My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

FORMAL NOTIFICATION OF LACK OF ALL CONFIDENTIALITY REQUESTS FROM THE FBI

Federal Bureau of Investigation:

You and your affiliates have engaged in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against my family and myself in a case which you decisively lost before the Supreme Court.

FOIA reports and investigative reports are now due to me on an immediate basis.

Your ongoing efforts, through the effects of torture and individual sovereignty violations, to task my two sons with human trafficking assignments, assassinations, animal cruelty, drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, terrorism-affiliated crimes, and espionage-related crimes condemn every aspect of your failed agency's corruption and predation.

Your ongoing attempts to impugn the high character of my husband and myself are equally reprehensible.

I requested outreach regarding my case by today, April 2, 2025, explaining that in the absence of any communication from the FBI or its representative by this date, the agency would be communicating to me that it possessed no confidentiality concerns whatsoever regarding my case.

The OIG Hotline of the U.S. Department of Justice and the ODNI are said to have awarded more than 8 trillion dollars in my name regarding the FBI's crimes, yet I have not been formally notified of any of those awards.

Instead, the FBI has continued to attempt to take my life and those of my family members through plans of first-degree murder against its betters.

To ensure that the FBI and its affiliates are fully apprised of my understandable assumption, given its unexplained silence in the face of my repeated requests for communication, that the agency has no confidentiality needs regarding this matter, I am publishing this letter publicly, as well as sending a copy to the FBI's FOIA Office, with a copy to the OIG Hotline.

I will grant the FBI until 5:00 PM East Coast time on April 3, 2025 to engage in outreach if the agency possesses any requests for confidentiality regarding my case which it would like to communicate.

My email and phone number are known by the OIG Hotline, which has been investigating this matter on an ongoing basis.

Sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

Outreach

1. You do not recommend that PG&E cut your power tomorrow.  Is that correct?

Answer:  That is correct.  Such an action would be highly inadvisable.

2.  May I ask why?

Answer:  I have sufficient information about PG&E's predations toward my family and my properties specifically that any further aggression whatsoever will be taken as overt, unjustifiable hostility that will require a response involving public exposure of this agency's crimes and many other details of the FBI's criminal predation toward my family.

3.  Would an exception be presented by outreach to you by tomorrow, which you have requested?

Answer:  Outreach will not occur tomorrow if the power is cut.  So, for there to be a power outage on the day of a deadline for outreach -- this would represent an unfortunate signal toward escalation of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI and attendant harms.

And that is simply unacceptable to me.

4.  What do you mean by unacceptable?

Answer:  If I do not receive outreach by tomorrow, I will be formally expressing to the FBI that the agency has, in failing to engage in honorable outreach, communicated that it has no confidentiality concerns regarding any aspect of my case whatsoever.

5.  So, if you do not receive honorable outreach by tomorrow, the FBI will be giving you permission to discuss all of its crimes against you publicly.

Answer:  It most certainly will.

6.  Do you believe that any aspect of your case may be considered confidential by the FBI or any of its affiliates?

Answer:  I don't have any idea.  I'm a civilian.  That's why I have repeatedly asked for honorable outreach concerning this matter -- so that appropriate, peaceable communication can take place that includes any and all expression of confidentiality concerns that could possibly exist.

Any viable federal law enforcement agency would respond to such a request with professional and peaceable outreach.  In that absence of that, it is reasonable to assume that there are no confidentiality concerns on the part of the FBI or any of its affiliates pertaining to this case.

7.  Will you please let us know if you experience a power outage tomorrow?

Answer:  I may not be able to do so in real time due to the impediments to communication, but yes, I will post on my blog as soon as I am able to do so.

8.  The FBI appears to be suggesting that it has coerced one or both of your sons into providing knowingly false witness statements intended to wrongfully justify a raid on your household tomorrow, during a power outage inappropriately facilitated by PG&E.  Is that your understanding?

Answer:  The FBI appears to be making this suggestion, yes.

9.  What is your perspective regarding this threat?

Answer:  The FBI needs to find another line of work.  This cycle of torture, coerced false witness statements, and threatened law enforcement raids is a dystopian system that needs to be retired completely.

10.  What do you think about the FBI's renewed threats of conveying tuberculosis, HIV, and many other acute illnesses to your family members or to you yourself, in addition to the threats of cancer, car accident, arson, wildfire, staged plane accident, intentional brain damage, kidnapping, arrest, predation toward your pets, and countless other harms?

Answer:  Again, these standard operating procedures on the part of the FBI simply need to be shelved.  They're deeply wrong from an ethical perspective.  No worthy court of law is going to uphold such harms, knowing that they are based on false witness statements extracted under torture.

11.  Does President Trump hold the power to pull the FBI into line?

Answer:  This has been the hope.

12.  Has that hope materialized?

Answer:  I do not yet have outreach, but I hope it will be soon forthcoming.

13.  Outreach would tell you what?

Answer:  That President Trump is running the country as an effective and conscientious chief executive who is not going to tolerate an FBI that trafficks, tortures and preys upon our youth and others in a manner that stands completely separate and apart from mission and objectives.

14.  And the lack of outreach would tell you what?

Answer:  That organized crime has taken over, with the FBI and the CIA as its chief representatives, often advancing the interests of the foreign adversaries of the United States.

15.  Will you be writing more about this if there is no honorable outreach extended to you by the end of the business day tomorrow?

Answer:  Much more.

16.  Specifically because the FBI will be communicating that it has no confidentiality concerns regarding your case whatsoever?

Answer:  Exactly so.

17.  You are not willing to suffer additional health harms to your family members, your pets or you yourself perpetrated by a wayward FBI or by anyone.

Answer:  No, I am not.

18.  And you are no longer willing to wear a gas mask in your own home, check for radon gas constantly, measure ionizing radiation "hotspots," be constantly on guard for infectious disease caused by both environmental and non-conventional vectors.

Answer:  No, I am not.

19.  You traveled to Washington, D.C. in order to make yourself available to the DOJ and to facilitate the conveyance of FOIA and investigative reports due to you, in addition to traveling to Cape Cod and then back home, communicating honorably to District Attorneys, police departments and sheriff's offices all the while.  So, you now feel done with law enforcement corruption.  Is that fair to say?

Answer:  When law enforcement does not accept your open invitation to an honorable conversation, there is no truthful law enforcement reporting going on.  It's all a sham, and those perpetrating it know perfectly well it's a sham.  By offering to assist them in their work by speaking to them directly, I simply called their bluff.  These people had nothing to say.  Zero.  And that says it all.

20.  They're lying.

Answer:  They're lying, and they've been lying the whole time.  And those lies are being utilized to hurt the best Americans we have.

So, once again, we're facing a problem with law enforcement corruption in which law enforcement personnel are doing the bidding of our foreign adversaries who want to see us weak, disorganized, confused, sick, dying, impoverished and undone as a nation.

21.  You want more for us.

Answer:  Yes, I do.  I expect more for the United States and that means that outreach needs to occur regarding this matter, and it needs to occur right away.

22.  Please keep us updated with regard to the simple question of whether PG&E cuts your power tomorrow.

Answer:  I will do my best.

23.  If an attorney contacts you, will you be updating us?

Answer:  An attorney may request confidentiality during discussion, and I would be inclined to honor that request.

24.  For what reason?

Answer:  If someone is engaging in outreach in good faith, it's appropriate to converse with them with an understanding of their concerns.

25.  Thank you for speaking with us this afternoon.

Answer:  You are quite welcome.
