Dear Tehachapi Police Department Chief Richard Standbridge:
I am informed that your police department has been wrongfully directed by the FBI regarding several corrupt initiatives.
One of them allegedly pertains to misconduct by at least two of your active duty police officers on Thursday, October 15, 2026, in which one of them performed a PTSD episode and another provided a false witness statement. It is alleged that a retired officer from your department, together with his wife, also provided false witness statements related to this staged incident to correspond to an alleged AI-generated film, the contents of which I have not seen.
While this event was allegedly directed by corrupt FBI officials, lying by police officers is still a crime in the state of California.
Please note that I have requested all information relating to this misconduct on October 15, 2026, yet I have received nothing as of this writing.
It is alleged that your department feels sufficiently under threat due to the possibility of public revelations of its misconduct that your staff members are now involved in subsequent plans to commit yet further crimes of wrongful public aggression, also based on knowingly falsified law enforcement information.
The FBI has allegedly tampered with one or more of my legitimate purchases from Amazon, replacing the shipment or shipments with contents unknown to me. Not all of my purchases are currently opened, though I will do so as soon as possible.
Currently, I am maintaining books, dog supplies, and other extra belongings at a storage facility in Tehachapi, the manager of which has also been in direct communication with your department.
I need to be able to travel safely within Tehachapi, including to my hotel and/or my storage area, without fear of wrongful arrest or assault by your officers or their affiliates.
I believe you are aware that I stand as a human rights advocate in defense of the sovereignty of the United States as a whole. The issues causing the greatest challenges to the United States in the context of national sovereignty are complex, and considered sensitive by federal authorities, for understandable reasons. This is my way of expressing that there are many factors involving this case of which you remain unaware. Your separation from the larger factors at play will persist, unfortunately.
Yet, it is important for you to understand that your department's interference in my safety and security threatens my ability to intervene on behalf of the long term freedoms of all Americans.
Accordingly, I ask that you communicate directly with the Office of the Inspector General Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
I am not a "foreign agent," a "human trafficker," a "drug smuggler," or a felon of any kind.
Instead, I am an honorable American who is expressing that our shared future matters to the health of our communities, to the wellbeing of our nation, to the fate of all those who look to us to set the standard for human rights, and to the sustainability of the global environment.
Please assist these worthy goals by addressing your department's misconduct in the wisest and most honorable manner in communication with the OIG Hotline at this time.
Thank you for your prompt and conscientious engagement with this matter.
Sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
