OIG Hotline, please reach out to me via phone call and email with any questions or concerns whatsoever regarding my case. I will make myself available to your investigative team at any time to address openly and honestly any issues that require clarification.
It is important that your investigators have unfettered access to open dialogue with me, especially if false evidence and false witness statements have been provided to your team by the FBI and its affiliates in any context.
Wrongful convictions can result in physical harm to my family members or myself, up to and including wrongful death. So I ask that, whenever there is any possibility of a conviction for a crime unknown to me (and all crimes alleged by the FBI to have been committed by me are unknown to me), you reach out with questions or concerns as early and as frequently as possible, with a strong bias toward direct and thorough communication in every instance.
On the chance that wrongful convictions have already occurred, please reach out to me so that they can be challenged and overturned promptly.
I know that the investigative standards of the U.S. Department of Justice require this engagement, and I appreciate your commitment to upholding it.
Because the FBI often appears to obstruct communications to my cell phone and email, I would respectfully request that the content of all outreach be provided to me via certified delivery for the sake of redundancy. I will document my receipt, though not necessarily the contents, of any communication from your Office on my public blog.
My current contact information will be provided to your Office within an emailed copy of this document.
Thank you for your ongoing efforts on my behalf.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
