OIG Hotline, the following screenshots and text represent my genuine answers to a survey that appeared as a text to my cell phone ending in 1467 yesterday evening, December 30, 2023 at 7:41 PM.
The only "glitch" I noticed with this survey was the blue outline that sometimes appeared around my selected answers, captured below in my first response denoting my approval of President Biden.
Does this correspond to answers which are received in altered form?
Because I have received threats which seem to indicate survey tampering, I will be documenting all of my genuine survey responses thoroughly.
In this case, this identical content representing my true survey responses also appears within an email sent to your attention within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, lmacwilliams77419@gmail.com, and lmacwilliams7417@gmail.com at 3:15 AM on December 31, 2023, bearing the subject heading ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Genuine Survey Responses to DSCC, December 30, 2023.

At approximately 8:00 PM, I signed onto Wifi GSQ3 with MacBook Air.
Began notarization process of updated affidavit.
OIG Hotline, please be apprised that "Tomas," an alleged service technician from PG&E, just entered our property at 45 Vista Verde Way, ringing the front doorbell and then proceeding past our gas meter, which PG&E was previously scheduled to examine for a "gas meter safety check."
The original appointment for today had a service window of 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Tomas arrived at approximately 10:30 AM.
Further, this appointment had been cancelled with PG&E on a recorded line just this morning, at 9:56 AM.
I located Tomas taking a long walk down our driveway toward our septic tanks, the gas meter fifty feet behind him.
It seems highly possible that Tomas was taking direction from FBI personnel to falsely report having seen something "suspicious" on our property that might be intended to justify a police raid.
Was he meant to report seeing a "hostage" on our property? Was he meant to report signs of unlawful activity of some kind on our property?
These don't exist.
Fortunately, I recorded my conversation with Tomas, in which he confirmed that everything he had seen on our property was lawful and honorable.
I will be following up by providing this recording to your Office, in addition to sending an email to PG&E, reminding this company of its liability in the event its employee's falsified witness statement leads to any harm to my family whatsoever.
Thank you for allowing me to document these concerns.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams

My husband, who has his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, and uses Zoom almost daily for his work, cannot access the DNC Town Hall podcast from his computer either. So, at least this provides some confirmation from a separate party that my efforts to connect to the DNC are being obstructed without explanation. The motive for the FBI to prevent my participation in these events is readily apparent, unfortunately, and, despite the fact that the the responsible party is violating my Constitutional freedoms in preventing this dialogue, the perpetrators appear to feel no hesitation in doing so.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
* Please also see the following email sent to the attention of the OIG Hotline within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, lmacwilliams774192gmail.com, and lmacwilliams7417@gmail.com, bearing a subject heading of ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Vista Verde Way Neighbor Tom Bleier, London's David Parfitt, sent on December 29, 2023 at 11:58 AM.
My parents were committed sailors, in completely disparate ways.
Once, the Captain of a catboat told my mother, "Whatever happens, don't let go of that boom."
So, she flung her arms around it, and, as the wind swung the seven hundred pound boom out over the blue Atlantic, my mother held on.
When he later saw her predicament, the Captain shouted in astonishment, "Jan! What are you doing?"
"I'm holding on!" she answered.
Her eventual splash into the water below was balletic. She was elegantly dressed, wearing a broad-brimmed hat and sunglasses at the time, and the rest of us were incredulous that she was now treading water below.
But, her actions had actually helped to prevent a capsize, and so she was heroic in her drenched state of beauty. We all stared as if we had never seen anything so glamorously accidental, so gorgeously committed.
She climbed back on board with laughter and Grace.
My father, by contrast, sailed across the sea like Magellan.
He turned his halcyon blue eyes to the currents, the waves, the cat's paws with which the wind was patterning the water -- and he knew how to chart his course.
"We're going to be coming about in fifteen seconds or so," he would say, calmly.
But, if we were in the middle of a race, which we often were, those quiet words meant, be ready, because it's important that we're expert throughout this tack.
My father always won his races. And on the water, he was as calm as a compass pointing to True North. Steady. Imperturbable. Stoic. And mysterious.
He communicated with the sea in the way a mystic would, with long silences, profound insight, and a gaze that traveled all the way to the horizon.
His crew never wanted to let him down.
In the summer of 1976, when I had just turned fourteen, my father announced to me that he thought I was ready to Captain my own races. There was a Junior racing series starting in a few days' time, and he thought I should sign up.
My noble and expert father proposed himself as the crew.
So, we traded places in our Herreshoff, and the tiller suddenly appeared under my own hand.
Much to my astonishment, I won my races, too.
The most important things to know were not to be learned in a sailing lesson, it turned out. The transformative knowledge lay in the pull of the tides, which I could feel if I held myself still and grasped the tiller lightly. It lay in the sound of the wind passing over our close-hauled sail. It lay in the arc of the spinnaker, ballooning brightly above our heads.
It lay in knowledge, in judgement, in goodness, in intuition, and in faith.
The sea was a wilderness and the beast within it, and it would swallow you whole if you forgot that truth.
So knowledge, judgement, goodness, intuition and faith were all required.
President Biden, as our Commander in Chief, knows this wisdom well.
I see in him the Captain's True North, as I have seen in the best sailors. I see in him the gaze that extends all the way to the horizon. I see in him the expert knowledge of the currents and the waves. I see in him the measure of the wind and its intent.
President Biden is navigating our way through the shallows and the narrows that represent democracy's greatest test.
On the deck of that endeavor, may we be worthy, may we be ready, may we be expert, may we be committed.
The endurance of our freedoms will depend on the gifts of our Captain, and it will depend on the character the rest of us bring to the race.
President Biden is sounding the call that we in the American electorate need to bring everything we've got to this voyage.
I am answering him with my sovereign promise to do so.

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that I will attempt once more to participate in a DNC Town Hall podcast hosted by the DNC at 12:00 noon today, December 29, 2023.

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that I completed an ostensible survey from Ameripac using the following link on my cell phone ending in 1467: bit.ly/3tuCCTe.
After I submitted the survey, I received a warning that my answers may have been falsified without my participation or consent.
My actual answers, in addition to a screenshot of the survey link and the receipt of my donation to Ameripac, can be found within an email directed to the attention of the OIG Hotline within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, lmacwilliams77419@gmail.com and lmacwilliams7417@gmail.com, bearing the subject heading ATTN: OIG HOTLINE Re: Allegedly Corrupted Ameripac Survey; sent at 7:38 AM.
Clearly, if AI were being deployed to alter the answers of political survey respondents online, this would represent a serious matter.
Altered survey data could have substantive impacts on the political campaigns of all candidates who oppose the far right, so the challenge to our democratic processes, should such corruption be occurring, would be substantive.
Perhaps this instance, assessed by your Office, can help to assess whether such tampering with critical data is occurring.
Thank you for allowing me to document these concerns.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
OIG Hotline, please be apprised of a new email sent to your attention within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, with copies sent to lmacwilliams77419@gmail..com and lmacwilliams7417@gmail.com, bearing the following subject heading and date/time stamp:
My father called me "Biscuit." And he was the only one.
He liked the way I savored three buttered biscuits with honey at dinner time.
I think it showed him there were certain things I wanted out of life.
And, perhaps because I was gangly and slight, he wanted to encourage that personal claim.
One Christmas, in 1966, my father gave me a set of red wooden skis. They were perfect, in their way. Shellacked like polished apples. Unblemished. The bindings shining in polished silver. I was four years old, and I viewed them with awe.
The following week, he took our family to Pat's Peak, where he spent the entire first day skiing down the mountain while holding me between his own skis, snow-ploughing in a giant S down the slope.
I had realized, by the age of four, that my father was regarded by all who knew him as an important man.
I had also realized that he could have paid for me to have a beginning ski lesson.
Instead, he wanted to show me something about how we help each other navigate the inclines.
I was mindful, even at the time, of his choice. It was generous, protective, and abundantly loving -- all three.
And, in truth, it was one of hundreds of examples of his parenting of me in which he conveyed that he thought I could manage something about which I might have been uneasy at first.
He thought I could swim all the way across the cold mountain lake. He thought I could learn how to jump a fence on horseback. He thought I could race a sailboat and win.
He offered his encouragements with a wink, and he called me "Biscuit" when he spoke them.
And he was always right.
I did do all those things, along with meeting a bevy of challenges that were considerably harder.
All of which is to say that I think my father understood the soul of leadership.
People rise to their best when they are unreasonably loved, unfailingly encouraged, guided to undertake the difficult, mysterious adventures that promise to teach them something new.
Whenever I hear President Biden speak to the American people, I hear him guiding us in the same way.
He knows that certain challenges are formidable, but he also believes we can meet them. And behind those words of good faith and guidance, his great love for this nation is evident.
Like my father, President Biden is both a good man and a great one -- a man of good faith, insight, integrity, and abiding hope for the future.
Our nation's good fortune in claiming him as our Commander-in-Chief at this crossroads in our democracy represents a rare gift -- a shining chance that our freedoms may endure.
The electorate may need that gifts further explained.
The necessity for everyone to help our nation answer democracy's call is pressing and profound, as President Biden has explained. He believes the electorate needs to know why.
If I can help, I want to answer that call.
A great and noble man once called me "Biscuit," and another great and noble man is calling Americans to our best once more.
So, I would be honored to try.

Please see emails sent to your attention within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, lmacwilliams77419@gmail.com and lmacwilliams7417@gmail.com, with the following subject headings and time stamps on December 27, 2023:
One of my husband's most cherished memories of his mother centers on the time she decided, even in the midst of economic hardship, that her fourth child out of five needed a new winter coat.
As fourth in the lineup, my husband almost never had new clothes. He inherited the hand-me-downs of his brother, who was six years older.
But, as a seven-year-old boy, he had begun to assist his brother on his paper route, a task which, in Buffalo, New York, meant pulling a sled stacked with newspapers across miles of snow-covered dark before the school day.
The winter weather was fierce and unforgiving, and some of the boys regularly suffered frostbite.
So, she took him once every week to a downtown department store, where, holding his hand, she wended their way to coat section. There, she paid five dollars cash to a clerk, who recorded the payment by hand in the "layaway" book.
At the last payment, with winter in full and harrowing force, the coat -- which was a down-filled miracle of warmth and protection -- was donned by this true-hearted seven-year-old boy and worn all the way home and for three winters following.
But this story isn't about the coat, really.
It's about the courage of a seven-year-old boy pulling a sled through the dark before school every day -- and it's about the mother who loved him.
Despite -- or perhaps because of -- the financial hardship of the family, every single journey to the department store conveyed to my husband the following truth, necessary to every child: you are worthy.
In my husband's adult life, he has communicated this message of respect and dignity to many others.
One of the many reasons I admire President Biden is the fact that he developed his character and integrity while growing up in a little while clapboard house -- not unlike the little white clapboard house my husband called home -- without economic privilege, without societal advantage, without the assurance of a college education or the job that might come afterwards.
Yet President Biden emerged from his beginnings knowing he was worthy.
Now, as President of the United States, he tells us, as members of the American public, that we are worthy, too.
We may not foresee all of the challenges our future will present, but we can be assured that our character will be equal to them.
I have faith that President Biden's integrity is greater than the weather, the frostbite, the broken sled, the adversity.
With a commitment to support one another, the storms are navigable, and we will travel through them with our bonds renewed.
Our democracy depends on the courage, the fortitude, and the generosity that forge those bonds.
President Biden possesses these gifts in abundance, and, as he chooses to remind us, so do we.

UPDATE: This secure retrieval of mail was successfully completed.
Lane MacWilliams
********************************************************************************
OIG Hotline, my husband will retrieve our mail today, December 26, 2023.
He will use a body cam, as he did during his last retrieval of mail, to film the entire process of his handling each piece of mail that we accept. The ownership of this camera and its micro SD card have already been conveyed to the OIG Hotline Investigations Division.
He will not retrieve or open the letters from Jim Mellano of AFE nor from SC Fund Recovery, but rather, will leave them in place. To confirm, ownership of the Jim Mellano/AFE letter and the SC Fund Recovery letter have been transferred to the OIG Hotline Investigations Division and will be provided to them as soon as they request them.
My husband will affix a new security seal to the lock on the box when he has completed his retrieval of accepted mail.
For clarity, neither Ken nor I have opened the mailbox since Ken's last documented retrieval of acceptable mail.
We hope that the security measures we have taken -- that of the security seal, and the presence of lights and an alarm, will have been sufficient to prevent tampering with our mailbox in the interim.
Again, we hope that Jim Mellano has been honest in his characterization of the contents of the AFE letter as a simple, unaltered 1099 form.
However, because Jim Mellano has lied in writing in the past, we are taking all precautions to ensure our family's security, as well as to preserve any material that could possibly assist OIG Hotline investigators in their inquiry into falsified law enforcement reporting for anti-democratic objectives.
Whether Jim Mellano's actions in sending a letter against my express directives were intended to alarm me -- and discredit me in that process -- or whether they were intended to further a plan of falsified law enforcement reporting against my family or myself -- it seems wise to me to exercise great caution and care in this circumstance.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is true and correct.
