OIG Hotline, there is a suggestion that the police department in Tehachapi feels that it is cornered in the commission of serious crimes due to my discovery of the participation of at least two of its active duty personnel in an alleged incident of knowingly false reporting ten days ago.
I have extended a CPRA/FOIA request to the police department, but have not received any information in response.
Is it possible that knowingly false information was placed in the mail only to be intentionally removed prior to my receipt? Certainly, this represents a potential stratagem for a police department that may be directed by the FBI not to retract obvious falsehoods.
The problem, in addition to the fact that lying by law enforcement officers is a serious crime in the state of California, is that I am now receiving death threats within the confines of the city of Tehachapi. If Tehachapi police are unwilling to disclose information to me through CPRA/FOIA, I would respectfully ask for your Office's further assistance in resolving my complaint against this office.
The law requires that I be provided with the information the police possess, even if it is AI-generated.
If the Tehachapi police are unwilling to provide this information, the withholding is tantamount to a confession of malfeasance on their part and on the part of the FBI, which allegedly directed their misconduct in substantive detail.
I cannot answer false assertions that I cannot examine.
Nor can I respond to false assertions in the event of further police malfeasance.
The FBI would clearly like to assert that I am disabled in some measure and therefore cannot claim awards that have been extended in my case, nor allocate them to the Foundation.
Yet, the FBI's problem is precisely that I do not exhibit incapacity in any way, shape or form.
Rather, my identification of two Tehachapi police officers, and one officer who is likely retired from the same department, involved in coordinated aggression on October 15, 2026, has surprised everyone involved for just how capable my discovery was.
The FBI's problem is that I am too able, not that I lack discernment.
I will be placing this information in the public sphere and will continue to write about the details of those offending officers involved until and unless your Office assures me that this matter has been successfully resolved with the withdrawal of all false accusations by the Tehachapi Police Department and, correspondingly, the FBI, together with appropriate penalties assessed.
Thank you for your support regarding this important matter.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams, aka Carol Elaine Von Herzen
