1. You dropped off a substantive list of threats from the FBI pertaining to specific health harms toward you yesterday at the IRCC and Dwyer Immigration Medicals. Why did you take that step?
Answer: It's not possible for me to ascertain all of the FBI's crimes in advance of testing. So, I documented the threats in order for the FBI's predatory stance to be fully documented prior to test results being returned to me.
If the FBI has committed any health harms against me, they had better reverse that aggression immediately.
2. In fact, didn't the physician, Dr. Johal, demonstrate an unusual desire to palpate your liver yesterday?
Answer: He did.
3. What was your impression regarding his approach to this particular aspect of the exam?
Answer: My impression was that he knew something about my health that I didn't. He appeared to have some specific information regarding liver disease. I explained to him that I had no risk factors whatsoever for hepatitis. So, I am interested to see whether the FBI's health crimes against me will be borne out by further information about this.
4. What else surprised you yesterday?
Answer: The chest x-ray was a health disaster regarding both heart and lungs, at least from this layperson's perspective. The FBI has long threatened that it caused me myocarditis, for which I have no health history whatsoever. But I was not prepared to see my heart at five times the normal size on the x-ray.
5. You could visualize your heart on the x-ray?
Answer: Yes, for some reason, the technician had been directed to take a long-exposure x-ray, likely involving a high degree of radiation. So the heart was quite visible, and so were all the calcified veins and arteries leading to and from the heart, consistent with the FBI's abundant threats of causing me congestive heart failure.
6. What was wrong with your lungs?
Answer: I have rales on my left lung due to lung disease the FBI caused me within my own home in Portola Valley, CA. The pleural space under the left lung is dramatically enlarged and the lung itself is perhaps 20 percent smaller than the right lung. So, this, too, represents dramatic and unwarranted harm by the agency.
7. Do you know the technology the FBI used to cause your heart such grievous harm?
Answer: I do, yes. And I previously reported this crime to the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ. It should have been reversed long ago, and I am astonished that it wasn't.
8. Did the FBI lie to the DOJ about reversing this harm? Was the DOJ complicit? What happened?
Answer: I do not have that information at this time. What I do know is that the result represents a disaster of governance and the judicial system, both.
9. Is the FBI's harm to your heart and lungs reversible at this stage?
Answer: I have no idea. Certainly, the FBI has an immediate moral obligation to reverse the harm. And this should be a priority.
10. Wasn't the FBI recently encouraging you to undertake vigorous exercise, knowing that you could drop dead of exertion given the myocarditis the agency caused?
Answer: Yes, they were.
11. Do you take seriously the agency's assertions of having contaminated your food and water supply with arsenic and/or potassium cyanide in the attempt to prompt a heart attack?
Answer: I do. Yes.
12. The FBI appears to be continuing its attempts to perpetrate first degree murder against your family members and yourself with an intent to profiteer, despite your best efforts.
Answer: Unfortunately so.
13. Where is the leadership on this?
Answer: Where, indeed?
14. Your older son was directed by his handler Axxxxx to report to a LaSelva alumni meeting tonight, with the intent that he be trafficked over that period of time and then forced to sign a false witness statement about your family. What is your view of this circumstance?
Answer: Axxxxx needs to cancel his demand. My son is to have nothing to do with LaSelva now or at any future point. This kind of predation must be unequivocally and permanently halted.
15. The FBI extended a strange allegation to you regarding false claims pertaining to your family property on Cape Cod, suggesting that it had altered your foundational health in order to implicate you of crimes of which you know nothing. Is that the case?
Answer: Yes, it is.
16. And now, you are being threatened with a nighttime raid on Delta Whistler Village Suites, allegedly intended to result in your kidnapping or shooting or both. What has occasioned that plan?
Answer: Yes, and to clarify, this is alleged to involve a power outage at Delta Whistler Village Suites, of which the management and staff have allegedly been apprised. So, there is serious liability involved.
What has occasioned this plan? It may be that Tom Lyons feels trapped regarding his actions at my family's Cape Cod property, whatever they may be. Or it may be that Tom Lyons feels he could be implicated in an investigation of treasonous conveyance of the nuclear codes of the United States and Europe to Vladimir Putin. Either way, he could be worried about being held accountable for capital crimes. So, he could be looking for a way out through violent law enforcement action based on knowingly false claims.
17. Is Tom Lyons attempting to use AI to generate false information regarding his participation in the alleged transference of those codes?
Answer: The FBI says that he is, yes.
18. What should happen to a person like Tom Lyons -- a murderer, a predator, a traitor to the nation?
Answer: You know, that's a question for the courts. I do think that we need to understand that when our nation grants carte blanche to morally bankrupt men within the FBI -- when we say they are accountable to no one -- we are endangering the future of the planet and we are endangering the future of humanity alongside it.
No one should be passing the nuclear codes of the West to Vladimir Putin or anyone else.
19. Is Tom Lyons accountable to you?
Answer: He is. Yes. Lawfully. Given the appalling manner in which he has harmed my children, my family, my friends, my pets, and myself. Oh, yes. He is legally accountable.
20. You have suggested that the FBI would be best served at this time by reaching out to you through a high-level attorney to resolve your concerns to date.
Answer: I have, yes. It's sage advice.
21. Is Tom Lyons willing to admit fault across the board?
Answer: He can either admit it publicly or privately. Increasingly, this is no longer a matter of his preference, but mine.
22. You will decide how public Tom Lyons' crimes will become?
Answer: Yes, I will. That's my decision now, and I'm considering it with depth and care.
23. What about the FBI's threat to further defame and harm your younger son and his wife?
Answer: Again, Tom Lyons may be tried for treason. He needs to halt his crimes against us right away and comprehend his position, which is growing shakier by the minute.
24. Doesn't Tom Lyons' future actually depend upon your decision-making now?
Answer: I am a peaceable person. But yes, Tom Lyons has placed his future in my hands. And so have his close "friends." As I said, he can engage in private accountability for his crimes or public accountability, one or the other.
25. You are exercising restraint at this time with regard to exposing the technologies Tom Lyons and the FBI have used to cause you and your family a whole panoply of diseases.
Answer: I am, but we need attorney outreach immediately in order to ensure that those appalling harms are reversed in full and permanently.
26. What is being placed at risk if Tom Lyons fails to extend appropriate outreach and advocacy to you?
Answer: I will simply say that Vladimir Putin, who considers Tom Lyons a close friend, is a supporter of non-conventional deployment of weaponry in order to advance westward across Europe.
If Tom Lyons cannot find a lawyer to privately apologize, he certainly is risking infamy on the global stage in perpetuity.
27. Is the FBI exercising enough reason and lucidity to protect the environment, contrary to Vladimir Putin's ruinous plans?
Answer: Well, this is the "rule or ruin" paradigm that we have seen the FBI consistently demonstrating over time.
Will Tom Lyons want to be know publicly as the man most responsible for the deployment of nuclear weapons against peaceable civilian populations in the current timeframe, forever altering the shape of human civilization and the sovereignty it can manifest?
Not publicly, no.
The difficulty is that, as a malignant narcissist, he probably would be privately pleased to have facilitated such a crime against the earth, and humanity alongside it.
28. Is that the reason why you are exposing his name at this time as the person within the FBI who needs to come to heel regarding this case?
Answer: It is.
29. President Trump is said to be interested in the Nobel Peace Prize. But could he possibly have known of Tom Lyons' treason against the United States?
Answer: If the answer is no, President Trump will insist on honorable outreach to me at this time, with no further harm to my family members or loved ones.
