My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Time Sensitive: On President Trump's Inauguration Day: A Call for a Special Prosecutor

President Trump, a hearty congratulations on your inauguration, Sir.

As I celebrate your success and that of the nation as a whole, I must ask whether the allegation is correct that President Biden preemptively pardoned his family members because he diverted vast wealth misappropriated from the OIG Hotline and ODNI pertaining to my case into his private family coffers.

I hope that you decide, on behalf of the American people, to appoint a Special Prosecutor regarding the criminality of President Biden and his administration.

And I hope you call on me to communicate my experience of the profoundly troubling acts of President Biden toward my family members and myself in heinous retaliation for my courage to speak on behalf of the freedom of all Americans.

May the truth of this matter be illuminated to the American people, with security concerns of course taking precedence with regard to those disclosures you elect to highlight.

I deeply appreciated your words today at the Inauguration Ceremony assuring all Americans of our sovereignty, our freedom of speech -- of course prioritizing national security -- and our commitment to one another in establishing America as a worthy, strong, and just nation.

You spoke of the need to address the betrayals of the Biden administration, and I support your efforts fully.

The country can best understand your contributions to our sovereignty by fully comprehending the betrayals of the previous administration, and those are legion, Sir.

How many others wrongfully profiteered from my family's suffering while FOIA reports and investigative reports pertaining to my case were wrongfully withheld by President Biden?  The American people need to know the answer.

Congratulations again on your inauguration, Sir.  I have been counting the hours until this moment, and I am grateful to have had the pleasure of witnessing it.  The liberation you proclaim is most deeply welcomed by me and by my entire family.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams
