At this particular time, none of the information pertaining to my case should be utilized by the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ, or any other entity, office, institution or individual for the assessment of settlements or penalties against the FBI or FBI affiliates for knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting or its associated harms against me or against my loved ones. Nor should any assessments against my account be allowed through allegations of wrongdoing on the part of one or more of my family members or on the part of myself, or on the basis of documentation from me allowing withdrawals, given that such documentation would represent forgeries. I hope that I will be provided with substantive information regarding the crimes of the FBI and its affiliates of false reporting against my family members and myself. Further, I hope that I will be provided with an attorney through Legal Aid BC, allowing resolution of my concerns to date, at which time I hope the OIG Hotline will be able to address any misconduct by the FBI and its affiliates that may have occurred during this period.
This is to document that my cell phone has been frozen since yesterday evening, preventing me from turning it off or activating airplane mode. The FBI has perpetrated this complete control of my cell phone previously, and, when this occurs, I have no access to the functionality of the phone whatsoever. Presumably, the agency is utilizing this obstruction of my access to engage in extensive messaging by its own personnel and affiliates utilizing my IP address.
The FBI appears to allege that it extended knowingly false charges of terrorism in order to gain a judge's assent in perpetrating this obstruction.
I find this conduct inexcusable.
Am I to view seriously the FBI's recent claim that it placed me in the "Quiet Skies" program by alleging that I was in Washington, DC during the January 6 riots at the Capitol Building? It is difficult to know how appalling the FBI's acts have been toward my family over the past several years, which is why my access to records is now necessary.
For the record, I have not participated in any domestic or foreign protests and I am not violent in any capacity. I know no terrorists except those who work for the FBI, like Txx Lxxxx.
The handler of my older son, Axxxxx, who works for the CIA, has repeatedly ordered him to move packages from one location to another in his apartment building and elsewhere, demonstrating apparent terrorist plans by the CIA and FBI in tandem toward San Francisco.
But once again, this demonstrates the absolute commitment of these agencies to criminality and harm against my family as members of the honorable public.
Axxxxx is liable to me, as is the CIA, the FBI, Txx Lxxxx, and all those authorizing this conduct.
Clearly, this represents an egregious abuse of power, perpetrated by an agency desperate to evade the necessity of providing me with information regarding its knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against my family members and myself.
I find this to be entirely unacceptable conduct, disrespectful of my civil liberties and human rights to access my own communications device and prevent misconduct by the FBI as criminal entity.
I have no alternative but to wait for the battery to die, and restart the phone upon the recharging cycle.
I remain lawful and honorable in every way, exhibiting the highest character and integrity in every setting.
