1. Is the FBI still threatening your older son at this time?
Answer: It appears to be doing so, yes.
2. In what way?
Answer: It appears to be threatening him in all the usual ways -- with fatal illness, with withheld medical care, with directed "weapons trafficking," with directed "terrorist activity," with directed "espionage activity," on and on.
3. Is the FBI asking him to sign a new witness statement falsely attesting that you suffer from mental illness?
Answer: This is what the FBI alleges, yes.
4. What do you make of the FBI's consistent attempts to falsely allege mental illness in many of its victims?
Answer: Well, there's rather limitless cynicism and misogyny in that systematic disqualification of victims' truthful testimony. This is the manner in which the FBI discounted the victim statements of the USA gymnasts as well. The agency called them all unstable, even as it paid Larry Nassar for the documentation of appalling harms of these girls and young women under the federal "background check" program. The FBI got away with it by calling all of the victims mentally ill, and in need of government surveillance and intervention.
5. And what a tragic intervention that was.
Answer: Indeed.
6. What do you make of the FBI's suggestion that others are now attempting to misappropriate funds awarded in your name by making the false claim that you are mentally ill?
Answer: Well, the FBI has alleged that more than 8.5 trillion dollars have been awarded in my name under the auspices of the OIG Hotline and the ODNI. So, that's a significant motivation for others to attempt to disqualify my access to those funds by any means possible.
7. Do you believe those dollar figures?
Answer: Oh, yes. I do. I have seen some extraordinary maneuvering, and it seems that the FBI knows exactly how much as been awarded in my name as of this moment.
8. Why is this still being withheld from you? Is it related to the FBI's claims of a black budget contract of the three-letter agencies with the Italian mafia to take the lives of all of your immediate family members and of you yourself?
Answer: Well, that's highly possible, yes. Clearly, there's an attempt to establish plausible deniability with regard to any further harm that could befall my loved ones or myself.
9. But what should happen to those contracts with the Italian mafia?
Answer: It would be most courteous and appreciated if President Trump would cancel those contracts immediately.
10. Does President Trump hold the power to do that?
Answer: Absolutely, he does.
11. Is the FBI capable of engaging in lawful and honorable outreach to you with regard to your FOIA requests at this time?
Answer: The better question is whether there are those who can overrule the FBI in this matter.
12. Are there?
Answer: Organized crime, possibly. But no one within the government that I have yet seen has the ability to do so.
13. Is the DOJ fairly paralyzed over this case?
Answer: No, I don't think that paralysis is the right paradigm for the DOJ. The OIG Hotline continues to be extremely active in their fact-finding, certainly. But there are cross-currents that mean that no one has the authority to fulfill their job's obligations with the sovereignty that is intended. So, we see a substantive amount of thrashing against the cross-currents without real resolution. People are striving, but the forces within those cross-currents remain unchanged. And that's very bad news for our freedoms in the long term.
14. What has happened every time the DOJ or the Supreme Court has required that the FBI provide you with your FOIA reports or the DOJ's investigative materials?
Answer: The FBI just plucks that material out of the mail, edits and redacts it for a few weeks, and then decides to do nothing at all.
15. So, you have never received the material that is due to you.
Answer: No, I have not.
16. And you traveled all the way to Washington, D.C. in order to facilitate courier conveyance of those reports to you directly, didn't you?
Answer: Yes, I did.
17. What does it tell you that that conveyance did not occur?
Answer: The FBI is always using newly false allegations to claim that the investigation is ongoing. But when you make yourself available to the DOJ for one week, and to many other law enforcement entities at their say-so, and they have no answer -- that indicates that they know there's extensive lying being perpetrated by the FBI.
18. Can the FBI be stopped from ruining the country -- and I ask this question on the basis of the human trafficking the agency is perpetrating without any other factors entering in?
Answer: Well, this is the critical question, given the millions of young Americans who are being harmed by the agency. Right now, it does not appear that there is the political will, although I will say that there are some brave exceptions. But many appear sanguine about sacrificing our young people to the predations of the FBI with regard to human trafficking. And that represents, in the main, a grievous failure of courage among some groups who need to now insist that we serve the next generation faithfully. We have the seen a few people demonstrate the courage required. But our young people need much more.
19. What do they need?
Answer: For those who have read J.D. Vance's Hillbilly Elegy, we need Mamaw. That's not to say that I support anything other than peaceable conduct. But our children need and deserve our fierce advocacy, and Mamaw knew that. So do I.
20. To what extent is the U.S. military involved in human trafficking within the United States?
Answer: I cannot speculate on that topic to any degree whatsoever, except to say that the FBI, the CIA and the Pentagon are well-aligned.
21. Is there anything that can be done behind the scenes to address this issue?
Answer: I would certainly like to find out.
22. You have described the scourge of human trafficking as an attempt to enslave the entire human race.
Answer: That's correct. That's exactly what it is. And whether we can defeat this scourge in the future depends on our refusal to accept that as the new status quo, or any status quo that good people could ever find acceptable.
23. You find the FBI's central involvement in organizing the human trafficking of American's youth to be what?
Answer: A roaring disgrace.
24. What do you say to those who have falsely testified that you have engaged in human trafficking on any level, in any setting, at any time?
Answer: Stand up, gentlemen, because I will be addressing you in a court of law.
25. You defend your honor insistently.
Answer: Insistently, courageously, tirelessly. Yes, I defend my well-earned honor. And I expect all others of virtue to defend me as well.
26. What about the FBI's allegation that your Uncle Michael has been coerced to lie about your honor and lawfulness or about your psychological stability, or all three?
Answer: My Uncle Mike has two daughters, and the FBI has indicated that they have both been threatened. If the FBI has pulled them into human trafficking, I'm sure my Uncle is in utter agony, as any loving parent would be, as I myself have been.
27. So his witness statements cannot be believed.
Answer: Decidedly not. He has found himself under severe duress, I have no doubt.
28. If you were given access to the 8. 5 trillion dollars awarded in your name, could you end human trafficking as perpetrated by the FBI and its affiliates within the United States?
Answer: Certain alliances would be necessary with those who genuinely love our country and who want to see this tragic predation permanently undone. Again, human trafficking has nothing whatsoever to do with the FBI's mission or objectives. It simply constitutes gratuitous harm.
29. Who would want to see the United States weakened so profoundly by this horrific practice?
Answer: You're asking the right question. Who would want that? Who would wish to see our next generation disabled emotionally and physically? Who would advance that agenda for the United States?
30.. Our foreign adversaries.
Answer: Certainly. Those who wish to see all democracy fall, now and for the indefinite future.
31. Will you please keep us updated with regard to the wellbeing of your sons and your family as a whole?
Answer: Yes, I will.
32. Thank you for speaking with us this evening.
Answer: You are quite welcome.
