My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

When Falsehoods Fall: A Conversation About Disinformation as a Newly Exposed Gambit for FBI Profit

 1.  There was apparently an attempt on your life yesterday while you were in a hair salon, of all places.  What was that about?

Answer:  I don't know.  I have no idea what the false accusations were, no idea what the false witness statements alleged, no idea what the AI-generated material depicted.  I just suddenly was in the grips of a misdirected young man, Loy, who appeared to be trying to crush my skull while he was supposed to be washing my hair in a Palo Alto hair salon.

2.  So you were reclined and unable to protect yourself?

Answer:  That's correct.

3.  Did Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx direct Loy to attempt to crush your skull?

Answer:  The FBI appears to indicate that they did.

4.  And will the communications soon be aggregated by the OIG Hotline?

Answer:  I certainly hope so.

5.  Wasn't this really about the fact that the FBI is trying to appropriate funds awarded in your name through the OIG Hotline and the ODNI?

Answer:  No question.  Whatever the false accusations are, they matter less than the drive of the FBI and organized crime to misappropriate those funds.

6.  How are you feeling, given the extraordinary harm you were subjected to?  The FBI appears to suggest today that you sustained multiple fractures to your skull.

Answer:  Well, I do have a tremendous headache.  There's no question about that.  But the experience of having someone -- a stranger -- try to crush the life out of me -- well, I can simply say that it clarified everything about my experience with the unconstitutional "target of interest" program.  These people have aggregated falsehood after falsehood after falsehood, all with the apparent aim of taking my life for profit.

7.  You have been endeavoring to speak for the freedoms of others the whole time you have been victimized by the FBI.

Answer:  That's the only way I have survived -- in endeavoring to speak for the human rights of others.  That has given me strength and courage -- the possibility that my experience could translate into a preservation of Americans' freedoms as a whole.  I would never have survived without this hope.  The journey has simply been too arduous to be fighting for oneself alone or even one's family alone.

8.  In what way?

Answer:  The fortitude required has been superhuman at times.  It's just so far beyond what we encounter in normal life.  Who could imagine having a hair stylist attempt to fracture your skull?  This is superhero land, not the territory of ordinary mortals.  And in order to muster the mettle required for a battle of that magnitude, you need to know that the future freedoms of many may be depending on you.  If you know you're fighting for the freedoms of mankind as a whole, you become infinitely stronger.

9.  You sent to the OIG Hotline a new Request for Injunctive Relief this afternoon at 5:19 PM.  Was the FBI possibly trying to suppress this material when it generated aggressively falsified reports about you over the past two days?

Answer:  This is entirely possible.  The petition speaks to the FBI's misappropriation of Americans' private funds as a whole, and, as I have said, the money is a prime driver for the FBI's predations.  So, yes, I'm sure the agency was thoroughly focused on suppressing that request through murder in the near term.

10.  Was it alleged to you that the agency had planned to cause you and your family yet greater harm tonight through an unconventional vector?

Answer:  Yes, that was alleged multiple times this afternoon.

11.  How is your younger son holding up?

Answer:  I don't know.  The FBI is preventing us from speaking while it attempts to coerce egregiously falsified witness statement from him.

12.  Isn't the likelihood that the FBI has already done so, given that a stranger appeared intent on taking your life yesterday?

Answer:  This is entirely possible.  We have all needed intervention from above, which is the reason I requested honorable discharge for the sons and MX on an immediate basis.

13.  From President Trump?

Answer:  Yes, from President Trump.

14.  Perhaps he will now be able to support your family's wellbeing more openly, given your recent revelations concerning the FBI's financial harm of the American public.

Answer:  I hope so.

15.  Are Txx Lxxxx and Bxxxxxx Pxxx concerned about their accountability for the crimes they allegedly committed at your parents' Cape Cod home?

Answer:  The FBI appears to allege that this is the case, yes.

16.  Will they go to prison for attempting to wrongfully blame your family over this matter?

Answer:  That's a judicial matter.  I do believe they should face accountability if they actually desecrated my family home, and further, if they desecrated our property in California as well.

17.  What about pardons that may have taken place?

Answer:  That's not my realm.

18.  Despite any pardons that may have occurred, these individuals are still civilly liable to you, are they not?

Answer:  I believe the American people would judge them to be liable, yes.  But I think this is a conversation for attorneys, which is why I have repeatedly asked for outreach regarding all outstanding matters of concern.

19.  What do you think of the FBI's attempts to demand money from you at this juncture?

Answer:  This is a constant refrain from this agency.  I've never even had attorney outreach, so this is absolutely stunning.

20.  Will the FBI now be persuaded by the Supreme Court and the OIG Hotline to engage with you through attorney outreach instead of violently?

Answer:  I hope the Supreme Court will unequivocally take my part, and the part of the American people, in insisting on judicial control over this matter regarding respect for the Constitution and Americans' ongoing hope that this living document is still revered and upheld.

21.  You must be in shock over the attempt on your life.  How can you be arguing for the rights of all Americans?

Answer:  How can I not?  Aren't we defined by our courage when scurrilously attacked?  I love my family, my friends, my neighborhood, and my nation.  How could I do less for them?

22.  Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts this evening.  Please be safe.

Answer:  You are most welcome.  And thank you.

Disclaimer: Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time.  I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation.  Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms.  As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
