My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Preventing a Theft of America's Future

1.  The FBI may have extended an extortion attempt today in an effort to "make a deal" regarding the necessity of returning funds to the Foundation for United States sovereignty.  Now, it seems the FBI is doubling down on false allegations in an attempt to misappropriate funds for privatization.

Who would be the beneficiary of privatization of Foundation funds?

Answer:  First, I need to express that misappropriations in the trillions of dollars place the United States at severe risk of sovereignty forfeiture in perpetuity.

So there really is no "safe" level of misappropriations in the trillions.  Obviously, in ethical terms, we don't want misappropriations of any amount.

But private individuals who have sequestered trillions are effectively wielding a power that exceeds that of the major nations globally.  These individuals have the resources to deploy their own private surveillance, to maintain their own private armies, to assign their own private assassins against whoever disagrees with them.

And there's no effective framework of accountability for these people.  They are functioning as invisible rulers who cause the people to suffer great losses in their freedom and wellbeing.  Yet, the public remains uncertain about the causes of their eroding self-determination.

2.  Why is the FBI doubling down on false reporting at this time?

Answer:  The far right may have taken control of Foundation funds.  If so, this represents an intoxicating lure for the FBI.

This is an agency which appears to be focused on "money-making" day and night.  Their personnel seem to consider themselves entrepreneurs, not organized criminals.

So, they're going to strive mightily to steal as much from the Foundation as they possibly can.

3.  Does the President have the ability to call a halt to these abuses?

Answer:  As Commander in Chief, he certainly has the authority, yes.

4.  Does he have the motivation?

Answer:  I would like to see that motivation demonstrated in his insistence on a hiatus in false reporting in the case for at least the length of time required to return the funds to the auspices of the Foundation.

No one should be attempting to capitalize on wrongful possession of the funds to add more lies from corrupt law enforcement into the mix.

We simply need the FBI to be forced to step back.

5.  What is the risk with regard to disappearing funds?

Answer:  The risk is that Vladimir Putin has his hands on the U.S. National Treasury, or that Xi Xinping does, or that A's cadre does.  And the timing for any or all of these outcomes is astonishingly poor.

6.  How do you feel about the FBI's alleged extortion attempts in general?

Answer:  I can only say that the FBI knows by now that I am not a person who caves into extortion.  I have promised the American people to support their sovereignty, and I cannot be corrupted in that journey.

7.  So what message would you extend to President Trump regarding the current concerns?

Answer:  I would respectfully request the return of Foundation funds on behalf American people.  All our freedoms are in the balance.  We cannot lose sight of the prize, which is our self-determination and all the meaning within life that accompanies our fundamental freedom.

8.  What if the President himself is acting at the behest of a foreign power?

Answer:  This is always a risk.  If he's acting on his own behalf, the funds will come back in their entirety.

If he's acting on behalf of those opposed to the United States, we're going to have a battle royal in a legal context.

Our nation simply cannot tolerate that erosion of sovereignty coming from the highest leader in the land.

9.  What can we do to encourage President Trump to do the right thing regarding this issue?

Answer:  Those funds represent the future of the United States, the quality of life all Americans will enjoy, the character of freedom that all Americans will exercise in their daily lives, the self-determination with which they will be educated, choose their careers, care for their children and their elderly, live in a clean environment free from contamination or harm.  This is really about the quality of the future we will all share.

A theft of these funds is a theft of that future.

So I think we can all agree, including President Trump, that those funds must be returned in their entirety.

10.  Is there any intention on the part of the FBI to cause confusion and conflict surrounding the midterms, and then abscond with the funds in the midst of that smokescreen?

Answer:  I think that is a genuine risk in this circumstance, without question.   In a real sense, the FBI is holding the Foundation's assets hostage, and with that leverage, they will try to extract concessions from the American people, though without their consent.  Instead the FBI will heavily pressure the Congress and the Supreme Court to agree to a "settlement" of funds that do not belong to the FBI at all.

11.  Can the FBI be forced to concede instead?

Answer:  I think we should all work for that outcome.  If the Congress and the Supreme Court hold the line, we will succeed in recovering the funds for the Foundation.  But the sooner the better, and I don't think anyone should be waiting for another urgent situation to arise.

12.  Will you please keep us informed if the funds are returned promptly and if, as you have requested, the FBI is forced to take a hiatus from false reporting regarding this case?

Answer:  Yes, of course.

13.  Will the election be allowed to unfold freely and fairly?

Answer:  I will be reporting any improper conduct on the part of the San Mateo County Voting Registrar's Office.  Right now, it's clear to me that the voting registrars in general are under significant pressure from the FBI.  How that manifests in this election, we have yet to fully comprehend.

14.  Thank you for speaking with us this evening.

Answer:  You are most welcome.
