OIG Hotline, please be apprised that, next door to my suite #3xx at the Westin this afternoon, a young child was screaming for a prolonged period of time. This sounded like a toddler, and certainly, toddler tantrums are commonplace. However, because of Txx Lxxxx' apparent desire to project his own crimes onto me as his innocent "target of interest," this type of event is dangerous for the child and for me as well.
Further, this afternoon, on entering Whistler Public Library, a toddler appeared without any parent nearby. I immediately reunited her with her mother, who appeared to be concealing herself around the building's corner in an apparently staged interaction with the child, though certainly not hide-and-seek. Later, within the Library, the same toddler approached me with a big "hello!" while I was working on my computer. Once again, I immediately reunited her with her mother.
Clearly, there appears to be a potential agenda here.
I do love children and I do support their safety at all times, and a two to three year old should never be wandering alone anywhere in public. Period.
I gently chastised the mother in this instance, expressing that I was certainly glad the child was not be herself, as she appeared to be.
I raised my two sons with great love and attention to their safety. Children need freedom, yes, but at two or three years of age, they need a loving parent or attentive caregiver close by. And no child development expert will disagree with me.
The FBI appears to have advised me to keep a log of all of my time and activities in order to prevent any false allegations by Mr. Lxxxx and his corrupt law enforcement cohort. In addition, I audio record all of my time. However, I am concerned about these potentially staged situations, and particularly that at the Westin, given recent FBI references to Madeleine McCann, who apparently disappeared from a hotel room while traveling with her family.
Is Txx Lxxxx desperate enough to harm a child and blame the crime on someone else for the sake of defending his own reputation?
He is alleged to have already done so!
So, yes! The man appears to be highly capable of harming the innocent and blaming those crimes on the innocent as well!
Suffice it to say that I do not want to be hearing about any children missing from any hotel at which I am staying, whether the Westin, Delta Whistler Village Suites, or otherwise.
Mr. Lxxxx needs to account to me for his crimes against my family members and myself, and whether he is granted judicial or executive permission to stand to account privately, through an attorney, or whether he must face accountability publicly, through broad public exposure, is now largely up to me.
The man's lack of remorse does not do him credit, I must say, nor does it credit the FBI as a whole.
Because of the seriousness of the sovereignty violations perpetrated against me last night, and due to the FBI's apparent allegations of aggression against me at my hotel tonight, November 15/16, 2025, I will be rendering this documentation public until and unless I have appropriate dialogue with a high-level attorney who can begin to resolve my concerns to date to my satisfaction.
