My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Emails to Lead Counsel of 23 and Me Class Action

OIG Hotline, I am unable to remain silent regarding DoD crimes affiliated with the 23 and Me data breach in 2023.

Certainly, the federal government should have taken the lead regarding this issue when I informed them of these details in January of 2024.

Barring that ethical engagement, I must rely on my own.

This conduct is unacceptable to any civilized society, and I will be writing about this and illuminating it for the broader public until I have appropriate engagement from Washington, D.C. regarding this issue.

No one should be standing by while the far right perpetrates a Holocaust through genetic manipulation of the innocent.

The citizens are not obligated to serve as silent victims of such schemes, and the government needs to understand this fact.

I appreciate your documentation of this record.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Content of emails to lead counsel of 23 and Me class action lawsuits:

This message is to lead counsel regarding the 23 and Me class action pertaining to a data breach of 7 million customers.  This is highly sensitive information, not yet disclosed publicly, and it should be rendered public as soon as your firm can verify the facts through testing at multiple secure sites, at least two of them not within the United States, with real-time supervision from members of your firm.

The 7 million customers whose data was breached were not chosen at random, as you know.  In fact, they were selected through an AI algorithm deployed by the FBI and the DoD with the full knowledge of 23 and Me.

Unfortunately, this data breach was not a one-time passive event.  Rather, the intent was much more damaging.

The 7 million 23 and Me customers were singled out for genetic experimentation without their knowledge or consent.  Specifically, a portion of their genes was replaced through CRISPR techniques, administered by various modalities, including those aided by their physicians, nurses, and dentists during routine care.  Genes for heart disease, chronic kidney failure, dementia, Parkinson's Crohn's disease, specific cancers which have genetic markers, high cholesterol, high triglycerides and a whole host of other potentially deadly conditions were conveyed to some or all of those singled out by this data breach.

I myself was on this list of 7 million, as was my husband, as were my two sons.  I now exhibit kidney and heart disease, while only a few months ago, these organs were perfect.  My husband's health has also taken a sharp decline.

The government has the capacity to restore the original genetics of the 7 million, and, in fact, it has the clear and immediate obligation to do so.

This data breach and follow-on genetic alterations constitute a human atrocity intended to result in the deaths of 7 million people.

How do I know about it?

A member of the DoD's Phoenix Program, under whose auspices this "initiative" was perpetrated, confessed the details to me in early January 2024.  He is in a position to know the details, the modalities, and the intent of this "experimentation."  He stands as a credible source.

This crime can be easily verified by testing a current blood sample against an original genetic sample, such as a strand of baby hair or a baby tooth, preserved from early childhood.  As I mentioned, that genetic testing should be conducted with supervision by your firm, with at least two international laboratories involved in that process.  The reason for this precaution is that the DoD and the FBI will be extremely anxious to hid this atrocity from the view of the American public -- and the judgment of other nations as well.

(redacted content)

In truth, this constitutes a public health emergency, and all 7 million people need immediate and restorative medical attention.

It is the government's responsibility to provide this, and to do so without further delay.

It must be pointed out that 23 and me possesses original genetic information for the 7 million, but will be pressed by the DoD to conceal this documentation.  So, this company cannot be relied upon to divulge the truth of this matter until it is confirmed with hard evidence accumulated through other means.

I am happy to grant releases for you to obtain all 23 and me information pertaining to me, should you request this.  I will also happily provide you with a sample of baby hair for comparison to my current genetics, which are without question altered form the genetics with which I was born.

As I have stated, my husband and sons have also been victims of this unconscionable crime.  And they, too, need immediate attention.  I also possess baby hair samples for my sons.  So, this can be utilized as well.

Please contact me if you desire further information.  Although I do recognize that the assertions contained in this communication sound like science fiction, this is where genetic technology is today.

The public has simply been uninformed of the experimentation the DoD has conducted, and is still conducting, in the realm of genetics.  And China, as I have said, is yet further advanced than the United States.

With regard to the 7 million 23 and Me customers, the genetic changes are easily verifiable, so long as the validity of the testing is ensured by direct observation by a member of your staff.  These may appear to be extraordinary lengths to which to go to safeguard test resuls, but the DoD has a far reach.  These testing precautions are absolutely necessary as a result, and should be approached with great care and attention to detail.

Thank you for allowing me to extend this information to your Office.

Please let me know how I can further assist your efforts regarding this case.

Sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Ten Questions and Answers

 1.  You have been asked to comment this morning regarding your efforts to bring attention to FBI atrocities committed in Moscow, Idaho in 2022.  It is suggested that the FBI has requested permission from the Executive Branch to confiscate your records, and further, to perpetrate violence in that process.  It is also suggested that the agency seeks to cause harm to your other family members and MG in its desire to evade accountability for the atrocities referenced here.

Answer:  Well, I think it is clear that the FBI will do all it can to avoid being held to account for this crime.  However, I have already provided to the public defender sufficient information for her to win her case.  So, I don't think it will be a simple matter for the FBI of eliminating a witness.  The agency is caught, as are its affiliates, and now people really need to pick sides.  Do they support the sadistic and gratuitous murder of our loved ones or do they not?  Most politicians are going to be responding with an emphatic no.

2.  Are the perpetrators of this crime protected through immunity agreements with the FBI and DoD?

Answer:  More than individual culpability, there is institutional culpability.  Perpetrators can certainly assert that they were "just doing their jobs" within the chain of command.  But the existence of these programs serves as quite an indictment.

3.  Because these were not "rogue actors."

Answer:  No, they weren't.  They were operating within a programmatic framework that has been well-established.

4.  Was the Phoenix Program initiated by Nixon?

Answer:  It was approved by Nixon.  And this is probably the worst aspect of his legacy.  Watergate was nothing in its assault on our democracy compared to Phoenix.

5.  Won't Phoenix just be renamed and moved to other auspices after this, as the three-letter agencies always do when they wish to have their way?

Answer:  It will, yes.  But we're talking about one case in Moscow, Idaho that everyone in the world can immediately see as an appalling and grievous abuse of power.

And my point is that the falsified law enforcement reporting that enabled these heinous crimes needs to be investigated, evaluated, and judged through due process.

Because those lies, wielded systematically by law enforcement, will lead us straight to a failed nation.

So, the public needs to awaken, and it needs to awaken now.

6.  What kind f nation do we want to have ten years from now?

Answer:  This is exactly the question we should be asking.  Do we want to create a totalitarian states, ruled by fear and falsehood, enforced by torture, institutional violence and mayhem?

Or can the United States maintain a right to individual sovereignty in insisting on the preservation of Constitutional law?

7.  You have made the point previously that our national sovereignty and our individual sovereignty are related.

Answer:  They are bound together, yes.  Without our individual sovereignty, our nation cannot retain its free and independent identity either.

8.  Yet, you think the defense of our Constitutional liberty is possible.

Answer:  In standing up for the Freedom of Information Act, yes.

In standing up for direct DOJ and ODNI communication with whistleblowers, yes.

In standing up for the truth of events in Moscow, Idaho, yes.

But we need to work together, and with the highest possible ethics to guide us.

9.  Would you like to reconfirm your lawful and honorable conduct at this time?

Answer:  Certainly.  This is to reconfirm that all of my activities, communications, conduct, intentions, purchases, subscriptions, and viewing of videos/films on any platform have been and continue to be lawful and honorable in every way, shape, and form.  I hereby contest the claims of any person who suggests otherwise as knowingly, willfully, and categorically false.

10.  Do you hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct?

Answer:  I do.

Letter to Attorney Anne Taylor

OIG Hotline, this letter is to document the importance of preventing the FBI and/or its affiliates from taking possession of my documents and/or electronic devices, given the alleged involvement of these agencies in the crimes perpetrated in Moscow, Idaho in November of 2022.

I have expressed my concern that the parents of the four college students who were victims of these crimes should have as much information about this matter as possible.

I have also expressed my desire that the FBI should immediately address the rights of an individual who appears to have been falsely accused in this matter.

If the FBI wishes to engage in a confidential dialogue with the Court, now would be the time for that to occur.

Below, please find my communication today with Attorney Anne Taylor, Mr. Bryan Kohberger's legal representation in this matter.

Thank you for your ongoing support regarding this matter.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Dear Attorney Taylor:

Yesterday, May 24, 2024, I shared the information below with Stacy Chapin, mother of Ethan Chapin, one of the victims fo the quadruple murder of which your client, Bryan Kohberger, stands accused.  Out of respect, I wanted to reach out to the parents of the victimes prior to contacting you directly about this matter.  (Please note that Ms. Chapin represents my only contact with the parents.  I do recognize the extreme sensitivity of this matter for everyone involved, and not least for Mr. Kohberger.)

It is not my desire that my records or electronic devices pertaining to this matter should be confiscated by the FBI or its affiliates, given their alleged involvement in the facilitation of this crime.

I have asked the FBI to immediately engage in communication with the Court and with you in order to fully disclose the agency's involvement in this atrocity, including the manner in which the Moscow Police Department was co-opted in the aggregating of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting concerning the victims.  Mr. Kohberger himself was no doubt targeted with knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, the content of which would have been shaped by the FBI, well before the crimes occurred, with false witness statements likely being drawn from a wide spectrum of his friends, acquaintances, and professors.  This material is locally aggregated at first, but quickly disseminated nationally through federal information-sharing programs HSIN, N-dex and/or LEEP.  It should be available to you ande Mr. Kohberger through a Freedom of Information Act request unless the FBI improperly obstructs its release to you.

I have expressed to the FBI my belief that anyone falsely accused of a capital crime or crimes through the Phoenix Program should be immediately released, with all charges dropped.

The liability of the FBI toward anyone victimized in this manner, and toward his family, would need to be appropriately addressed.

If the FBI should fail to accept accountability for its involvement in this matter, I would ask that you reach out to me directly, please, so that I may assist you with fact-finding in a manner that would preserve evidence in this case, as well as evidence pertaining to other concerns of falsified law enforcement reporting as knowingly perpetrated in conjunction with the Phoenix Program and the related "target of interest" program.

I must express to you and Mr. Kohberger that I am deeply distressed over what he and his family have suffered, alongside the other victims of this crimes.  He has been as egregiously targeted as they were, in my opinion.

It is due to the fact that I and my family members have been under constant threat to our lives, relating to this issue, that I ahve been unable to communicate directly prior to the current time.

I had hoped my communications to the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. DOJ in late 2022 and 2023 would have been sufficient to exonerate Mr. Kohberger, and I am profoundly concerned that this was not the case.

I have made myself available to the families of the four victims, and I also make myself available to your Office in order to share any and all information that could assist in the illumination of the truth of this matter.

I have expressed to Ms. Chapin that which I also express to you, which is the following:  should the FBI attempt to discredit my truthful account to your Office, please press onward.  FBI technologies facilitating falsified law enforcement reporting are astonishingly realistic and convincing.  Yet, like those utilized to falsely implicate Mr. Kohberger, they remain untrue.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Letter to Stacy Chapin attached.

My Communication to Stacy Chapin

This is a communication for Stacy Chapin, submitted through the online portal of the Ethan's Smile Foundation (ethanssmile.org) on May 24, 2024.

Ms. Chapin, please allow me to express my deep sympathy and sorrow for the loss of Ethan as well as his friends.   I provided some sensitive information to the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice pertaining to this crime in late 2022 and 2023.  It is my understanding that that information was provided to the Court, after which the Court record was sealed.  I am being prevented from communicating with the Court directly due to the highly unusual nature of the information I possess.  As of today, May 24, 2024, my documents are at risk of confiscation.  So, I am deeply concerned that this information could be lost, and that you and the other parents (and all the family members) involved might be prevented from knowing what happened to your beloved children.  Because I don't know that I will be able to communicate with you in the future, here is what you should know:  This quadruple murder was perpetrated as part of a DoD program known as the Phoenix Program.  Sadly, it was facilitated by the FBI.  It was preceded by knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting concerning your son, as well as the three other victims involved.  The two surviving roommates, unfortunately, provided a portion of these false reports through falsified witness statements, as guided by their FBI handlers and for pay. (The pressure on witnesses in these circumstances is almost certain to be severe, so please endeavor not to blame these young people, who were no doubt out of their depth.)  These false reports were aggregated by the Moscow Police Department, in coordination with the FBI's "target of interest" program, which overlaps with Phoenix. (You will recall that immediately following the crime, the Moscow Police Department announced that there was no ongoing risk to the public, because these were "targeted killings."  This statement was later retracted when the police could not provide any details regarding their reasoning.). While the surviving roommates signed secrecy agreements with the FBI, these would be suspended in a court setting.  So, if you were able to pull the surviving witnesses into a court setting, you would have a chance of obtaining the truth from them, assuming they were not rendered in fear for their lives by the FBI over this issue.  The Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. DOJ knows of the involvement of the FBI in this crime, and if your lawyer reached out to them for detailed information, they should -- if not blocked by the Executive Branch -- be able to provide it to you.  If you filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the local Moscow, Idaho, police department, they should be able to provide you with all of the false reporting aggregated about your son.  The other parents would need to request information about their own children.  Given the circumstances, a lawyer may need to assist you with this.  However, I recommend that you send copies of all of your attempts to gain FOIA materials to the OIG Hotline in Washington, D.C., because there will be immense pressure on the local police department to suppress the information.  How do I know about this particular crime?  I have been endeavoring to bring the issue of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting to the attention of the federal government for the last several years.  My own FOIA request to the FBI, sent in May of 2021, remains unfulfilled.  But the OIG Hotline has investigated my case and found in my favor (which is to say that broadly falsified law enforcement reporting is, indeed, being perpetrated by the FBI and its local affiliates throughout the United States).  Unfortunately, a public release of information about my case is currently being blocked due to internal conflicts at the federal level.  The "target of interest" program and the Phoenix Program draw billions of dollars in Congressional budget appropriations each year, and the FBI, which has a powerful hold on Congress, does not want those dollar flows to cease.  Your son and his three friends were innocent of wrongdoing, just as I am innocent of wrongdoing and other "targets of interest" are innocent of wrongdoing -- but falsified law enforcement reporting was aggregated about him just the same.  He had no way of knowing about the false claims and no opportunity to defend himself against them, pointing out the stunning unconstitutionality of these programs.  Shortly after the heinous crimes in Moscow, Idaho, a member of the Phoenix Program appeared to reveal some very specific details about the crime to me -- which is the content I conveyed to the OIG Hotline.  I would like to provide you with further information, because I feel you deserve to have access to as much of the truth as possible.  If the
FBI attempts to discredit me in communications with you, press onward.  Their material is highly convincing, but falsified.  I can be reached at the email above or at 415-963-1467.

Please Prevent the Invasion of Any Funds Awarded in My Name Through the OIG Hotline and the ODNI

To the OIG Hotline:

Please ensure that funds awarded in my name as part of OIG Hotline investigations into my complaint against the FBI and its affiliates regarding falsified law enforcement reporting and related harms are not invaded or distributed.

Please note that I have never approved of the invasion of these funds.

I have not been asked to designate these funds for distribution.

Nor have I been informed about the awarding of these funds in the first place or received copies of the investigations on which they are based.

At this time, I would request that any new penalties assessed against the FBI and its affiliates also be protected from any invasion and/or distribution.

I would further request that all records of awards be scrupulously maintained and preserved.

This communication also formally requests that the Office of the Honorable Avril Haines of ODNI be apprised that I request that the ODNI protect from invasion and/or distribution all funds awarded in my name through ODNI auspices.  I also request that the ODNI maintain scrupulous records of award and penalties assessed in my name.

The continuation of penalties assessed against the FBI through the OIG Hotline and the CIA through the ODNI may be necessary for the ongoing protection of my safety and that of my family, I recognize.  But in order to safeguard our lives and wellbeing, I respectfully request direct contact regarding these investigations and awards at this time.

Thank you very much for your observation of these requests.  My family members' lives have all been under threat, as has my own, due to the fact that others appear to desire access to these monies in part or in full.

So, we need your help in ensuring our safety through the protection of these funds from invasion.

With appreciation,

Lane MacWilliams

Twenty Questions and Answers of Import, May 19, 2024

1.  What are the primary threats you are receiving this afternoon?

Answer:  There is truly unprecedented content coming from the FBI today.

2.  Can you specify, please?

Answer:  Nuclear threats pertaining to apparent escalation of overseas conflicts involving Israel, Gaza and Iran.  Chemical, biological and radiological weapons deployment at my home address, with a specification of the use of chloropicrin to cause pulmonary fibrosis, lung cancer, asthma and other diseases. The use of "spiders," "bees, "mosquitos" and "mice" as disease vectors, through technologies that remain unspecified. (Sepsis, measles, plague and H5N1 have been mentioned by the FBI, along with vibrio vulnificus and many other disastrous pathogens.). The use of nanotechnology to attack the thyroid and the vocal chords, with separate targets specified by the FBI at different times.  A threat of blindness.  A threat of paralysis.  A threat of brain damage, heart damage, kidney damage, liver damage and lung damage.  Gas explosion at my home address, engineered and planned by the FBI together with PG&E and Generac.  And, in a threat that has not been detailed at length previously, an allegation that the FBI is utilizing underground tunneling and explosives at a Cal Water/PG&E site on Vista Verde Way to cause an explosion that is to be attributed as an earthquake on the San Andreas fault or a tributary fault.  Water-related threats appear to reference landslide as part of this event.

3.  Is the supposed earthquake/landslide meant to destroy your home, with you inside it?

Answer:  Apparently, that is the FBI's objective -- to cause a huge geological event that would be lethal, but which the FBI would direct news sources to describe at an earthquake and/or landslide.

4.  But in truth this is intended by the FBI, and those authorizing the FBI, to be an assassination.

Answer:  Yes.

5.  What is the FBI so afraid of?

Answer:  The FBI was involved in a heinous murder of four college students in Idaho in the autumn of 2022.  I have information about the agency's facilitation of those murders, including the alleged reasoning behind them at the time.  The crime was perpetrated against four innocent young people, just commencing their lives.  They had done nothing wrong, but the FBI wrongfully justified their deaths through knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting that had been perpetrated in advance of the killings.  This was a devastating tragedy, and the parents still do not know what happened to their beloved children and why.

6.  Was the court record sealed concerning this terrible crime?

Answer:  It was, yes.  It was sealed because of the fact that I had extended information about these events to the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice, but I understood that if I revealed the information publicly at that tine, the FBI might, in a retaliatory raid, take my life and/or appropriate all of my records, computers, cell phones and documentation.  I assumed that the OIG Hotline would reach out to me directly in September of 2023, when their original investigation was complete.  And I thought that, at that time, the issue surrounding the FBI's involvement in those murders would be addressed publicly for the sake of the families who had been so unjustly devastated by the FBI's acts.

7.  Could you still die because you are revealing this information?

Answer:  Yes, and so could all of my family members.  But the FBI is trying to take our lives by other means.  And if I perish without these families knowing what the FBI did to their beloved children and why -- that would be a devastating failure, in my opinion.

8.  Why do you feel that way?

Answer:  I am connected to these families by our shared grief, compassion, and humanity.  Their children died as a direct result of the FBI's "target of interest" program, which utilizes knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives, the very violations of the Constitution I have been trying to illuminate for years, and the very reason that my own family members' lives are now under threat.  The FBI wanted to silence me as a whistleblower of agency corruption, as well as in my capacity as FOIA requester.

9.  Were the victims linked to anyone you knew?

Answer:  At least one of them was, yes.

10.  If your Freedom of Information Act requests had been fulfilled on time, would these four college students have died?

Answer:  No, they would not.  There would have been no reason for them to have been targeted in any capacity.

11.  So you believe that the delay in the fulfillment of your FOIA requests resulted in their deaths.

Answer:  I do, yes.

12.  Has the FBI attempted to make the argument that the DoD program under which these four innocent college students were murdered must remain secret from the public?

Answer:  Yes, it has done so.

13.  Could this crime be classified as a "national security concern"?

Answer:  The only national security concern this represents is a concern regarding the survival of our democracy.  The public's right to be free from violent predation by the government must remain unabridged.

And the fact is that the three-letter agencies possess no approved mandate to violently harm the American public, and they never will.

Do American families have the right to send their beautiful children off to college with the expectation that the FBI will not murder them during their matriculation?  I believe they do, and further, I believe the American public in its entirety will agree with me, without exception.

14.  Why are you coming forward with this information now?

Answer:  Because it is clear that the government does not intend to contact me regarding my Freedom of Information Act requests unless it is forced to do so by public involvement in this matter.

15.  Why not?

Answer:  There are fears of political fallout due to delays, harms, and malfeasance in this matter.  Fundamentally, the federal government appears incapable of admitting that it has made terrible mistakes in the form of human rights abuses and human atrocities.  The public's participation in required in insisting that our government be honest about these devastating programs, and further, that it reform.  Change is not going to come from within.  The public must demand it.

16.  And you believe that the FBI's participation in the quadruple murder of college students in Moscow, Idaho in the autumn of 2022 might provide the flashpoint that would allow the public, in its outrage, to demand wholesale change of our three-letter agencies.

Answer:  I do, yes.  This crime is so heartbreaking to all of us who understand why it happened and how the FBI enabled its perpetration.  The public needs to know the truth about this in order for any vestiges of our democracy to have the possibility of enduring.

17.  What is the responsibility of the White House toward you at this point in time?

Answer:  The White House needs to find the courage to publicly acknowledge that the FBI has been engaging in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.  It needs to provide me with my FOIA reports without redaction or omission, and it needs to provide me with appropriate disclosure regarding the OIG Hotline's and the ODNI's investigations into these matters, including settlements and penalty awards. Beyond this, it needs to halt all initiatives of harm against my family members and myself on an immediate basis.

18.  You are not suggesting that the three-letter agencies owe the American public transparency on every issue.  But you are asserting that, when it comes to the FBI's involvement in the gratuitous murder of four healthy young college students with their whole lives ahead of them -- the FBI is fully accountable to the families, to you yourself, and to the American public as a whole.

Answer:  That is correct.  Yes.

19.  What should our elected officials be doing about this matter in the short term?

Answer:  First, they should be calling me on the phone and ensuring my safety and that of my family.  Next, they should be facilitating my contact with the families on a humanitarian basis so that I can share with them what I know.  Third, there should be outreach to the media on a broad basis to inform the American public about the threat to our democracy in the form of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI and its affiliates.  This would represent a well-reasoned beginning.

18.  The FBI is attempting to make the panicked argument that it cannot fulfill national security needs if it is accountable over issues like this.

Answer:  I beg to differ.  The agency cannot possibly fulfill its responsibilities regarding our national security needs unless it is accountable on this issue.

19.  What do you wish to say to the families of the four college students at this time?

Answer:  I'm risking my life to provide you with the truth.  Your beloved children mattered to you, they mattered to me -- and they now matter to the life of the nation.

20.  Do you hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct?

Answer:  Yes, I do.

Lane MacWilliams

FBI Threat of "Spiders" Deployment

 1.  You have recently received multiple FBI threats of the FBI's deployment of some type of "spiders" which are intended, and in fact engineered, as deadly disease vectors of some kind.  Is that right?

Answer:  You are correct, yes.  The FBI appears to be referencing actual biological spiders of some kind, which convey a deadly "designer disease" when they bite a human being.  The spiders are alleged to be rapidly reproducing and predatory in their biting behaviors, which appear to be primarily engaged in during nighttime hours, when people are sleeping and relatively quiescent.

2. Have you seen one of these spiders?

Answer:  I did apparently see one this morning, May 12, 2024.  It's activity in creating its web underneath my kitchen counter was so frenetic, I sat and watched it for ten minutes in order to try to understand what it was doing.  It appeared to be laying an egg sac at the same time that it was constructing its web.  And I had never seen a spider laying an egg sac in the open air before, while simultaneously constructing a web.

3.  What did the spider look like?

Answer:  It had an almond-shaped body.  After having looked at several hundred photos of venomous spiders, it seemed related to Sicariidae spiders, sometimes called "assassin spiders,"  which possess a necrosing venom that is, at least in this case, allegedly designed to be deadly.

4.  Does the spider allegedly serve as a disease vector or does it kill people through venom alone?

Answer:  I truly don't know.

5.  Did you preserve the spider you watched this morning?

Answer:  No, without understanding at the time how unusual was the activity I was seeing, I put it outside, together with three pieces of its egg sac.  Hopefully, it will be eaten fairly rapidly by a lizard or a bird.

6.  Are Sicariidae spiders native to North America?

Answer:  The Brown Recluse spider is a mild cousin to what I saw, evidently.  My reading indicates that, unlike poisonous spiders which utilize a neurotoxin, Sicariidae spiders do not have a known anti-venom.  The poison they carry leads to tissue death through rupturing red blood cells, and, in certain cases, a powerful enough dose of venom leads to organ failure.

7.  Did anything about the spider you saw this morning seem artifically engineered or bred?

Answer:  Its activity seemed frenetic, as I said.  It was building a web and laying an egg sac at many, many times the expected speed.

8.  How many times the normal speed?

Answer:  Fifty times faster than normal.  It was truly an astonishing sight.  It did not appear to me, in retrospect, to be a naturally occurring phenomenon.

9.  Have you ever seen a spider with these characteristics before?

Answer:  Never.

10.  How do you think it could have been released into your house?

Answer:  Through the ventilation system, possibly.  Through the chimney flue, potentially.

11.  If the FBI's threats about a deadly spider infestation are credible, would the FBI have had dispensation to deploy such a biological weapon on its own?  Or would it have required high-level authorization?

Answer:  I'm not able to comment or speculate on this point.  I can say that the FBI claims it is working with authorization, but I cannot extend further commentary on this subject.

12.  What would be the possible motivation for your assassination on the part of the FBI and others?

Answer:  The motivation appears to be financial.  My stalker, a Russian-affiliated organized crime boss, alleged that an unnamed beneficiary purchased a 40-million-dollar yacht last week drawn from settlement funds awarded in my name.

13.  A portion of settlement funds have been invaded, but there are those who wish to abscond with them all?

Answer:  It would seem so, yes.

14.  And a number of those people have been in responsible for harming you unjustly for years under the auspices of the FBI?

Answer: Allegedly so, yes.

15.  Now these same people are attempting to take your life given the prospect of a larger payday?

Answer:  So I am told.

16.  Hence the deployment of the disease-causing "spiders"?

Answer:  This is the message I received.

17.  Have you been offered safe and restorative medical care, given the FBI's egregious harms to your health and that of your family members?

Answer:  No, that offer has not yet been extended to me.

18.  What would happen to you if you were bitten by one of these "Sicariidae" spiders?

Answer:  Terrible things, no doubt.

19.  Would you prefer a courteous phone call from Washington D.C. informing you about the investigation and settlements negotiated in your name?

Answer:  Yes, I would.

20.  Will that be forthcoming now?

Answer:  At this point, I think all plausible deniability is absent if any further harm should befall anyone in my family.  A phone call with courteous outreach represents the desired course for everyone, in my opinion.

21.  Is the deployment of venomous spiders by the FBI considered "secret information"?

Answer:  I have no idea.  No one has told me what the FBI considers to be "secret information."  I will simply observe that law-abiding American citizens have the right not to be assassinated by the FBI or its affiliates.  And if discussing the FBI's use of spiders as a biological deployment will assist in the preservation of my life or my family members' lives, then this is a discussion that should occur.

22.  How can the FBI be allowed to continue to assail your health and well-being with impunity under these circumstances?  Why aren't they being reined in?

Answer:  Why indeed?  I can only say that there are those who are standing up for my family within Washington, and I am exceptionally grateful to them.

23.  Some people are advocating that this situation be rendered public as quickly as possible.

Answer:  That is my understanding.

24. Those people are attempting to preserve your lives?

Answer:  Yes, they are.  I can only hope they will prevail.

25.  Do you hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief?

Answer:  I do.

Planned Mail Retrieval -- May 12, 2024 - Update

OIG Hotline, our mail retrieval this evening, May 13, 2024, was securely and successfully accomplished.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

***********************************************************************************

OIG Hotline, our mail retrieval has been postponed due to scheduling, and will now take place on May 13, 2024.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

**********************************************************************************

OIG Hotline, my husband will retrieve our mail today, May 12, 2024.

He will use a body cam, as he did during his last retrieval of mail, to film the entire process of his handling each piece of mail that we accept.  The ownership of this camera and its micro SD card have already been conveyed to the OIG Hotline Investigations Division.

He will not retrieve or open the letters from Jim Mellano of AFE nor from SC Fund Recovery, but rather, will leave them in place.  To confirm, ownership of the Jim Mellano/AFE letter and the SC Fund Recovery letter have been transferred to the OIG Hotline Investigations Division and will be provided to them as soon as they request them.

My husband will affix a new security seal to the lock on the box when he has completed his retrieval of accepted mail.

For clarity, neither my husband nor I have opened the mailbox since his last documented retrieval of acceptable mail.

We hope that the security measures we have taken -- that of the security seal, and the presence of lights and an alarm, will have been sufficient to prevent tampering with our mailbox in the interim.

Again, we hope that Jim Mellano has been honest in his characterization of the contents of the AFE letter as a simple, unaltered 1099 form.

However, because Jim Mellano has lied in writing in the past, we are taking all precautions to ensure our family's security, as well as to preserve any material that could possibly assist OIG Hotline investigators in their inquiry into falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.

Whether Jim Mellano's actions in sending a letter against my express directives were intended to alarm me -- and discredit me in that process -- or whether they were intended to further a plan of falsified law enforcement reporting against my family or myself -- it seems wise to me to exercise great caution and care in this circumstance.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Members of Congress, Will You Please Assist Me in Supporting My Family's Safe Access to Restorative Medical Care at This Time?

Members of Congress, will you please assist me in asking President Biden and Vice President Harris to extend restorative medical care to my family members, Mxxx Gxxxxxxx and myself at this time?

We need to know that we can be safely hospitalized, and come to no further harm in that setting, while we seek to recover fully from the health harms caused to us by the FBI and its affiliates.

Because of the severity of a number of the harms perpetrated by the FBI in this case, time is short;  we seek in all cases to prevent permanent damage or demise.

So, I would deeply appreciate your vigorous engagement in asking that the President and Vice President step forward to assist us without further delay.

Because the far right is still seeking to profiteer from my family's suffering in this matter, we do need your heartfelt and determined insistence that safe, private and restorative hospital care be extended to us as soon as possible.

It is likely that the the White House's assignment of an advocate for my family could assist greatly in working out the details of our medical treatment.

Alongside this, it would be extremely reassuring to receive a phone call from someone in Washington, DC who is now taking on the task of ensuring my family's safe and complete recovery, with all the attention to detail this may require.

I have been privileged to support President Biden in myriad ways from afar.

I hope that he will be as determined to support our family's health in our needed recovery from this ordeal relating to my whistleblowing of FBI malfeasance.

Thank you for your ethical and insistent engagement with this request.

With abiding appreciation,

Lane MacWilliams

President Biden, Will You Please Assist Us?

President Biden, will you please assist my family in accessing safe and restorative medical care at this time?

Thank you for taking the initiative to reach out in order to protect and heal my family members, MG, and myself.

I will deeply appreciate your outreach.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Regarding H5N1 Allegations from FBI Personnel

1.  You have been asked to speak about H5N1 in the context of the FBI.

Answer:  Yes, I have.

2.  Would you care to elaborate?

Answer:  FBI personnel and affiliates appear to have disclosed that the agency has repeatedly attempted to expose my family members and myself to H5N1, as I have previously documented.  And it has been stated that the dramatically elevated particulates on my first floor (9200 small particulates currently, and an equal count of large particulates) are related to the FBI's dissemination of H5N1 as well, along with other serious pathogens.

But it seems that H5N1 represents a more broad-based initiative for the FBI, involving a much wider segment of the population, and pertaining to international populations as well.

3.  What are the implications of this allegation, if true?

Answer:  The possible implications include the FBI's attempt to spark a new pandemic based on an H5N1 variant of which the agency has extensive knowledge and background.

4.  What would this mean?

Answer:  H5N1, depending on the variant, could represent a much higher death toll than that associated with Covid-19.  Depending on the incubation period and infectivity levels, H5N1 represents a pathogen that could pull society into disarray.

5.  Why?

Answer:  Again, depending on the variant, it could be much more severe than Covid-19, and the human costs to life, long-term health of survivors, and engagement in the workforce could be profound.

6.  Yet, you are expressing that the FBI likely has extensive knowledge of the variant involved.

Answer:  This has been alleged to me by FBI personnel, and in general, they are disclosing this information to me because they are alarmed about the implications.

7.  FBI personnel have alleged to you that the agency is attempting to initiate a human-caused H5N1 pandemic for political objectives.  Am I understanding you correctly?

Answer:  You are.

8.  What is the appropriate response at this time?

Answer:  It would seem necessary to evaluate recent FBI, CIA, and DoD communications, both internal and cross-agency, which pertain to H5N1, with a focus on these agencies' departments which address biological deployments.

But beyond this, I think it is necessary to shine a bright light on this allegation so that the public can grasp the emergent possibility.  The public as the capacity to demand that these agencies not cause them willful harm.

Is it true that coffee creamer in small containers has been targeted by the FBI as a "promising" vector for H5N1 dissemination?  This threat should be assessed by the FDA and others.

In a larger context, there are DoD disclosures to the public that are overdue in terms of climate concerns.  And these should not be postponed.  Together with those disclosures, the public must be asked to dramatically cut energy consumption, and to undertake this effort with a sense of urgency and immediacy.  The DoD can help in setting ambitious milestones that must be met, and, together with our elected leaders, in ensuring that they are met peaceably, with full community engagement and unity of purpose.

9.  What are the odds that the American public, as well as the publics of other nations, can be led to this understanding?

Answer:  We need our elected leaders to initiate extensive communication with the public about this issue, as well as DoD involvement in order to ensure that public understanding is realized.  Because this is not a matter of debate, political viewpoint, personal opinion, or individual choice.  This is a matter of preserving the earth's environment.  So, we all need to engage with a rather heroic effort to change.  The public is capable of rapid and heroic adaptation.  But first, they need to be asked.

10.  Are you being encouraged to post this conversation on your blog so that this subject might receive more public exposure than some of your other recent writings?

Answer:  Yes, I am.

11.  Thank you for raising the red flag on this issue.

Answer:  You're quite welcome.  I would like to extend thanks to those who have taken a courageous stance to bring this matter to my attention.

12.  We hope that H5N1 does not evolve toward pandemic proportions.

Answer:  We certainly do hold that hope.  Yes.
