OIG Hotline, please be informed of my communication, below, with Representative Sam Liccardo, who has expressed his intention to spend time within the U.S. DOJ this week, specifically requesting his constituents' guidance on the material they would like to receive.
I very much appreciate your support in conveying certified, sealed investigative reports regarding my case to Representative Liccardo at the earliest opportunity.
Thank you for your support regarding this matter.
Most sincerely,

To the Staff of Representative Sam Liccardo:
Since Representative Liccardo was kind enough to ask his constituents for guidance with regard to his search for specific documentation within the U.S. DOJ, I hereby request that he inquire with the U.S. DOJ's Office of the Inspector General Hotline a full copy of investigative reports regarding my case as adjudicated with the assistance of that Office before the Supreme Court.
My understanding is that the Supreme Court has ruled that I must be provided with these full disclosures, yet the U.S. DOJ has so far been unable to successfully convey that material into my possession.
Reports provided should be certified material, secured with an official seal, and should not leave the direct possession of anyone who is authorized to transport material to me.
Under no circumstances should material be emailed to me, due to risks of the broad dissemination of false information.
Thank you for conveying this request to Representative Liccardo. While I am unable to communicate with Representative Liccardo directly via email, I appreciate your serving as intermediary with regard to updates and progress concerning this matter.
Please be informed that in the past, a third party has endeavored to disrupt communication with my elected representatives through online impersonation in the communication of threats. Please understand that I have not and will not ever extend threats to anyone, and that I believe our elected representatives should be treated with the utmost respect and appreciation for their honorable service to their constituents and the nation as a whole.
Sincerely yours,
Lane MacWilliams

To the Staff of Representative Sam Liccardo:
Pursuant to my request for Representative Liccardo's secure conveyance of investigative reports to me from the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ, please be informed that travel and expenses related to the conveyance of certified, sealed reports may be reimbursed by the OIG Hotline up to $20,000.
However, that reimbursement cannot be characterized as a political donation in any context, as it could improperly disallow my receipt of awards that have been extended to me over the years of my diligent advocacy on behalf of the long term human rights of all Americans.
If you have any questions about this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me via email prior to any reimbursement request.
Respectfully,
Lane MacWilliams
