My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

My Fiduciary Responsibility Requires an Update at This Time

OIG Hotline, I have a fiduciary responsibility to report on the status of my family home, as well as to actively manage the property.

As such, I require an update on the current status of the investigation I myself requested at 40 Gansett Rd., Woods Hole, MA 02543.

It has come to my attention that the FBI may have intended to harm a family member or myself with a plan of wrongfully attributing its own crimes to one of us through techniques previously described to your Office.

Given our recent PG&E power outage corresponding to such an alleged plan of harm, I feel this situation is untenable.

My family and I need more information in order to maintain our safety and security, just as I need more information in order to uphold my fiduciary responsibilities toward the property.  And we need this outreach right away.

As you know, I suffered a direct assault last Sunday, February 9, 2025, resulting in multiple skull fractures according to the FBI's assertions.

Please convey an update to me regarding my family property via email at lanemacwilliams@gmail.com by 5:00 PM Pacific time today, February 14, 2025.

If the FBI is unable or unwilling to publicly confess its crimes toward my family, the agency certainly has the ability to appoint an attorney to apologize on its behalf.

But timeliness matters regarding this issue.

So, I appreciate your prompt response.

This communication will be copied to District Attorneys Gallibois and Wagstaffe, along with the Falmouth Police Department and David Silberman, Chief Legal Counsel for the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
