OIG Hotline, at this particular time, no assessments against accounts bearing my name or associated with my identity should be allowed through allegations of wrongdoing on the part of one or more of my family members or on the part of myself, or on the basis of documentation from me allowing withdrawals other than those specified herewith, given that such documentation would represent forgeries.
Please note that this should include misspellings of my name, including Lane Macwilliams (small W), Lane Mac Williams, Lane McWilliams, Lane Williams, Lane William, LANE MACWILLIAMS, Carol Elaine Von Herzen, Lane von Herzen, and any variations of the above.
Settlements should be extended to my two sons and/or daughter-in-law with my express knowledge and consent.
At this time, I grant the OIG Hotline my permission to address misconduct by the FBI and its affiliates. Resulting penalties against the FBI or its affiliates may be funded to my accounts, but assessments may not be withdrawn for any reason at this time, except in the amount of 200 billion dollars to fund a foundation for the preservation and expansion of the National Parks, 5 billion dollars to the Smithsonian Institution for an exhibit pertaining to my case, 50 billion dollars to the Smithsonian Institution for an independent endowment, 50 billion dollars to PBS for an independent endowment, 100 billion dollars to fund a foundation for fusion research and development, and provisions for my two sons and daughter-in-law that avoid conflict of interest and meet listed requirements, as previously specified, and taxes owed on these allocations, which, in the interests of the nation, should be minimized.
Other than this, accounts affiliated with my name, any variations of my name, and/or my identity should be treated as locked, with the exception that deposits may occur.
All documentation, including deposits and appropriations made regarding this case, should be fully disclosed to the American public in perpetuity through the Smithsonian Institution until and unless I specify otherwise through my direct and ongoing communications with the Smithsonian, none of which have commenced as of this writing.

OIG Hotline, please see my communication, below, with Disabled Veterans Empowerment Network.
I note that DVEN is a service of the VA, and thus is going to be especially responsive to directives from the FBI and its affiliates, even, presumably, when those directives are wrongful or dishonest.
I think this circumstance represents an opportunity to snare those aggressors who have attempted to wrongfully implicate my family members and me of malfeasance.
And I think they should be held to full accountability regarding this matter.
I will appreciate your rigorous insistence that the perpetrators of any falsified law enforcement reporting, including falsified evidence and falsified documents pertaining to our recent car donations, be fully prosecuted under the law.
Thank you for your determined support regarding this critical matter.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams

Dear Disabled Veterans Empowerment Network:
This communication represents our agreement that both vehicles donated to Disabled Veterans Empowerment Network on Saturday, February 7, 2026 -- our 2010 Buick LaCrosse and our 1999 Mercedes ML320 -- reflected lawful and honorable activity and that there was nothing suspicious, unlawful or criminal regarding the vehicles' contents, our property, our home, or my husband's possessions, cell phone, or communications at the time of the donation on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
If anyone affiliated with the Disabled Veterans Empowerment Network believes otherwise, this email serves as our agreement that DVEN will reply to me via return email with specific concerns right away, and certainly within 24 hours of this writing, on February 10, 2026 at 9:08 AM Pacific time.
In the absence of my confirmation via email of receipt of specific concerns or complaints regarding any of the above, DVEN will be confirming that all was ideal with regard to the lawfulness and honor of our conduct, our possessions, our property, our communications, our cell phones, and our vehicles.
Please see the documentation of DVEN's tow truck driver, here attached.
DVEN will also be confirming that our 1999 Mercedes ML 320 was received by DVEN on Saturday, February 7, 2026, but that our 2010 Buick LaCrosse was improperly released by the tow truck driver into the possession of a third party prior to being received by DVEN, and that DVEN did not take possession of the 2010 Buick until Monday, February 9, 2026. This irregularity allowed for allegedly extensive tampering with our 2010 Buick LaCrosse without the knowledge or consent of my family members or myself, and represented a fundamental breach of trust in the appropriate procedures of this donation.
Because I stand as a lead witness in an important human rights case at the U.S. DOJ, there are those who regularly attempt to tamper with my possessions, my cars, my communications, my electronic devices, my donations, etc., as well as those of my family members, in order to falsely implicate us of wrongdoing in some manner.
I know that DVEN, in caring about veterans' welfare, would wish to have nothing to do with dishonesty or wrongful conduct in this matter or any other.
The fundamental trust among Americans of goodwill and benevolence must be upheld at all times, and DVEN knows this quite well.
So, I appreciate your cooperation with the requirements of this communication, as they do ensure the preservation of my family's safety and my own.
I will follow up with you tomorrow to verify whether or not I have received any return email communication from DVEN with specifics regarding any or all of the above confirmations.
Sincerely yours,
Lane MacWilliams
