My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Formal Claim of All Awards Extended Through All Government Agencies and Affiliates Re: Knowingly Falsified Law Enforcement Reporting: October 23, 2026

OIG Hotline, I am claiming the following awards as an individual, currently on leave of absence from the Foundation.

I am also electing of my own free will and accord to deposit these funds into the Foundation for the support of United States sovereignty.

Because I have legal accountability for the funds awarded to me, I respectfully request that all funds awarded to me and to other cases related to knowingly falsified law enforcement records over time be included in the documentation of this case, to be provided to me at the appropriate time.

I ask that misappropriated funds be returned to the Foundation on an immediate basis.

I realize that the full documentation of this case involves thousands of pages of documents, aggregated over a period of years of effort in supporting American sovereignty.

If I am asked to curate that documentation, I will of course engage with that endeavor.

The sovereignty of the United States can be lost through acts of both commission and omission, which is to say that we must not only advocate for the preservation of American sovereignty, but we must oppose the efforts of adversaries of American sovereignty to misappropriate funds relating to this case and parallel cases.

I will be writing further about this necessary approach later today.

To the OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ, this letter is to formally claim all awards that have been extended in adjudication of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI, by other governmental agencies in the United States and elsewhere, and by their affiliates over the entire course of my human rights advocacy and related case.

This is to include all awards extended in my name and/or associated with my identity and/or social security number as of this writing. This is to include my maiden name, Carol Elaine Von Herzen, and misspellings of my maiden name, my author name, Lane von Herzen, and misspellings of my author name, and my married name, Lane MacWilliams, and misspellings of my married name.

This is also to include any and all funds extended through adjudication of other cases of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI, by other governmental agencies, in the United States and elsewhere, and by their affiliates, if the Supreme Court rules or has ruled that those funds may be legally and ethically claimed and deposited into the Foundation I have designated for the preservation of the sovereignty of the United States.

Due to apparent repeated attempts to misappropriate these funds, please place them in the Foundation at your earliest opportunity, thus protecting them from invasion by those who may seek to personally profiteer from this case.

If any government agencies or current or former government officials have facilitated the hacking or invasion of my accounts in order to misappropriate funds awarded to me, I ask that those funds be assertively re-appropriated and replaced.

Please allow me to make designations on behalf of specific causes for the support of Americans' long term sovereignty, and the sovereignty of the nation as a whole, from this umbrella Foundation.

I ask that any funds that have been wrongfully withdrawn and cannot be legally reclaimed be reimbursed to my account under the auspices of the Foundation at the earliest possible time.

Please ensure that my direct participation is required for designations of funds from the Foundation in every circumstance, unless I myself broaden that responsibility at a later time through notarized documentation which I would place on my blog and elsewhere for public review. And please disallow impersonation of my identity through genetic manipulation, Wifi piracy, namesake or familial claims that are unknown to me and unconsented by me, and/or other unapproved assumptions of my identity.

At the appropriate time, please engage in direct outreach to me to ensure that I can be of the greatest support to the nation at this most critical point in the struggle for the human sovereignty of the American people, the territorial integrity of our national provenance over the United States and associated waters, and the future independence of our nation in its entirety.

Please accept all legal responsibility for the correct and complete filing of documents, paperwork, reporting, exact and comprehensive accounting, and follow up associated with the Foundation and the designations I have made and will make regarding the support for American sovereignty.
