1. Evidently some of President Trump's inner circle are now stating privately that he should be in prison. Do you know what they are referring to?
Answer: There is an allegation that he approved of the FBI's murder of a first-grade child (I don't know the gender) in Flagstaff, Arizona in order to try to misappropriate funds from the Foundation. Nor, I should point out, do I know whether the allegations are legitimate.
Having said that, FBI personnel and affiliates appeared to be breaking into my apartment and placing items there that did not belong to me. When I rented a pickup truck to move some furniture, a nearly identical pickup truck appeared in the same parking spot with a child's items in the flatbed of the vehicle. So, there were details such as this that were entirely alarming.
2. Why is Tom Lyons so focused on trying to falsely accuse you of child murder?
Answer: Because this is precisely the crime he and his friends have committed. All of their worst acts are projected outward onto the innocent. And, obviously, they feel tremendous guilt over this fact. The conscience is a remarkable taskmaster, and these people are hounded by their own.
I simply need to say that I do not appreciate the projected blame, and I will not tolerate its continuation.
3. Doesn't Tom Lyons want you to approve of his candidacy for a certain position of an unspecified nature?
Answer: That suggestion has been rumored.
4. Is he going about it the right way by falsely accusing you of the FBI's most heinous acts?
Answer: Brilliant question. This doesn't quite seem logical, does it?
5. What does Tom Lyons need to do to atone for his conduct, now and in the past?
Answer: First, he should stop killing children in any setting at any time for any reason.
Second, he should acknowledge his knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting concerning genetics and whatever other false evidence he has concocted.
I have traveled all over the country during the last six months. Is Tom Lyons going to be killing a child for every location in which I spent a few days in a row? Do we need to wonder about this now?
6. How preposterous is it that Tom Lyons is extending these false accusations through concealed proceedings in a court of law in which you are not even informed of the allegations nor allowed to speak in your own defense?
Answer: The Supreme Court would not be conducting itself in this manner with regard to this case, in my opinion. So, what's really astonishing, beyond all the details you describe, is the fact that Tom Lyons is shopping for judges in lesser courts -- those who do not know his history of lying throughout this case, and those who can be easily manipulated to render a guilty verdict based on utter falsehoods and prevarication.
With regard to the concealment, this is just an unthinkable distortion of jurisprudence.
Tom Lyons won't invite me into the courtroom, because he knows he would end up in handcuffs once I had had my say.
7. What responsibility does the President bear in this situation?
Answer: The President is Commander in Chief. He knows any narrative along these lines is false. Every person involved in this deceit must be seen as bearing one hundred percent of the responsibility. Obviously, the President is uniquely positioned to bear that burden, since he is the one who authorizes false reporting initiatives.
8. What was your response to these allegations when you learned of them this evening?
Answer: Absolute incredulity. I cannot think of any situation in which someone who has extended so much on behalf of the nation has been treated so poorly by a sitting President.
9. What is the justification?
Answer: It appears to be pure avarice. The Foundation bears substantive capital which it is committed to apply to the support of American sovereignty. And obviously, there are those who would wish to privatize those funds for their own personal sequestration of power.
10. How do we know the President wouldn't use it well?
Answer: Because he is selling off the National Parks, shutting down the Endangered Species Act, and exploiting America's pristine landscapes for mining and drilling interests. He is not preserving the nation's territorial integrity as it is.
Nor do our people feel valued and upheld.
11. How do you answer the President's assertion that we have entered "the Golden Age?"
Answer: Whose "Golden Age"? I have been traveling around the country for the past six months and I can state with confidence that the American people are growing poorer.
Those who don't have their mitts on the National Treasury are struggling.
12. How do you respond to FBI threats to "turn the lights out" over a substantial part of the country if they don't like the way the midterm elections are shaping up?
Answer: I think they're quite serious. The FBI doesn't believe in democracy. Elections make them queasy. They would prefer to dispense with the entire process. They feel that planned terrorist acts serve their cause.
13. What can these people do to apologize appropriately at this juncture?
Answer: As I said, they can stop killing innocent children and then, adding insult to atrocity, blaming it on the blameless.
After that, they can acknowledge in a courtroom the specifics of their false accusations.
14. Wouldn't you appreciate a direct apology relating to Tom Lyons' misconduct in this matter?
Answer: Unequivocally. Yes. But I would immediately observe that, given Mr. Lyons' efforts to take my life, that apology would be best extended through an independent intermediary.
15. Is the FBI still considering a Peng Shuai-style "replacement" through AI-generated audio and video following violent conduct on the part of the agency?
Answer: I am informed that they are, yes.
16. And hasn't Tom Lyons really originated that whole line of attack?
Answer: This appears to be the consensus, yes.
17. What would it take for the FBI to abandon that course of planning?
Answer: Sufficient exposure would place a damper on such plans, certainly. One of the greatest concerns I have is that the FBI has obviously perpetrated this type of crime before. How many times has the FBI "replaced" American citizens with AI communications, video and audio? This is anyone's guess. But the answer is more than 100. They feel fairly confident.
18. Do you carry a sense of moral outrage over the crimes that have allegedly been committed by the FBI in the hope of the agency's profiteering from this case?
Answer: How could it be possible for good people to respond with any less? Moral outrage represents an appropriate description.
At the same time, we need to ensure that we place blame where it belongs. And that means that the FBI and the President have a lot of explaining to do to the American public regarding the allegation that these men may have harmed a young child in their pursuit of profit.
We need to be exceptionally clear that the American public is not enslaved to overseers who determine their lives and deaths with impunity and callous disregard for our humanity, benevolence, worthiness, sovereignty, and gifts.
Tom Lyons is now responsible for publicly disclosing all he knows about the false reporting in this allegation.
19. And speculation from insiders that President Trump himself belongs in prison?
Answer: Let's find out the truth of what he authorized in this situation before speculating about where he belongs.
But in general, any individual who is harming innocents for profit needs to be exposed for a predatory criminality that the public will evaluate by its moral and ethical measures that hold to the truth.
20. What about FBI programs that involve murder of the American public?
Answer: All of the atrocities committed by the Nazis during World War II's Holocaust were legal at the time or rendered legal shortly after they occurred. But the Holocaust still stands as a moral wound on humanity's shared responsibility for the deaths of innocents.
We have learned that human beings are capable of perpetrating astonishing and unforgivable wrongs when they justify those acts as necessary for the aggregation of power.
And it is precisely because of the existence of unacceptable programs by the FBI that I have made the point that we need to re-approach our current environmental crisis from a much better vantage point.
That doesn't mean the President should be authorizing the murder of children in this case, and he should not assume my silence if he does.
He will not receive that response.
21. What about allegations that President Trump will order you to be killed on the basis of his desire to avoid accountability for this latest alleged murder on the part of Tom Lyons?
Answer: There were prior allegations that Executive Orders had been extended for murders, including my own, that would allow the misappropriation of the Foundation for the profiteering of the President. So, I think this conduct needs to be regarded as part of the same case and part of the same miscarriage of justice.
22. Has the Foundation been preserved as of this moment?
Answer: I certainly hope it has. The American people deserve to know that those funds are still present in full in defense of their sovereignty.
23. And you will not be tolerating invasions of that funding for "privatization" by corrupt public officials?
Answer: I will not.
Nor will I be tolerating further predatory FBI crimes toward this innocent under the heading of this case.
Let's expose the facts of this matter and see what the public has to say about those who would so disregard our most profound bonds to one another in intentionally targeting our most vulnerable members of society.
24. What is your response to the FBI's statements about being "concerned for all involved in this tragedy"?
Answer: The FBI does not get to speak those words when the FBI caused the tragedy.
25. What is your response to those who say that things will become better regarding your case as soon as the midterm elections arrive?
Answer: With conduct such as the FBI is alleged to be perpetrating now, one month is an eternity away.
The benevolent public cannot withstand this type of malfeasance from the President and expect to remain unharmed.
26. You will not accept FBI exhortations to remain silent over these false allegations?
Answer: No one should expect silence in response to heinous crimes perpetrated by the FBI in this matter.
That suggestion is disconnected from reality, and I would question the mental health of anyone who would extend it.
I am always going to defend the innocent and the vulnerable.
If the President wants to abandon those values, he's going to need to meet the public over this issue and explain himself.
27. What can be done about Tom Lyons and his FBI cohort, a group that appears to be facilitating atrocities on a repeated basis?
Answer: These people have legal immunity, apparently. But they do not have immunity from the public's clear-eyed evaluation of their criminal acts. This conduct is completely unacceptable to any civilized society, and I ask that the facts be disclosed on an immediate basis in order to ensure that no further harm or defamation occurs.
28. What about the assertion of certain members of Russian organized crime that they are the "boss" of the nation at this point?
Answer: Let's find out how the American public feels about their alleged harm of innocent Americans. Once the facts of this matter are fully revealed to the American people, these individuals may not feel so self-assured.
How would Tom Lyons or Brandan Pesa's children respond to the knowledge that their fathers allegedly murdered children for profit?
What do they think their children's friends would say about them at school?
These men are condemning their own families to an existence of shame and regret. So I don't think this situation is so easily dismissed on the basis of legal immunity from prosecution.
Further, I will say this: if it is true that the FBI has killed a child and attempted to extend wrongful blame toward me for this atrocity, then the agency needs to extend rather limitless damages to me over the associated crimes, including defamation, with those damages to be deposited into the Foundation I have specified for the support of American sovereignty.
Beyond this, the agency can have no possibility of profiteering from misappropriations of Foundation assets in the future. Otherwise, there would be an incentive for the FBI to continue down this unconscionable path.
And we simply cannot allow that to occur.
29. It is reported that the FBI has perpetrated lethal harm of some kind toward a FlexCar vehicle that you are meant to pick up today, October 4, 2026. How are you going to address that allegation?
Answer: One monstrosity at a time. It's 5:20 AM in the morning. I need some rest right now.
30. Thank you for speaking with us this morning
Answer: You are most welcome.
Lane MacWilliams, aka Carol Elaine Von Herzen
