My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Freedom Is Not an Afterthought to Human Progress

 1.  Is the FBI committing treason in the theft and sale of American IP to the highest international bidder?

Answer:  That's a question for a judicial process, certainly.  Having said that, we do know that Vladimir Putin is behind the FBI's theft and sale of American IP, and, in fact, the IP of many other nations.  And further, we know that China is actively participating in that process by purchasing valuable information.

2.  What happens to the money when it is received by the FBI?

Answer:  The FBI appears to have a profit-sharing system, in which certain high-ranking officials participate in the "profits" gleaned through human trafficking crimes, drug trafficking crimes, theft and sale of IP, etc.  My understanding is that it works somewhat like a law firm in that the big contributors can work their way up the ladder to earn a percentage of the overall "profits," although that's a terribly offensive word to use when we're talking about crimes of this nature.

3.  Why are you offended by the word "profits"?

Answer:  These are monies that are gleaned from human suffering, so the idea of profiteering off of that human grief is appalling.

4.  Isn't the FBI's attempt to misappropriate funds from settlements extended in your name representative of the same offense?

Answer:  Yes.  The attempt of the FBI to accuse me of crimes I never committed in order to misappropriate settlements intended for the agency's victims represents one of the most cynical, predatory schemes I've ever heard being perpetrated by any government institution anywhere in the world.

5.  Do you feel that the Supreme Court should prevent any further invasion of funds awarded as settlements for the FBI's victims?

Answer:  Overwhelmingly.

6.  Hasn't the Supreme Court seen evidence that President Biden colluded with at least two others in the planned murder of your entire family?

Answer:  This allegation has been made to me by the FBI, but I have no verification.

7.  And isn't the FBI now suggesting that there are official contracts between an FBI affiliate and the Italian mafia to take all of your family members' lives and your own?

Answer:  Yes, the FBI has made this assertion repeatedly.

8.  What are the odds that the FBI's assertions are true that Elon Musk and President Trump have also approved of your harm in order to profiteer from those same funds awarded in your name?

Answer:  I'm not in a position to comment on hypotheticals.  I will simply say that if the Supreme Court and the DOJ now forbid any further invasions of those funds whatsoever, and in fact insist that any misappropriations be refunded, my family members' lives and my own will be offered significant protection from further harm.

9.  Can the Supreme Court insist on this stipulation?

Answer:  I believe that's possible, yes.

10.  And do you request that injunctive relief on an immediate basis?

Answer:  Yes, I do.  We need to remember the FBI's assertion that a portion of funds misappropriated from DOJ accounts in my name is alleged to have been transferred as "gifts" to Vladimir Putin, a significant foreign adversary of the United States.  So, invasions of DOJ accounts held in my name need to be halted altogether.

11.  If funds in your name continue to be invaded, isn't that process also treasonous if our foreign adversaries may be directly profiting from the National Treasury?

Answer:  It's not only that they may be directly profiting from the National Treasury.  It's that they may be directly profiting from the harm and suffering of honorable Americans.  So, we don't want to be helping those who want to diminish the United States.

12.  What about the FBI's crimes of stealing and selling American IP?  Can you speak to the sovereignty problems present within these acts?

Answer:  Well, they're extensive.  Inventors, scientists, intellectuals, writers, artists and entrepreneurs have wanted to live and work in the United States precisely because of our record of vigorous IP protections and fair judicial process in the face of improper breach of those protections.

If the FBI is now prejudicially targeting those creators from whom it has stolen IP, with the intent of extending harm to them through false reporting, defamation, forced job loss, arrest or any of a thousand other harms, then the United States will not be able to attract or retain those who have the most to contribute to productive society.

Under those circumstances, the entrepreneurial engine that has driven our economy forward through the entire history of our nation will simply and suddenly collapse.

13.  What do you make of the fact that Project 2025 includes planning to hire many new judges within the first six months of 2025 to handle an anticipated overflow of IP cases?

Answer:  I find that fact problematic.  The planning suggests extensive coordination with our foreign adversaries.

14.  In truth, haven't many new judges already been appointed in the state of California to handle anticipated (and spurious) IP cases regarding Silicon Valley entrepreneurs?

Answer:  The FBI appears to suggest that this has occurred and is currently occurring, yes.

15.  And is the Trump administration supportive of this plan, which is so clearly disloyal to the fundamental interests of the United States?

Answer:  The current administration knows about this plan, yes.  The question is, now that this astonishing problem has been publicly disclosed before the most damaging aspects of its implementation, what stance will the Trump administration take?

16.  Didn't the FBI threaten a wrongful raid on your home address as recently as last night?

Answer:  They did.

17.  What was that about?

Answer:  It seems that there may be journalistic interest in the FBI's theft and sale of Silicon Valley's IP.  So, agency personnel appear to be panicking, and it's likely that our foreign adversaries are panicking right alongside them.

18.  Did the FBI imagine that an unjustified raid on your property could absolve them of their crimes in this area?

Answer:  I think it's primarily about the agency's attempt to get a jump on a false narrative.  The FBI never concedes wrongdoing, so it would appear in this case that there was a thought to deflect blame if possible.

19.  Could the FBI be accelerating plans to harm Silicon Valley entrepreneurs through false charges in advance of the facts emerging in full?

Answer:  I don't believe the agency is quite able to get away with it.  Perhaps with another month of preparation, they could have done so.  But we may be just a hair's breadth on the right side of prevention in this case.

20.  Doesn't the OIG Hotline possess enough details about the FBI's crimes in this area to force a full investigation of the agency's theft and sale of American IP?

Answer:  I believe it does, yes.

And I think it's important to recognize that the FBI alleges that IP has been stolen and sold from other countries' inventors, scientists, and artists as well.  Russia, China, the FBI and the CIA have apparently been working overtime to misappropriate the human capital of Intellectual Property all over the world.  So, I have asked that our allies be notified of this issue so they can take appropriate steps to protect themselves on an immediate basis.

21.  Does the FBI appear to allege that the intelligence agencies of other nations have been co-opted to participate in this plan?

Answer:  The participation of foreign intelligence agencies would be absolutely necessary for theft such as this to be perpetrated on this scale.

22.  What is the appropriate response of the Trump administration to this crisis?

Answer:  Full disclosure regarding this issue.  There is no other path.

23.  The Supreme Court has appeared to refuse to extend Presidential immunity in this matter.

Answer:  I'm not certain that that question has yet been considered by the Supreme Court.  But I find it unlikely that the Supreme Court would be inclined to grant Presidential immunity in this matter.

24.  Why not?

Answer:  This is a sovereignty issue.  Our elected officials have promised the American people to act in the best interests of the nation and to uphold our Constitution in that process.  And that's not a promise that can be broken.

25.  How serious is this issue for our government?

Answer:  How serious is the sovereignty of the United States for the government?  This is as serious as it gets.

26.  You disclosed this issue because you appeared to receive a nod from the Joint Commission that it was acceptable to do so.

Answer:  That's correct.

27.  The Joint Commission appears to be concerned that our sovereignty is being violated in gratuitous ways that damage the national interest.

Answer:  That's fair to say.

28.  Would you have revealed this matter absent the apparent permission of the Joint Commission?

Answer:  Consensus must be respected at this time.  So, even though I appear to be standing alone in my illumination of this issue at present, there are many others who feel the way I do about this violation of our nation's security interests.

29.  Didn't the FBI claim to have misappropriated your novel-in-progress, paid ghost writers to finish the narrative, and sold it online and in Germany?

Answer:  They did claim to have perpetrated that crime, yes.

30.  Then later, didn't the FBI attempt to accuse you of plagiarizing your own work?

Answer:  The FBI made the claim of a false allegation of plagiarism, yes.

31.  So what would happen if you completed the manuscript and attempted to sell it?

Answer:  The FBI enjoys a certain type of drama.  I think the agency would direct my agent to inform me that the book had been located in published form elsewhere and was worthless as my own literary work.  Probably they would throw a few false allegations of plagiarism into the mix to really cause the maximum distress.

Once you learn the culture of the agency, you can anticipate their thinking.

The agency claims to have sold my affiliated screenplay as well, so one could imagine parallel events through my film agent.

This is the sort of dramatic event they like to stage in the lives of their "targets."

The FBI has a psychopathic culture, which is to say that many agency personnel derive pleasure from causing harm to the virtuous.  They like to inspire despair.

32.  Aren't you now turning that around on the agency?  Isn't the FBI about to experience exposure regarding some its most treasonous crimes?

Answer:  I will simply say that I don't enjoy causing any kind of distress in others.  But those within the FBI who have preyed upon the innocent are perhaps right to fear the judgment of the American people in this matter.

33.  How would you describe the FBI's theft and sale of American IP?

Answer:  Unconscionable.  Disloyal.  Heedless.  Gratuitous.  Ruinous.  Avaricious.  Malevolent.  Predatory.  Appalling.

All these words seem appropriate.

34.  Can this scheme be undone at this juncture?

Answer:  Oh, yes,  Yes, it can.  And this conversation is in itself helping to undo it.

35.  Do you feel that the truth of this matter will emerge?

Answer:  The South Bay Chief of Station is going to be forced to reveal the truth of this matter to the Supreme Court.  How public this issue becomes is another matter entirely.  However, I do not believe that our nation will be protected from this scheme of predatory malfeasance until and unless the FBI's crimes in this specific context become better known.

36.  Aren't certain members of Russian-affiliated organized crime particularly close to the South Bay Chief of Station?

Answer:  Yes.

37.  Do you speak on behalf of all Americans when you express that you are deeply offended by the FBI's crimes against the creators and inventors, scientists and engineers, artists and intellectuals, writers and entrepreneurs within the United States?

Answer:  I do.  But I would just like to offer that inventors and creators can overcome this unwarranted assault on their freedom.  By joining together, Americans can reclaim their rightful intellectual property, and in that process, we can show the rest of the world how to reclaim their own.

Empowerment resides in laying the blame squarely with the FBI as perpetrator, and thoroughly investigating the manner in which Russia and China have sought to impoverish the United States and many other nations by appropriating the most valuable expressions of human creativity and innovation.

38.  What does this particular incident say to you about the potential for totalitarian nations to take the main leadership role regarding global concerns in the future?

Answer:  You know, the capability is not there with either Russia or China, nor with any other totalitarian regime.  And the reasons for this are important to understand.  Russia and China have in this case treated human creation as something to be stolen, aggregated and exploited, with no acknowledgement of the creators whatsoever except to wrongfully malign them and persecute them.

So we can see a fundamental misapprehension of the human condition within these acts.  Creative people are going to create valuable works through the whole of their lives if the society values them, upholds them, and protects them appropriately.

Creators are the veritable "golden goose."  Only foolish regimes are going to try to steal the golden eggs when it is the golden goose that is that real prize.  And I'm speaking about cultural, artistic, and scientific enrichment, not material wealth.

Wise nations are going to value their creators highly, because they are going to understand that talented and inspired human beings are their greatest gift.

Totalitarian regimes consistently diminish human society, while democratic governments elevate human society.

In the future, we want the latter.  We want advancement, evolution, greater capacity, depth and achievement within human civilization.

And that's why the United States needs to take a leadership position with regard to global concerns.  Freedom is not an afterthought to human progress.  It is a requirement.

39.  Thank you for sharing your insights this morning.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

Sovereignty Is Required for the United States to Assume a Global Leadership Role

 1.  Are FOIA and investigative reports finally going to be provided to you, despite the FBI's profound and ongoing criminality regarding your case?

Answer:  I wish I could say that I have received outreach over this matter, but I have not.

2.  Yet wasn't there another attempt to traffic your older son yesterday evening?

Answer:  There appeared to be, yes.

3.  So, who is going to call a halt to the torture of your family members and yourself through the provision of the reports?

Answer:  You know, the U.S. Congress needs to insist, together with the support of the Joint Commission, the Supreme Court and the DOJ.

4.  Does the FBI continue to ask for monetary concessions from the 8.7 T dollars that have been awarded in your name through the OIG Hotline?

Answer:  Yes, it does.

5.  And what is your response to the FBI's demand to steal money from its victims?

Answer:  My response to the FBI is no.  Nothing doing.  The FBI alleges that a portion of money misappropriated from accounts in my name have ended up as "gifts" to Vladimir Putin.  And that simply represents a disaster for the future of our country.  So, we all need to say no to the appalling corruption within this agency, and we need to say it consistently and unequivocally.

6.  What is your response to FBI allegations that you have been falsely accused of various crimes to facilitate misappropriation of those funds?

Answer:  I had better have been exonerated fully by investigators and I would certainly hope that those misappropriated funds will be refunded in their entirety.

7. What do you say to FBI threats that the agency plans to stage a "gas explosion" at your house, or another "explosion" that would somehow mimic a "natural disaster" such as "landslide," "wildfire," "sinkhole," or "meteor fall"?

Answer:  Given this discussion, I don't think those plans will work out for the agency.

6.  Are these extraordinary harms being approved by a court-mediated process?

Answer:  Not with my knowledge, participation or opportunity to defend myself, no.  But in answer to your question, yes, Russian-affiliated organized crime is probably paying off certain judges from funds taken from accounts in my name to dictate improper rulings.

7.  So your own funds are being used to bribe individual federal judges?

Answer:  This is almost certainly happening, since the FBI has repeatedly alleged its occurrence.

8.  Do you think the Supreme Court is convinced of your innocence at this time?

Answer:  Yes, but I think the FBI is bribing judges at a lower level with regard to this case.

9.  These would be federal judges?  State judges?

Answer:  I assume they would have to be federal judges, yes.

10.  Does the OIG Hotline know that these court processes are transpiring?

Answer:  I don't believe so, no.

11.  So, the FBI lost this case at the level of the Supreme Court, and now the agency is manipulating lower federal courts to attempt to take your life and those of your family members?

Answer:  Yes, this appears to be the dynamic.

12.  Can the FBI be prevented from manipulating the judiciary in this manner?  Is there a legal way to stop the agency from going to the lower courts?

Answer:  I am assuming that the Supreme Court could extend an injunctive order preventing the FBI from taking this case to lower courts.  And if so, I would ask that this relief be granted on an emergency basis.

13.  Could the Supreme Court require that its own judges review the rulings of the lower courts in order to determine whether those rulings were proper?

Answer:  I would hope that they could do so on appeal, yes.

14.  Right now, the FBI appears to allege that all of your family members have effectively received the death penalty from corrupted lower court rulings controlled by the FBI and Russian-affiliated organized crime.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, the FBI is certainly making this assertion.

15.  Did the FBI trot out those wrongful convictions to prevent the U.S. Congress from insisting today that FOIA reports and investigative reports be provided to you on an urgent basis?

Answer:  I don't have that information, but it certainly sounds like the kind of maneuver the FBI would perpetrate.

16.  If those convictions can be vacated, can the Congress vote again?

Answer:  One can only hope.

17.  Did the FBI suggest that the agency condemned your reverend Matt McDermott through a similar corrupted process at a court other than the Supreme Court?

Answer:  Yes, the agency has suggested this only recently.

18.  Would you ask the Supreme Court to stand in defense of Reverend Matt McDermott in this matter, as well as his family?

Answer:  Most emphatically.

19. You have articulated that you believe the separation of Church and State, the safety of our children from human trafficking, the preservation and sanctity of our lands, and the ownership of our intellectual property are necessary for the foundational principles of Americans' freedoms, as well as those of many others, to endure.

Answer:  Yes, these are all necessities for our long term freedom on which all Americans can agree.   They all relate directly to the sovereignty of our nation, and their intentional destruction by the FBI falls well outside the mission and objectives of the agency.

So, this is the best place for us to start in expressing our unanimous insistence on our national sovereignty.

20.  What is your response to the FBI's allegation that your family is suffering numerous environmental harms at night, such as chlorine gas dissemination, aluminum ion dissemination, asbestos dissemination, and other assaults with chemical, radiological and biological contaminants, Dxx deployment, Hxxxx deployment, as well as other types of harms?

Answer:  Certainly, I would ask that President Trump disallow all of this aggression on an immediate basis.

21.  And with regard to the sniper threats?  The threats of staged "street violence"?  The threats of staged vehicle accident and myriad other harms?  The threats of contracts on your family members and yourself with the Italian mafia?  Can President Trump disallow all of those threatened harms as well?

Answer:  Absolutely.

22.  And would you ask that he do so right away?

Answer:  Most certainly.

23.  Can the President also require that there be no more break-ins at your properties when you are away from home?

Answer:  Yes, he can.

24.  And can he require that you and your family members, including your pets, receive expert and restorative medical care on an immediate basis?

Answer:  Yes.

25.  Yesterday, you proposed a conditional presidential immunity, given extraordinary circumstances in a global context.  Did the Supreme Court grant a conditional immunity?

Answer:  I do not believe so.

26.  Do you understand the perspective of the Supreme Court?

Answer:  I do.  Sovereignty is such a pivotal requirement for our nation, and we need our leaders to uphold our national sovereignty without fail.  So, yes, of course I understand.

27. Yet such a ruling may place you and your family members in extraordinary danger if there are materials responsive to your FOIA request that implicate certain leaders of violating that sovereignty.

Answer:  That's true.  In that case, the only way forward for us is to expose the sovereignty issues that can be publicly addressed, with the support of the Joint Commission, the Supreme Court, the DOJ, and the U.S. Congress.

28.  If you were to receive FOIA materials that addressed sovereignty violations in the areas you have described in this conversation, and you had the support of those you acknowledge here, would you seek to protect the sovereignty of the nation?

Answer:  I think it's clear to everyone that I would.

29.  Are there other areas in which consensus can be reached regarding both individual and national sovereignty violations that are unacceptable?

Answer:  I believe there are.

30.  You feel that the United States must assume leadership on the global stage with regard to long term sovereignty issues.  Is that correct?

Answer:  I do feel that way.  If Russia or China are allowed to dictate the future course of humanity, we will all be profoundly diminished in the future, with no free speech, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, right to privacy, right to own private property, or right to own our own intellectual property.  And that's just for starters.

For human beings to be diminished in these ways would represent a devastating loss to human civilization.  And it would be permanent, with no possibility of reclaiming past freedoms.  So, we need to take the leadership role in striving for the long term sovereignty of mankind, and we need to begin by ensuring that our own nation retains its independence, even while Russia and China are attempting to take that self-determination away from us.

31.  Thank you for sharing your concerns with us this evening.  Please speak with us again about your family's wellbeing and your own under these extraordinary circumstances.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.  And thank you for your ongoing concern.

A Word About Immunity: Why a Conditional Ruling from the Supreme Court Serves the National Interest

Presidential immunity is dependent on good faith, which means that the Constitution is being upheld with dedication, as are national security interests and Supreme Court rulings.

Under unusual circumstances when the President may be effectively taken hostage by an adversarial foreign power, we don't want the U.S. President to receive unlimited immunity.

We depend upon the backstop of the Supreme Court to defend our Constitution and our national security interests in stating that fealty to the United States must be upheld by our Chief Executive.

The FBI has recently suggested that without blanket Presidential immunity extended in my case, my whole family and I will be killed.

What is the solution to this complex situation?

So far, I have received no outreach from any government representative concerning my case, even though the Supreme Court has required it.

Every time a mailing of my FOIA materials is sent, the FBI has allegedly pulled it from the U.S. Postal Service mail, preventing it from arriving safely in my hands.

Nor did my travel to Washington, D.C. facilitate the courier delivery of FOIA materials into my hands.

Further, the FBI appears to state that Vladimir Putin himself has profited from funds misappropriated from settlements extended in my name through the OIG Hotline.

Certainly, additional abuses of this kind cannot be permitted.

Vladimir Putin has made clear his hatred of the United States, so we don't wish to allow him unfettered access to funds allotted from our National Treasury.

I believe that extraordinary circumstances should allow for a conditional immunity to be extended by the Supreme Court to President Trump.  What do I mean by this?

If my family members and I survive in excellent health, and I include my pets in this statement, and further, if I receive outreach from a government representative regarding funds that have been awarded in my name through the OIG Hotline, with full disclosures, then President Trump should receive immunity for any intentional harm extended to us as of the date of this date and time, April 28, 2025, 1:00 PM Pacific time.

Outreach should be stipulated to occur on an immediate basis.

And all further attempts to invade settlements awarded in my name should be disallowed, by agreement from the White House, the DOJ, and the U.S. Congress.

Certainly, further violations in the form of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI and its affiliates toward my family may result in additional penalties being awarded under my name.

But funds should not be removed from accounts in my name under any circumstances, thus preventing the strengthening of our foreign adversaries through the domestic investigations of our own DOJ.

Such an arrangement should prevent Vladimir Putin from directing the White House, the U.S. military, or Russian-affiliated organized crime from perpetrating ongoing harm against my family members and myself, and further, should free President Trump to act in the national interest pertaining to certain activities of the FBI which have violated critical commitments, firmly described within Constitutional articles and amendments, regarding our national sovereignty.

So, I support the extension of a conditional immunity at this time.

Should my family members or I become seriously ill or die, all immunity should be revoked and all information regarding my case should become broadly public.

I believe it is in the best interests of the nation to render selective information from this case public at this time, not all information.

That requires thoughtful dialogue and consensus that includes me, understanding that I well comprehend the necessity of restraint regarding certain concerns.

These are my best recommendations at this time.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

The Jewel in the Crown

The United States government needs to consider the origins of the FBI's theft and sale of American IP to China, particularly with regard to the agency's crimes toward entrepreneurs and inventors within Silicon Valley.

The South Bay Chief of Station has appeared to make a specialty in recent years of stealing the IP of Silicon Valley companies, selling it to the highest bidder, and then opening spurious investigations of his victims, who are primarily Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.

This aligns with the objectives of our foreign adversaries quite clearly.  Russia and China are only too happy to oversee this undoing.  Intellectual property is not only stolen and sold, but those inventors who have the greatest capacity to generate more innovation and new businesses are sidelined through knowingly falsified witness statements, coerced by the FBI, which implicate them of behaving "suspiciously," handling IP carelessly, making "contacts" in airports and while on travel, and betraying their loyalties to their nation, their companies, and their families.

The FBI appears to allege that it has paid for AI-generated audio and video falsely implicating its "targets" of industrial espionage.

The agency alleges coercing false statements from all of a key "target's" contacts, including current and past colleagues, relatives, friends, and complete strangers regarding supposed "glimpses" of "suspicious material" on his or her cell phone, among his or her papers, or on his or her computer.  In some cases, FBI affiliates break into a "target's" home in order to plant implicating material.

Yet, the condemnatory "evidence" does not exist without the FBI's having created it, through AI systems or otherwise.

The FBI appears to suggest that all manner of harms -- from forced job loss to arrest to staged vehicle accidents  -- can be justified on the basis of false allegations pertaining to the circumstances of the FBI's theft and sale of Silicon Valley IP.

Meanwhile, the subjects are never told that they are being investigated, and likely have no notion of their peril whatsoever.  Even in the event of forced job loss, the victims likely have no idea about what has transpired.

Likely, the FBI plans mass arrests pertaining to its own theft of Silicon Valley IP at some point, but in the meantime, it appears to be aggregating as much false material as possible to justify ruining honorable Americans' lives.

And we must acknowledge that Silicon Valley truly represents an economic jewel in the crown of America -- one which our foreign adversaries would no doubt like to remove from its setting.

Yet, I must observe that creators, whether they be artists, scientists, inventors, or entrepreneurs, are deeply invested in their works, pouring their heart and soul into their creations so that there is almost no distance between their labors and themselves.  To betray their efforts would be to steal from their own souls, which creators would never do.  The wellspring of all creation depends on the creator's internal gifts, not external wealth or the trappings of luxury.

So, this set of FBI crimes, instigated by Russia, but manifested with China's help, is particularly painful to those who have dedicated their whole lives to creating meaningful work, and equally painful to the nation as a whole, which relies on our human talent to form the substance of our economy, the engine of our advancement, and the mainstay of our international competitiveness.

On an immediate basis, the South Bay Chief of Station and the FBI as an institution should be closely questioned about the apparent stance of the FBI in opposition to Silicon Valley entrepreneurs, as well as the specifics of the agency's betrayal of American companies in compliance with a foreign agenda.

In particular, the plans for mass arrests of Silicon Valley entrepreneurs whose IP the FBI has stolen remain deeply troubling.

Further, the increase in the number of appointed judges in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties to accommodate the anticipated overflow of cases pertaining to "industrial espionage" represents Russia's malevolent reach into our very infrastructure in a manner that is intended to ensure that Silicon Valley cannot recover.

This issue matters to our nation's sovereignty, and it should be pursued vigorously, in my opinion.

Russia should not be allowed to prejudicially and preferentially attack our best and brightest inventors, scientists, artists and entrepreneurs, and it is up to the U.S. Congress, the Supreme Court, the Joint Commission, the Committee of 300, the DOJ, and the White House to halt Russia's predatory plan to deal this devastating blow to the American entrepreneurial ethos and all who render it a vibrant, resilient, creative, transformative force for the advancement of the United States, and, untimately, the benefit of the entire world.

Vladimir Putin must be denied his desire to deconstruct Silicon Valley, and other vibrant communities of creators, artists, scientists and inventors within the United States, including our Universities.

So must President Xi Jinping.

Let us preserve the jewel in the crown of American innovation and creativity.

Let us insist that America's culture of dedicated invention and scientific discovery, artistic epiphany and transformative breakthrough will continue to be cherished and upheld as an elemental part of our nation's identity, inseparable from our future, indivisible from our people, essential to our sovereignty.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Remember Who We Are

Who are we as Americans without our freedom to worship God as we wish?  Without our access to the sacred words, the soaring hymn, the whispered prayer?

Who are we without our pristine lands?  Without our purple mountains, our fruited plains, our endless forests and coursing rivers and unfolding seas?

Who are we without the sovereignty of our people?  The safety of our children?  The freedom to say what we think, even if we're the only one brave enough to say it?

Without these gifts, America is unrecognizable, diminished, a shadow of the ideals we held as necessary, vital, and irreplaceable to the soul of the nation.

Let us not betray our faith, our lands, our sovereignty, or our children to the exigencies of the moment.

We will not regain them later.

Our greatest gifts require our constancy, our loyalty, our vigilance, and our insistence.

Our nation is much more than an idea.

It is our home, our sovereignty, our people, and our freedom -- and the love, respect, and sanctity that bind these together.

If our foreign adversaries would wish to take away all that is best about us, then together we must give voice to the answer that denies them.

We, the People endure, and we will continue to endure as long as we remember that our most defining commitments to one another, even in the midst of great challenge, upheaval or change, must be upheld as inviolable.

A Letter to the Global Investigative Journalism Network

Rescuing the Faith of a Nation

1.  Your older son was, after repeated sovereignty violations, allegedly given an ultimatum by his handler to either cause grievous harm to you within your own home or to cause harm to the public of some kind.  Is that your understanding?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

2.  Did you feel under threat yesterday when your son was in your home?

Answer:  I needed to change clothes in a small room with only one exit at one point and there was a stark warning on my phone not to proceed.  So, yes, I needed to change my routine in order to accommodate the sovereignty violations of my son.

3.  Your son loves you deeply, does he not?

Answer:  He does.

4.  Could he really cause you harm?

Answer: There's a huge barrier within him to causing me any harm.  At the same time, it is necessary to understand how devastatingly destructive sovereignty violations are -- including the rape and trafficking in which the FBI is currently engaging.  The fundamental personality of the victim retreats and goes into hibernation in order to survive.  And something else much colder and more calculating takes its place.  When victims of the FBI are repeatedly harmed, even after promises that they will be rendered safe, they simply lose all hope.

5.  Has the FBI threatened to cause your older son a staged suicide?

Answer:  Many times.

6.  How does your older son seem to you?

Answer:  Traumatized.  On autopilot.  Impassive.  Defenseless.  Sorrowful.  Oppressed.  Grief stricken.  Shocked.  Betrayed by his agency, which is an FBI affiliate.

7.  Hasn't the FBI reportedly planned to convey rejections from graduate schools to your son immediately prior to directing him to harm himself or others?  As if his directed harm were to be in response to a loss in his personal life?

Answer:  Yes, this has been alleged many times.  In fact, he should have heard from graduate schools already, as the deadlines are past.  So the FBI is just holding back the acceptances/rejections for their own timing and their own purposes.

8.  Why is the FBI so afraid of your son?

Answer:  My son has a pituitary tumor, which the FBI knows, and instead of allowing him treatment, the FBI directed that he be misdiagnosed with psychiatric illness and placed him on extremely high doses of neuroleptics for sixteen months.  Simultaneous to those crimes, the FBI caused my son a great deal of trauma in other ways.  So the FBI is quite frightened that my son could tell the truth about what has transpired.  This history is certainly condemnatory of the FBI and my son's agency as an FBI affiliate as well.

9.  Is there any way in which the FBI can be persuaded to treat your son honorably?

Answer:  Only if forced.  Honorable treatment by the FBI is not a high likelihood for anyone, but the FBI has really been working overtime in an attempt to destroy my children.  I need to add that the FBI has allegedly tortured my minister's children through horrific predation as well.  It's as if the agency is uniquely aggressive toward the family members of people it identifies as possessing particular virtue.

10.  Why is that?  Why does the FBI seem to possess a fulminant hatred of virtuous Americans?

Answer:  Again, the FBI is acting, in many respects, as an extension of Vladimir Putin's hatred of the United States.  So, we have seen the FBI's participation in the abuse of the USA gymnasts, a tremendously virtuous group of girls and young women.  We have seen the FBI's participation in the trafficking of America's youth, whose innocence and virtue the agency should have been upholding, not preying upon.  We have seen the FBI despoiling America's natural landscape in ways that have been devastating to the integrity of pristine ecosystems.  And we have seen the FBI's targeting of America's churches and America's faithful, in a profoundly dark manifestation of the agency's hatred of virtue.

And none of these assaults have been reflective of the FBI's mission or objectives.  They represent harm that is entirely gratuitous and inexcusable.

11.  So now the agency is setting out to take the lives of your sons and MX because the agency believes it can be implicated by its actions toward them.

Answer:  Well, it can be implicated by its actions toward them.  There is no question about this.  The agency is acting in its typical cowardly and destructive manner by treating first-degree murder as its go-to-solution for all the problems it has needlessly caused.

12.  Who is actually running the FBI at this point?

Answer:  Vladimir Putin and Brandan Pesa, as far as I can ascertain.

13.  Two men who hate the United States.

Answer:  Yes.

14.  Yesterday, the FBI appeared to warn you that you should not leave your home, because an Executive Order had been signed to take your life.

Answer:  That allegation did appear to be extended, yes.

15.  Is the FBI directing orders from the Executive Branch at this time?

Answer:  In many cases, yes, it is.

16.  In this case?

Answer:  Almost certainly.

17.  So, we're relying on Congress, the DOJ, and the Supreme Court to address any compromise on the part of the Executive Branch.  But what is their position?  Are they immune from the FBI pressures you're describing?

Answer:  No one is immune.  I do think that the revelations concerning the FBI's concealed attempts to deconstruct America's houses of worship clarifies for everybody within government how serious the FBI's corruption actually is.  Because the public will never tolerate the FBI's targeting of America's faithful.  And our elected officials know this quite well.

17.  What needs to happen in order for some critical aspects of your family members' sovereignty, and indeed America's sovereignty, to be reclaimed?

Answer:  I need to have direct dialogue with someone within the government who cares about the future of the United States vis a vis the gratuitous harms the FBI is now perpetrating against our nation and against my family.

18.  You have felt upset over recent days regarding the FBI's torture of your minister, your minister's children and your own family.

Answer:  That is fair to say.  Outraged would likely be a better word, but yes, I have felt upset -- on my minister's behalf, on the nation's behalf, and on my family's behalf, and on my own behalf.

19.  Isn't the FBI creating AI-generated audio and video to claim that you represent a "danger to national security" in some respect about which you remain uninformed?

Answer:  I have no doubt that the agency has used this argument.  The truth is that it is the FBI that represents the greatest danger to the national security interest.  I, on the other hand, have always placed the nation's interest before my own.

20.  There is a great deal of information about the FBI which you are withholding, even without a confidentiality agreement, because of your concern for national security.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is correct.  I have respect for the Joint Chiefs, the Committee of 300, the DOJ, the United States Congress, the Presidency, the Supreme Court, the U.S. Congress, and the American people.  And I am never going to diminish that respect when it comes to the future of our nation.

I think that honorable people have a duty to express their righteous indignation over the FBI's targeting of America's churches, synagogues and mosques.  And I think virtuous Americans have an obligation to be outraged over the FBI's trafficking of our children.

But that righteous indignation should not be used as an excuse by the FBI to create AI-generated audio and video that falsely justify a death warrant.  Those crimes on the agency's part represent the height of dystopian predation.

As soon as a highly honorable citizen exposes the FBI's plan to destroy America's faith communities, the FBI suddenly mischaracterizes them as a danger to public safety?  Please.

21.  And what about the motive of the FBI to misappropriate funds awarded in your name under the auspices of the OIG Hotline?  Is this just one more example of the agency attempting to steal from its victims?

Answer:  Yes.

22.  Alongside all of the unconscionable crimes of the FBI, the agency has some real objectives that do relate to the nation's concerns.  So how do we parse those differences?

Answer:  We need a federal law enforcement agency that is not compromised to our foreign adversaries, and that much is clear to us all.  Because the harms I have been describing here are gratuitous harms with no relationship to the FBI's mission or objectives whatsoever.  When it comes to national security, those upholding it need to demonstrate restraint, stellar judgement, trustworthiness, the height of leadership and a lack of compromise.  And we just don't have those qualities within today's FBI.  So, unless we address this issue, the United States will suffer much more harm than it ought to experience as a nation.

23.  You feel strongly that houses of worship within the United States should have the right to declare themselves sanctuaries, free from informant and secrecy agreements of the FBI and any other government agency.

Answer:  That is correct.  The FBI should not be demanding denunciations within religious communities, because the effect of that incursion is the destruction of the safety and sovereignty our houses of worship have always enjoyed within the United States.  The loss of the separation of Church and State will ultimately criminalize anyone who has a faith in God.  The FBI has been prejudicially targeting the faithful, because Vladimir Putin and his cohort cannot tolerate the worship of a Higher Authority.  And so all safety in engaging in expressions of faith will soon disappear unless we intervene.

24.  If our churches, synagogues and mosques can declare themselves sanctuaries, what would that mean?

Answer:  It would mean that ministers would be promising parishioners not to denounce them falsely.  And it would mean that parishioners would be promising their ministers and fellow congregants not to denounce them falsely either.  It would be a mutual agreement within the community that there would be no acceptance of compensation from the FBI in return for lies about the congregation or minister.  And it would mean an agreement within the community to disclose when the FBI was threatening the safety of the congregation or their family members in order to extract false denunciations, in order to maintain safety at all times.

25.  Would FBI liaisons be forced to retreat from our churches, synagogues and mosques?

Answer:  In the vast majority of cases, yes, this would be necessary.  If an FBI agent has a faith, he should be able to attend church on Sundays.  But FBI agents should not be surveilling religious communities en masse in order to control liturgies, direct sermons, or demand false witness statements from the faithful.  And that's what is currently happening across the nation, much to our diminishment.

26.  Is the FBI intentionally mischaracterizing anyone with a faith as delusional, dangerous, or an extremist?

Answer:  I believe the agency is pursuing this approach, yes.

27.  And the FBI's goal is genuinely that of destroying all communities of faith in the United States?

Answer:  There is no question on this point.  Yes, the FBI has an objective defined by our foreign adversary Russia of the destruction of all communities of faith within the United States.  That's policy, albeit concealed policy.  So we need to act right away to preserve the sovereignty of our religious communities and maintain the separation of Church and State.

28.  If we do nothing, how soon will people be afraid to go to Church?

Answer:  The situation is already frightening.  The FBI has been torturing ministers and their family members.  If people are not afraid now, they simply don't know what's going on.  If we do nothing, the situation will become much worse.  Ultimately, all expressions of faith will become criminalized.

29.  Can the FBI be separated from its treasonous agenda determined by Russia, our foreign adversary?

Answer:  This needs to be determined by Congress.  If that separation cannot occur, the FBI can be replaced by an agency with a commitment to hold to mission and objectives.

30.  What is your own personal opinion on this question?

Answer:  I am looking for signs of remorse from the FBI, accountability from the FBI, humility from the FBI, honorable conduct from the FBI, and I haven't seen them yet.  So the jury is still out, but I have profound concerns regarding the institutional culture of the agency and the extent of compromise within its ranks.

The United States cannot maintain any meaningful freedom with an FBI that is committing treasonous acts at the directive of Vladimir Putin or Brandan Pesa.

These men may imagine themselves as "king," but Americans of good faith may feel differently.

And the time has come for us to ask.

31. Thank you for your thoughts this morning.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

I Expect More for the American People

OIG Hotline, there is an allegation that President Trump is opening an investigation of ActBlue at this time, perhaps to follow up on an FEC allegation of fraud perpetrated by President Biden.

Because the FBI alleges that my stalker Brandan Pesa, Vladimir Putin, and those they control within the far right may be attempting to wrongfully implicate me of wrongdoing in order to misappropriate funds awarded in my name under the auspices of the OIG Hotline, I wish to request that investigators from your Office, FEC investigators, or Special Counsel staff contact me directly regarding this matter.

I have had enough of spurious allegations which I cannot defend against adequately because I do not know what they are.

Funds awarded to the victims of the FBI under my name should not be misappropriated by Vladimir Putin, Brandan Pesa, or any elected official acting at their direction.

We have seen what Vladimir Putin and Brandan Pesa wish to do to America:  rape and traffic its beloved young people, destroy its houses of worship and their faithful congregations, torture America's ministers and their children, grievously harm whistleblowers and their children, steal from the funds set aside for the FBI's victims, murder American college students in their beds, abuse and harass America's world-class athletes, and the list goes on.

It is incumbent upon us as loyal Americans to say no.

I myself contacted the FEC when I believed that President Biden may be committing fraud, forgery and deprivation of rights during the presidential campaign.

President Biden did not provide me with FOIA reports due to me by the ruling of the Supreme Court, despite the lawful requirement that he do so.

Yet now it almost May of 2025, and I have not been provided with FOIA reports by the Trump administration either.

Instead, the FBI alleges the investigation of ActBlue is intended to represent yet one more scam intended to impoverish the victims of the FBI while allowing the White House to privatize enormous sums from the National Treasury.

Any government acting honorably at this point would be contacting me directly.

And that is simply not happening.

Instead, my sons and daughter-in-law are being raped, trafficked and otherwise traumatized at their handlers' directives.  And the FBI appears to allege that there is sign-off from Pete Hegseth, and by implication the President, in this process.

I hope this represents disinformation from the FBI, and that the government will reach out to me honorably, lawfully and immediately.

If not, I protest the improper withholding of funds in my name by both the Biden administration and the Trump administration.

And I challenge our government to expel the traitor Brandan Pesa from our nation and force him to live in Russia, the country to which his loyalty is bound.

Vladimir Putin ought not to be able to traffic America's beloved children, destroy America's churches, murder America's faithful, or steal from the American taxpayer.

I challenge our Congress, our Department of Justice, and our Supreme Court to let Communist-sympathizers among elected officials and the FBI know that loyalty to our foreign adversaries will not be tolerated, now or ever.

I must express praise to Senator Mark Kelly, Senator Bernie Sanders, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Representative Cory Booker, former Representative Katie Porter and former Vice President Kamala Harris for their recent refusals to concede to lawless predation on the part of the United States government.

Thank you to those who have chosen to refuse bribes from Russian-affiliated organized crime and/or the FBI (now indistinguishable).  I believe there are many honorable politicians on both sides of the aisle.

But I want to hear from them directly about my FOIA materials and why they are not yet in my possession.

And the answer had better not be that the government has launched yet one more fake investigation.

That's not good enough.

I want real dialogue, and it had better pass muster for truthfulness and integrity.

My cell phone number is (415) 963-1467, and I invite honorable elected officials, or the attorneys representing me before the Supreme Court, to call me directly.

In the absence of that, I will be blogging regularly about increasingly frequent human rights violations toward my family members and myself, being perpetrated with the presumed permission of the formal chain of command.

I have made my loyalties clear, and I have done so at great risk to my own life and the lives of those I love:  I support the United States and the freedoms we hold dear.

Those with lesser motives ought not now to usurp the sovereignty of the people of the United States through dishonest, manipulative, or self-seeking objectives.

I expect more for the American people.  Much more.

Let's demonstrate our worthiness in now abiding by the Supreme Court's requirement that FOIA reports be provided to me in their entirety and on an immediate basis.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

FBI Retaliation for Exposure of FBI Targeting of America's Faithful

 1.  Does the recent abuse of both of your sons and MX appear to be retaliation for your having illuminated the FBI's reprehensible scheme to destroy America's houses of worship?

Answer:  The FBI itself appears to be describing it as retaliation, so yes.

2.  Is the FBI also appearing to be making financial demands pertaining to settlements about which you have never been informed?

Answer:  That's an emphatic yes.

3.  So the FBI is still attempting to profiteer off of its victimization of the innocent?

Answer:  This seems clear, yes.

4.  May I ask whether the FBI is attempting to impugn your motives in signing onto LinkedIn yesterday evening?

Answer:  The FBI attempts to impugn my motives in waking up in the morning, in going to Church on Easter Sunday, in making donations to causes I care about.  So, yes, the FBI extends lies about everything I do.  If they're speaking, they're lying.  This much, one can confidently say.

5.  May I ask to whom you reached out yesterday evening on LinkedIn?

Answer:  An expert in professional ethics.  A posture specialist.  A professional documentarian whom I know personally.  A literary agent at the same agency where my former agent now serves as a Board member.  And a film agent who seems to gravitate to independent projects.

6.  Did you have conversations with anyone on LinkedIn?

Answer:  I did not, and if I did I would have conveyed them to the OIG Hotline.

7.  Will you be conferring with an ethics expert regarding any and all attempts to re-engage with your career?

Answer:  Yes, I will.  Regularly.

8.  Why?

Answer:  Because I'm not going to cross any ethical boundaries, seen or unseen.  My work with the OIG Hotline in advocating for the nation as a whole is my top priority and I'm not going to endanger it.

9.  You seem quite clear on this point.

Answer:  Decidedly clear.

10.  Please let us know how your son seems to be faring today.  I'm sure I speak for many in expressing deep sorrow that he was once again unjustly traumatized by the FBI.

Answer:  Thank you for your courtesy.

11.  You have asked that his assailants be sued by the OIG Hotline.  Can this now occur?

Answer:  This is my fervent hope.  On behalf of all those with disabilities whom the FBI is trafficking and traumatizing, we need to do something right away.

12.  Thank you for taking the time to offer your comments.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.

A Letter to My Minister Matt McDermott of Christ Church Episcopal, Portola Valley

Matt, I am writing to express what a joy it was to hear you preach on Easter Sunday.

I had the remarkable experience of waking up on Easter morning with the sure knowledge that I needed to attend Christ Church in Portola Valley, even though I had never been there before.  So to walk through those doors and find you there was a beautiful affirmation of faith.

Matt, I need to tell you that the FBI is currently assailing houses of worship within the United States through various means.  Among those harmful stratagems is the defamation of ministers who refuse to identify certain parishioners as "suspicious" or "dangerous" people on a quota system for the agency.  The intent ultimately is to prejudicially target all people of faith within the United States in an effort to ensure that all of America's religious communities perish.

I must express that this agenda originates with Russia, not with our own leadership.  It is Russia's compromise of the FBI that has led to this terrible state of affairs for us domestically, while our own leaders oppose its implementation.

The Supreme Court has upheld the separation of Church and State when it comes to the FBI's challenges to the sovereignty of communities of faith within the United States.  Astonishingly, the FBI has ignored those rulings and proceeded to prey upon congregations without limitation.

Those faith leaders who refuse to defame their own congregants are typically accused of child abuse by the FBI, with the agency coercing the children of ministers, rabbis and imams to denounce them through concealed witness statements provided to law enforcement authorities.

From that point, church administrators and congregants selectively receive copies of those false statements, and sometimes audio testaments of abuse that never occurred, and the church community is well on its way to conflict and ruin.

If the FBI can make congregants doubt their leaders, they can certainly make them doubt one another.  And so our houses of worship are being destroyed, one after another.

The agency typically utilizes AI-generated audio and video to add to the evidence of supposedly scurrilous conduct of America's ministers, rabbis and imams.  So, if any person was in doubt before, this highly believable "evidence" removes that uncertainty.

What type of coercion does the FBI employ to compel false witness statements from the children of our faith leaders?  Unfortunately, there are no limits to the harms they employ.  Threats of arrest.  Coerced human trafficking.  Threatened harm toward loved ones.  Separation from medical care in the face of illnesses the FBI has caused.  This list goes on and on, and it represents a lamentable litany of predation from the very men who have promised to protect us from harm.

Our children are not to blame for the false denunciations coerced from them.  The fault rests with the FBI entirely.  On this point, we must be clear.

The question is, what do we now do about it?

Our own nation's leaders know that America needs our communities of faith in order to weather challenges with resilience, address crises with fortitude, insist on compassionate conduct among American citizens, and thrive through the expression of our Constitutional right to worship in freedom and peace.

So, the FBI's destruction of our faith communities must be halted, but that cessation must come from church leaders and congregants themselves, many of whom have signed informant and secrecy agreements forbidding disclosures of the FBI's conduct, along with its "sources and methods."

Is it possible for our religious communities to declare themselves "sanctuaries," separate and apart from the informant and secrecy demands of the FBI or any other agency?

Because this is what is required.

The churches need to declare themselves safe spaces that are protected from unconstitutional informant and secrecy demands.

And then American church leaders and congregants alike need to start speaking the truth out loud about this profoundly damaging FBI program, intended ultimately to extinguish houses of worship within the United States as a whole.

American faith communities need to reject CVE (Countering Violent Extremism) funds from the FBI in recognizing that these are a lure intended to secure silence from church leaders and prevent their effective protest over the FBI-dictated harm that is to follow.

The FBI is relying on the hope that Americans as a whole will forget the fourth Commandment, "Thou shalt not bear false witness."  With this one failing, an entire country, founded as "one nation under God," can be undone.

On Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025, you included Psalm 118 in the liturgy:  "The same stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone."

So I extend this exhortation to the leadership of the Episcopal Church, in the hope that their decisions will lead other communities of faith within the United States to follow:  establish the Episcopal Church as a sanctuary in which the informant and secrecy agreements of the FBI hold no validity.  Then allow all Episcopal ministers and parishioners to speak the truth about what has transpired through the false denunciations coerced by this corrupt agency.

I will offer to stand with courage to bear witness to the FBI's crimes within communities of faith in the United States.

Perhaps, in so doing, I can offer courage to the Church as a whole to establish itself as a much-needed sanctuary for those who seek to worship with trust, in safety, free from false denunciations and all their associated harm.

Each one of us who speaks with faith and truth and integrity and fortitude has the possibility of becoming the "chief cornerstone" America's communities of faith now require.

This is what we must now understand.

When each one of us is asked where our greatest loyalties reside, I hope we will answer that they cannot be separated from our faith which sustains us.

No matter the plans of America's foreign adversaries, there is a Higher Authority.  This intangible hierarchy may be inconvenient for the FBI, but it is nonetheless true.

Are America's communities of faith worth saving?

I know they are.

Matt, our testimonies matter to many, so I invite Christ Church to become the "chief cornerstone" our nation now needs in preserving our freedom to worship.

Please reach out to me if I can express to Christ Church congregants how important its community is as a sanctuary from defamation and conflict.

Please know that I have asked for the restoration of your family's health and your own in the face of the FBI's predations.  This letter will be provided to the Office of the Inspector General Hotline, as well as to Episcopal leadership, and you will be copied on all of those communications.

Christ Church is immensely blessed to have your leadership, and I would wish to tell them why.

In the meantime, I hold you, your family, and Christ Church in my prayers, Matt.

Yours in Christ,

Lane MacWilliams

Why the Separation of Church and State Still Matters to Our Sovereignty

OIG Hotline, our foreign adversaries would prefer that communities of faith within the United States be decimated, destroyed from within by deceit and corruption, controlled by their own dictates, with liturgies that reflect propaganda and disinformation.

Why would such an outcome be devastating to the long term sovereignty of the United States?

Because our ministers, rabbis and imams, alongside our fellow congregants, speak to us of spiritual virtue, and these are not words our nation can abandon.

Communities of faith remind us of the Highest Authority, and, whether in times of peace or turbulence, they assist all of us in reaffirming our commitment to help one another, to abide by our desire to manifest Good in this world, to support the sovereignty of mankind and the sanctity of the human spirit.

No matter our moment in history, these values steady us.  Our neighborhoods benefit from the sanctuary preserved within our houses of worship, just as our nation demonstrates more resilience and strength when our people have access to faithful and trustful congregations.

In Russia, the Orthodox Church has long been disrupted by Communism (totalitarianism in far-left guise), and through this upheaval, the Russian people have suffered devastating rates of alcoholism, depression, fear and isolation.

Yet, the faith of Americans in written into our founding documents.

The country began as "one nation under God," which was not a testament to a single faith, but rather a declaration of belief in our commitment to virtue itself, that we might be fortified by our striving to manifest an understanding of the sanctity of life even as we endeavored to form a more perfect Union.

We as the American people will need the integrity of our churches, our synagogues, and our mosques if we are to best weather the future.

And we as humankind will only thrive in the future if we are allowed to worship according to our beliefs, if we are permitted safety in recognizing the mystery of faith, and if we are allowed to express our recognition of life's sacred purpose.

So, our churches, synagogues, and mosques cannot be controlled by "handlers," "liaisons," or "overseers."

There may come a time when our leaders reach out to our faith communities with important recommendations that can be received in no other way.

Yet, sermons must remain the words of the ordained.

Faith communities within the United States should not be targeted by those foreign adversaries who would wish to dismantle their foundations.

Rather, the sanctuary provided by our communities of faith, separate and apart from our daily political priorities, may allow the United States to maintain unexpected strength and resilience through crises that cannot be anticipated at this juncture.

I respectfully ask the Supreme Court, the Congress, and the DOJ to insist that all targeting of America's communities of faith by the FBI and its affiliates be halted at this time.

That which makes us heroic is not the "opiate of the masses," but rather our faith in virtuous community composed of the character and integrity of all of its members.

Let's understand what the founders were talking about when they described us as "one nation under God."

They were talking about the mettle within your soul and mine.

Let's make sure that we now render them proud by insisting that Church and State within our great nation remain separate now and at all times in the future.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

UPDATE: The Future of California

UPDATE:  The following document specifies that certain harms to the state of California fall far outside of the FBI's mission and objectives.

***********************************************************************************

1.  You have not written about the Palisades fire in Los Angeles, but the FBI has appeared to state that it had close communication with municipal officials and local fire departments prior to the outbreak of that blaze.  Is that the case?

Answer:  The FBI is currently maintaining close communications with all fire department personnel in the state of California.

2.  Was the Palisades fire much larger and more destructive than it should have been?

Answer:  The FBI appears to claim that it was, yes.  The water supply to fight the fire was insufficient, and the fire fighting response was strangely delayed and uneven.

3.  Was that a "test run" concerning the FBI's plans for wider fires in the state of California?

Answer:  Well, there have been a number of "test runs" for the FBI with regard to fires in California, not least regarding coordination with certain electric utilities.  But the FBI represents a serious threat in this regard to the state of California, and the agency itself appears to acknowledge this.

4.  What are the FBI's plans for San Francisco?

Answer:  Not good, apparently.  The FBI appears to suggest that it has some type of aggression planned toward San Francisco in the summer or autumn of 2025, or soon after.

5.  What type of aggression?

Answer:  The FBI appears to have referenced a non-conventional weapon or radiological weapon that would render the city uninhabitable.  The agency would blame the aggression on a "terrorist action," implicating a foreign adversary and a number of supposed domestic conspirators, and San Francisco, as we know it, would be forever changed.

6.  Why is the FBI so focused on harming the state of California?

Answer:  There appears to be disapproval of California's diversity, resentment of its relative wealth, anger over the fact that certain of its cities have elected to be "sanctuary cities" for immigrants, envy over the success of Silicon Valley and the film industry, and frustration over the fact that California has consistently leaned left in important national elections.

7.  So, is the FBI's plan to grievously harm the state of California a political plan, per se?

Answer:  Well, I think the FBI would need to be closely questioned on this point.  But the FBI appears to currently be planning to depopulate the state through a combination of fires, earthquakes, and non-conventional weapons -- forcing large numbers of people to become displaced over a short period of time.

8.  Is this aligned with the alleged crimes of the FBI in stealing and se‹lling the IP of Silicon Valley companies to foreign adversaries over recent years and then proceeding to open investigations of its victims?

Answer:  This would appear to be a quick way to ruin a critical part of California's economy, yes.

9.  To be clear, does the FBI intend to leave California in an uninhabitable condition?

Answer:  It seems so.  Yes.  The type of weapons that the FBI is considering would not only force the vast majority of the population to leave the state, but would also cause long-lasting damage to California wildlife and the ecosystems on which they depend.

10.  And is this damage completely outside of the FBI's mission and objectives?

Answer:  Yes, it is.  No one has given the FBI permission to despoil the land of the United States of America, and no loyal American wishes to see that happen.

11.  Does the FBI routinely threaten to have your family members who work in California fired from their jobs?

Answer:  Yes, it does.

12.  To what extent is the FBI exerting control over employment decisions within the state of California currently?

Answer:  To a highly significant degree.

13.  And you have mentioned that the FBI is also exerting close control over the graduate school admissions process for one of your immediate family members, too.

Answer:  That is correct.

14.  Didn't the FBI send one of your family members to a football game, asking him to carry a package for the agency, and then later falsely accuse him of being part of a terrorist organization?

Answer:  Yes, an affiliate agency of the FBI, at FBI instruction, appeared to perpetrate all of those crimes against my loved one.

15.  Is the FBI above attempting to wrongfully implicate him of a terrorist action again?

Answer:  Absolutely not.  They're still threatening me that he will be accused of weapons trafficking and/or public violence.  There is no depth to which the FBI will not go regarding its predations in this case.

16.  Are all the lives of your family members still under threat because the FBI is fearful that its crimes of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against your family will be revealed?

Answer:  Yes, but I think the larger reason for the predation is that the FBI would like to misappropriate the settlements and penalties awarded in my name through the OIG Hotline and the ODNI.

17.  So, this is primarily about money for the FBI and its close affiliates.

Answer:  That certainly appears to be the FBI's value set, yes.

18.  What needs to happen now that you have documented the FBI's plans to critically harm the state of California and its residents?

Answer:  I would encourage the FBI to drop its plans of further harm toward the state I call my home.  I would like to see an end to the wildfires and arson perpetrated by the FBI in coordination with the Air Force's Hot Shots and local fire departments.  I would like to see the withdrawal of FBI plans of "terrorist activity" within the state, cessation of chemical, radiological and biological harms to the environment within the state, and permanent withdrawal of planned earthquake, landslide, sinkhole and "meteor shower" devastation of the state.  And I would like to see the FBI's IP theft and film piracy, along with its false accusations of the innocent victims of the agency's own crimes in these areas, to cease entirely.

19.  Has the FBI made a mistake in failing to consult you regarding its plans of devastation of the state of California?

Answer:  The FBI may feel that it has made an error in judgement, yes.

20..  Are the FBI's plans of harm toward the state of California part of a kind of far right fantasy of revenge against those it views as "global elites"?

Answer:  You know, I think nihilistic institutional initiatives are often borne of the envy and resentment possessed by a few people.

The FBI professes to have concerns for the global environmental crisis.

Yet, that alleged priority stands in complete defiance of a plan to despoil the entire state of California.

So, yes, the FBI wants to take a destroyer's delight in causing gratuitous harm and suffering with regard  to the state as a whole.

21.  If the FBI can throw you or your family members in prison on the way toward destroying the state, will the agency do so?

Answer:  Most certainly, the agency will try.

22.  What is your answer to the FBI's objectives toward your home and the state you love?

Answer:  My answer is no.

23.  The FBI has developed these plans over a long period of time, allegedly ten years or more.

Answer:  My answer is still no.

24.  What does America look like when we give the FBI free rein over important environmental decisions?

Answer:  America looks like this:

America looks like a stag deformed by toxic chemical exposure, with likely impacts that will last over an indefinite number of generations for human beings and wildlife, both.  Is this the result of PBB dissemination on my property, as the FBI has alleged, or any one of ten other chemicals for which the FBI took responsibility?  And why was this dissemination permitted?

We need to ask whether the FBI is worthy of making these determinations for our environment, when those choices will have permanent impacts on where and how Americans live in the future.

25.  Is the FBI worthy of making those decisions?

Answer:  Decidedly not.

26.  What must virtuous people do in the fact of a predatory, malevolent, and even treasonous FBI?

Answer:  They need to calmly explain to the FBI that the agency is out of its depth in many areas, and to reject its gratuitous and ruinous plans for some of our most treasured lands as completely unacceptable.

27.  You are currently explaining those very facts to the FBI regarding your beloved state of California, are you not?

Answer:  I am.  Indeed, I am.

28.  Will the FBI answer you with respect and acknowledgement?

Answer:  It will help the FBI to extend respect where respect is due.  In answer to your question, we will see.

29.  Will you please let us know?

Answer:  I will be most delighted to do so.

When the Conscience Pursues the Man

 1.  Is the leader you were mentioning yesterday with regard to the previous administration Joe Biden?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

2.  Why is the FBI alleging that former President Joe Biden has arranged for black-budget contracts with the Italian mafia to take your life and those of your family members?

Answer:  This is a reasonable question.

3.  Is former President Biden so frightened about his legacy concerns that he would commit first-degree murder against your family, even when he is out of office?

Answer:  Another reasonable question.

4.  Did former President Joe Biden perpetrate the largest theft of public funds in United States history by misappropriating settlements awarded under your name to the OIG Hotline and the ODNI, later siphoning those funds to his close relatives, and placing them within accounts in the Virgin Islands, the West Indies, Bermuda and other foreign banks?

Answer:  The FBI appears to allege that he did, and the FBI appears to know all the details.

5.  Does President Trump now possess the ability to cancel the black-budget contracts on your family members' lives and your own?

Answer:  I'm certain he does.

6.  Has Elon Musk possessed an interest in leaving them in place?

Answer:  The FBI has appeared to allege that Mr. Musk may have been directing the military wrongfully with regard to harm to my family members and myself, yes.

7. Is there a lack of patience with those wrongful directives?

Answer:  The FBI believes there is.  It may be that the military resents this kind of obvious self-dealing on the part of unelected, unvetted officials who are obstructing the formal chain of command.

8.  What is your own feeling about a former President who would try to kill a virtuous family to whom he caused egregious harm while in high Office?

Answer:  I have made reference to the American public as a sleeping giant, but the giant is not always slumbering.  I think those who attempt first-degree murder of an honorable American family for selfish gain risk waking the giant, and I think President Biden is doing so currently, if the FBI's allegations of misconduct are to be believed.

9.  Why is President Biden reportedly obsessed with the notion of his legacy?

Answer:  When a President has willfully trafficked and victimized the children of an honorable whistleblower whose safety his Office was sworn to protect, I'm sure the moral guilt is tremendous.  Perhaps the truth follows him every hour of every day, and he is haunted by the criminality of his own actions.

10.  Can President Biden hide the fact that he trafficked and victimized your children and indeed your whole family?

Answer:  Not today, no.  As long as President Biden continues to scheme and plot our harm, which the FBI is alleging that he continues to do, his conduct will be rendered public.  And that hurts his Party and America as a whole.  So, I hope he is persuaded not only to stop, but to atone.

11.  What do you mean atone?

Answer:  If I were in former President Biden's position, I would understand the need to extend a comprehensive and ongoing apology to the honorable family and whistleblower who had suffered as a result of those mistakes.

12.  What do you make of President Biden's attempt to rally the Democratic Party to support your demise and that of your family?

Answer:  President Biden almost destroyed the entire Democratic Party with his criminality once.  I certainly hope they won't support his failed leadership again.

13. You believe that there are highly ethical leaders among both Republicans and Democrats.  Is that correct?

Answer:  I know there are.  And beyond elected officials, I believe there are profoundly virtuous leaders among the DOJ, the Supreme Court, and the U.S. military.

14.  You have voted for both Democrats and Republicans in the past.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, I have.

15.  What should former President Biden do now?

Answer:  You know, it's difficult, but he needs to recognize that his reportedly murderous obsession is stemming from his own sense of guilt and fear.  And then he needs to atone.

16.  What will happen to his legacy now?

Answer:  That is entirely up to him.

17.  Did you in any way profit off of President Biden's crimes against you?

Answer:  President Biden's choices destroyed my family, my friends, my properties, and much more.  The answer is no.

18.  Have you in any way profited from settlements extended in your name?  Do you have any bank accounts we don't know about?

Answer:  No and no.  I have three banks accounts at Bank of America, one savings and two checking accounts.  And the sums within them are quite humble.  I do not have any other bank accounts.  I have two investment accounts at Fidelity.  I don't have any other brokerage relationships.

19.  Do you have any offshore accounts?

Answer:  That's an emphatic no.

20.  Do you have any accounts you have not referenced for the OIG Hotline?

Answer:  I do not.

21.  Do you have piles of gold and uncut gems somewhere?

Answer:  Not to my knowledge! No!

22.  You have not profited in any way from your years of effort to bring the FBI's perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against your family to light?

Answer:  Quite the contrary.  I have been impoverished by the whole endeavor from beginning to end.

23.  What is your feeling about the reported authorization by Elon Musk to violate your sons' and MX's sovereignty in causing your family ongoing harm?

Answer:  Again, the FBI alleges that wrongful directives were extended with an intent toward self-dealing.  So, I think that needs to be examined closely, given that Mr. Musk is neither elected nor vetted for his role.

24.  Will OIG Hotline investigators be able to establish the truth of what has transpired in this particular instance?

Answer:  I'm sure they will, and after that, I hope their results are shared with the Supreme Court and the U.S. Congress.

25.  Do you believe that your family members' names can be taken off of all predatory lists of the FBI and its affiliates?

Answer:  My family members have suffered torture as I have advocated for the long term freedoms of Americans and those affected by our policies beyond our shores.  If it were up to me, I would extend to them every honor known to mankind.  Yes, I believe that their names can and must be removed from predatory lists, just as I believe my own can and must be.

26.  Will you please keep us actively apprised of your family members' wellbeing and your own?

Answer:  I most certainly will.
