1. The FBI has recently conveyed to you that others are engaging in entrapment in an attempt to mischaracterize your use of your cell phone. Can you explain what appears to be going on?
Answer: Basically, the FBI and its affiliates appear to want to appropriate funds awarded under my name under the auspices of the OIG Hotline and the ODNI. These are funds about which I have never been informed through investigative reports, which have been improperly withheld from me. So the agency appears to be attempting to allege wrongful communications with the agency itself through my cell phone in an attempt to justify appropriation of funds.
2. The FBI is not alleging that it is calling you over your cell phone, is it?
Answer: No, I'm not speaking to the FBI over the phone. But threats to my family members will sometimes spontaneously appear on my phone during voice-to-text translation that I am dictating, or during a Google search -- or on my computer, under my Amazon feed. My Xfinity/Comcast account appears to have been utilized in this manner in the past as well. None of these can be characterized as admissible evidence, because it is not verifiable communication, nor can it be considered reliable communication. But a portion of FBI threats appear to have been realized, so I try to look for all assertions and sort through the false ones from the those that could possibly be true.
3. What is the breakdown between true and false allegations that the FBI extends to you?
Answer: I don't have the means of verifying the FBI's apparent assertions, so I cannot say. If you asked me my general impressions, I would say that ninety percent of the FBI's assertions to me have been false. But the remaining ten percent have been truthful and have been devastating to my family.
4. Can you give us an example of the FBI's threats that have come to pass?
Answer: Assertions of the specific diseases the FBI has conveyed to my family members. These have been quite rare in many cases, so the specificity has been important in order for me to attempt to understand the details of our illnesses. These have been verified in some cases through medical testing.
Assertions of specific FBI harms to our pets, to our properties.
Assertions of the improper recruitment of my sons and MG into a program previously named for the OIG Hotline.
Assertions of the specific false allegations that have been extended about my family by those who have been coerced into providing false witness statements.
5. Can you give us an example of the FBI's threats that have turned out to be false?
Answer: The FBI alleged yesterday evening that my sons and MX had been, and were continuing to be, subjected to sexual harassment and abuse according to agency directives. The agency seemed to allege that the communications devices that had had access to them 24/7 had been utilized to direct them to report to certain locations at certain times for the facilitation of that abuse.
6. You're talking about human trafficking.
Answer: Honestly, I don't know whether the FBI is alleging human trafficking or forcible rape -- not that there's a difference in a case like this.
7. And you believe those assertions on the part of the FBI are false?
Answer: I simply don't know, and I don't have a way of verifying whether my loved ones are alright. So, I try to pass along all threats to the OIG Hotline so that they can sort truth from disinformation.
8. Now the FBI appears to be alleging that your attending to apparent threats from the FBI is improper?
Answer: Apparently so. The agency may be attempting to allege improper communications with the handler the FBI hired to surveil me 24/7, or whoever else has been monitoring my cell phone, my computer use, my Amazon account, etc.
9. Did the agency originally pay an organized crime boss to be your "handler"?
Answer: It certainly seems that way to me, but that has not been verified.
10. You had a blog for a short period of time called "The Godfather Conversations," but you never actually had any conversations with a "godfather," did you?
Answer: No, I did not. At least not knowingly.
11. You're not texting anyone in organized crime who is affiliated with the FBI.
Answer: No, I am not.
12. You are not emailing anyone in organized crime who controls part of the FBI.
Answer: Absolutely not.
13. You are not speaking on the phone to anyone in organized crime who has ties to the FBI.
Answer: Clearly no.
14. Do you have the impression that more than one person has been surveilling your cell phone at a time?
Answer: I do, yes.
15. So now the agency is attempting to claim that you are complicit with the very people who have victimized you among the agency and its affiliates?
Answer: This appears to be the case.
16. How could that possibly make sense?
Answer: I think the FBI and its affiliates are engaging in every effort possible to misappropriate funds awarded in my name through the OIG Hotline and the ODNI. So the agency is seemingly trying to claim that I am a participatory victim.
17. Are you a participatory victim?
Answer: Did the Jews volunteer for the Holocaust? No. Emphatically and eternally no.
18. How do you feel about those who are profiteering from your suffering and that of your family?
Answer: These are devastating crimes. Absolutely annihilating. And they are intended to be. And for the perpetrators to be profiting from them represents a grievous wrong.
19. On some level, you want to know that there are those who would protect the innocent no matter what financial incentives were being offered to them. Isn't that so?
Answer: On every level. We always want to know that there are those who love truth and justice. And I do believe that OIG Hotline investigators stand among them, as do I myself.
20. You have requested that the OIG Hotline check on the welfare of your loved ones. Is that correct?
Answer: Yes, I have.
21. And what is your degree of worry for their welfare at this time?
Answer: Extremely high. They appear to have lost personal sovereignty over their lives, and anytime that happens, we need to be extremely worried for the welfare of any individual.
22. Their communications devices have not been removed?
Answer: My distinct impression is that they have not.
23. How can you be sure?
Answer: I have been giving my older son feedback on his graduate school application essays, which are focused on a scientific field. And between one draft and the next, his handler apparently directed him to remove all mentions of a phenomenon known as the "Clathrate Gun Hypothesis," which references methane clathrates in the Arctic and has nothing to do with actual weapons whatsoever. But he had to remove all mentions of this scientific phenomenon in order to avoid false reports that he was writing about weapons, apparently.
24. And what did you think about that directive?
Answer: It's entirely dystopian. Our language is being taken from us, as is our relationship to the truth.
25. How was your son's application essay following the deletions?
Answer: Much weaker. His ideas were not as clearly expressed, and the importance of his undergraduate thesis on this subject was obscured, in my opinion.
26. So you believe your son is still in active communication with his handler on this basis alone.
Answer: I believe so, yes.
27. Will FOIA reports and investigative reports actually be provided to you, or will you continue to be victimized as a family indefinitely?
Answer: I have no idea. I believe the Supreme Court has determined that we are to be provided with reports, but I don't believe that will happen until the FBI and its affiliates have taken everything they possibly can from settlements and penalties awarded in my name under the auspices of the OIG Hotline and the ODNI. At this point, that appears to mean that the FBI is busy accusing us of being in communication with our captors within the agency.
28. How do you feel about the corruption that has been evidenced by the actions of the FBI in this case?
Answer: There is no avarice that could ever justify these acts.
29. Can your children be separated from those who have harmed them so mercilessly among the FBI and its affiliates?
Answer: I don't have that answer. They themselves have suffered such extensive torture that I'm not sure they could participate in their own rescue at this point. If you open the door to the cage of a wild rabbit, it will sometimes just cower in the enclosure in shock. And I think that likely represents the current state of their circumstances. The harms have simply been too prolonged and too extensive.
30. They were treated as expendable sacrifices by those who were profiting from their suffering.
Answer: As has my whole family.
31. Now the FBI appears to be telling you to keep quiet about your victimization in the hope that you might survive.
Answer: The FBI has always wanted its victims to be silent. That's a fair assertion to make.
32. But do you have any confidence that FOIA reports or investigative reports will be provided to you?
Answer: I can only say that I hope the injunctive orders of the Supreme Court will be upheld on an immediate basis.
33. And what would you say to those who are allegedly attempting to malign you in order to appropriate funds awarded in your name?
Answer: Don't.
34. You will not participate in your own defamation for the profit of those who have victimized your family.
Answer: No.
35. You and your husband are innocent of all wrongdoing.
Answer: We are.
36. Are you exhausted and disillusioned by this harrowing journey?
Answer: You know, I have a much clearer concept of the weaknesses in humanity which the FBI has learned to capably exploit. The source of the problem resides within the FBI and the CIA, where these abuses have been allowed to become systematized and institutionalized.
I still believe that good people exist. I know they do.

Answer: Because I know myself. And I know that I still stand for what is honorable and true.

OIG Hotline, the power outage I experienced from PG&E yesterday afternoon from 5:21 PM to 8:32 PM appeared to be accompanied by extensive sniper threats, with specific references to a black budget contract through the CIA with the Italian mafia. There appeared to be an assertion that the sniper was within close range to my house, and further, that my locations within my home in proximity to windows were not in any manner secure or sustainable. Without going into extensive detail, I will simply say that there did appear to be at least one person in close proximity to my home during the outage, and that I did feel that my personal safety was placed at imminent risk. There appeared to be an assertion that this contract had been authorized at the highest level.
Please be apprised that I am currently unable to substantiate most of these apparent claims.
While I believe them to be substantive, I do not possess confirmation.
Certainly, I appeared to be at risk during my car travel to my voting place on Tuesday evening.
So, it would appear that there is a heightened threat to my personal safety at this time. I would also observe that threats to the safety of my family members appear to have taken on a new urgency, with kidnapping threats to my older son appearing quite pressing yesterday afternoon, in addition to allegations that the agency which recruited him might coerce him with ethically objectionable directives which he cannot decline. ,
Other threats to my family members yesterday included nonspecific threats to my husband, my younger son, and MX.
I must ask whether President Trump's stated plan to hire a Special Prosecutor during his upcoming presidency may have prompted panic among some elected officials who feel they may have perpetrated malfeasance pertaining to my case.
If so, perhaps this would explain the assertions of an exacerbation of newly falsified witness statements and false evidence being presented to the Supreme Court in an effort to justify harm of my family members and myself.
While some assertions of false reporting are relatively innocuous, such as alleged false claims of an "old person smell" extended by a poll worker, some assertions are horrifying, such as the alleged presentation to the High Court of AI-generated "murder tapes," co-opting my image (or the image of a family member) in the commission of acts in which I have never engaged and would never engage.
Perhaps the Supreme Court, in recognizing the extraordinary dangers present when those in high office direct the three-letter agencies to perpetrate aggressive false reporting against a whistleblower and her close family witnesses, could offer us a measure of safety by ordering a Stay against all new claims against my family members and myself until we have received FOIA reports, investigative reports, FRCP 23 notification of Class Action, and an additional 60 days in which to resolve outstanding concerns such as confidentiality and disposition of documents that have, as yet, been unaddressed with me directly.
Additionally, perhaps the Supreme Court could disqualify recent false claims that appear to have justified plans of aggressive harm toward my family members and myself.
The time period between now and President Trump's inauguration on January 20, 2025 may represent a uniquely perilous time period for my family members and myself as witnesses in any potential future investigation of events surrounding the progress of my case.
Given that potential, I would greatly appreciate all efforts of the High Court to safeguard us at this time.
Please consider this statement to represent my formal request for a Stay against all new claims against my family members and myself until the fulfillment of conditions listed above.
In addition, please utilize this document as a Statement of Appeal concerning any and all claims that have authorized our imminent harm. If those judgments have been extended, they are based on evidence which, at least for the FBI and FBI affiliates, is knowingly false. That material, whatever its contents, should be disqualified from this case in its entirety.

As information for those who may be unacqainted with the reasons for my communicating with the OIG Hotline through my blog and gmail account, please be apprised that, at various times, my emails, faxes through UPS, FedEx, and iPhone apps, mailings through the U.S. Postal Service and phone calls all appear to have been obstructed, rerouted, intercepted or deleted by a third party, almost certainly the FBI, about whose "target of interest" program I have served as a whistleblower. My submissions of information to the OIG Hotline through the online portal have been repeatedly blocked as well, apparently through third party disabling of the "Submit" function from my computer.
This broad array of obstructions left me with virtually no way to provide information to investigators.
At times, my blog and my email accounts have been blocked as well, through power outages, Wifi jamming, and through hacking of my computer and cell phone.
As a result, constant adaptation has been required in a continuous effort to ensure that information for the OIG Hotline has been received.
On at least two occasions, I received letters from the OIG, not the OIG Hotline, expressing that the investigation was closed, when no closure had in fact taken place.
So the disruptions, the disinformation, the reported forgeries the FBI has created by appending my signature -- have all represented extraordinary violations of my civil rights and clear obstruction of justice for OIG Hotline investigators attempting heroically to ascertain the truth.
I am cognizant that it would be best for me to re-attempt to submit material through the OIG Hotline's online portal, so I will add this to my efforts to communicate at this time. I will simply say that our lives are still on the line, so I appreciate all efforts of investigators to receive the information I am attempting to provide to them. Answer: In this case, it would seem to be a reference to an autonomous sniper device, and the tasking appears to relate to an unjustified sniping assault.
2. On you yourself?
Answer: This is what the FBI appears to allege, yes.
3. And such an assault is being justified on the basis of knowingly false witness statements coerced by the DoD at the order of the President?
Answer: Allegedly so.
4. You have reason to believe that allegations of recent sniping contracts authorized by President Biden have a basis in fact, don't you?
Answer: I do.
5. Would you care to elaborate?
Answer: No, I respectfully decline.
6. The FBI has conveyed to you that President Biden is wielding substantive control over the wellbeing of both of your sons and MX at this time. Is that the case?
Answer: These assertions appear to have been made, although I would emphasize that I have not yet been able to verify them.
7. Do you believe them to be true?
Answer: Given that past is often prologue, I do.
8. Why would this administration wish to exert so much control over your family at this time?
Answer: I really think that's a question best directed to them. From my own perspective, it is extremely concerning anytime the family of an honorable whistleblower suffers from knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, given that anyone can be arrested, targeted, defamed and harmed on that basis.
9. Did you receive FOIA reports or investigative reports in advance of voting day yesterday?
Answer: I did not.
10. Did you receive notification of class action, upholding Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23?
Answer: No.
11. Would you describe your trip to your polling place yesterday evening shortly after 7:00 PM as life threatening?
Answer: I would, yes.
12. You needed to take evasive action with your car in order to prevent a major threat, didn't you?
Answer: I did.
13. Last night, the Democrats lost the White House, the Senate, and possibly the House of Representatives -- all three.
Answer: The House tally will take a little time, but for now, it appears that the polls were out of touch with the decisiveness of the early outcomes.
14. What were the Democrats lacking?
Answer: I have expressed previously that I believe the American people can sense that their freedoms are at risk, but they are having difficulty determining the source of that threat.
15. You believe the Democrats could have done something to illuminate that threat.
Answer: You know, I believe it is incumbent upon leadership to highlight for the public any major systemic threat to their freedoms.
16. If they had done so, would it have made a difference in the election?
Answer: Almost certainly.
17. Why didn't it happen?
Answer: The FBI recounts that the President's advisors saw it as a "big risk." No one wanted to rock the boat by illuminating the problem of falsified law enforcement reporting. It would have called into question our entire relationship to local and federal law enforcement, and it would have necessitated close examination of the FBI's unconstitutional "target of interest" program.
18. Later, after that decision to maintain silence was made, the administration appeared to wield falsified law enforcement reporting for their own purposes against you and your family members as well. Is there an irony in that choice?
Answer: A tragedy. An irony. A loss. All of these.
19. And it is on the basis of AI-generated audio and AI-generated photos and AI-generated video, alongside coerced false witness statements, that the administration has now targeted you, is it not?
Answer: This is the FBI's assertion, yes. And I can only say that I am the most honorable person in the territory, so somebody is telling some momentous lies about me if these allegations of sniping assignments are to be believed -- and I now think they are, in fact, credible.
20. Hasn't President Biden spoken publicly about the dangers of AI?
Answer: He has, so I believe he is fully apprised of how convincing AI-generated audio, video and still photos can be.
21. But you don't think the President and Vice President believe you are a criminal of any kind whatsoever.
Answer: I'm certain they know I am not.
22. Do they realize that your husband is not a criminal in any way, shape or form either?
Answer: Given the tactics of the DoD in coercing false statements, yes, they do know that he is innocent of all wrongdoing.
23. Are your sons and MX still at risk in this circumstance?
Answer: Extreme risk. They are tremendously imperiled.
24. Why?
Answer: They are witnesses, capable of speaking to the truth of their experience as unwilling recruits into a program I have previously described for the OIG Hotline.
25. What can be done for them?
Answer: I can attempt to highlight their circumstances, as we're doing now, and I can continue to ask that their health, their safety, and their sovereignty be returned to them in their entirety.
26. Your younger son may need residential treatment again because of the crimes committed against him in this case. Is that true?
Answer: I believe it is.
27. Will this be the third time?
Answer: At least.
28. How long should he be in treatment this time, do you believe?
Answer: Two to three months.

Answer: My sons and MX will never be safe with any handler for any reason ever again.
30. Can they survive what has been done to them? Can they decline new attempts to direct them in unlawful ways?
Answer: If this administration determines to save their lives, then, yes, they can survive. But that means the President and the Vice President both need to adopt an ethical stance regarding this matter, and right away. And in answer to your second question, neither my sons nor MX possess individual sovereignty right now because of the harms that have been perpetrated against them. So right now, they are not able to decline their handlers' directives, and that weakness is well understood by the handlers involved, and by those directing the handlers.
31. That's the reason you asked that the Supreme Court grant injunctive relief pertaining to both of your sons and MX, isn't it?
Answer: Exactly so.
32. Your husband also allegedly has been targeted in frightening ways, also allegedly based on false reporting.
Answer: Yes, so he, too, needs a disqualification of falsified witness statements and false evidence, together with the Supreme Court's reversal of any decision to cause our family yet further harm.
32. What is the path forward?
Answer: The ethical path forward has always been the provision of FOIA reports and investigative reports, followed by lawful and honorable outreach facilitating dialogue about this case.

Answer: If President Biden and Vice President Harris decide that it can happen, then it can happen.

OIG Hotline, this is to clarify for your Office and others that I am in possession of a holographic Will, which is a handwritten document, begun and completed in a single sitting, fully enforceable according to the laws of California.
Because the FBI has allegedly engaged in repeated forgeries of my documents, I will be copying this Will and placing it with several trusted individuals for safe keeping.
In the meantime, this is to document that any person other than the beneficiary or beneficiaries documented within my holographic Will who claims to be related to me by genetics, or whose genetic claim is forwarded by others on his or her behalf, is to be excluded from my estate entirely.
I may elect to revise that decision in the future at my discretion.
But for the time being, it is protective of my life and the lives of my family members that this provision be understood to be my considered, reasoned, and necessary choice.
At this time, I am receiving myriad threats of unjustified home invasion through law enforcement visit (with two female officers specified for some reason), or Special Forces raid, in addition to threats of arson at my property with followup harm perpetrated by corrupt EMT personnel. Beyond this, I am receiving repeated threats of ALS caused by FBI affiliates through a DoD initiative within my own home or the homes of my loved ones. I am also receiving threats of purposeful bone marrow destruction through means that have not been delineated, but presumably relate to chemical or radioactive destruction. Heart attack and kidney failure are also rather gleefully being threatened by the FBI at this time. All of these harms are reported to be wrongfully justified by knowingly false witness statements coerced from my sons, other relatives, and my friends by the DoD, all reportedly in fear for their lives. Helen Loeffler, Kimberly Kelly, and Carolyn Walter Calupca all appear to have been specified, among others. Certainly, I fear for their well-being, and that of their families, given what the FBI/DoD has done to my own.
In addition, my sons are said by the FBI to be "rehearsing their lines" for some additional false reporting that is yet to be inflicted upon us by the FBI/DoD, likely to correspond to partially falsified audio, in which half the conversation is AI-generated, no doubt the half belonging to my voice or to that of my husband.
Accordingly, it is necessary for me to make clear that any person other than the beneficiary or beneficiaries documented within my holographic Will who is said to possess my genetics or a portion of my genetics is to be entirely disinherited from any and all share in my estate.
Please note that my holographic Will is not located in my attic or other concealed space within my home. In other words, the FBI and its affiliates will not have access to it and should never claim access to it. Nor should a realtor, a lawyer I have not personally selected, an inspector I have not personally designated, or any other individual I have not personally hired or selected.
