Answer: First, it's important to state that I have not had soil testing conducted yet, though this will, in fact, be undertaken soon and extensively.
2. If a hexavalent chromium contamination were shown to have occurred, who is responsible?
Answer: Without addressing your question directly, I will simply say that it is my understanding that Mark Milley is in favor of the continuation of the Phoenix Program as it is currently being deployed against the law-abiding American public.
3. Mark Milley, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, appointed by Donald J. Trump.
Answer: Yes.
4. Does General Milley also bear responsibility for PG&E's plan to ostensibly "replace the crosspiece of your power pole" in deploying a powerful EMF device against your residence on July 21, 2023, in direct retaliation for your role as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance?
Answer: It appears that the PG&E plan to deploy a powerful DEW emitting high levels of EMF against our residence has been directed from the highest levels of the far right.
5. And does General Milley also bear responsibility for the threats of flooding your family home on Cape Cod, with a plan to cancel your insurance policy, and impoverish your family with a follow-on lawsuit? A
Answer: Again, Mark Milley appears to be extremely attached to the Phoenix Program.
6. And does General Mark Milley bear responsibility for the ionizing radiation device that has been planned to compromise your new water filter? Because this crime, in and of itself, will serve to immediately threaten the life of every member of your household.
Answer: Mark Milley is intent that the Phoenix Program should not be exposed to the American public.
7. Why not?
Answer: Because if deployment of the Phoenix Program against the law-abiding American public is broadly exposed, Mark Milley bears direct responsibility for the crimes that have been perpetrated on his watch.
8. In other words, programs violating the human and civil rights of law-abiding American citizens can only persist in secrecy.
Answer: That is correct. Secrecy is required for totalitarianism to advance, because the public would never tolerate a U.S. military that has Special Forces preying upon the American public for expressly anti-democratic objectives.
9. Does it seem to you that those deploying the Phoenix Program against the law-abiding American public may be compromised by Russian interests?
Answer: It does, yes.
10. How can such compromise occur?
Answer: When it comes to key figures in the military, I am informed that Russian organized crime endeavors to wield "kompromat" to control certain individuals setting policies and procedures.
Typically, those at a high level who are targeted by Russia are invited to become part of a secret society. After that, they are informed that there are certain personal perquisites involved with their membership.
It's not terribly difficult to document such figures on tape.
And in this way, the far right has truly become an expression of Russian-affiliated organized crime within the territorial boundaries of the United States itself.
11. You have said that there appears to be compromise within the three-letter agencies as well.
Answer: Without question. A portion of federal law enforcement is alleged to be accepting compensation to allow extensive human trafficking to proceed unabated within the U.S. -- and these are crimes which are controlled by Russian-affiliated organized crime.
12. Has this corruption expanded to the point that is has become a threat to our national sovereignty?
Answer: Yes, it has. That is the definition of an "insider threat." This is how serious a challenge the character failures of the far right have become.
13. General Milley has been recently questioned over his role in the preparation of a document outlining the manner in which Donald J. Trump might hold to unelected power following his defeat in the 2020 election.
Answer: Yes, he has.
14. Did that document outline an option for military aggression against Iran as a means for Donald Trump to told to power following his defeat?
Answer: Allegedly so.
15. Was a foreign adversary involved in directing the preparation of that document?
Answer: You're asking the right question. I'm certain investigators are keenly focused on ascertaining the answer.
16. In the meantime, what message would you direct to General Milley if you could?
Answer: I would remind Mark Milley that the Constitution is not an afterthought to our democracy. It is not an embellishment to Americans' fundamental and inalienable rights. It is the centerpiece without which our freedom cannot survive.
He has vowed to defend that Constitution for all Americans, not a limited few.
That means he has vowed to defend the Constitution for whistleblowers of malfeasance within the Phoenix Program, for which he is responsible.
It means he has vowed to defend the Constitution for the family members of those whistleblowers.
More than a member of the Illuminati, Mark Milley is a United States citizen whose vow to uphold the Constitution for all Americans remains central to our national security.
In other words, Mark Milley must care more about the freedom of ordinary Americans than he cares about his own reputation, his own career, his own power, or his own place in history.
That takes character. That takes integrity. That takes accountability.
17. Are you reminding General Milley that he cannot escape his fundamental accountability to the American people in this matter?
