Presidential immunity is dependent on good faith, which means that the Constitution is being upheld with dedication, as are national security interests and Supreme Court rulings.
Under unusual circumstances when the President may be effectively taken hostage by an adversarial foreign power, we don't want the U.S. President to receive unlimited immunity.
We depend upon the backstop of the Supreme Court to defend our Constitution and our national security interests in stating that fealty to the United States must be upheld by our Chief Executive.
The FBI has recently suggested that without blanket Presidential immunity extended in my case, my whole family and I will be killed.
What is the solution to this complex situation?
So far, I have received no outreach from any government representative concerning my case, even though the Supreme Court has required it.
Every time a mailing of my FOIA materials is sent, the FBI has allegedly pulled it from the U.S. Postal Service mail, preventing it from arriving safely in my hands.
Nor did my travel to Washington, D.C. facilitate the courier delivery of FOIA materials into my hands.
Further, the FBI appears to state that Vladimir Putin himself has profited from funds misappropriated from settlements extended in my name through the OIG Hotline.
Certainly, additional abuses of this kind cannot be permitted.
Vladimir Putin has made clear his hatred of the United States, so we don't wish to allow him unfettered access to funds allotted from our National Treasury.
I believe that extraordinary circumstances should allow for a conditional immunity to be extended by the Supreme Court to President Trump. What do I mean by this?
If my family members and I survive in excellent health, and I include my pets in this statement, and further, if I receive outreach from a government representative regarding funds that have been awarded in my name through the OIG Hotline, with full disclosures, then President Trump should receive immunity for any intentional harm extended to us as of the date of this date and time, April 28, 2025, 1:00 PM Pacific time.
Outreach should be stipulated to occur on an immediate basis.
And all further attempts to invade settlements awarded in my name should be disallowed, by agreement from the White House, the DOJ, and the U.S. Congress.
Certainly, further violations in the form of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting by the FBI and its affiliates toward my family may result in additional penalties being awarded under my name.
But funds should not be removed from accounts in my name under any circumstances, thus preventing the strengthening of our foreign adversaries through the domestic investigations of our own DOJ.
Such an arrangement should prevent Vladimir Putin from directing the White House, the U.S. military, or Russian-affiliated organized crime from perpetrating ongoing harm against my family members and myself, and further, should free President Trump to act in the national interest pertaining to certain activities of the FBI which have violated critical commitments, firmly described within Constitutional articles and amendments, regarding our national sovereignty.
So, I support the extension of a conditional immunity at this time.
Should my family members or I become seriously ill or die, all immunity should be revoked and all information regarding my case should become broadly public.
I believe it is in the best interests of the nation to render selective information from this case public at this time, not all information.
That requires thoughtful dialogue and consensus that includes me, understanding that I well comprehend the necessity of restraint regarding certain concerns.
These are my best recommendations at this time.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
