My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

A Rose By Any Other Name

OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to assert that there is an attempt to move the falsified law enforcement reporting connected to my case to "Lane Macwilliams," as opposed to "Lane MacWilliams," thus avoiding the obligation to provide me with documentation regarding this critical matter of the false reporting by the FBI and its affiliates regarding my identity, my likeness, my voice, my family, my pets, and my life as a whole.

I find this attempt to be entirely unacceptable.

A high-level intermediary needs to be assigned to this case on an immediate basis so that my concerns can be resolved point by point.

Whether the name applied to my case is Lane MacWilliams, Lane Macwilliams, Lane Mac Williams, Lane von Herzen, Lane Von Herzen, Lane vonHerzen, Lane van Heusen, Carole Elaine Von Herzen, or an of an infinite variety of misspellings or misrepresentations, my identity, my likeness, my voice, my sovereignty, my voice, my work on behalf of long term human rights, and my life as a whole belong to me alone.

The number of laws being broken in the hiding of the false reporting of the FBI and its affiliates in this case represents an astonishing abuse of power, with a fundamentally predatory and harmful intent at every turn.

I have still not been treated fairly or appropriately regarding this case, and the potential of this case to support the sovereignty of the United States as a whole is being entirely wasted, as far as I can tell.

Instead, Russia and its close associates appear to be profiteering most egregiously, to the everlasting harm of the American public.

Does it alarm anyone that Vladimir Putin appears intent at this time on staging provocations that will lead to the use in the Northern hemisphere of non-conventional weapons?

Because it should.

I do not want to be hearing that President Trump is colluding with Vladimir Putin to "rename" my identity so as to continue to profiteer from my family's unjustified targeting or my own by the FBI and its affiliates regarding the case on which I have labored tirelessly for the last eight years.

And right now, this is the information that is being provided to me.

I want high-level outreach, and I want it now, please.

On an immediate basis, the DOJ should rigorously disallow any and all attempts to "rename" my case.

I expect more from our leadership, and I want to see that my high character and integrity are being answered by those who are worthy of my attention.
