My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

UPDATED: Restricted Access: For the OIG Hotline Only

UPDATED: OIG Hotline, I am in receipt of new information that the FBI is working closely with American banks in order to perpetrate this fraud.  The role of ActBlue appears to be unclear at this time.  The banks appear to be rejecting donations to ActBlue without cause.

The extent to which AI is facilitating "replacement" credit card charges remains unclear.  When customers receive their credit card statements, are they viewing paper statements indicating that ActBlue charges were processed fully?  I believe this to be the case.

Do ActBlue records online fail to include documentation regarding returned charges?  If so, those donating may believe their funds were received, even though the money was directed elsewhere.

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that "Saibel" was apparently instructed to input the wrong credit card expiration date for my phone contribution of $7,000 to President Biden's campaign, dated December 1, 2023. As a result, this transaction was declined by Bank of America.

Note that my original donation of $7,000 took place yesterday, November 30, 2023, when I spoke to Saibel directly over the phone. For unexplained reasons, "Saibel" did not attempt to process that charge until today, albeit with an intentionally altered expiration date for the card,

The FBI's attempts to obstruct my ability to support President Biden and Vice President Harris appear to continue unabated.

I have reprocessed this $7,000 donation this afternoon through ActBlue, and I have called my credit card company, Chase Bank, to instruct them to approve this expenditure.

While I was on the phone with Chase, I was informed that 9 donations to President Biden for $1,000 each were returned to my account.  That is to say, the donations were never made.  The customer service representative explained to me that these donations were not rejected due to any problem with my credit card whatsoever.

My credit card number was correct.  My expiration date was correct.

Instead, ActBlue, for unknown reasons, returned the charges to my credit card.

The customer service representative was unable to explain how this could have happened, except by suggesting that either my computer or my ActBlue account may have been hacked.

If indeed my ActBlue account has been hacked, then it is possible that my $7,000 donation today will also be rejected -- not by Chase, but by ActBlue.

I need to express my current belief that the far right is counterbalancing returned contributions to President Biden with fraudulent charges on my cards.  In other words, the far right not only wants to prevent President Biden's campaign from benefiting from my contributions.  It also wants to abscond with the cash.

How broadly are these crimes being perpetrated at the current time?

And what can be done to stop a criminal and wayward FBI from committing them?

Is AI assisting in the perpetration of this financial theft?  It seems to me that broadly applied fraud of this kind would be exceptionally difficult to perpetrate without some degree of AI support.

At the current time, it appears as though I am being prevented from supporting President Biden, Vice President Harris, Chuck Schumer, the DSCC, Nancy Pelosi, Hakeem Jeffries, the DCCC, Katie Porter, the Democratic Governors' Association, and countless other democratic candidates, both by phone, and through ActBlue.

I need to express that I view these crimes as a violation of my personal sovereignty as an American citizen who is passionately engaged in the defense of our democracy.

The violations of the Constitution in this circumstance are stunning, in my opinion, and clearly define the FBI as an enemy of our Constitutional democracy, intent on dismantling the lawful structures of free and fair elections within this country.

The extent to which this obstruction has been guided by those with ties to Russian organized crime must also be assessed.

Can our nation's freedom survive alongside an FBI which demonstrates that significant segments of the organization are loyal to Vladimir Putin and not to the sovereignty of the United States of America?

I do not believe so.

The penalties assessed against the FBI must now be so extensive, immediate, and severe as to prevent the agency from continuing on its current course to disrupt free and fair engagement in the 2024 election cycle.

This is an urgent matter, in my opinion.  The FBI should suffer immediate financial and legal penalties that disrupt its daily operations.

The FBI Director should answer to Congress and the American public for the political and humanitarian crimes of his personnel.

I have nerves of steel, but I confess that I find myself shaking with the injustice of an FBI attempting to alter the outcome of a Presidential election in this manner.

Please convey to everyone involved that I support President Biden, Vice President Harris, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, Hakeem Jeffries, Katie Porter, and the Democratic Party fully, and it is my intention to support them fully in the future.

All Americans should possess that right.

I remain most sincerely yours,

Lane MacWilliams
