1. After your younger son was ordered by the FBI to participate in an effort to frame you for crimes of which you know nothing, what happened next?
Answer: I honestly have no details regarding the specifics of the crimes directed by the FBI's South Bay Chief of Station, Txx Lxxxx.
However, it was alleged that one or more of my properties was seriously affected by these crimes.
Much more concerning than the property issues was the alleged attempt on the life of my younger son once the frame was complete.
2. Did Txx Lxxxx and the FBI attempt to take your younger son's life once they had coerced the participation they needed for the crime of framing you?
Answer: Yes, they did. No one wanted him to be able to report what he had been directed to do.
And, even now, he remains imperiled, as does my older son, as a result of wrongful directives extended to him during this scheme.
3. Your older son has recently refused to sign a false witness statement pertaining to your family. Is that correct?
Answer: Yes, it is.
4. What happens when the DoD orders someone to sign a false witness statement and they refuse to do so?
Answer: Typically, they are prioritized for first-degree murder by the FBI, whose personnel don't want them to tell the truth.
5. First degree murder by the FBI and its affiliates?
Answer: In this case, yes.
6. And there have been threats of a shooting and of many other "accidents" toward your sons, yourself, and your other family members.
Answer: Yes, there have.
7. You measured dangerously high radiation levels of 205 CPMs in your hotel room this morning. And there are threats of extremely high radon levels as well. Isn't that the case?
Answer: It is, yes. And I would like to point out that, at 205 CPMs, the alarms are going off on the Geiger counter. This is a level known to be hazardous to human health and to result in genetic damage and cancers within a short period of exposure.
8. How could your hotel possibly defend exposing you to such extreme levels of ionizing radiation?
Answer: You know, there is tremendous liability, obviously. The FBI claims it has caused me a brain cancer due to previous unwarranted radiation exposures by the agency, and I have not been allowed to schedule an MRI.
But for a hotel to collude in such cancer-causing initiatives is a very serious matter, indeed.
With regard to how it could be justified by the FBI, I will simply say that someone, almost certainly Txx Lxxxx, is making an argument that I represent a risk to national security.
9. But that's not true, is it?
Answer: No, it is not. I may represent a risk to Txx Lxxxx' impunity, given that this man has persisted in wrongful claims against my family members and myself for years.
But throughout that ordeal, I have consistently demonstrated my loyalty to the nation.
10. Why have you made that choice?
Answer: Once again, I have done it because I am demonstrating the leadership which the American people deserve.
11. Do you assume that your whole family is now being exposed to extremely elevated levels of radiation?
Answer: I do. I think this is a standard element of the "exxxxxxxxx protocol," and I think Txx Lxxxx is trying to erase his crimes against all of us through first-degree murder.
12. What is the alternative?
Answer: Txx Lxxxx either needs to acknowledge his crimes to me publicly, through the DOJ's prosecution of his conduct, or privately, through an attorney who is qualified to negotiate on his behalf. At this point, I think that choice is mine to make.
13. How do you think your younger son feels in knowing that there was a decided attempt on his life after his role in the attempt to frame you was complete?
Answer: I'm assuming he comprehends how devastating a betrayal this represented against our whole family. The intent from the beginning was, in accordance with the FBI's motto, to "disrupt, discredit and divide," but to do so within a scheme of first-degree murder and vast profiteering from accounts connected to my name and identity.
14. How can this situation be made right at this point?
Answer: I need to have outreach regarding the resolution of my concerns to date pertaining to this case. The FBI and the CIA, along with their affiliate agencies, need to halt all aggression against my loved ones and myself, and that means that all radiation, Dxx deployment, non-conventional vectors of illness, and contamination initiatives need to cease without recommencing in the future.
After that, I need security clearances and access regarding the history of these programs within the agencies, the engagement with certain concerns by the State Department, and the view of the Executive Branch, the U.S. Congress, the DOJ and the Supreme Court with regard to certain initiatives. There is a great deal to learn, and I would like to be able to make substantive recommendations within a reasonable time period.
15. Does the government feel that it is doing fine without wise guidance at this juncture?
Answer: The government, respectfully, will benefit from more perceptive and far-reaching guidance of the depth I offer.
16. What about Txx Lxxxx? What should happen to him?
Answer: He needs to withdraw his false claims on an immediate basis, and this is obvious. There are those who appear to be recommending his retirement, but that alone does not satisfy my concerns in their entirety regarding this matter. A high-level attorney should assist in this discussion, and right away.
17. Txx Lxxxx has never apologized to you or to your family?
Answer: Absolutely not. This has never occurred, whether directly or indirectly.
18. You have made the point that falsified law enforcement reporting is not necessary for the implementation of the FBI's mission and objectives.
Answer: That's correct. It is not necessary. And for the FBI to create and aggregate a false dossier on every single American citizen, including minors, for the purpose of wielding totalitarian control over Americans for the foreseeable future will lead us -- should we not change course -- into a dystopia from which we cannot recover.
19. And this is due to the concealed court processes that accompany those false dossiers?
Answer: Quite so. On the basis of the Patriot Act and the Espionage Act, individual Americans can lose their lives due to the FBI's false allegations, with no opportunity to know what they are accused of, or to defend themselves against false claims.
And it's the concealed nature of the false evidence and the accompanying judicial processes that render the honorable defense of the virtuous American citizen virtually impossible.
20. You are advocating for the abandonment of falsified law enforcement reporting over the long term.
Answer: Anyone who cares about the United States is now advocating for the abandonment of falsified law enforcement reporting over the long term. And yes, I am foremost among them.
21. In addition to the Pandora Program, the Particle Program, and the Prometheus Program, are there other programs about which the U.S. Supreme Court and the United States Congress currently needs to be fully informed?
Answer: I would add the Genesis Program at this time.
22. Will you please update us with regard to your safety and that of your family members, especially given the hazardous radiation levels you measured today?
Answer: I will, and thank you for your concern for us.
