OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to be extending an allegation that funds awarded in my name and/or affiliated with my identity are at risk of being misappropriated by wrongful authorization, through the flawed argument that my birth name and my married name are not the same.
Both my husband and I have made clear, within separate documents, that my birth name, my author name, and my married name refer to the same person. The IRS knows that my Social Security number is the same under my birth name, my author name, and my married name. So does the U.S. DOJ.
Likewise, misspellings of my name are linked to my Social Security number as the common identifier pertaining to this case.
Transparency, accountability, honesty and professionalism are all required at this juncture.
I could just as easily disqualify myself from receiving certain funds if I undertake a formal name-change procedure as I could mitigate any risk of misappropriation of funds awarded in my name on behalf of the long term human rights of all Americans.
So, I would simply ask for direct communication from the OIG Hotline if there is any need for me to undertake a legal proceeding regarding my name and my supporting documentation.
I'm certain that the Attorney General Pam Bondi does not want to be remembered by the American public as an official who authorized the theft of funds intended to safeguard their long term human rights. Further, I'm sure that President Trump does not wish to be known through history's long gaze as a President who misappropriated funds intended to defend our most fundamental sovereignty as Americans.
So, let's ensure that the record reflects the honesty and integrity of all those who are striving on my family's behalf and my own, alongside the long term future of the nation as a whole.
Please reach out to me with any specific guidance regarding this matter.
I appreciate your ongoing advocacy in every detail.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
