1.  You have received an apparent demand from the FBI to vote against Proposition 50 in the special election that is taking place next week.  Is that true?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

2.  And the FBI seems to be stating that your sons and MX, who are effectively being held hostage by the FBI and its affiliated agencies at this time, will be rendered "free" if you vote in the manner which the FBI dictates.  Is that your impression?

Answer:  Yes.  Quite decidedly.

3.  What are your thoughts about this?  What is the FBI's intent here?

Answer:  The FBI seems to be afraid of me from a political perspective.  The agency seems to be worried that I could run for political office at some time in the future.  And I think the attempt to dictate my vote on Prop 50 is actually an attempt to alienate me from the Democratic Party.  So the agency is doing everything it can to hurt my children in the days leading up to this election.

4.  Are you under the impression that the FBI has been actively harming your children over recent days, on top of all of its recent crimes toward them, in order to control your vote?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  The agency has appeared to engage in trafficking crimes against them, "assignments" which should not be transpiring, defamation against them or against me for violent crimes that are completely unknown to me, and coercive demands from DoD personnel for false statements from them which wrongfully characterize their own sexual identity, the dignity and appropriateness of my relationship to them, the honorable and lawful course of their childhoods, and the respectful and law-abiding conduct of their father and myself at all times.

5.  What would happen if those false statements were coerced from your children?

Answer:  I think Txx Lxxxx would trot right down to a court that stands well below the Supreme Court and argue that my family members and I should be killed in the national interest.  That's what would happen.

6.  Is Txx Lxxxx acting in the context of a personal vendetta at this point?

Answer:  Obviously, there is mental illness in Txx Lxxxx.  I met the man once, although he was violating the Hatch Act at the time.  And this is a person who feels that he should have no accountability for the human atrocities he continues to commit against the American public.  There's no conscience, ethics, moral compass, or sense of responsibility for the gratuitous harm he has caused to my family.  On the contrary, this is an individual who is pathologically focused on "winning" a "game" that is focused on killing the innocent, either reputationally, physically, or both.  And he is utilizing AI-generated film, photos and audio to try to convince others that he has "evidence" that his unwarranted aggression has served the public interest.  In reality, this individual has just been lining his own pockets as a result of his false accusations and his sadistic predation toward his ethical betters.  He is a disgrace to the nation and a traitor to the American people, and I say that with confidence.

7.  Is there any justification possible for Mr. Txx Lxxxx' harm to your son when he was hospitalized recently?

Answer:  There can be no justification for Mr. Lxxxx' gratuitous harm to my children given that he has removed their sovereignty and self-determination in every context.  This man is the very definition of malevolence.  He has brain damaged my children, directed their rape and trafficking, controlled their every action, and then defamed them for all of it, as if they were exercising their own free volition.

8.  What is your children's view of Mr. Txx Lxxxx?

Answer:  Today is Halloween, appropriately enough for this question.  I think they view him as a monster, an inhuman predator, completely devoid of conscience or character.  And I think they are correct.  He has game-ified our lives, turned our deepest suffering into an FBI entertainment with points and bonuses, and his intention toward us remains in every way murderous, horrific, and a deep offense to our dignity and humanity.

9.  Is Mr. Lxxxx psychopathic in your view?

Answer:  Most definitely.  This is a person who presents well by focusing on mirroring those he is trying to convince, utilizing their language, facial expressions, cadence, and gestures while echoing their values, beliefs and priorities as these are disclosed.  He is highly practiced in manipulation, and, behind the mask, astonishingly predatory.

10.  After all the appalling harm Mr. Lxxxx has caused to your family, how do you feel about the fact that he is now trying to dictate to you how to vote on Prop 50 in California?

Answer:  I do not appreciate the attempt.  And I'm sure my sons and daughter-in-law are being similarly pressured.  And I think that kind of obstruction of free and fair elections is devastating to the public interest and the nation as a whole.

11.  May I ask your feeling about Prop 50, which seeks to counterbalance gerrymandering efforts by the Republican Party in other states?

Answer:   My feeling is that it is important for us to try to maintain as much balance in the Congress as possible.

We may have Republican control for several election cycles at least.  Alongside this, balance in the Congress will be critical.

12.  Why do you feel that there is going to be Republican control for this length of time?

Answer:  We are addressing myriad urgent situations as a nation, and, as a result, we may see a more sustained federal control leaning toward the Republican Party for this time period.

13.  And why do you believe that we should maintain as much balance in Congress as possible?

Answer:  Because, although the Congress is likely to continue to exhibit at least slight Republican majorities for this period of time, our nation will benefit from representation that is as even as possible between the two major parties.

14.  For what reason?

Answer:  We are facing enemies of our national sovereignty from without and within, so the nation is best positioned to rebuff those assaults by keeping the parties roughly even.  If any adversary tries to control our internal policy, we can rely on a Congress that is nearly even to reject legislation that undermines the national interest.  We need to be able to lean on this internal political opposition in order to maintain fundamental sovereignty controls.  So this is the Congressional balance that will best serve our national security.

15.  Will Prop 50 pass?

Answer:  It will pass, yes.  And this will assist in maintaining the balance I have just described.

16.  You have voted for both Democratic and Republican candidates in the past.

Answer:  Yes, I have.

17.  How do you identify yourself politically?

Answer:  As an American, first and foremost.  I try to vote with an understanding of the big picture concerns for our country.

18.  Should the FBI be telling anyone how to cast their vote?

Answer:  Never.  It's simply unnecessary, and this type of dystopian overreach causes great damage to the fabric of our society, both now and in the future.

19.  Will President Trump extend honorable discharge to your children given their current status as veritable hostages to the FBI and its affiliate agencies at this time?

Answer:  As you know, I have asked for this for a prolonged period of time.  Certain people merit the respect and acknowledgement of the government, and I believe I have earned that recognition in every conceivable regard.  The ongoing victimization of my children is a disgrace to our national character and does not represent the worthy or sustainable America for which I have been advocating for the last eight years.

20.  What happens when the government tries to erase the evidence of its own malfeasance by murdering the most virtuous?

Answer:  What, indeed?  In this case, people need to understand that their actions are going to be documented in the context of American history, so they need to fully consider the legacies they are attempting to build when they wrong my family in the appalling ways that have occurred in this matter.

21.  Have your concerns regarding this case yet been appropriately addressed?

Answer:  Not yet, no.  My family needs to be reunited, we need to be free to speak the truth to one another about the astonishing harm we have all experienced, we need to recover our sovereignty, our health, and our safety in every regard, and I need to receive a full accounting of my case, in addition to other concerns.

Boats Against the Current

1.  The FBI apparently attempted to kill one of your sons two weeks ago during his hospitalization for a stroke, which was also caused by the FBI.  Is that accurate?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  The FBI caused his stroke in order to force him into the hospital.  Then they transferred him to a psychiatric unit, told his wife that he was having an anxiety attack, and dosed him with massive amounts of THC and LSD until he suffered a psychotic break.  This was apparently the intent.  His requests that I be contacted were ignored by the FBI and the hospital, both.  And his initial stroke was left completely untreated, thus causing him maximum damage.

When I called various hospitals to ask whether he had been admitted, due to the fact that I was receiving many puzzling mentions of hospitals on my cell phone, they all denied that he was a patient.

2.  Do you now know where he was hospitalized?

Answer:  I do, yes.

3.  What is the liability of the FBI and the hospital in this case?

Answer:  Astronomical.

4.  Is it true that your son's handler was also suggesting throughout this appalling ordeal that he take his own life as a patriotic act?

Answer:  Yes, it is true.

5.  Has your whole family been wrongfully targeted for death because of the fact that the FBI is frightened of exposure of the agency's crimes of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting and myriad related harms in this case?

Answer:  This is what the agency alleges, yes.

6.  Who has authorized these four counts of first-degree murder?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that these crimes have received Executive authorization.

7.  Authorization from the White House?

Answer:  Quite so.

8.  Isn't this problematic because of the manner in which President Trump has sought to drain your account for various "investments" at his discretion, still failing to inform you of the details of the awards extended in your name?

Answer:  The conflicts of interest are egregious, to be sure.  The FBI has alleged that President Trump has authorized falsified law enforcement reporting and associated withdrawals under Lane Macwilliams, small w, instead of Lane MacWilliams.  But whatever the details, this is intended to be a shell game in which massive misappropriation of these funds is occurring.

9.  What is the overall intent of this misappropriation?

Answer:  The extensive privatization of public funds.  In other words, first-degree-murder by a sitting President for the express purpose of profiteering from the crime.

10.  What are the dangers if such intended crimes by the White House are concealed?

Answer:  Well, I have delineated a fair number of them just recently, but the greatest concern -- separate and apart from the fact that my family should be in every way restored and protected -- the greatest concern is that the enemies of human sovereignty are profiteering from funds awarded in my name as well.

11.  And by the enemies of human sovereignty, are you referring to Russia, China, and others?

Answer:  Yes, I am.  And despite the very real threat that Russia and China pose to the sovereignty of the United States, the greatest danger to human sovereignty in the long run is posed by the "others" you mention here.

12.  Does this relate to the demand that our military construct underground and in-mountain facilities, such as the one planned in Idaho, intended for use by those who are decidedly not represented by the United States military?

Answer:  Yes, it does.

13.  You have made policy recommendation regarding this problem, given that the plans for said construction are decidedly unconstitutional.  

Answer:  I have, because Congress has not been fully informed about this issue, nor has the American public.

14.  You have been told that your policy recommendations should be made in a "fenced" manner, not available for public view.

Answer:  You know, I disagree with that assessment.  It is only the fact that my recommendations are public that allows our elected officials to honor their vows to uphold the Constitution.  If we continue to say that this matter is a "national security concern," but fail to inform the people, then we allow for a fundamental betrayal of the nation, our allies, the global environment, and humanity as a whole.

Our leaders need to feel that history is watching them, because it is.

They will not escape accountability regarding their decision-making surrounding this issue.  And if America's current leaders, and other leaders worldwide, insist on constructing military facilities for the use of the enemies of human freedom, their legacies will be those of regret and diminishment for all.

So that needs to be a serious consideration for those in power, and they need to pause over their critical responsibilities to the nation, to the international community, to the world environment, and to the future of mankind.

15.  In this larger context, isn't the FBI's recent attempt to murder your son all the more foolish?

Answer:  Their actions were unthinkable.  Wildly malicious.  Unforgivable from any and every point of view.

16.  The FBI alleges that FBI agent Txx Lxxxx wanted to render your son unable to account for his own actions in the past, so that Txx Lxxxx could avoid accountability for his own crimes against your family.

Answer: Yes, that allegation has been extended to me.

17.  Your thoughts?

Answer:  The truth is a stubborn geography.  It rises like a mountaintop from the far horizon.  And we intuitively know when we encounter the rising truth. So I don't think Mr. Lxxxx' crimes are so easily suppressed.

18.  What about those who authorized his crimes against your family over time?

Answer:  What, indeed?  How will they be viewed by history?  What will their legacy be in light of their decisions regarding this matter?  How will the public remember them?

19. What is a worthy leader?

Answer:  People can be primarily driven by a quest for money and power, a quest for pleasure, or a quest for wisdom.  Worthy leaders will be described by the path toward the latter.  Wisdom is perhaps the most important quality in those who lead us.  But, as Socrates observed, they also require courage, temperance and justice.  These are the most necessary qualities, and these are the ones we should be looking for in everyone who seeks elected office.

20.  At this point, with such egregious harms having been perpetrated toward your family, you have said that you are now working to your standards of ethics and integrity, not those of others.  Can you explain?

Answer:  My ethics and integrity are higher than those of others.  So this is the bar that needs to be met with regard to this case.  I am not making the assertion that all aspects of this particular case can be rendered public at this juncture.  But I am insisting that they be resolved to date according to my standards.  That means that a high-level intermediary needs to get involved immediately.

21.  How do you view threats from the FBI of kidnapping toward you and your loved ones, alongside myriad other harms?

Answer:  Oh, I view them with seriousness.  The FBI is frightened, and so is the CIA -- and their affiliates are terrified right alongside them.  Again, that's why a high-level intermediary needs to commence communication with me immediately.

22.  Do you hope your documents will be preserved by the Smithsonian Institution, as you have specified, no matter what?

Answer:  With human sovereignty on the line, yes, I do.  

23.  All of them?

Answer:  I'm sure that great thought will be dedicated to answering that question.  But fundamentally, we need to ask whether we as Americans have a right to our own history.  Txx Lxxxx tried to wipe the slate clean by causing unforgivable damage to my son's mind.  But he failed.  In the long run, do we want Americans to know the critical decisions that were made during this inflection point in human history, or do we want them to remain ignorant, propagandized and fearful?  This is the question before us.

A Wayward FBI Agent Seeks to Project Blame for His Own Crimes on the Virtuous and Deceased

 Please note:  A proper name of a criminal FBI agent is redacted below.  However, his full name is to be restored within this document and all others provided to the Smithsonian Institution for the in-person access of the American public.  His identifying information will be provided to the OIG Hotline in an email specifying Smithsonian Institution Document #17000, October 26, 2025.

1.  You spoke with your younger son yesterday evening for the first time in many months.

Answer:  That's true.

2.  How did he sound to you?

Answer:  Unwell.

3.  In what regard?

Answer:  He made a number of irrational statements which, while they may have been directed by his handler, were unprompted by objective circumstances.

4.  Is it your impression that the crimes of Txx Lxxxx toward your younger son did, in fact, force him to be recently hospitalized, as the FBI suggests?

Answer:  It is, yes.

5.  Do you believe he experienced a stroke of some kind, as the FBI suggests?

Answer:  I do.  He is not at all himself.  A stroke seems highly possible.

6.  Do you believe the causes of his stroke have been appropriately reversed by the FBI?

Answer:  Not yet, no.

7.  Has appropriate medical treatment been withheld from your younger son in return for false witness statements against your family?

Answer:  FBI affiliates, including those within the DoD, appear to have repeatedly extorted him for false statements on this basis, yes.

8.  Your son is said to have repeatedly asked for you while he was hospitalized.  Did Txx Lxxxx allow your son to speak to you from his hospital bed?

Answer:  He did not.  No.

9.  Did Txx Lxxxx actively prevent you from speaking to your son while he was in a life-threatening condition?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that this is the case, yes.

10.  What is your son's prognosis?

Answer:  That is entirely dependent on whether President Trump will now allow outreach to me regarding my case.  Certainly, both of my sons and my daughter-in-law require immediate honorable discharge from all government programs.  

11.  Does your request that your documents be transferred to the Smithsonian Institution increase the likelihood that appropriate outreach will now occur?

Answer:  We will see.  I think the truth of this matter is entirely condemnatory of Txx Lxxxx and his FBI cohort.  And although Mr. Lxxxx may relish a degree of infamy, I highly doubt he will wish to be memorialized for all of history by some of his most heinous and indefensible crimes.

12.  Is Mr. Lxxxx now vulnerable to prison time?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that he is.  The agency appears to suggest that if Mr. Lxxxx cannot credibly cast blame for his own atrocities onto others, he himself will be required to face accountability.

13.  The FBI states that Txx Lxxxx has attempted to cast false blame on you for his own crimes, but the agency also appears to state that  he made a false allegation recently that one or both of your deceased parents could have been capable of committing the alleged capital crimes of which Mr. Lxxxx is himself responsible.  What is your response, please?

Answer:  My character, integrity, ethics and conduct stand above reproach.  My parents, also, were both highly honorable people, and I will not be tolerating the denigration of their memory.  There is no world in which my parents would have caused harm to others for any reason.

14.  If the FBI is unwilling to admit Txx Lxxxx' guilt, what falsehoods could they claim about Txx Lxxxx' alleged crimes?

Answer:  Falsehoods are not my business.  I speak the truth as a reflection of my character, my benevolence, my courage, my faith and my virtue.

The FBI's knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting should be dismantled, in my opinion.  It represents disastrous methods and operating procedures, and has caused our nation untold, gratuitous grief.

And with regard to the FBI's mission and objectives at this time, it is simply not necessary.

15.  Did Txx Lxxxx direct your youngest son to wrongfully state that one or both of your parents could have committed Txx Lxxxx' own crimes?

Answer:  The FBI appears to state that he did, and further, that he has attempted to coerce these knowingly false statements from other family members as well.

16.  How do you think your youngest son is feeling about his own false statements at this point?

Answer:  My son has suffered repeated rape, trafficking, torture and sovereignty violations because of Txx Lxxxx.  I think my son is quite unwell at this point, and I have received no communication whatsoever that would signal the FBI's determination to render him healthy.

17.  In fact, Txx Lxxxx has gone on record with myriad plans to murder your whole family for profit, hasn't he?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that there is text messaging to this effect, yes.

18.  And do you know the specific harm perpetrated by Txx Lxxxx against your youngest son, causing him to suffer an alleged stroke and a mental health crisis?

Answer:  I do, yes.

19.  In that case, isn't outreach to you regarding this matter overdue?  Isn't it necessary?

Answer:  Immediate outreach is critical.

Countering Chinese Demands of the Elected Leaders of the United States

 1.  What are the greatest policy concerns of the United States as President Trump prepares to meet with China's President Xi Jinping?

Answer:  China has used the lever of its Treasury bond ownership to cause tremendous damage to Americans, including significant harms to the health of U.S. citizens and the ownership of their intellectual property.  So, we need to counter this and do so decisively.

2.  Can you speak further to China's actions with regard to causing harm to the health of American citizens?

Answer:  Without going into detail, I will simply say that China has obtained extensive information regarding millions of Americans' foundational health.  That transfer of critical data has been without the knowledge or consent of American citizens, and the results have been predictably disastrous.

3.  Who within the United States government has been aware of these transfers?

Answer:  The FBI has assisted in the transfers of that data, unfortunately.

4.  Is it true in this case that, once again, we see the FBI acting in a manner that violates Americans' Constitutional rights in order to profiteer from their suffering?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  And there can be no question about this.

5.  With regard to China's theft of Americans' intellectual property, how has this occurred?

Answer:  Again, tragically, the vast majority of these crimes have occurred with the help of the FBI.  The agency has sold high-value IP to China and then aggregated knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting which wrongfully implicates the victims of that theft.

6.  Hasn't this conduct constituted Tom Lyons' specialty?

Answer:  It has.

7.  How can these violations be halted?

Answer:  Illuminating the FBI's role in these IP crimes is critically important to stemming the tide.  China should not be paying off individual FBI or CIA personnel, nor should Russia, in an effort to facilitate the transfer of critical innovation within the United States.  Our tolerance for this conduct must be zero.

8.  What is your view of the assertions that China continues to send Fentanyl, along with dangerous "designer drugs" into the United States through Mexico?

Answer:  The FBI wrongfully involved my younger son in an "undercover operation" regarding this flow of narcotics.  So, obviously, it's occurring.  And, while Central and South American represent concerning conduits, our unregulated ports are an even larger vulnerability with regard to drugs from China.

9.  How so?

Answer:  Container ships from China and other points of origin around the world are not checked for their contents, and consequently our ports, which are not secure at this time, represent a major artery for drug trafficking which arrives from China without many intermediaries -- as well as for human trafficking, given that immigrants are literally arriving within container transports.

If there is a pressing need for the National Guard, America's ports starkly define it.

And this includes Californian ports, where the National Guard is certainly needed at this time, without further delay.

10.  You don't think that Silicon Valley executives are aware of the problems with California ports?

Answer:  No, it's not on their radar.  There's no awareness of the size and scope of the problem in Silicon Valley, and no commercial capability to fix it.

11.  What about China's aggression regarding natural resources worldwide?

Answer:  This is an enormous issue, with China having made significant incursions into Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and other areas around the world.  The Chinese would like to corner New Zealand's deposits of rare earths, and this needs to be actively prevented by the United States at this time.  If we don't stop the Chinese in New Zealand, Chinese aggression there will be felt as a territorial presence in slightly less than ten years.  So, we need to step up our requests for cooperation from New Zealand on an immediate basis, and Auckland needs to understand how critical this issue is for their nation's long term future.

In addition, we are seeing the Chinese engage in destructive deep sea mining initiatives, which the whole world has an interest in stopping.  And the U.S. Navy has an important role to play in the illumination and obstruction of these phenomenally harmful operations.

12.  What are other concerns for us with regard to China?

Answer:  China has established a number of concealed "police stations" within Canada and the United States, utilizing the cover of ostensible cultural service organizations to cause harm to Chinese dissidents in North America.  https://vancouversun.com/news/local-news/civil-rights-group-says-vancouver-has-at-least-one-secret-chinese-police-station  Beyond this, of course, we can assume that the Chinese are using these organizations to facilitate the transfer of both intellectual property and health data belonging to Americans.

We don't need our own FBI and CIA personnel assisting these unwelcome "authorities" on our own soil.

13.  What can we do to most effectively counter China's aggression on these and other fronts?

Answer:  The root of our problem with China stems from our over-indebtedness.  In the long term, we need to ensure that we don't make the same mistakes with regard to this issue.  Deficits do matter, and that lever is compounded over time.  A nation is most robust when it lays an economic foundation that disallows them.  

So, if a nation were starting out with a new currency at a certain point, its leaders would want to ensure that balanced budgets were the requirement.

14.  What about China's relationship to environmental concerns?

Answer:  China's relationship to environmental concerns is imperial in nature.  Culturally, there is much less respect for the natural world and the wildlife it supports than we manifest in the West.

China lies to its own people with regard to the current environmental crisis, and this is where we can, within several years, begin to distinguish ourselves as most worthy of a global leadership role regarding the stewardship of the Earth's environment.

The American people, when addressed by our military leaders regarding our climate realities, will accept a de-politicization of the climate issue, and further, they will rapidly adapt when asked to do so.

15.  Why haven't Americans adapted as of yet?

Answer:  You know, we haven't asked them in the right way.

But we are capable of doing so, and this is the courage and integrity I want to see in our choice to involve our military leadership in discussing this issue with the public within a few years' time.

16.  Why is it critical that the United States do so?

Answer:  China and Russia are ill-prepared to lead the world in global concerns precisely because both of these countries long ago abandoned any interest in the human rights of their own people.  The environment is a tool to them, and one to be exploited for the aggregation of power in the hands of very few.  

The United States has the opportunity to uphold the environment as a gift, and one that must be cherished and stewarded for the sake of humanity, and the wildlife we uphold and protect.

This latter vision will lead to lasting peace and prosperity, whereas totalitarian approaches to the environment will inevitably lead to a wasteland.

Ultimately, we will need to engage the public in a vision of our shared future.  Any country that fails to do that is unqualified to lead.

17.  In the meantime, how do we effectively negotiate our concerns with China?

Answer:  China is going to engage in increasing territorial aggression and heightening damage to the world environment over time, and its leaders are going to be lying to us regarding every single one of its objectives.  So, this needs to be understood.

Even so, we need to demand that China stop aggregating the health information of American citizens and cease its theft (even through nominal and illegal "purchases") of Americans' intellectual property.

Further, there are areas, such as New Zealand, where we can actually prevent territorial aggression by acting with foresight.

The distinct advantages we have over China relate to our unshakeable commitment to the sovereignty of our nation and the long term self-determination of our people.

Our character and integrity have the potential to save us in the long term, because leaders who inspire the trust of their people will prevail over long term totalitarian governments based on fear and repression.

We need to be deft in conveying to China that we simply cannot comply with its leaders' most abusive demands because the American public is writing about these issues openly, and is becoming increasingly aware of the damage that China's initiatives have wrought.

So, there are boundaries that are arising because of the active and principled engagement of the American public, and our leaders can lean on these guardrails when they need to do so.

18.  Can the FBI and the CIA be directed to stop assisting the Chinese in the implementation of programs that run counter to the United States' national interest?

Answer:  Decisively.  Yes.

19.  Will you speak further with regard to countering Chinese aggression against American interests in the future?

Answer:  I will address these concerns, yes.

Policy Strategy: Defending the Territorial Integrity of the United States with High-Priority Initiatives

 1.  What are important actions the United States can take right away to better defend our territorial integrity?

Answer:  Congress can enact a law that forbids the United States military, any military or agency personnel or contractors, and any foreign entities whatsoever from constructing facilities on U.S. soil for the purpose of joint or sole use by military or civilian populations that are not American citizens.

In other words, Congress can forbid the United States from allowing the construction of what I will call Trojan Horse facilities on U.S. territory.  And it is important that this regulation extend to secret installations about which Congress may not be informed due to security designations.

The Executive Branch, by itself, should not maintain sole authority to permit such installations.

2.  Why not?

Answer:  Because that places too much pressure on a handful of people.  No President should be facing a circumstance in which his permission for the construction of such facilities is necessitated by safety and security concerns pertaining to the U.S. government itself, for example.  No foreign power should be able to hold our elected leaders hostage to an agenda involving the construction of underground or in-mountain facilities, like that planned in Idaho, that fundamentally conflict with the long term national interest.

The Executive needs the support of the United States Congress, the DOJ and the Supreme Court to ensure that this type of extortion can never occur.

3.  What could our territorial losses look like if we failed to prevent the construction of the installations to which you're referring?

Answer:  The FBI seems to indicate that the United States could lose up to 23% of its usable land within ten years, and perhaps significantly sooner than that ten year boundary.

4.  How could that possibly happen?

Answer:  Well, the FBI has repeatedly referenced an agency plan to deploy a radiological weapon in San Francisco, for example, with the damage to be blamed on terrorists.  If such an event occurred, the military would evacuate large numbers of people from extensive areas of land.  And this could be a circumstance in which there would be no going back.

5.  Yet, if there were elevated radiation that would render Northern California uninhabitable by current residents, wouldn't that land be uninhabitable by everyone?

Answer:  No.  That is simply not the case.  We could see large areas of land mass effectively closed off to human habitation for the foreseeable future under the heading of "environmental reclamation" or "environmental hazard."  And at the same time, we could be allowing dramatic changes to the ecosystems in these areas, as well as to the presence of others on U.S. soil.

6.  By "others," are you referencing Russia or China?

Answer:  No, I am not, although our foreign adversaries could certainly exploit such environmental tragedies, and could even manifest a nominal presence in such locations.

7.  What can the public do to prevent such gratuitous environmental harm, and the large-scale displacements that could accompany them?

Answer:  It seems that it will be important for my writings to date regarding this case, with certain exceptions pertaining to the privacy of my children, to be preserved in a public repository for future reference.  While it is important that such a repository not be utilized for the FBI's well-established stratagems of defamation, and while I would also retain copyright to my writings, a historic repository, in the Smithsonian Institution, for example, could go a long way toward protecting the nation from territorial incursion by others.

8.  How so?

Answer:  No President of the United States wants to be documented as allowing environmental disasters that would, by definition, force mass migrations of the American population.

And no President of the United States wants to be shown by history to have allowed territorial losses of this magnitude, or any magnitude, at the behest of our foreign adversaries.

President Trump and Vice President Vance don't want to see such tragedies occur on their watch, or anyone's watch.

And documentation of these writings can assist them, along with the United States Congress, the DOJ, and the Supreme Court, in ensuring that they do not occur.

9.  Will you be formalizing the disposition of certain of your writings pertaining to this case, and what level of disclosure of DOJ documentation regarding this case will you allow to be housed by a public repository such as the Smithsonian?

Answer:  I will be formalizing these details, yes, and I will be allowing complete disclosure within the Smithsonian regarding most matters, with a special emphasis on the accounting of awards extended in my name, to ensure that that documentation is in every possible way complete for the historic record.

10.  Aren't there certain aspects of your case which are bound to be classified as highly sensitive?

Answer:  There are, without question.  But it's my commitment to ensure that funds awarded in my name not be sequestered by the enemies of human sovereignty over the long term.  Such an outcome would represent a complete travesty regarding my efforts on behalf of my country and my people, alongside the long term preservation of human rights.

I might agree, through direct talks regarding the specifics, to withhold certain documentation from the repository.

But the argument for withholding information has got to be presented to me in clear and honest dialogue that does not involve placing my loved ones or myself at ongoing risk of arrest, brain damage, other health harms, sovereignty loss, agency involvement, organized crime involvement at agency directive, ongoing involvement in government programs, or death.

11. In other words, you are not willing to be extorted over the content of a Smithsonian repository.

Answer:  I am not.  I am a peaceable person, and I believe in intelligent dialogue that prioritizes the well-being of the conversants and their families.  These fundamentals allow for the interests of national sovereignty to be prioritized in discussions regarding critical matters about America's future, and the rest of humanity's  potential as well, given that other nations will be profoundly influenced by our fate.

12.  To return to your earlier comments about territorial integrity, should the United States' leadership be encouraging other nations to enact laws which strictly limit the construction of underground and in-mountain facilities, just as you are advocating for our own nation?

Answer:  Without question.  This should be a worldwide policy initiative, and we should share with other nations any and all legislation and court rulings that can assist them at this juncture.

13.  How would you characterize the urgency of this policy objective?

Answer:  High.

14.  Should the U.S. Congress request disclosure of all previous installations of this kind?

Answer:  They should insist on full disclosure to all members of Congress of the current status, yes.

The Components of a Truce

 1.  What are the initial points of a "truce" that has been ostensibly extended to you by the FBI?

Answer:  A potential truce would include the following:

• immediate honorable discharge of my sons and MX from all further involvement in government programs.  All communications devices would be removed and they would be free to focus on their recovery.  Settlements would need to be approved by me given the nature of the harms they have all sustained due to aggression by the FBI.  Their sovereignty would be restored in its entirety, as would the sovereignty of all of my family members, friends, loved ones and myself.  Any "convictions" of my family members would be vacated and my family members would be granted immunity and freedom from ongoing investigation and surveillance.  All agency or organized crime requirements of my loved ones would cease in perpetuity.  My sons and MX would receive no further "assignments" and would experience no further harm of any kind.  My husband would experience no further harm of any kind.
• my hotel and community would be rendered entirely safe and my stay there would be facilitated for as long as I desire, and this is to include environmental concerns, freedom from Dxx deployment, rxxxxxxxx exposure, cxxxxxxx exposure, pxxxxxxx exposure, etc.
• our health would be entirely restored without further harm, including the health of my pets
• Tom Lyons and the FBI would cease all attempts to implicate my family members, living or dead, of crimes perpetrated at FBI direction as part of the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program and would further cease any tangible harms based on programs of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting
• educational pursuits, amended claim, settlement to my family members with my direct involvement
• larger settlements extended to me in the interests of national and individual sovereignty for the United States and United States citizens, to include concerns relating to territorial integrity, environmental preservation, the sustenance of American culture, history, religion, journalism, agriculture, intellectual property, technological innovation, the support of long term economic stability and other national priorities.

2.  Together with the above, you have asked that the United States pause the construction of any underground or in-mountain facilities for others, both in Idaho and in other locations.

Answer:  Yes, I have.  There are many environmental concerns relating to these facilities, including geologic stability studies, environmental impact studies, watershed studies, and communication with the public that our military will wish to insist upon -- and that President Trump, the Supreme Court, the lower courts, the Department of Justice and the United States Congress will no doubt wish to prioritize as well.

Other nations should be guided to engage in parallel due diligence regarding these proposed installations.

And that simply takes time.

3.  Do you have other concerns that you would articulate?

Answer:  I would caution every individual and interest group involved in this situation against any attempt to despoil the environment, the oceans, the atmosphere, or our predominant ecosystems based on photosynthesis, etc.  We shouldn't be seeing any unprecedented meteor falls or any escalation to non-conventional weapons at any location in the world.  Nor should we be suffering from stepped-up terrorist activity or EMPs or functional "nuclear winter."

I want to see a preservation of the environment alongside the best of humanity's artistic, cultural, historic, scientific, literary and technical achievements, and I want to know that appropriate steps are being taken to ensure this critical protection.

4.  Will you speak to other concerns in the coming days?

Answer:  I will.

 1.  Is it true that the FBI coerced your sons into signing false witness statements about your family members recently?

Answer:  I don't have that information, though I did receive a threat from the FBI late this afternoon, proclaiming, "the bad guys won."

2.  What does that imply -- "The bad guys won"?

Answer:  Well, I think it most likely implies that the FBI extracted wrongful concessions of some kind in return for medical care for the illnesses the agency itself caused to my loved ones -- or that the FBI agreed to improve my loved ones' safety and security in return for untruthful statements about our family.  Or it could simply mean that the FBI is falsifying old statements without the knowledge or consent of my sons, a crime which the FBI has committed many times before.

3.  What are the most likely lies the FBI is telling about your family in an ongoing way?

Answer:  The easiest and most misogynistic lies the agency tells about women is that they are both promiscuous and mentally unbalanced.  Gender neutral lies pertain to everything from wild animal trafficking to alcoholism to child neglect or abuse to elder neglect or abuse to animal neglect or abuse to tax evasion to shoplifting to terrorism to espionage to first-degree murder.  There are no limits to the agency's crimes of false reporting, and it is wrong to assume that the FBI's deceits will be circumscribed by any measure of conscience, respect, honor or regard for the Constitution.

4.  How can you defend yourself when the FBI has committed extensive sovereignty violations against your sons and daughter-in-law and then continues to press them for lies about your family which can result in your unjustified harm?

Answer:  I think it's critical to understand the drivers behind the knowing lies the FBI is telling.  Once we understand who is in charge of those directives, we can perceive how best to defend ourselves.

5.  May I ask who is in charge of those directives?

Answer:  Russian organized crime is exerting outsized control over the FBI and its affiliate agencies at this time, with Vladimir Putin leading the charge.  Some of our own leaders find themselves held hostage to that process, a reality which, if unchecked, could easily lead to the disproportionate suffering of the United States with regard to losses sustained by the American public.

In addition, there are others who are directing Vladimir Putin's orders -- and it is this concealed level of authority of which we need to become increasingly aware.

6.  Who represents the top level of authority when it comes to knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting?

Answer:  This is represented by A., whom I have discussed previously.

7.  A is for "Apollo," as referenced by the military leadership of the United States.  Is that correct?

Answer:  It is.

8.  Should "Apollo" really be allowed to direct your sons to lie about your family in return for the restoration of their health, given that the illnesses suffered by your sons were directed by Apollo, too?

Answer:  The answer is no.  And I will simply observe here that the totalitarian control you are describing is one which threatens, in the long term, to destroy everything that is worthwhile about human society.  

If "Apollo" is free to steal the sovereignty of anyone he wishes, only to direct actions which stand in direct defiance of their conscience, their moral center, their love for their family members, their personal boundaries, their fundamental faith, and their most cherished principles -- then the self-determination of humanity is lost to us.

So, this is not an "experiment," a "trial run," an "acceptable sacrifice," or a "survivable overthrow" of the right of each individual to commit himself or herself to the truth, to their integrity, and to their self-determination in the most important choices that will shape their lives.

"Apollo" would wish to diminish humanity to a conscienceless state of meek obedience and endless enslavement to the malevolent will of others.

That's not a success for human society, and I highly doubt it's one that mankind can survive.

9.  May I ask why?

Answer:  Our most fundamental freedoms are inextricably interwoven with our deepest bonds to one another, our most meaningful career contributions, our discoveries, our epiphanies, our inventions, our masterworks of art and literature, architecture and intellect, and beyond this, they form the foundations of all of our choices surrounding faith.

If mankind loses his sovereignty, abandons his freedom to choose between right and wrong, relinquishes his right to speak his own thoughts, and to manifest the actions he himself chooses -- then all is lost.

 All of human dignity, character, integrity and transformative potential is based on freedom -- freedom of expression, freedom of self-determination, freedom of assembly, freedom of intellect, freedom of thought, freedom of the press -- on and on.

If we allow "Apollo" to take the best of humanity away from us at this inflection point, we will not have an opportunity to reclaim our freedoms at a later date.

10.  One of the threats the FBI has been extending to your sons and daughter-in-law is that of publicly distributing videos that feature their likeness.  May I have your comment regarding that coercion on the part of the agency?

Answer:  You know, the FBI alleged to me at one point that its agents had placed cameras in my private bedroom and filmed my intimacy with my husband of now thirty-five years.  The exclamatory message I received on my cell phone following that unauthorized recording was "Bless your beautiful hide!"  And there was an implicit threat that the FBI was going to place the intimacy of my honorable and loyal marriage on every porn site in existence unless I cowered and begged for mercy.

11.  May I ask your response to the agency at that time?

Answer:  My respectful response? Fxxx you.

I am not going to be threatened by a cowardly, dishonorable group of criminals wearing badges over my loving marriage.  And shame on the FBI for attempting extortion on this basis or any other.

12.  You did not feel frightened of the FBI's threats to demean or mock your most personal moments with your husband?

Answer:  Absolutely not.  

For one thing, the FBI makes liberal use of AI-generated video bearing the likeness of its "targets of interest," so one can never assume that any given video is genuine.

For another thing, I don't think that genuine love between and husband and wife is shameful.  I don't think it should be public either, and for the simple reason that our deepest bonds are not a circus act, a rodeo, a stage play, or an exhibitionist fantasy.  They may simply be real -- real intimacy, real love, real commitment in a real marriage.

If the FBI thinks that marriage should be demeaned, mocked, derided, abused and profiteered from, then I think we should ask Kash Patel to explain to the American people why that is so.

If "Apollo" thinks that marriage should be destroyed as an institution in order to weaken, humiliate, diminish and deride humanity's most meaningful bonds, then I think that he, too, has a great deal of explaining to do -- and publicly.

13.  Isn't it the case that the FBI has "succeeded" in causing so much harm to our country because of the concealment is continues to maintain?

Answer:  The answer is an emphatic yes.  And my response to that situation is to say that we need to name the names of Tom Lyons and his cohort and protect the privacy of the public, which is exactly the opposite of what is happening now.

14.  Isn't it true that the FBI has tried to force your sons into acknowledging in writing the falsehood that they are gay?

Answer:  Many times.

15.  And isn't it true that your youngest son's handler has recently urged him to take his own life as an act of patriotism?

Answer:  Stunningly, this is true, yes.

16.  What is your answer to your youngest son's handler?

Answer:  You, in your appalling disrespect for my son's rights, have forfeited your freedom to continue speaking.  Now, it's my son's turn, in whatever forum he so chooses.

17.  Is Tom Lyons afraid that your youngest son could reveal the atrocities that Tom Lyons himself directed?

Answer:  Overwhelmingly.

18.  At the same time, that fear is not preventing Tom Lyons from directing your sons to cause harm to your family during their trip to the Grand Canyon this week, is it?

Answer:  No, it is not.

19.  So, this is a North Korea-style of egregious abuse of the family.  I myself cannot remember hearing of any directives as horrible as these.

Answer:  Tom Lyons has extended these, and worse than these, if that can be grasped.  So we genuinely need to comprehend how determinedly predatory this individual is.

20.  Is Tom Lyons at risk of being charged in this case?

Answer:  I cannot fathom a just society that would not be considering the arrest of Tom Lyons as a result of his crimes in this case.

21.  What needs to happen now?

Answer:  The truth needs to happen.  Publicly or privately spoken, the truth needs to happen.

Critical Sovereignty Violations Against United States' Leaders By the FBI

1. You experienced additional sovereignty violations yesterday in the form of fxxx deployments toward yourself and your immediate family members.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, this appears to be the case.

2.  May I ask the intent of these deployments?  Who is originating them and for what reason?

Answer:  The stacked fxxx deployments appear to reflect retaliation on the part of Tom Lyons and the FBI for my exposure of the agency's crimes of staging unknown crimes at my properties.  The intent appears to be one of rendering my family members and myself unreliable testifiers to events, should we be called by the DOJ to do so in the future.

3.  So the objective is rapid cognitive decline based on brain atrophy associated with these deployments.  Is that the dynamic?

Answer:  This is what I have been told by the FBI.  Fxxx deployments result in damage to the prefrontal cortex, which is the seat of executive decision-making, higher order thinking, prioritization, self-determination, etc.  Victims find their own ability to make independent decisions to be effectively hollowed out within a comparatively short period of time.

4.  How long a period of time?

Answer:  I'm sure this is dependent on the number of stacked fxxx deployments, but there can be substantive changes in as short a period of time as six months to one year.  At that point, the individual's boundaries, ethics, personality, standards, conscience, moral compass and decision-making are all being controlled by others -- not by the individual him- or herself.  

The victims look the same.  They sound the same.  They walk the same.  They wear the same clothes.  But the essence of the person has been materially altered, and in a way that may not be easily perceptible to family members, friends, or colleagues.  

5.  Does the individual have an awareness that something fundamental in their personality has changed?

Answer:  The deployments cause an immediate obstruction of one's access to one's emotional life.  The victim is going to experience their emotions as dampened, muted, or diminished.  This is perceptible, most definitely.

The victim's sleeping and eating patterns may be altered, and beyond this, their dream life may be notably different.

6.  In what way, specifically, please?

Answer:  They may experience nightmares when they did not have them previously.  Their sleep may be more shallow, and they may sleep for shorter periods of time.  Simultaneously, their appetite may be noticeably increased, and their body temperature may increase from between .3 to one degree Fahrenheit at rest, with lower vulnerability to hypothermia.

7.  Are these changes noticeable?

Answer:  They are, yes.  I'm someone who was always cold in the autumn and winter, and I simply don't have that experience anymore, even though I am perilously underweight at this time.

8.  Are the appetite changes noticeable?

Answer:  They are, but in most people they are not going to result in weight gain.  The victim might be eating twice as much after the deployment of a fxxx, but not gaining any weight at all.  The victimes are in effect feeding a parasite they cannot characterize or identify.

9.  Can brain changes be identified on imaging studies?

Answer:  Yes, they can be seen on an MRI, and quite noticeably over time.

10.  Will you be seeking a brain MRI as a result of this repeated misconduct by the FBI?

Answer:  I will, yes.

11.  Does the FBI have a specific department that specializes in fxxx deployments, and if so, what is it called?

Answer:  The FBI does and the CIA does, yes.  My understanding is that the NSA does as well.  The departments within these agencies that handle fxxx deployments classify them as "mind studies" research, and they appear as MCD, or "mind control divisions."

12.  What a euphemism.

Answer:  Indeed.

13.  To what extent are fxxx deployments affecting our elected officials, military personnel, or intelligence staffing at the current time?

Answer:  Key decision-makers are affected at a rate of over sixty percent, according to the FBI.

14.  Was President Biden affected by one or more fxxx deployments during his term?

Answer:  The FBI appears to allege that he was, yes.

15.  Is President Trump currently affected by any deployment of this kind?

Answer:  President Trump is a key decision-maker.  It would be remarkably unlikely for the FBI to leave him out of the agency's attempt to wield total control over critical governance at this time.

16.  What about Congress?

Answer:  Congress, the DOJ, the Supreme Court, state governors, the majority of critical decision makers will have been targeted by the FBI in this capacity.

17.  What are the implications for the future of human sovereignty given these challenges?

Answer:  If the deployments are not immediately reversed, the implications for long term human sovereignty are, predictably, quite dire.

18.  May I ask how long the FBI has been engaged in fxxx deployments?

Answer:  Decades.

19.  Are international leaders now being targeted by the FBI with fxxx deployments as well?

Answer:  Unfortunately, they are.

20.  What are the odds that most victims are unaware of the fact that they have been affected by this type of weapon?

Answer:  The odds are high.  Over time, victims will notice that they are making different types of decisions than they made previously.  But their awareness of the diminishment of conscience and integrity does not allow them to return to their former selves.

21.  Can these deployments be withdrawn by the FBI and its affiliate agencies?  Can they be withdrawn from a distance?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that they can, although it is important to note that the FBI has appeared to lie to the DOJ that the agency withdrew all prior fxxx deployments against my family members and myself.

22.  This is not a power that the agency wishes to relinquish, apparently.

Answer:  No, it is not.

23.  How can people defend themselves against this type of human rights violation?

Answer:  They can take their resting temperature every morning, as an easy first step.  People should be seeing fairly stable numbers, without jumps that average .3 to 1 degree Fahrenheit higher over time. (Obviously, certain conditions such as pregnancy could alter basal temperature.)

Beyond this, our top leaders, elected, appointed, and hired, within the Executive Branch, the Congress, the DOJ, the Supreme Court, the U.S. military and the intelligence agencies themselves should be having brain MRIs every six months to ensure that there is no substantive atrophy of the prefrontal cortex.

As an important measure, the DOJ should insist that all records of fxxx deployments against our leaders and the public as a whole should be handed over from the FBI and its affiliate agencies.  Immediately following this, the DOJ should demand withdrawals of these deployments across the board.  

Congress has a critical role to play in forbidding these harms against American leadership and American citizens in general, and I think there are very few circumstances in which they can be justified in any setting.

24.  Is the U.S. military in favor of these deployments at this time?

Answer:  Much of the U.S. military leadership, unbeknownst to them, is suffering from these deployments themselves.

Believe me when I say that they are not in favor of the compromise of their own decision-making.

This is one of the critical means the FBI is using to ensure that our military leadership remains in substantive ways in a subservient position to the intelligence agencies.

And, again, I have referred to this during other discussions as the tail wagging the dog.   The intelligence agencies cannot be controlling our military leadership in this manner, and they ought not to be seeking mass control of the public in this manner either.

It is simply not necessary in the meeting of current mission and objectives.

Quite the contrary.  It is a totalitarian modality that, unchecked, will result in the functional loss of the sovereignty of mankind in perpetuity.

25.  You have previously mentioned jxxxx deployments as sovereignty violations as well.  What role to they play in the panoply of sovereignty violations against independent decision-making on the part of our leaders and the public as a whole?

Answer:  Jxxxies are also a substantive problem, but their effect is not as rapid or overwhelming as that of fxxxs, according to the FBI.  Nonetheless, their deployment must also be regarded as a serious violation of human rights, and these records, too, must be handed over to the DOJ in their entirety.  They may also be understood as a kind of "brain parasite" that has the effect of eroding the foundation of the victim's personality, their conscience, their boundaries, the depth of their bonds to others, their ethics, and the very essence of who they are as human beings.  As with fxxxs, we need Congress to require that these deployments be withdrawn entirely on an urgent basis, and that their future use be strictly prohibited by the FBI and its affiliates.

26.  Can victims fully recover from fxxx and jxxxx deployments?

Answer:  They FBI alleges that they can, but rapid withdrawal is best.

Obviously, if structural changes to the brain have become too extensive, there are going to be problems with decision-making and cognition over time.

Clearly, the FBI and its affiliates have a responsibility to ensure that rehabilitative measures are implemented to restore its victims to full health.

27.  Your sons and MX have allegedly been affected by fxxxs and jxxxies deployments over a substantial period of time, robbing them of their sovereignty in its entirety.

Answer:  That is correct.

28.  Is Tom Lyons responsible for these deployments against your children?

Answer:  He is, yes.

29.  Is Tom Lyons responsible for the directives the FBI and CIA, as FBI contractor, extended to your children following those deployments?

Answer:  Most decidedly.

30.  Can Tom Lyons now be held responsible for those crimes in total?

Answer:  I believe he can, and I believe this is the reason why the FBI is so upset at this point.  The agency did not count on exposure of the activities of its Mind Control Division, whether toward my family, toward our nation's leaders, or toward the American public as a whole.

31.  Has the FBI perpetrated human atrocities through its deployment of fxxxs and jxxxies against Americans and others?

Answer:  Without question.  Beyond this, I think the FBI has committed treason, given the nature of the targeting of our nation's elected officials, our military leadership, our DOJ, our Supreme Court, etc.

On another level, there is the question of the FBI's betrayal of the human race in these acts.  But that's a discussion for another day.

32.  Do your sons and MX deserve immunity from any possible prosecution given the FBI's deployments of fxxxs and jxxxies against them, combined with the wrongful directives of their handlers, over time?  

Answer:  Most certainly, they do.

33.  How rapidly might you and your loved ones expect withdrawal of all fxxxs and jxxxies against you, including those that were allegedly deployed last night?

Answer:  Well, I hope this will be given urgent priority.  I am advocating for the long term human rights of all, and that means that violations of my own sovereignty will have an enormous impact on the future of many others.  So, I would hope that there would be an immediate response to this situation in protecting us most rigorously.

A Letter to My Beloved Son

 Xxxxxx, my beloved son,

I have been trying to reach you for days, but it seems that my calls and texts may be obstructed.  Similarly, it seems that your efforts to reach out to me are being blocked.

I need to know how you are feeling, and I need to know how I can help you, sweetheart.

I was informed this morning that agency personnel or their affiliates may attempt to corner you at your home, allegedly in an attempt to "negotiate" a settlement contract and/or extract a statement from you, later to be altered without your knowledge or consent.

It is critical for you to protect your space right now, and not to allow any agency personnel into it.  Likewise, their affiliates should be banished from your daily life.

Tom Lyons' predations toward you have been unforgivable.  You have been robbed of your God-given health by this man as he continues to attempt to misappropriate funds awarded in this case through the DOJ.  In effect, the agency is acting as a parasite toward the virtue and character of our family members, separating us from one another, from our good health, from our freedom, from our self-determination, and from our future.

What is the scheme that Tom Lyons and his close affiliates have perpetrated in this case?

The FBI appears to allege that Tom Lyons directed capital crimes to be committed under the auspices of the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program, placing unknown "evidence" at our family property on Cape Cod and possibly in California as well.  With this staging of the agency's own crimes, the FBI appears to have wished to exert total control over our family, threatening arrest of one or more of us for Tom Lyons' own atrocities, and threatening to take our lives whether we are arrested or not.

The FBI alleges that it has recently coerced numerous of my relatives and friends, as well as yours, under severe threat, to denounce our family members as dangerous or "unstable."

Of course, when the FBI causes blood clots and heart attacks within its "targets of interest," anything can happen to them, it must be said.  Medical "accidents," including oxygen deprivation during surgeries, with resultant brain injury, are among the FBI's arsenal, to be sure.

As in the prior administration, the FBI appears to wish to take the lives of the four of us within our family -- and, in fact, all of my blood relatives -- in order to stake a claim for funds awarded within my name within the DOJ.  

Bxxxxxx Pxxx is alleged to now have a connection to those with a genetic relationship to me, people whom I have never even met, thus allowing him -- according to this scheme -- to attempt to claim funds awarded to me as the result of his own crimes against us over time.

I have expressly disinherited relations with whom I have no relationship, so this issue should be moot.  Still, the FBI appears to be attempting to steal massive amounts of funds, about which I have never been properly notified, utilizing this plan.

Both you and Gxxxxx have been wrongfully implicated of crimes dictated to you by your handlers at Tom Lyons' and Bxxxxxx Pxxx's express directive, and both of these men have directed the filming of those acts in order to exert yet further control over your futures.

In addition, the FBI and its affiliate agencies have conveyed terminal illnesses to both you and Gxxxxx, withholding curative medical care unless you falsely denounce our family members in a manner that is intended to result in the loss of our lives.

Yet, the "payoffs" proffered to both of you as part of this stratagem are intended to be all-too-temporary, as the FBI plans to steal them through various means, including that of the repeated targeting of your lives.

The FBI and its affiliates refer to this monstrous attempt to pit family members against one another as "crabs in a sack," a circumstance in which everyone finds himself scrambling to stay alive.

What needs to happen here?

Sweetheart, the truth needs to happen.

If Tom Lyons needs to go to prison for the rest of his life, that is perfectly alright with me.  If Bxxxxxx Pxxx needs to be tried and convicted for his human atrocities perpetrated against us, so be it.

Those authorizing these wrongs are, of course, extremely vulnerable to the severest public censure.

Because the FBI appears to allege that there is a plan to harm our family further tonight, on October 17, 2025 or on October 18, 2025, it is necessary that the crimes of these men be delineated publicly at this time.

If Tom Lyons, Bxxxxxx Pxxx, and those authorizing their crimes against us, do not wish to be held publicly accountable in an open court of law, outreach from a high-level attorney now needs to occur.

All settlements provided to our family members need to happen through that legal representative and none other, and we all need to ensure that one another's human rights, wellbeing, and foundational safety and security are protected in that process.

I am not willing to have your handlers or Gxxxxxx's handlers grudgingly grant you a hiatus of several weeks, only to pull you back into committing a litany of agency horrors after that.

Nor should Mxxx continue to be vulnerable to these atrocities.

So, sweetheart, there is to be no arrest of our family members tonight, or any other time, no drug overdose, no forced suicide, no coerced signatures on false statements, no further medical "accidents," no ill health that is not cured, no public violence, no school shootings, no street violence, no fall from a height, no further harm of any kind perpetrated against our family members or extended in the form of directives to our family members.

The love within our family is stronger than any monstrosity the FBI possesses.

With the authority that love gives to me, I am formally requesting that all of our family members have our full sovereignty returned to us on an immediate basis, and that our full health be restored to us alongside this freedom.  Some of us need rehabilitation and ongoing support to fully recover, and this must be provided without question.  But that can only happen through our loving support for one another, and our unified determination that the FBI will not be allowed to destroy our family and will not be permitted to profiteer from our demise.

Young man, your sovereignty has been taken from you in ways of which you are unaware.

You are not legally, morally, ethically or spiritually responsible for the crimes of Tom Lyons in giving you wrongful directives when you had no freedom to make decisions for yourself.

Hear me now, and hear me well.

I know you better than anyone on God's green earth knows you.

And I know your fierce and virtuous and kind and benevolent and brilliant and determined and courageous and heartfelt and loyal soul better than anyone else knows it.

Xxxxxx, that soul is your true self.

I am now insisting that your true self be returned to you, young man, and I will move mountains to ensure that it is.

Sweetheart, you and I traveled perilous territory together before you were ever born, so I know your strength of spirit, and you know mine.

I will never give you up.

So you must not give up either.

Keep a safe and quiet space around you at this time.  As difficult as it is, it is best not to invite friends who are "confidential sources" for the FBI into your home.  Mxxx, similarly, must be forewarned to sign no statements for her handlers or their affiliates.

Play your favorite music, write the truth in your journal, eat your favorite food, and call your mother, who loves you beyond the beyond.

Professor Zuboff's book importantly discusses the manner in which large scale surveillance of the public has become a profitable government activity.  Professor Zuboff demonstrates both subtlety of mind and rich insights regarding the manner in which surveillance capitalism has arisen within Western societies and others.  That said, Professor Zuboff misunderstands the fundamental purpose of surveillance capitalism and fails to link it to larger and more momentous sociopolitical shifts.  Beyond this, she does not possess sufficient information about the attendant sequelae of surveillance capitalism, nor its transformative and perilous origins.  If Professor Zuboff characterizes the tail of the tiger with magnificent perceptive skill, she misses the beast to which it is attached.  The Age of Surveillance Capitalism is well worth reading with these critical caveats in mind.

Cell Phone Use Again Appropriated Entirely By the FBI and Its Affiliates

At this particular time, no assessments against my account should be allowed through allegations of wrongdoing on the part of one or more of my family members or on the part of myself, or on the basis of documentation from me allowing withdrawals, given that such documentation would represent forgeries.  Settlements should not be extended to my sons or MX in any manner that represents withdrawals from my account, nor should settlements be extended in any form to my sons without my express knowledge and consent, given capacity concerns.  At this time, I grant the OIG Hotline my permission to address misconduct by the FBI and its affiliates that may have occurred during an interim period when this was disallowed.  Resulting penalties against the FBI or its affiliates may be funded to my account, but assessments may not be withdrawn for any reason at this time.

Please be apprised that this afternoon, at shortly after 2:00 PM, on entering Whistler Public Library, my cell phone was disabled for my use.  My iPhone cannot now be turned off due to the FBI's Pegasus-style hack of my device.  Nor can "airplane mode" be turned on.  The screenshot function has been disabled, and all messaging and email capability is blocked.

In this state, my iPhone can suffer from "Wifi piggybacking," in which nearby hackers are enabled to send messages utilizing my IP address to impersonate me online.

This is to confirm that I remain honorable and lawful in every regard, as always.

Under these circumstances, the ability of the FBI and its affiliates to engage in egregiously falsified law enforcement reporting is exaggerated, affording me no ability to limit access of corrupt individuals to my device, even while I myself am completely unable to use my cell phone.

It must be noted that the borrowed laptops at the Whistler Public Library do not appear to possess a VPN, rendering them vulnerable to IP appropriation as well.

This afternoon, within "Small Meeting Room 1" within the Whistler Public Library, it is notable that the electronic whiteboard -- a permanent fixture within this space -- turned on by itself, without my participation or consent.  I have turned off this device twice at this point, and have not utilized it for any reason whatsoever.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.

Fortitude, Adaptability, Resilience and Commitment

 1.  You spoke yesterday about the fact that the United States has been directed to build underground and in-mountain facilities that almost certainly represent sovereignty violations of the United States.

Answer:  Yes, I did.

2.  Yet the Executive Branch apparently finds itself under pressure from Russian proxies and others to construct these installations.

Answer:  Yes, that's true.

3.  Is there coercive pressure that is being applied to our elected leaders to compel them to build this infrastructure for others?

Answer:  There is duress within the Executive Branch, yes.  And this is occurring in the form of a catastrophic threat to the environment.

4.  You are not referencing nuclear weapons, which would be a catastrophic environmental disaster all by itself.

Answer:  No, I am not.  Nonetheless, the threat is genuine, and our military leadership is aware that it is genuine.

5.  Do we have alternatives to proceeding with the unwilling construction of the installations?

Answer:  We do, and I'm gratified that you are asking about this.  

First, we need to de-link the timing of any planned construction of the referenced installations from our current environmental crisis.  The construction should encounter obstacles, and this should happen worldwide, not just in the United States.  There should be legal challenges, there should be environmental impact studies, there should be geologic impact assessments, there should be equipment delays, builder feasibility concerns, and repeated opportunity for public feedback and objection.  If any actual construction is currently underway, there should be setbacks, plan flaws, erosion, flooding, storm delays, and work stoppages due to unanticipated unstable conditions.  And we should be in communication with our allies regarding these details.

Second, we need to separate my case from the funding of any such initiatives, of which I heartily disapprove.

Appropriations by others from funds awarded in my case must be strictly disallowed, in the knowledge that these funds are going to support our foreign adversaries in an effort to undermine the sovereignty of the United States.

Meanwhile, we need to ask Congress to fortify our laws requiring that military and/or residential installations built within U.S. borders must be used by the United States military directly, not by associates, affiliates or proxies for the United States military.

6.  What if our adversaries were to proceed with drastic environmental harm in retaliation for this approach?

Answer:  First, we should make clear that we would be unable to ensure the protection of prior installations if any such event occurred.

But I am not suggesting that we tell our foreign adversaries "no."  I am simply suggesting that we tell them "not yet" and convey to them that we are "trying" to support their requests.

After our current climate crisis has been addressed in a manner that meets the requirements of our own United States military, then we can revisit this request from a different vantage.

7.  Should President Trump be enabled to withdraw funds from the accounts in your name, or linked to your identity, under the auspices of the DOJ?

Answer:  No, because, as I have said, the Executive Branch is currently under duress.  President Trump and Vice President Vance are fundamentally loyal to the interests of the nation, but they are being held hostage to the interests of the Russians, their proxies, and other opponents of the sovereignty of the United States in the long term.

So, they will appreciate an assist from other branches of government and other representatives of the public interest at this time.

8.  So, at this time, it is safe to say that money should not be flowing out of accounts linked to your name or identity for any reason?

Answer:  That is correct.

9.  Can the Congress require this limitation?

Answer:  I believe they can, and I believe they must.

10.  Is this plan achievable?

Answer:  The answer is yes, and we need to comprehend that the territorial sovereignty of the United States, as well as that of our allies, depends upon our fortitude, adaptability, resilience and commitment to one another in this unprecedented challenge.

Updated: Why the U.S. Military Should Not Be Building Military Installations for Others

 1.  You have stated that the planned air force base at Mountain Home, Idaho, to be funded by the Qatari government, may have numerous underground and in-mountain installations that are associated with this initiative.

Answer:  That's correct, and further, there are other military base "expansions" planned within the United States and elsewhere that fit the same description.

2.  What is the risk with underground and in-mountain military installations within the United States that are funded by other nations and other interests?

Answer:  The risk is that they are hidden from the American public altogether, so the public is completely unable to assess risks to national sovereignty.

Whose primary interests are being served by the installations?  If the public does not have clarity regarding the reason behind this concealed construction, then we have no way of assessing whether our national interests are being fundamentally undermined.

3.  What are the risks inherent in going forward without full disclosure to the public?

Answer:  The risks are a de facto coup from above, frankly.

Underground and in-mountain military installations may not be intended for the use of our domestic military forces at all, but rather by others.

We need to pay close attention to the architecture that is being built surrounding new military installations at this time, expecially underground and in-mountain installations.

4.  Why?

Answer:  Because the possibility exists that the territorial integrity of the United States can be lost if we fail in this task.

Vast tracts of in-mountain installations can include not only military facilities, but also other kinds of development.

5.  What kind are you referring to in particular?

Answer:  Residential.  Large numbers of individuals can be housed and maintained within these type of facilities.  Veritable cities can be built underground or within mountain topology.  And the U.S. military is well aware of the risks inherent in building these vast facilities for others to exploit.

6.  Are there circumstances under which our military could be forced to build these facilities for others?

Answer:  Clearly, there are.  But that construction is dependent upon an ignorant public.  And that's why I am writing about this concern.

7.  Have underground facilities used by others already been built by the United States military?

Answer:  You are asking the right question.  The public has the obligation to ask about this, and our military leadership has the obligation to answer truthfully and completely.  Are there twelve such facilities planned to commence worldwide, ultimately increasing to fifty?  We need to know.

8.  What can halt the unwanted progression of these projects?

Answer:  Domestically, the Congress has the ability to halt them.  The DOJ has the ability to halt them. The Supreme Court has the ability to halt them.  The American people, once educated fully, have the ability to stop them.

Internationally, the United Nations and NATO have a critical role to play in halting them.

9.  Not the Executive Branch?

Answer:  The Executive Branch needs an assist, because of the unique pressures being brought to bear on them at this historical moment.

I believe that President Trump and Vice President Vance are well aware of the risks to the sovereignty of the United States if more of these facilities are allowed to go forward.

But they need other branches of government, and indeed, the American people, to raise their voices in objecting to these projects, and, in fact, preventing them altogether.  Our military should not be permitted to construct any facilities on U.S. territory that are to be inhabited by other nations or wielded by other interests.  And we should ask for an absolute legal barrier to that possibility.

Further, as I said, the public needs to be apprised of prior projects that have been completed, here and elsewhere around the world.

10.  Can you speak a little further about this concept of a coup from above?

Answer:  A "coup from above" can best be described as a "usurpation of the people's sovereignty." *1 Someone comes along with greater capabilities than our own and effectively holds our government hostage to their demands, even while the public is unaware of this process.  When finally the shift away from sovereign power is revealed, it's too late for the public to do anything meaningful to counter it.

11.  In what ways should we be paying close attention to the "architecture" which could allow such a disaster for humanity worldwide?

Answer:  Well, as I said, we need to be asking our military to answer some extensive questions about underground and in-mountain facilities that are planned, as well as those that have been completed, both domestically and elsewhere.

Beyond this, we need some assurances that data centers now being built all around the world will not be permanent fixtures for human society.

12.  Why?

Answer:  Because if these data centers are hosting information pertaining to knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, then we are constructing the architecture of the demise of all future human rights in perpetuity.

We cannot allow false dossiers to be aggregated about everyone within these data centers, and, beyond them, the Cloud.

13.  May I ask why not?

Answer:  Because people can be summarily executed based on knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting, and in the long term, that will lead to an irretrievable dystopia for human societies the world over.

14.  Is this a hypothetical concern?

Answer:  I can only answer by saying that I have not spent the last eight years of my life laboring for the long term preservation of human rights based on a hypothetical concern.

15.  If President Trump knew that you were identifying these risks now, before they fully manifested, do you believe that he would halt their progression?

Answer:  I do, because President Trump has ambitions to lead in a manner that represents a historic defense of the best of America's potential.

President Trump does not wish to be later known to be the President who oversaw the loss of the sovereignty of the United States.

I believe he desires to be known as a President who ensured that the United States would rise to the position of global leadership regarding our most enduring worldwide concerns.

16.  And you have said that our military leadership does not want to be constructing underground and in-mountain facilities to be used by others.

Answer:  They most assuredly do not.

17.  Why do you think you have a say regarding some of these pressing concerns for our nation?

Answer:  I have a say because funds from my case have been wrongfully earmarked for a portion of this construction worldwide.  And I object to those appropriations.

18.  What would allow those appropriations, which are presumably being commandeered by Russia and other foreign adversaries, to stop?

Answer:  The appointment of an intermediary to resolve my concerns regarding my case to date would allow the misdirection of these funds from the National Treasury to be halted.  That may not be a public process, but it is critical for our national security going forward, and it is central to the security of our allies as well.

19.  Your sons and daughter in law are allegedly coming under horrific pressure at this time due to the wrongful efforts of Tom Lyons and his Russian cohort to cause them harm, to mischaracterize them as criminals, etc.  In fact, the FBI alleged that Tom Lyons just recently caused your younger son an extremely serious brain injury.  Your response?

Answer:  I do not have confirmation of these allegations, but I find them extremely troubling, to be sure.  I am endeavoring to reach my younger son to ascertain his condition, and I will be reporting back here with regard to my findings.  Certainly, if Tom Lyons has harmed my sons and daughter-in-law further, he will be effectively requesting legal accountability for his crimes.

20.  Please keep us updated with regard to your family's well-being and your own.

Answer:  Thank you very much for your concern.  I will make every effort to do so.

Allegations of Hospitalization of Younger Son

 OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to allege that my younger son has suffered a blood clot together with a significant brain injury due directly to predation by the FBI.  I am attempting to verify his condition at this time.  Please disqualify knowingly false witness statements that Tom Lyons allegedly required of my younger son while he was recently hospitalized.  My younger son may have lost capacity at this time, and this is not the moment for Tom Lyons or any of his FBI cohort or their affiliates to be demanding anything of my sons or MX whatsoever.

Any agreements signed over the last week would be necessarily invalid under these circumstances.

Please note that the FBI appears to allege a plan to arrest my son so that he can be blamed for Tom Lyons' alleged capital crimes involving my property on Cape Cod.  

I will certainly not allow the unconstitutional Pxxxxxx Program to advance such a stratagem, now or ever.
