OIG Hotline, this is to expressly prohibit the transfer of funds awarded in my name and/or my identity to my sons or daughter-in-law in excess of those limits already delineated for your Office.
To reiterate, following herewith are the conditions on which any provision to my two sons and daughter-in-law may be made.

I hereby suggest that amounts that have been previously awarded to my two sons and daughter-in-law by the OIG Hotline for crimes perpetrated against them by the FBI and its affiliates, not to exceed one billion dollars per person, be provided to each of my two sons and daughter-in-law from awards that have been extended in my name, a variation of my name, or associated with my identity.
This provision is contingent upon the following:
- It must be determined that all conflict of interest standards are being met.
- My two sons and daughter in law can only accept this provision if they agree to permanently forego, prior to the provision, all involvement in government programs or contractor programs related to the government, including the Pxxxxxx Program, now and in the future. Various legal options for their guarantees should be explained to them, including their right to claim disability status in light of their need to recover from the trauma they have already suffered. Documentation of their binding guarantees not to be involved in any government programs now and in the future must be provided to me before any provision is extended.
- Funds provided to my two sons and daughter-in-law cannot be held within FBI accounts, FBI affiliate-agency accounts, FBI associate accounts, or government accounts. In other words, they need to be publicly held, just like other normal citizens. I must receive notification of pending settlements to my two sons and daughter-in-law before the provision is extended.
- To prevent misappropriation of funds extended to my two sons and daughter-in-law under this provision, my husband and I must both ensure that the capital is substantively retained over time, which is to say we must both have a role of oversight, guaranteeing that funds are not siphoned off, lost through speculative investment or misappropriated by disreputable advisors. All funds are to remain in trusts established for each of my two sons and daughter-in-law. Investments must be approved by us in advance, and management of the awards must be overseen with our help so that further victimization of my two children and daughter-in-law does not occur. My two sons and daughter-in-law cannot be expected to protect themselves or their belongings, given the sovereignty violations that have been perpetrated against them over time.
- The restoration of the full health, both physical and psychological, of my two sons and daughter-in-law is to be paid for by the FBI on an indefinite basis, given that the FBI is entirely responsible for this gratuitous and cruel harm. All communications devices enabling directives from their respective handlers to my two sons and daughter-in-law are to be permanently removed, and my two sons and daughter-in-law are to have no further communications with their handlers, their agencies, organized crime personnel who are affiliated with the FBI and its fellow agencies. They are only to have communication with government personnel with regard to the restoration of their health and wellbeing, in addition to the fulfillment of this provision.
- My two sons and daughter-in-law are to be allowed to speak the truth of their harrowing experience to their family members, who love and uphold them in every circumstance.
- Physicians and/or mental health personnel who may endeavor to assist the recoveries of my two sons and daughter-in-law are to be strictly prohibited from providing witness statements of any kind about my two sons and daughter-in-law to any third parties.
- Similarly, the family, professional colleagues, friends and acquaintances of my two sons and daughter-in-law are to be strictly prohibited from providing witness statements of any kind about my two sons and daughter-in-law to any third parties.
- Any "convictions" of my two sons and daughter-in-law for following their handlers' directives are to be vacated.
- Any charges toward my two sons and daughter-in-law are to be withdrawn without renewal.
- Fxxx deployments and/or jxxxx deployments toward my two sons and daughter-in-law are to be withdrawn in their entirety and never renewed.
- My two sons and daughter-in-law are to have rehabilitation and expert care to re-establish their full sovereignty and health in every measure.
- Defamation of any kind by the FBI or its affiliates toward my two sons and daughter-in-law is to be strictly prohibited.
OIG Hotline, please let me know whether these conditions can be met. I will be informing my sons and daughter-in-law of this request on my part. These beloved children deserve to recover from the needless trauma they have experienced at the hands of the malevolent and avaricious individuals within the FBI and among its affiliates.
