1. The FBI appears to be indicating to you that you need to leave your home. Do you have any idea why that is?
Answer: The agency seems to be alleging that there are bxxx threats against my home, against my vehicles, and against mail and packages arriving for me as well. So, they seem to be advising that I leave the premises.
2. What is the reason for the escalation in bxxx threats? Do you have any idea?
Answer: It seems that there is a Constitutional requirement for the U.S. DOJ to provide investigative reports to Representative Sam Liccardo at this point, and further, that there is a legal requirement that he in turn convey those same reports to me.
3. What are your thoughts about this?
Answer: My thoughts are those of gratitude for the OIG Hotline, whose investigators have not given up on this arduous endeavor. And my thoughts are those of deep appreciation for the Supreme Court, which has ruled that the reports must be provided to me.
These honorable people deserve immense respect and thanks from the whole of the country for holding up under pressure that is unimaginable to most of us.
4. Not unimaginable to you?
Answer: Not unimaginable to me. No.
5. What about Representative Sam Liccardo?
Answer: I voted for him, but I've never met him. If he has the courage to convey the reports to me intact, then he's a remarkable person.
6. If investigative reports are conveyed to you, will this open up discussion regarding your case as a whole?
Answer: Even if my case is ongoing, yes, it will necessarily open up discussion regarding events to date.
7. You have said that you are sensitive to the fact that not everything within your case can be rendered public at this time.
Answer: That's true, clearly. And there may be subjects that are considered extremely sensitive in a lasting context as well. Having said that, discussion about the preservation of the long term human rights of Americans in light of what we know so far is profoundly and transformatively important.
8. How is your family holding up under this extraordinary pressure?
Answer: I have been speaking a great deal about the importance of human sovereignty, and this is partly because I am extremely aware of sovereignty violations toward certain of my family members and the tremendous loss in personal freedom this has exacted. There is no question that the strains are tremendous, and I can only hope they can survive them until the full reports are placed into my hands.
9. Their lives are being threatened under these conditions?
Answer: Daily. Yes.
10. What are you communicating to them in order to try to help them?
Answer: I'm trying to reaffirm that they are important, that their experience is important, that their lives are important, that their hope in humanity cannot be extinguished at this moment or any other.
11. What is your impression of their response to your words?
Answer: That they are heavily burdened by their agencies at this time -- truly struggling to maintain their health and safety, facing demands for their signatures on false statements about our family on a daily basis, that they are frightened, beleaguered, traumatized and heartbroken for our country. All of this and more.
12. Are the very agencies that are demanding false statements from them -- namely the FBI and its affiliates -- using those false testaments to wrongfully justify plans of violence against your family members and yourself?
Answer: Yes, the false statements are always taken to an individual judge somewhere as wrongful justification for physical harm.
13. The Supreme Court has consistently ruled in your favor in this case, hasn't it?
Answer: I have not seen the judgements, but I believe this to be true. The FBI should not be able to take renewed false claims to judges from lower courts in order to cause us harm, yet this appears to have happened on several occasions.
14. Is it unconstitutional for the FBI to take your case to lower courts for rulings intended to cause your family harm, when the Supreme Court has already decided in your favor?
Answer: I suspect this violates judicial procedure on multiple counts, yes.
15. What has allowed these violations to continue?
Answer: Secrecy. It is the fact that the FBI is taking knowingly false evidence to lower courts in secret that has caused tremendous damage to my family members and myself. And these improper proceedings have allowed for the continued demands for false statements from my children and daughter-in-law, despite clear and repeated violations of their human rights.
16. What can halt this destructive cycle?
Answer: Only the provision to me of the investigative reports, together with full disclosure to me regarding all aspects of my case.
17. Can that now happen with certainty in the Constitutional mandates that require it?
Answer: Yes, it can happen. It is important for us to recognize that our Constitutional mandates depend, in the long term, on our own insistence. The OIG Hotline is insisting, the Supreme Court is insisting, certain elected leaders are insisting, and I myself am insisting that this case matters to the long term freedoms we all consider foundational to a meaningful, joyful, honorable, trustful and worthy life as Americans. The Constitution is a living document, and all of these good people are breathing life into it.
So, we need to understand how important our insistence is to others when we think about the sovereignty of those who will come after us.
We want them to say we served them well.
18. Do you wish this particular responsibility had fallen on someone else's shoulders?
Answer: There's a wonderful scene in the Lord of the Rings in which Frodo says, "I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened."
Gandalf answers him, "So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us."
19. What does that dialogue mean to you?
Answer: It means that we need to strive to our utmost even and especially when we're outnumbered and discouraged.
20. Have you met the new Sheriff of San Mateo County, Ken Binder?
Answer: No, I have not.
21. Is Sheriff Binder being asked to assist in surveillance of your property and potential harm to your family members?
Answer: The FBI always coordinates with local law enforcement regarding false accusations for which they have sought the death penalty through concealed proceedings.
22. Does Sheriff Binder have a role to play in objecting to the FBI's conduct in this case?
Answer: Objections to improper proceedings based on false evidence are always a positive sign.
23. Should your sons' and daughter-in-law's coerced false witness statements be withdrawn, as well as that of your Uncle, and other friends and relatives who have been threatened and harmed because of this case?
Answer: Decisively and immediately, yes.
24. What are the most substantive threats you are receiving other than those delineated a few minutes ago?
Answer: Staged "natural" disasters including landslides, sinkholes, wildfire, house fire, flooding, meteor fall, and other catastrophic failures such as gas explosion or fatal car accident -- along with issues such as power outage combined with violent home invasion, kidnapping or sniper assault.
25. One of your family members has said he doesn't believe reports will ever be provided to you. Yet you disagree.
Answer: I cannot give up hope for the American people regarding their human rights, their dignity, and their personal sovereignty. It's just not possible for me.
26. Why not?
Answer: Without working on behalf of the American people and our national sovereignty as a whole, I would have perished long ago. It is my hope for others that has allowed me to endure.
27. Will you please keep in close communication with us regarding your wellbeing and that of your family?
Answer: Of course. Yes.
28. Thank you for speaking with us this evening.
Answer: You are most welcome.
