My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Further Coerced, Falsified Witness Statements Wielded by Those Who Wish to Defend the Indefensible Phoenix Program

To OIG Hotline investigators and the Honorable Avril Haines:

I include below a redacted copy of an email documentation I sent to lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, with copies to lmacwilliams77419@gmail.com and lmacwilliams7417@gmail.com, today, July 22, 2023 at 4:18 PM Pacific time.

You have my full permission to access my email accounts at any time you so desire.

The redacted subject heading of this communication is as follows:  Coerced, Falsified Witness Statements Alleged to Have Followed a Meeting on 7/21/2023 at xxxxxxxxx Corporation.

Email sent to: lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, lmacwilliams77419@gmail.com, lmacwilliams7417@gmail.com  From: lanemacwiliams@gmail.com. Date: July 22, 2023 at 4:18 PM.

To the OIG Hotline and the Office of the Honorable Avril Haines:

I am informed that both xxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx of xxxxxxxxxx were coerced by corrupt FBI/CIA officials to falsely report the details of a meeting they conducted, at xxxxxxxxxx's initiative, with xxxxxxxxxx yesterday at his workplace.

I need to express that the FBI's and CIA's continued abuse of the secrecy privileges granted these agencies twenty years ago is now threatening the lives of loyal, law-abiding American citizens like xxxxxxxxxx and myself.

The Constitution clearly states that American citizens are entitled to know what crimes they are being accused of committing.  It further states that they are entitled to face their accusers in an open court room.  Finally, it states that they are entitled to an impartial and capable defense.

The FBI and CIA, in wielding the Phoenix Program against the best of our citizens -- those principled enough to defend the democracy -- are threatening the lives of anyone who dares to speak truthfully about the crimes these agencies are perpetrating against the nation.

xxxxxxxxxx has no idea of the stratagems -- the fake films, the false testaments, the agency's alleged theft of IP -- that are being wielded against the law-abiding American public -- and particularly Democrats -- for political objectives at this time.  I do try to inform him of the deprivation of rights under color of law in which the FBI and CIA are currently engaged.  But the realities are often too dystopian to grasp.

I understand that.  A few years ago, I would have been -- and was -- extremely reluctant to concede that those who have vowed to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic might represent the source of the insider threat we are now facing from the far right.

Experience, attentiveness, and a close reading of history have taught me that fascist movements almost always emerge from within corrupt factions of law enforcement and the military.  Surprisingly few individuals are required to wreak havoc on the population at large.  And the reason for this is the secrecy with which far right objectives are pursued.

In Monday's New York Times, journalists Jonathan Swan, Charlie Savage and Maggie Haberman address the intention of Donald Trump and his allies to vastly increase the scope of his executive power, should he be re-elected.  A direct quote from Russell T. Vought, who ran the Office of Management and Budget for the Trump White House reads as follows:  "What we're trying to do is identify the pockets of independence and seize them."

Does anyone realize the totalitarianism within this sentiment?

The FBI and the CIA, through their actions toward the family members of a whistleblower of the Phoenix Program, are effectively saying, "What we're trying to do is identify the citizens who are truth tellers and kill them."

When falsified witness statements can be wielded in a secret system of courts in which the accused never have the right to a fair hearing -- when falsified "evidence" can be presented before secret judges who never hear a defense of law-abiding American citizens who have been unjustly targeted -- when Russian-affiliated organized crime is paying off FBI agents like Txx Lxxxx to wreak havoc in the personal and professional lives of virtuous and loyal Americans -- the future of our democracy is in the balance.

xxxxxxxxxx, as a favor to me, just updated his affidavit this last week to encompass newly falsified threats against him from corrupt FBI personnel.  Now, due to the malevolent actions of corrupt far right members of the FBI, he needs somehow to do so again?

The manner in which the FBI is damaging the real economy of the United States is stunning.  Entrepreneurs are going to balk at the idea that they must constantly document their meetings and dialogue in order to counter a corrupt FBI.

Every human interaction is based upon a presumption of good faith and trust.

What is wrong in this instance is the system of corruption which which the FBI is attempting to unmake our Constitutional freedoms without our ever discovering their scheme.

What can happen to my family on the basis of the coerced lies of xxxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxxxx?  Can we be shot because of their prevarication?  Can we be poisoned with Dioxin, a contaminant that was alleged to have been placed in our water supply this past week?  Can PG&E install equipment to alter the magnetic field within our house with the intention of causing us grievous harm?  (This actually did occur.). Can Aquasure, a water filtration company, allow the FBI/CIA to place a powerful ionizing radiation device within the equipment we purchased?  (This is alleged to have occurred.)

None of this sounds like the rule of law to me.  It sounds like astonishing malevolence, predation, and corruption from the FBI, the CIA, and the DoD in attempting to protect their concealed practice of determining -- through the secretive Phoenix Program -- which law-abiding American citizens can live and which law-abiding American citizens must die.

I do not believe the American people will agree with the crimes that have been committed against us by those who wield Phoenix as a totalitarian route to power.

The crisis that has been catalyzed within far right factions of the FBI, the CIA, and the DoD relates to the fact that only through Phoenix could my law-abiding family have been knowingly exposed to Echinococcus multilocularis.

The response of the far right upon being caught in a plan of first-degree murder against the family of an FBI whistleblower?  To hurry in an attempt to kill them by other means!

These acts are absolutely unconscionable in any civilized, honorable society.

I respectfully ask for vigorous protection against any and all further harms to my family, including falsified witness statements being coerced by corrupt members of the far right within the three-letter agencies.

We need overt assistance, and we need it now.

Thank you for allowing me to express these pressing concerns.
