1. What is the CIA's "Particle Program," about which the FBI is fully informed?
Answer: Particle refers to the nanotechnology program which involves mind-mapping and neural stimulation on the cellular level within the cortical space with the express intention of perpetrating sovereignty violations of targeted individuals.
2. How do nanoparticles become introduced into the human body in the first place?
Answer: Through touch. So, hand creams, moisturizers, shampoos, sun screen, makeup, clothing, bedsheets, furniture, car upholstery -- all of these represent easy routes for the deployment of nanotechnology.
3. If nanoparticles enter the skin through any of these routes, is the process noticeable for the victim? Is there a break in the skin?
Answer: There is no break in the skin whatsoever. No visible wound or entry point. The victim might notice a slight tingling sensation on the skin at the entry locus, but there is no redness or irritation to be noticed. So, this is an invisible deployment with very scant means of detection.
4. You mentioned "mind-mapping" as a significant part of Particle. What is "mind-mapping" exactly?
Answer: Some people may be familiar with the fact that the state of California recently added "neural data" to its list of "sensitive information" that can be collected about any given individual. This is not science fiction, so we truly need to attend to what is going on here. Companies which are listed as "contractors" by the CIA and FBI collect "neural data" through nanotechnology deployments, after which this information is transferred to the three-letter agencies for active use.
The "mind-mapping" conducted by agency contractors involves patterning which areas of the brain are activated when certain thoughts or activities are manifesting.
So, for example, if I have a positive thought about my best friend, the areas of my brain that are activated when I think about that particular friend, and also the areas of my brain that are activated when I am thinking lovingly about my friend, are documented and recorded.
That's "mind-mapping."
When I think about my best friend, my mind illuminates with a unique pattern.
With nanotechnology, the FBI and its affiliate agencies, are actively learning, without my consent, what that pattern is.
5. Why is the FBI interested in this type of invasion of privacy?
Answer: Because nanotechnology can not only document mind-mapping patterns on the part of the individual, but it can later activate specific patterns at the directive of the FBI or its affiliates.
The particles representing a nanotechnology deployment can stimulate the same areas of the brain in the same pattern that "lights up" when I think about my best friend.
They can also stimulate certain areas of the brain when I am making an important decision, for example, because the FBI will have been paying close attention to the way my brain works when I say "yes" to something, as opposed to the way it works when I say "no" to something.
6. So, the Particle Program can overtake the sovereignty of the individual?
Answer: It's critical for us to understand that this is its intent. If we're aware of Particle deployments, we can appropriately combat them, however. And this is what is necessary if American citizens, and, by extension, the United States as a whole, is to maintain its sovereignty over any meaningful period of time.
The sovereignty of the individual and the sovereignty of the nation are inextricably linked. If we lose one, we also lose the other.
So the question of individual sovereignty is critically bound to our hope to defend our national security interests over the long term.
7. We recently heard Senator Mark Kelly and other Democrats urging the United States armed forces to refuse orders that are unlawful. What does that urgent warning mean in the context of sovereignty violations like the Pandora and Particle programs?
Answer: Senator Mark Kelly is an astronaut and maintains close ties to the DoD. What we are hearing is concern from our military leadership with regard to some of the directives that may be currently reaching the chain of command. In other words, our military leadership would like for there to be a failsafe mechanism in place, so that military personnel, on receiving an order that clearly contradicts the long term security interests of the United States, could object.
8. Can you give us an example?
Answer: Of course. Yes. Let's say that military personnel or military contractors were directed to deploy a radiological weapon in San Francisco, for example. Such an act would clearly violate the Constitution, the territorial integrity of the United States and the long term security interests of our nation.
Under those circumstances, the military leadership would like the rank and file to have the freedom, in exercising their own independent sovereignty, to say no in such a way that the matter could be formally evaluated by a judicial process, which would almost certainly disallow the deployment.
9. Is the Particle Program an impediment to the type of failsafe you are referencing, in which the individual musters the self-determination to object to a direct order, knowing that he or she would be violating critical aspects of Constitutional mandates if he or she carried out the order?
Answer: Every sovereignty violation endangers this failsafe, yes. Pandora, Particle, and others. If the individual making the decision about whether to object to a wrongful command has suffered extensive sovereignty violations, he or she simply will no longer have the independence of mind to appropriately evaluate the dilemma.
That's why it is critical that programs such as Pandora and Particle be withdrawn as soon as possible.
10. If someone has suffered from nanotechnology deployments, and it seems as though many of us may have done so without our knowledge or consent, what can they do to combat the effects?
Answer: Taking the supplement EDTA, along with higher dose Vitamin C, appears to chelate nanotechnology particles. So, this approach is key.
In addition, magnet therapy will disrupt the organization of nanoparticles in the brain and elsewhere, causing a delay in the intended stimulation of regions of the brain involved in higher order thinking, critical decision-making among them.
So, these approaches should be utilized by key decision-makers within our government and our military, both.
11. Should the OIG Hotline be requesting all information regarding Particle from the FBI, so that this program can be evaluated by the Supreme Court and the U.S. Congress as a whole?
Answer: That's an emphatic yes. The Supreme Court and the U.S. Congress need to intervene here to ensure that our individual sovereignty is protected as a foundational right, one that the FBI and its affiliates cannot violate, invade, or overthrow.
12. How urgent is this necessity?
Answer: Highly urgent. The U.S. military leadership may not approve of the some of the directives that are scheduled to enter the chain of command through the influence of Russia and others. They want the rank and file to serve as a safeguard to the nation, and that means we all need to be on high alert with regard to our potential contribution to the ongoing sovereignty of our nation.
13. Can the individuality that Americans have always prized as part of our national ethos effectively rescue the sovereignty of our nation as a whole?
Answer: We need to be repeating the message to Americans to strive to think for themselves, and we need to give them the tools to do so. But, in answer to your question, yes, our independence can serve as a profoundly resilient bulwark against attacks on our country's sovereignty.
14. But aren't military personnel trained to follow orders without question? Isn't this drilled into them from Basic Training onward?
Answer: Our country now needs more, and that's why our leaders are asking for more. It would help military personnel to be provided with hypothetical scenarios in allowing them to practice the circumstances in which objections to direct orders could be raised.
15. Haven't your sons received direct orders to lie about their childhoods in order to wrongfully justify harm against your husband and yourself?
Answer: This is what the FBI has repeatedly alleged, yes.
16. Do direct orders to lie about one's own parents for the sake of first-degree murder and profiteering constitute wrongful directives?
Answer: Of course.
17. Yet, your sons have experienced profound sovereignty violations, haven't they?
Answer: Yes, they have.
18. Can they object to those wrongful directives at this time?
Answer: The FBI seems to be preventing me from speaking to them directly, so I suspect that, with encouragement from me, they might still be able to object.
Without loving communication from me, they are isolated and imperiled, and their ability to resist such directives is profoundly diminished.
19. To be clear, have your sons and MX all suffered Particle deployments?
Answer: They have suffered Particle deployments, Pandora deployments, and more. Yes.
20. Will you please keep in close communication with us with regard to your wellbeing and that of your family under these astonishing circumstances, both for your loved ones and for our nation?
