My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Upholding All That Is Best In Us

 1.  The Supreme Court has allegedly ordered the Biden administration to provide you with FOIA reports and investigative reports, attempting to overcome astonishing delays in which your family has suffered extensive harms.  Is this your understanding?

Answer:  I do not have a source of direct information regarding my case and its proceedings before the Supreme Court.  Having said that, I believe that the Supreme Court chose to uphold Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23 and I believe that the Highest Court also required the Biden Administration to allow lawful outreach to me concerning my case.

2.  Why do you believe these rulings occurred?

Answer:  Because I believe that the Supreme Court is endeavoring to uphold integrity in judicial standards, even under what have been exceptionally difficult circumstances during the last several years.

3.  Do you believe that the Supreme Court has disqualified whatever recent false allegations the Biden administration has extended about you and your family?  And do you know what those false allegations have been?

Answer:  No one has verified the false allegations for me, no.  Having said that, the FBI is likely extending a wide and endless array of AI-generated false evidence pertaining to their "big three" deceits: false espionage allegations, false terroristic allegations, and false capital crime allegations.  As I have mentioned previously, the FBI appears to throw child abuse or child endangerment allegations into the mix for the simple reason that it breeds immediate animus.

In this particular case, remarkably, the FBI also appears to have attempted to extend false allegations of the Biden administration's own crimes of defrauding the U.S. government, committing election fraud, perpetrating forgery, and engaging in a conspiracy against rights.

4.  Did the Biden administration attempt to accuse you of its own crimes in this all of these areas?

Answer:  There were some suspicious events yesterday, including the FBI's allegation that I needed to somehow formally request the reinstatement of funds that may have been improperly withdrawn by the Biden administration, together with an odd email from ActBlue suggesting that there would be no losses resulting from ActBlue's unexplained violation of FEC rules and regulations.

I believe I have made myself clear that the FBI initiated the entire scheme, and, while this represents a fairly sophisticated long term plan on the part of the agency, I think the truth is easily discoverable.  On January 8, 2025, I extended a preservation of evidence demand to ActBlue.  I think President Trump's administration will be able to collect FBI communications to ActBlue and ask me directly about any forged communications so that I can verify what is genuine and what is AI-generated through the FBI.

This is fairly straightforward, and I think the agency is entirely exposed on this issue.

5.  What do you hope comes from this case?

Answer:  I think the Trump administration can be a heroic defender of the American people through this case.  There has been tremendous malfeasance on the part of the FBI as an agency, and those personnel should be held to account.  But there also appears to have been astonishing predation from President Biden himself, who seems to have persisted in unjustifiable harms toward my family in a relentless attempt to claim immunity that is in no manner applicable.

6.  You do not believe that the false allegations President Biden authorized against your family members and yourself are credible in any way, shape or form?

Answer:  I do not.  My husband and I are entirely innocent of wrongdoing.  My sons and MX have had to survive wrongful directives from a corrupt President, and profound violations of their individual sovereignty at the same time.  And all the while, there have been demands from uniformed DoD personnel for false witness statements against their own parents.  So, the violations of our civil liberties and human rights as a family have been appalling from the beginning.

7.  What about the FBI's allegations that President Biden is even now directing false espionage witness statements from your sons and others?

Answer:  I am sure this administration is attempting everything possible to falsely accuse us of wrongdoing.  But those false allegations will not hold, and the very attempt is an insulting affront to the honesty and worth of the American people as a whole.

8.  Do you feel that the conduct of the President Biden has diminished the Office of the Presidency?

Answer:  Today is Saturday, January 18, 2025.  President Biden is still our President, and I feel the public owes our sitting President a degree of courtesy, no matter the circumstances.  The Office of the Presidency assumes the gravitas and authority of the person who holds the position.

9.  You feel this way even though there are allegations that President Biden has repeatedly attempted to take the lives of your beloved family members?

Answer:  Again, my family is best served, as the country is best served, by an example of the highest possible character even under the most arduous circumstances.

10.  Will you be watching President Trump's inauguration on Monday?

Answer:  Oh, yes.  I will be watching every moment of it.

11.  What is the feeling you bring to this event?

Answer:  Hope for a determination to hold President Biden to account regarding this case.  Hope for the will to hold wayward FBI personnel to account regarding this case.  Hope for a decision to consider the long term freedoms of Americans as separate and apart from short term objectives.  Hope for President Trump's direct and just engagement regarding the profound concerns this case has raised, not all of which can be rendered public.

12.  So, you will be celebrating this inauguration.

Answer:  Enthusiastically.   Yes, I will.

13.  What are the risks to you and your family members between now and then?

Answer:  Very substantial.

14.  Can you remain safe during this interval?

Answer:  With the help of others, it is possible.

15.  By others, do you mean the Supreme Court, the Attorney General, President Trump, and any protective agency personnel?

Answer:  I do.

16.  Are your family's safety and freedom recoverable?

Answer:  If I didn't believe that they were, I wouldn't be striving so heroically with regard to the issues that are facing us.  Again, not all of those issues can be rendered public at this time, but some of them can be -- and that's a Presidential determination that I hope President Trump will make in extending certain clearances that are likely now necessary in this circumstance.

17.  What about your documents?  There seems to be tremendous interest in the disposition of your papers at this time.

Answer:  My documents should be formally handed over to a government representative, in my opinion.  I have been requesting this engagement for a prolonged period of time, with no response whatsoever.

18.  Have you duplicated or transferred your documents recently?

Answer:  Oh, no.  Absolutely not.  My documents should not fall into the wrong hands.  They should be carefully and lawfully conveyed to a government representative.

On those few occasions when I have left the house recently, I have taken my documents with me for the sole purpose of maintaining their security.

19.  Why is the long term rescue of free will so important?

Answer:  Because all of our most meaningful accomplishments, inventions, epiphanies, bonds, discoveries and experiences as human beings are dependent on our free will.  Beyond this truth, as C.S. Lewis reminds us, "free will is the only thing that makes possible any love or goodness or joy worth having."  If we lose free will, we lose the most magnificent gifts possessed by humankind.   And that is too great an abandonment to bear.  At this juncture in human history, we need to do everything possible to rescue what is best in us.

20.  Are there those who care as much about this issue as you do?

Answer:  If there weren't, I wouldn't be here to express my concerns regarding the obstruction of the resolution of my case.

21.  Will you please let us know how your family and you yourself are faring this weekend and beyond?

Answer:  I certainly will.

P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time.  I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation.  Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms.  As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
