This is to document apparent FBI interference with my attempt to rent a car at Hertz in Mountain View this morning shortly after 11:30 AM.

While my husband spoke to a colleague on the phone in the FedEx Mountain View parking lot, I walked one block to Hertz to inquire about renting a car.

A driver, John "Weine" or "Wyne" (This individual refused to spell his last name for me, and I'm not certain he was honest in its one disclosure.) had taken the place of a customer service representation who had "just stepped out" to a destination unknown with no specified return time.

John seemed to be suggesting that I settle in for a long conversation with him.  When I left the store front, he followed me out the door, remarkably enough.  He proceeded to plead with me to return inside.

His demeanor was entirely false.  I found his assertions to be dubious in every regard.

I was so concerned by this interaction that I returned to my husband's car to retrieve my cell phone and then briefly returned to Hertz to obtain this individual's photo.

After taking this photo, I immediately left, while John again begged me to stay.

All I can say is, the FBI must have offered him a great deal of money for the task of lying about our conversation.

What a disheartening indictment of the agency and its affiliates.

Alleged Mail Tampering by FBI Personnel

 OIG Hotline, FBI affiliates have appeared to suggest that the FBI has removed letters from USPS mail coming to 45 Vista Verde Way, Portola Valley, CA.  They have suggested that the agency may have removed and altered materials responsive to my FOIA request, specifically mentioning the deletion of an alleged AI-generated video meant to be included with those materials.  In addition, they have alleged that tax communications have been unlawfully withdrawn from my mail by FBI personnel in order to cause travails to my family.

On checking my emails, I note that USPS Informed Delivery communications are missing for two dates in June,  the 16th and the 19th.

As a result, I sent the following email to USPS Informed Delivery this morning:

Renewed Threats from FBI of Deployment of "The Thrower"

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that I am in receipt of extensive threats from FBI affiliates of a renewed assault against our family members with a DEW referred to as "the thrower."  

It would seem that the FBI's deadly assault against my family members will continue unabated without active and forceful intervention at this time.

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that my Amazon order of Praziquantel did not arrive this morning.

Given the FBI's suggestion that I will not be able to access medical treatment for the illnesses FBI personnel caused me through their intentional compromise of my food and water supply, I do not expect to have delivery later today either.

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that my stalker has asserted many times that I was exposed to a "plague in the water" the last time I washed my hair in the bath, on June 25th, 2023, due to some pathogen that was added to the water through Cal Water malfeasance.

He has further suggested that schistosomiasis flukes may be the causal organism.  This, in addition to the Echinococcus multilocularis that was allegedly introduced into the water previously.

Due to unusual symptoms I have not experienced before, I am seeking medical care at this time.

I will update this blog with further information.

UPDATE:  

OIG Hotline, most urgent care facilities appear to have closed at 5 PM.  Accordingly, I have discussed this matter with my husband.

My stalker appears to claim that I will be deprived of adequate medical care in seeking expert help through physicians.

Accordingly, I have ordered Praziquantel from Amazon in the appropriate dose.

Amazon has guaranteed delivery by 6 AM to 8 AM tomorrow morning, as per the screenshot below.

If this order is delayed, even by a short time, I will be reporting that delay here for your investigation.  Please note that my two orders of this item were above the $150 threshold specified here.

It goes without saying that one should not be self-diagnosing and self-treating a serious illness such as schistosomiasis.

It also goes without saying that my family and I should not be subjected to this unconscionable form of ongoing predation by the FBI and Cal Water.

My stalker, in learning of my distress today, sent this message to my cell phone:  

And so, I have to wonder, is this what Vladimir Putin is saying to free American citizens?

"Do what I tell you to do or else you and everyone you know will die"?

UPDATE: Lyft to SFO for Rental Car

An update follows at the conclusion of this post.

OIG Hotline, my husband has hired a Lyft driver to take me to SFO in order to rent a car due to the fact that my husband could not rent a car for me elsewhere.  

My husband will be proceeding behind us in his own car.  The driver's information is as follows:

I will not be conversing with the driver, though I will record my time within this vehicle.

I will be posting here on my return home.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

UPDATE:

OIG Hotline, I had concerns about this Lyft driver.  He wore a small, sophisticated earpiece which he removed from his right ear at approximately 7:40 PM while driving, attempting to do so unnoticed.

In speaking with my husband prior to leaving Vista Verde Way, his English language skills were highly variable, which is to say his poor language ability seemed feigned.

In contrast to his feigned inability to speak English to my husband, his Lexus was brand new and an expensive luxury vehicle.

My husband identified the driver as Korean, but his ostensible name as a Lyft driver was Chinese.

This man seemed to me to possess an unusually high degree of physical coordination, driving with his left hand, leaving his right hand free.

He gave me the impression of possessing violent potential.

His actions were adaptive and predatory, while his persona was faux naive.

This driver failed to drop me off at the rental car depot, instead driving past the drop-off location and ignoring my multiple request that he perform a U-turn to do so.

Instead he dropped me off one block away, at a "park and fly" area.  Fortunately, my husband was able to follow our vehicle closely the whole time.

After drop-off, the driver did not leave, but rather, remained parked, observing my husband and me in an unusual manner.

My impressions:  this man was not an ordinary Lyft driver.

The likelihood of his providing a falsified witness statement to the FBI is high.

I recorded the silence of our trip to SFO, as well as my multiple requests that the driver perform a U-turn to drop me off at the correct rental car location.

All of my husband's words and actions and my own words and actions today were lawful and honorable in all respects.

I hereby certify that this information is true, correct, and complete.

Threats of FBI Tampering with Supplement

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that FBI affiliates appear to have suggested a particular supplement to assist with slowing Echinococcus mulitlocularis.

I have ordered this supplement from Amazon, but now am receiving threats of harmful tampering with these capsules on the part of the FBI.

Plumbing Sabotage at Portola Valley Residence

OIG Hotline, this is to document that it appears that the plumbing at our Portola Valley home has suffered from sabotage of some kind that has blocked the majority of our pipes.

It appears that some type of additive was placed in the water supply which served to create a gel within the pipes.  

No doubt, Cal Water is aware of the specific additive used by the FBI and affiliates to cause this particular problem.

I do note that the arrangement of sticks at our water main curb stop has been disturbed.  While someone attempted to replace the sticks in their prior position, they did not succeed.

It would be helpful if FBI personnel would instruct Cal Water to liquify the water in the pipes with the appropriate additive, without causing further harm.

If past is prologue, FBI personnel would like for us to call a plumber, who would then be instructed to cause ELF problems or other hazardous exposures while on our property with access to our residence's pipes.

In a different realm of threats, please note that FBI affiliates appear to be alluding to TB, Covid, SARS, H5N1, pneumonia and other dangerous respiratory exposures perpetrated through our home's ventilation system.

Separate and apart from this, threats from FBI affiliates of car bomb continue -- to the degree that my husband is now renting a car on my behalf.

I will update this post with further information as it becomes available.
