My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

A Person Who Loves Peace Awaits Peaceable Outreach

 1.  Yesterday evening, you realized in a flash of insight that the Dick's Sporting Goods bag placed on the counter by an employee of the front desk of your hotel when you were speaking to a staff member could have been utilized for the most damaging type of false reporting possible.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, I realized that it was probably placed on the counter by staff at that time at the directive of the FBI for the express purpose of suggesting that I had possession of a weapon and that I was a  violent person, neither of which is remotely true.

2.  And this ruse could have cost you your life.  Is that the case?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  Easily.  In fact, I would venture to say that it almost did cost me my life, given the sniping threats I faced all day yesterday.

3.  What was going through your mind when the hotel employee placed that bag on the counter?

Answer:  Are you kidding me?  That's what was going through my mind.  I was so astonished I almost took a picture of the bag.  It just seemed like a terrible coincidence at the time.  It wasn't until later that I realized it was no doubt photographed by the FBI as "evidence" of a wrongful possession and a threatening intent.

4.  You could legally possess a weapon if you wanted to.  Is that right?

Answer:  That is not going to happen.  My husband and I donated our firearms to a local sheriff's office and we have absolutely no plans to replace them.

5.  Why not?

Answer:  Because false reporting against me has led to the situation in which I could be the victim of a Breonna Taylor-style assault.  I simply cannot possess any item which could possibly lead to anyone mischaracterizing me as a threat.

6.  Have you ever fired a firearm?

Answer:  Never, and I have no desire to do so.

7.  Why not?

Answer:  Because I am a person who loves peace.

8.  You only acquired firearms in the past because you were under constant threat by the FBI of being shot.  Is that correct?

Answer:  It is, yes.

9.  Did the firearms help you feel safer for a time?

Answer:  It's possible that I felt safer intermittently, depending on the specific threats I was receiving.  They helped me feel safer against kidnapping threats, for example.  But overall,  I think they just made the circumstance worse.

Escalation, given the manner in which the FBI has engaged in falsified reporting toward me, is a poor solution.

Open communication is needed instead.

10.  Today, you are receiving threats of a staged car accident in which your Uber could be blindsided.  Is that true?

Answer:  It is, yes.  The FBI has appeared to allege that I represent "an existential threat" to the agency in some manner, and it seems that its personnel are quite keen on persisting in plans of harm toward me and toward my family for the time being, unfortunately.

11.  Are you an existential threat to the FBI?

Answer:  No.  The FBI needs to have a lawyer contact me and request a confidential dialogue regarding issues it considers sensitive.  This is the way forward.  The agency needs to abandon lying and aggression toward my family and toward me on an immediate basis.

12.  It is only the intransigence of the FBI in its aggression toward you that has led you to question the viability of the agency, isn't it?

Answer:  That's correct.  There's a point at which you wonder how intelligent the institution is, how logical it is, how worthy it is, and how redeemable it is.  Right now, I perceive an obstinacy and rigidity that render the agency quite limited in its capabilities.  I'd like to see some tangible evidence that the agency can reason well, that it can adapt to circumstances that have changed (i.e. when its lies have been exposed), and that it has some desire to reclaim an honorable code of conduct with regard to this case.

13.  The FBI is still threatening your sons, your husband and MX, isn't it?

Answer:  Yes, it's still threatening to traffic my sons and MX or otherwise to involve them in drug and weapons trafficking, from which the FBI appears to profit.  And it is still threatening to direct both of my sons in acts of aggression toward others or themselves, given that they have lost their sovereignty due to various FBI assaults over time.  With regard to my husband, there are threats of forced job loss and physical harm on a daily basis, unfortunately.  The agency still has not learned that it needs to halt all aggression toward my family and myself.

14.  Didn't President Trump extend honorable discharge to your sons and MX?

Answer:  Yes, he did.

15.  And didn't he order that your family's health, and indeed your own, should be restored to you on an immediate basis?

Answer:  That's correct.

16.  Yet, the FBI appears to allege that your younger son in particular is still being forced to file knowingly false witness statements about your family.

Answer:  He has lost his sovereignty, so he will attest to whatever document they force him to sign, bar none.

17.  So, his statements about your family are meaningless at this point.

Answer:  Unfortunately, yes.

16.  Why is the FBI defying President Trump as Commander in Chief?

Answer:  That's a reasonable question, and I think it's one we should all be asking.  Director Patel will be trying to bring the agency under control, without question.

17.  Do you believe that President Trump and Director Patel can exert control over the FBI?

Answer:  This is quite a test.  Of course, I hope they wield that proper Constitutional authority.  The power should reside with them.  So, we're assessing whether it actually does.

18.  Does President Trump possess the power to demand that investigative reports within the OIG Hotline be provided to you on an urgent basis in defense of your safety and that of your family?

Answer:  He possesses the Constitutional power, yes.  Again, will the agency obey him?  This is the question that we're all asking at this time.  Does the President have proper control over the intelligence community?  This is what we need to know.

19.  Why is this so critical?

Answer:  Because otherwise the tail wags the dog.  The intelligence community has made quite clear that it wants to overtake the Presidency, the DOJ, the Supreme Court, on and on.  But our Constitution has no provisions that allow such a usurpation of power.

If we feel that the Presidency should wield Presidential power, that the Supreme Court should wield judicial power, and that the DOJ should wield investigative power over the American public, then reports need to be provided to me as has already been ordered by the Supreme Court.

This necessity is quite clear.

20.  You have said that you are making yourself available to speak to OIG Hotline investigators at any time they request it.  Is that true?

Answer:  Of course.  That's the reason I'm here in Washington, D.C.  I want to make progress with regard to my case.  So, I will change my schedule at any time to speak to investigators directly.  They simply need to ask.  Additionally, reports can be sent to me via courier service , allowing me to sign for them directly.  I'm doing everything I can to facilitate open communication.

21.  And you're risking your life in that process, so it's obvious that you're sincere.

Answer:  I hope my sincerity and benevolence are apparent to everyone, yes.  Last night, a hotel staff member once again booked me onto an empty floor initially, so I needed to alter the room assignment.  It's fair to say that I'm taking every precaution I can to remain safe at this time.

22.  Will you please update us regarding any new developments?

Answer:  Of course I will.

23.  Please remain safe as you continue to explore Washington, D.C.

Answer:  Thank you very kindly.
