My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Who Is Tom Lyons and Why Is He Not Stepping Forward Honorably?

 1.  Tom Lyons gave you his business card a few years ago at a gathering in Hillsboro, on an evening during which he violated the Hatch Act.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  I still have his card, because it seemed to me that his conduct was violating certain critical legal boundaries at the time.

(Please note that I am currently being prevented from sharing his business card here due to apparent tampering with Blogger software.)

2.  Is there any statute of limitations for the Hatch Act?

Answer:  No, there is not.

3.  So, Tom Lyons was revealing the FBI's political leanings, or at least his own personal political leanings, in the same setting in which he was giving a speech on behalf of the FBI.  And this is what constituted the legal violation.  Is that so?

Answer:  Exactly.  Yes.  It is not in the national interest to have a politicized federal law enforcement agency, and for obvious reasons.

4.  And what are those reasons, please?

Answer:  Mass arrest following targeted false reporting about members of an opposing political party.

5.  In other words, violations of the Hatch Act could reflect plans for an impending political coup by a corrupt federal agency.  Is that the case?

Answer:  Quite so.

6.  Has Tom Lyons desecrated your family property on Cape Cod in some manner?

Answer:  This is an excellent question, best answered by the OIG Hotline's investigative reports which have been wrongfully withheld from me, in contravention of a Supreme Court ruling that they be provided.

7.  Has Tom Lyons wrongfully blamed your honorable parents, both now deceased, of crimes relating to his own desecration of your family property on Cape Cod?

Answer:  Again, this is a critical question, and I need the OIG Hotline's reports in order to answer it.

8.  Is it possible that Tom Lyons is attempting to save his own professional reputation from ruin by persisting in false accusations against you or your family members regarding the questions above?

Answer:  Again, I would need to evaluate his accusations directly to be able to comment on this important inquiry.

9.  Is it possible that this administration is attempting to profiteer from the first-degree murder of your family members and yourself by failing to fulfill the Supreme Court's ruling that investigative reports must be provided to you?

Answer:  Again, we need to have more information at our disposal regarding the conduct of this administration regarding this case.  Is there profiteering that is transpiring to the great harm and detriment of my family and the nation as a whole?  We all have a clear interest in obtaining the answer and in doing so promptly.

10.  Has Tom Lyons manipulated DNA evidence regarding knowingly false accusations he has extended against your family members or yourself?

Answer:  There was a suggestion by the FBI that Tom Lyons had ordered the deletion of one of my X chromosomes in order to frame me of his own alleged crimes regarding this matter.  I have no verification of that allegation, however.

11.  So, in the absence of reports from the OIG Hotline, you cannot reveal to the public whether Tom Lyons is their arch enemy or their staunch supporter.

Answer:  That's true.  We all need to see the reports, and right away, in order to come to terms with the role Tom Lyons has been playing in this case.

12.  The last time you spoke about Tom Lyons online, the Attorney General appeared to state that you could be charged for revealing his name.

Answer:  The man willingly and freely gave me his business card at a public gathering.  I don't think I can be charged for asking questions about his conduct.  If Tom Lyons were an honorable person reading this exchange, he would immediately reach out to me in order to elucidate his conduct with verifiable documentation from the OIG Hotline.  This would be the response of any individual of integrity regarding the extraordinary delays in this matter.

13.  It has been suggested to you by the FBI that your home sale on Cape Cod is being blocked by the FBI.  Is that a violation of your private property rights?

Answer:  One hundred percent.  If the FBI has committed crimes relating to my family's property on Cape Cod, the agency needs to address its liability with me, publicly or privately.  But right away in either case.

14.  It has also been suggested that the FBI has violated or is planning to violate your property rights regarding your Portola Valley property.  Has Tom Lyons been in direct contact with your realtors out of a desire to tamper with your home, your furniture or your belongings in a criminal aggregation of "evidence" of wrongdoing?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that this communication has taken place, that my realtors have been signed as "witness informants," and that there is a clear agreement to tamper with my belongings without my permission or knowledge of the specifics.

15.  What could the FBI do to tamper with your household or your belongings?

Answer:  They could easily contaminate any of my furniture, clothing or belongings with purported DNA evidence of a crime entirely unknown to me, and with that false evidence, they could find a judge somewhere to sign off on a lethal conviction.

16.  Without your ability to defend yourself?  Without your knowledge that such a judicial proceeding was taking place?

Answer:  Yes, and yes.  This is a devastating result of the concealed judgements that the FBI is advancing within the United States at this time.

17. How can this matter be resolved?

Answer:  With immediate outreach to me from an honorable intermediary approved by the DOJ.

18.  Otherwise, will the FBI persist in its wrongful accusations and attempts to profiteer from its knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting in this case?

Answer:  This is a near certainty, yes.  The agency has demonstrated no self-restraint in this matter or any other that I have seen.  It is the role of others to demonstrate to the FBI that it lessens its own power by persisting with lies regarding this case.

19.  Is the FBI still appearing to threaten violence against your family members and yourself?

Answer: I continue to receive copious threats.

20.  Can the agency now be brought to heel concerning this matter?

Answer:  I will be letting you know.

21.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are most welcome.
