate, in my observation.  Accordingly, I ask that our leaders immediately step forward to return my family members' full sovereignty to them, with no further incursions into their sovereign decision-making capability.

• Apparent threats from the FBI of wrongfully claiming fraud or conspiracy because I am documenting threats to my family members' lives that have appeared on my cell phone this morning or previously.

To clarify for everyone, my cell phone has been hacked, as has my computer, against my will and without my consent.  That may be a conspiracy, but it's not mine.

If the FBI suggests that a false witness statement has been documented by someone in my acquaintance, I may document the truth of my honorable interactions with others for the OIG Hotline.

But the preservation of my good name is not an act of conspiracy.  It is an act of survival.

If I had not set the record straight for the OIG Hotline with regard to my respectful and virtuous interactions with others, I would long since have perished from the judgments connected to false accusations which I have not had the privilege of examining or refuting in detail.

Whatever hints FBI personnel have extended to me regarding false witness statements of others may be viewed as "leaks" by some within the government.

From my perspective, they have simply represented the actions of men and women who have hoped I might preserve my own life in order, in the longterm,  to help abolish a system of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting within our nation that will inevitably result in the loss of sovereignty for all.

Yes, there have been some employees of the FBI and the DOJ who have appeared to help me to survive a system of false reporting which has been in every measure designed to steal my life.

Perhaps they acted because they thought I might have the strength to defend American's long term freedom of speech, freedom of thought, freedom of assembly, right to privacy, right to own private property, and freedom of the press.

Have I benefited from those who have attempted to defend my life?

I am alive.

But financially, the target of interest program has impoverished my family and myself, ruined our properties, stolen our sovereignty, isolated our family and friends, threatened our lives daily with knowingly false criminal allegations. and defamed us to all.

That's not a conspiracy on my part, good people.  I think that's clear to see.

It seems to me that there are some leaders within our government who want to help ensure that the worthiness of our nation will survive our current travails.

I have not spoken with them, corresponded with them, or met with them.  But I'm glad they're present.  That's not fraud.  That's gratitude that I'm alive to write these words.  There is a difference.

Because of worthy leaders, our longterm freedoms have a chance to endure, but only if we now respect the rulings of the Supreme Court in my favor.

For the sake of our sovereignty, I ask us all to join together in upholding the Highest Court's decision to provide me with FOIA and investigative reports pertaining to my case.

I appreciate the integrity and ethics of all who commit to do so.

OIG Hotline, the following email was copied to lead counsel for San Mateo County, Attorney David Silberman.

Attorney Silberman is allegedly out of the office until next Wednesday at FBI directive, given that he has expressed discomfort with the latest plans of harm the FBI has expressed toward my family members and myself.  It is, of course, possible that this absence is feigned in order to avoid Attorney Silberman's liability concerns.

OIG Hotline, everyone should be uncomfortable with further FBI plans of harm toward my family and myself, beginning with the FBI's alleged alteration of medication my older son is about to receive from Safeway Pharmacy at 525 in Menlo Park at 3:00 PM this afternoon.

My email below delineates the best course of action at this time, and I simply must observe that this is what leadership looks like.

Those who feel paralyzed by conflicting regulations, rulings, or priorities can simply post this email on their bulletin boards and they will know what to do next.

Let's make some tangible progress now, please, using our substantive talents to do so.

Thank you very much for your support, and the support of all others, in conveying to the FBI, the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office, and all of their affiliates, that harm will no longer be tolerated in this case, and that reason, honor and integrity must now prevail.

Why the True Story of the USA Gymnasts Was Never Told: How the FBI's Corrupt System of Background Checks Wrongfully Justified the Molestation of America's Children

 OIG Hotline, America as a whole was incensed over the FBI's conduct toward the USA gymnasts.  Two FBI agents, Jay Abbot and Michael Langeman, falsified the witness statements of many USA gymnasts who had been abused by Dr. Larry Nassar, mischaracterizing these young victims as unstable, unreliable, and "making no logical sense."

Why did they do that?  Why was the investigation into Larry Nassar suppressed for seventeen months?  What was the FBI perpetrating in this case and what was the agency's real intent?  Why weren't the FBI agents involved immediately fired and charged?  Why was justice so inadequate to the scope and seriousness of this crime by FBI personnel?

In a word, background checks.

Some of the critical elements that never reached the public view during Larry Nassar's trial involved the fact that Dr. Nassar was an FBI "informant" who was knowingly allowing his abuse of his victims to be filmed, and with the FBI's full awareness and participation, under the national "background checks" program.

Presumably, although this is difficult for honorable people to imagine, there is a market for films of innocent children and young women being molested by an abuser in the guise of a trusted physician.  The FBI understands this market and is ready and willing to exploit it, apparently, and at the cost of the innocence and good faith of America's most hopeful and talented youth.  The FBI was, in every sense of the term, trafficking the USA gymnasts in ways they could not imagine and still have not grasped.

Was the FBI selling films of the USA gymnasts' molestation on the dark web?  How was it distributing them?  Who received those films and who sent them?  These are questions to which we need answers, even today.

When the USA gymnasts sued the FBI for a partial list of the agency's crimes against them, the FBI quickly offered them one billion dollars never to mention the matter publicly again.

I would hope the lawyer for the USA gymnasts did not allow related but undiscovered crimes of the agency to be swept up into that agreement.  Because the FBI maintains separate and equally stunning liability for having filmed the molestation of these girls and young women with the false justification that they were "unstable" and "required surveillance."

Once again, our nation is confronting an agency which is raping and trafficking our most promising children, just as it has raped and trafficked my own.

So, I must ask, is there any circumstance under which this is acceptable to the American public?  Is there any condition under which the American people are prepared to accept such conduct from this failed institution?

I think not.

Has anyone ever wondered why Larry Nassar always wore such a sad sack expression when he was filmed in court?  He looked like he had been betrayed, didn't he?  He looked like he was the one who had been grievously wronged, didn't he?

Good people, the difficult truth is that the FBI aggregated the films of Larry Nassar's molestation of the USA gymnasts onto a hard drive, placed his name on the drive itself, and planted it within his curbside trash, where it was promptly picked up by an investigating authority with FBI guidance.

At that point, the FBI, fearing for its own reputation, had decided to disavow Larry Nassar, and so, agency personnel simply tossed the evidence curbside in order to neatly and conclusively seal his conviction.

That's why Larry Nassar looks like he has just swallowed a Basset Hound whenever we see him in photographs.

One minute he was working for his good friends within the FBI, child traffickers all.  And he was being paid for his membership in this concealed social club of predators, no less -- paid from the National Treasury for his work in conducting "background checks," if readers are not yet indignant enough by this point in the sordid tale.

The next minute, Larry Nassar was facing a lifetime of prison for his crimes against the innocent, all of which had been caught on film in a manner he was bound by his informant agreements not to disclose, except if asked in a court of law.

Good people, no one asked.

And what were the "background checks" focused on?  Friends and fellow Americans, the so-called "background checks" being conducted by child predator Larry Nassar for the FBI were focused on the destruction of the innocence of the USA gymnasts on film, which served the voyeuristic and sadistic interests of those within the FBI who believe that our  children's souls can be bought and sold, targeted, defamed, traded, molested, abused, raped, and trafficked at the contemptuous dictates of those FBI personnel who view the public with nothing but disdain, cynicism, and the mandate to exploit.

Is this conduct good enough for our worthy children, our worthy young people, our worthy nation, our worthy world?

Are we really satisfied with an FBI that insists on raping and trafficking the nation's future in the form of our most precious and meaningful gift -- our children?

Are we truly apathetic about the FBI's attempted concealment of its filming and exploitation of the rape and abuse of those who will inherit our nation's leadership in years to come?

Are we genuinely sanguine about the FBI's devouring for profit the innocence that sustains our hope, our faith, and our commitment to strive for the freedoms of generations to follow us?

No, no, no, and no.

Never in my lifetime, and never in yours.

The FBI should not be raping, abusing and trafficking America's youth.  Nor should it be filming that horror in a sadistic gratification of its prurient objectives.

Does anyone have the courage to suggest that Larry Nassar should be placed under oath and asked a long series of questions about his alleged hard drive and how it came to be discovered?  How about a long series of questions about his handler, the length of their acquaintanceship, and the distribution of those molestation films by FBI personnel and affiliates online?

Does anyone have the courage to contact the lawyer for the USA gymnasts and politely ask whether he knew any of these details during the trial of Larry Nassar, and if not, why the FBI felt it was the agency's right to conceal them?

Good people, I think the American people deserve to hear the full story with regard to the FBI's crimes toward the USA gymnasts, because this narrative represents the agency's intent to victimize all of our children in perpetuity.

Rise up, America.

It's time to let the FBI know what you think of its indefensible acts toward those we cherish most.  Without your judgement rendered loud and clear, the FBI does not intend to relent, to pause, or to apologize for these crimes.  Rather, it intends to expand upon them until no one is left unaffected.

I speak with righteous indignation, with justified anger, and with unyielding mettle when I say no more.

The FBI must now acknowledge its indefensible crimes toward all of us as Americans.

And the FBI must begin to apologize.

Requiring the FBI to Engage in Honorable Communication

 OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to suggest that attorneys are fighting for my life this morning in the face of FBI allegations that I have violated the agency's confidentiality regarding both its trafficking of America's youth for profit, and its willful violations of human sovereignty in the same population.

But the FBI has never communicated to me one word about its confidentiality requirements, despite my repeated requests that it do so, and despite the Supreme Court's own ruling that FOIA reports and investigative reports are due to me in their entirety.

Instead, the FBI has simply raped and trafficked my loved ones.

While I was in Washington, D.C. last week, making myself available to your Office for both courier delivery and direct communication with your investigators regarding the FBI's crimes against my family, the FBI was perpetrating the rape and trafficking of my oldest son.

I don't think that represents good faith engagement or lawful professionalism in any way, shape or form.  And I don't think the American people do either.

Some time ago, I wrote to the Supreme Court to explain that there are now two visions of humanity's future civilization, and that we ourselves are asked to choose between these divergent scenarios of human potential.

One prefigures human enslavement, the loss of all meaningful human sovereignty, the usurpation of free will on a permanent and irreversible basis.

And the other envisions the preservation of meaningful freedom.

To place this in context, I republish below my writing on President Trump's capacity to rescue the freedom of mankind for our nation and for humanity as a whole, written on the eve of his inauguration:

Our Greatest Human Potential:  Reflections on the Eve of the Inauguration

1.  What kind of threats is your younger son experiencing at this time, please?

Answer:  There is a reprise of previous threats, certainly.  But I believe that he is currently being safeguarded by those who wish to see him recover, together with my other family members.

2.  President Trump's inauguration is tomorrow.  What is your feeling about this all-important changing-of-the-guard?

Answer:  As I mentioned yesterday, I am extremely hopeful that it will signal a critical and timely shift in responsiveness to this issue, together with much needed improvement in my family's fundamental safety and well-being.

3. What are the opportunities for President Trump in addressing this issue?

Answer:  They are historic.  President Trump's determinations pertaining to the fundamental sovereignty of American citizens will have repercussions for all of human civilization for the foreseeable future.

4.  Is that hyperbole in any regard?

Answer:  No.  Decidedly not.  The choices President Trump will make pertaining to the right of the individual to make his or her own decisions will determine the future potential of human society as a whole.  That's not an exaggeration.  That's where we currently stand.  All of our greatest potential hinges on the question of whether we can defend human sovereignty from being usurped at this time.

5.  If we cannot defend critical aspects of our self-determination, what will happen?

Answer:  If we lose our right to individual sovereignty, we will see the majority of society, over time, become functionally enslaved.  The public will have one opinion, with no dissent -- one view of history, one view of education, one view of economics, one view of family life, one view of art, one view of other nations.  There simply will not be complexity or depth of analysis, opinions, challenges or achievements.  Instead we will express the approved thoughts of others -- and that is all.

6.  What would that mean for the human race as a species?

Answer:  It would mean -- should such a tragedy come to pass -- a great diminishment of human civilization.  Our most magnificent epiphanies, inventions, discoveries, artistic creations, insights, spirituality and transformational human bonds would be lost to us.  We simply would not be capable of the depth of feeling, thought, or originality required.

7.  What if President Trump can rescue human sovereignty at this inflection point?

Answer:  Well, as I said, this would be historic.  It's difficult to think of a greater contribution to mankind, frankly.  It would dwarf President Lincoln's emancipation of the slaves in its impact by thousands of times.  There is no precedent.

8.  Do you believe that President Trump has the determination to take such a stand?

Answer:  I do.  I believe in his courage.  I believe in his willingness to insist on the freedom of mankind.  I believe that he has both the insight and the force of will to change the course of human history for the better.

9.  In the face of these immense challenges to our freedoms, what will be the fate of falsified law enforcement reporting?  What will be the fate of the Constitution?

Answer:  It may take a little time to alter the current expansion of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.  But I hope that President Trump will decide to reject the undermining of society that its long term presence would manifest.  Every human interaction is predicated on an assumption of trust.  If I buy an apple at the grocery store, I am trusting that the grocer will not lie about me afterwards by saying that I bought a suspicious apple, or a poisoned apple, or a forbidden apple.  So even the smallest human interactions are diminished by knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting.  Ultimately, such lies destroy our worthiness within families, communities, neighborhoods, and the nation as a whole.  So, they cannot be allowed to predominate if we want to be a substantive and worthy country.

10.  And the Constitution itself?

Answer:  While our Constitution is hugely valuable in balancing the legislative, judicial, and executive branches of our government, it does not envision the problem that is presented by the intelligence agencies, which, with total aggregation of information about the law-abiding American public, have begun to function in the capacity of organized crime toward the other three branches of government and toward the American public itself.  So we have a profound imbalance of power that has resulted.

The national security apparatus has begun to act in a predatory capacity toward the legitimate powers of U.S. government, and there are concerns that it is involved in human trafficking, drug trafficking, extortion, bribery and violence against the healthy elements of society.  So, we have a tremendous problem within the counterintelligence divisions of the FBI and the CIA, and one that is rapidly expanding due to the harnessing of AI as a producer and aggregator of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting about all Americans.

So our Constitution needs substantive work to catch up to our current structural problems and to solve them.

It would be wonderful if the current Congress could begin to address changes to the Constitution so that it appropriately prevents the vast encroachments on our freedoms that we are currently experiencing.

11.  Does the Freedom of Information Act need to be strengthened?

Answer:  It does in my view, and, again, President Trump may have an opinion about the Freedom of Information Act becoming a Constitutional Amendment.  In and of itself, this would represent a tremendous achievement in ensuring that we do not slip into a dystopia controlled by the unelected.

12.  You have said that you will be watching President Trump's inauguration tomorrow with great expectation and enthusiasm.

Answer:  Yes, I will.  Our freedoms are being given a chance at a critical inflection point in human history due to the election of President Trump.  And I hope that Americans as a whole come to appreciate how critical his leadership will be for us and for the future freedoms of mankind.

13.  Would you hope to continue to illuminate what is at stake for us at this moment in history?

Answer:  Again, it is important to ensure that certain confidentiality requirements on the government's part are being upheld.  But within that framework, yes, of course, I want people to know how crucial President Trump is to the most meaningful and worthy realization of our nation's future.

Nelson Mandela wrote that "to be free is not merely to cast off one's chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others."

President Trump may be the leader who ensures that mankind can claim the dignity, the honor, and the worthiness of human sovereignty in perpetuity.  

That would represent an unprecedented legacy, transcendent of all other Presidential contributions, in my opinion.

Let's take the opportunity now to stand for a future, and its related present, which is worthy of our nation, worthy of our neighbors, worthy of our families, and worthy of ourselves.

Human sovereignty is not an "add on" to civilization that can be alternately abandoned or tacked on at will.

Freedom is, rather, foundational to the manner in which we pursue family health, education at every level, professional attainment, scientific discovery, artistic creation, spiritual epiphany, emotional maturity, the accrual of wisdom and the pursuit of peace.

So, I hope the Supreme Court will recognize freedom's requirements as paramount to our nation as it was founded, and necessary to our nation as it is envisioned in the future.

If the FBI has secrecy needs, it should express them to me through an attorney, as I have asked, not through advocating the agenda of first-degree murder it has pursued against my family from the outset.

Without this accountability, Americans will have already fallen into an irretrievable enslavement.  The only difference between now and 1850 is that most of them don't know.

Please stand with me in extending a sharp rebuke to the FBI, whose only answer to my respectful questions has to date been silence, aggression, defamation, and law-breaking.

Our nation deserves better.  So does my family.  And so do I.

Is the American Public Safe Within Hilton Hotels?

OIG Hotline, I am rendering my concern regarding Hilton Hotels public, because I have received no communications from an attorney or government representative requesting confidentiality pertaining to this matter or any other matters of concern I have raised to your Office.

Within my reference to fascist forms of government, listed below, I am not intending in any manner to impugn the current administration.  

Rather, I am attempting to point out that the FBI appears to be seeking fascist, unelected control over the American public, including control over our elected officials, if its recent misconduct toward me can be taken to represent its crimes within larger programs concealed from public scrutiny.

As I have previously stated, I would appreciate honorable outreach in which topics of confidentiality are clearly delineated.

Fundamentally, we need to ask whether Americans possess the right to stay as guests within Hilton Hotels without suffering from the knowingly false witness statements of staff members intended to result in harm and death to those same guests.

If we don't offer honorable Americans protections when they travel, what will be the evolution of these FBI crimes of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting?

Will hotel guests be murdered in their hotel rooms for expediency?  Will they suffer from carbon monoxide poisonings from which they never wake up?  Will they experience tainted room service?  The deployment of unconventional vectors of illness within their hotel rooms?  Will they be, in the most efficient manifestation of mass murder possible, simply shot in their beds?

Is this what we want as honorable people?  Is this the best we can do for those Americans who travel to see their beloved family members, to support their promising business ventures, to explore the wonders of the wider world?

I think we can do better for Americans as a whole, and I think we must.

Freedom of movement is commonly removed altogether within fascist systems of governance.  If people are not a direct part of the administration within fascist systems of government, they risk being kidnapped or shot simply by leaving their homes.

Is this the future we see for ourselves?

In the long term interests of the nation, don't we want Americans to be able to travel without incurring the risk that corrupt members of federal law enforcement might co-opt hotel staff to contribute knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting that could directly justify Americans' deaths?

I would like to see more honestly from the FBI about its unconstitutional activities in this matter, and in many others.

If we cannot require that of them at this juncture, we cannot ensure Americans' freedom of movement in the long term.  And that represents an unacceptable loss, in my view.

Please see the details, below, regarding a serious case of improper directives extended to Hilton Hotel staff in Washington, D.C. by FBI personnel, involving the coercion of knowingly false witness statements and other actions intended to cause harm to me as a Hilton Hotel guest.

I have asked that I be provided with the witness statements involved, and I have also requested that any and all falsified statements be withdrawn on an immediate basis.  To forward my communications to the Washington, D.C. Hilton Hotel management will not result in a successful resolution of this matter due to conflict of interest pertaining to compensation they accepted, as well as confidentiality provisions by which those staff members are now bound.

I appreciate my ability to stay in a Hilton Hotel with my safety and security upheld, free from all false witness statements from Hilton Hotel staff and Hilton contractors.

Again, I have not filed a complaint.  On the contrary, I have asked that any and all complaints filed in my name at Hilton Hotels be withdrawn.

Because Guest Assistance appears unable to resolve this matter, I now ask for the support of the Hilton Board of Directors in successfully and honorably resolving this issue, eschewing any and all conflicts of interest that would be presented by the extension of any and all forms of compensation by the FBI or its affiliates.

Hilton's entire business model is predicated on a foundation of trust with its guests.  The Board has a responsibility to shareholders to ensure that that foundational trust is honored and upheld.

Accordingly, I respectfully request the support of the Board in this important matter.

Dear Hilton Customer Service:

Thank you for your response to my original communication to Hilton Honors.

Please note that my correspondence with Hilton did not constitute a complaint, but rather a request for information and a request for Hilton's ethical follow up.

Because of the fact that the Hilton in Washington D.C. has allegedly been directed by FBI personnel to mischaracterize my interactions with the staff, the local Hotel will not be positioned to conduct an investigation on my behalf.

I therefore formally withdraw any complaint with Hilton that was filed without my knowledge, consideration, or consent.

Instead, I request copies of witness statements provided by Hilton staff to the FBI or its affiliates regarding my recent stay at the Hilton in Washington, D.C.

If witness testaments have been falsified, I formally request that they be withdrawn on an immediate basis.

The FBI has appeared to suggest that the agency has coerced knowingly false statements from Hilton staff alleging that I am in possession of "nuclear codes" of which I have no knowledge whatsoever, and further, no interest in possessing.

Such false statements could result in the loss of my life or the lives of my family members.  So Hilton's management has a profound responsibility to retract them in their entirety and on an urgent basis, if they indeed exist.

Perhaps such false statements from others were the basis for the frightening incident I experienced at the Hilton on the night of February 20, 2025, when two men confronted me in a life-threatening incident on the seventh floor when my elevator doors opened.

I cannot conjecture with regard to the false justification for this life-threatening encounter.  It simply should never have occurred.

Hilton management should also know that, on Saturday, February 22, 2025, a Hilton staff member placed a Dick's Sporting Goods bag on the counter when I was about to speak to a clerk at the front desk, creating the appearance that the bag was mine and the implication that I might be in possession of a weapon, neither of which was or is true.

It appears that this incident was also directed by the FBI in a scheme of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting intended to result in the loss of my life.

So, given the remarkable stakes in this instance, I would appreciate the ethical follow up of Hilton's management in both the provision to me of any and all false witness statements, as well as their retraction from the FBI and all FBI affiliates on an immediate basis.

As I mentioned previously, I am a highly honorable and law-abiding person who happens to be a material witness in an important case concerning the FBI within the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice.  As such, the FBI does have a motivation to wrongfully attempt to silence me.

Even so, when I stay at the Hilton, or when my husband does as a Hilton Honors member, we need to know that Hilton management and staff are prioritizing our safety and that of our family members over and above all remuneration that may be offered to Hilton as a company or to individual staff members, and over and above implicit or explicit threats from the FBI for non-compliance.

Hilton guests enter Hilton Hotels worldwide with a sense of trust in their necessary safety, alongside confidence in the honesty and integrity of Hilton staff who will support their stay.  Hilton's entire business is built on that trust and dependent on that confidence.

It is with this reminder that I now ask for your full support in fulfilling my requests, above.

My husband is a Hilton Honors member, HH #xxxxxxxxx.  As a result of his wonderful experiences with Hilton Honors in the past, we have both sought out the Hilton as a sanctuary away from home when we travel.

It is as a direct result of our successful relationship with Hilton Honors that I wanted to reach out to you to let you know of a deeply concerning incident last night at a Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C., which I will not specify here due to security concerns, but which you will no doubt be able to identify from your records.

I checked into the hotel and used your business center prior to using the elevator to travel to the 7th floor, where my assigned room was located.

Immediately upon leaving the elevator on the 7th floor, I encountered two men who had been waiting in the elevator adjacent to mine.

These were frightening individuals, whose combined aggression immediately led me to retreat from the floor and return to the main lobby to request security assistance and change my room number.

I was lucky to have had the opportunity to escape, frankly.

This was a life-threatening encounter.

There was a subsequent allegation that these individuals were contracted by corrupt FBI officials or affiliates, and it is perhaps germane that I am an important witness in a case represented by the U.S. Department of Justice concerning the FBI at this time.

I need to know that my stay at the Hilton will not endanger me through coerced false testimony from Hilton staff, such as your helpful front desk staff member Nxxxxx or your responsive Hilton security staff member Rxxxxx, both of whom were invaluable in preserving my safety yesterday evening.

If either Nxxxxx or Rxxxxx, or both of them, were forced to provide false statements to corrupt law enforcement officials yesterday or today, I would respectfully request that you please provide me with those statements in their entirety via email.  In this way, I can appropriately respond to them, ensuring my safety going forward.

The same applies to any other Hilton staff member or even guest who may have been involved in this incident.

The FBI or its affiliates may have approached your staff members by alleging serious falsehoods about me, if the agency's past actions serve as a reliable guide.

If you are uncertain about your legal obligations to me as a Hilton guest under these circumstances, please contact the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. DOJ and ask to speak to the lead investigator pertaining to this case.
