Settlements should be extended to my two sons and/or daughter-in-law with my express knowledge and consent.
At this time, I grant the OIG Hotline my permission to address misconduct by the FBI and its affiliates. Resulting penalties against the FBI or its affiliates may be funded to my accounts, but assessments may not be withdrawn for any reason at this time, except in the amount of 200 billion dollars to fund a foundation for the preservation and expansion of the National Parks, 5 billion dollars to the Smithsonian Institution for an exhibit pertaining to my case, 50 billion dollars to the Smithsonian Institution for an independent endowment, 50 billion dollars to PBS for an independent endowment, 100 billion dollars to fund a foundation for fusion research and development, and provisions for my two sons and daughter-in-law that avoid conflict of interest and meet listed requirements, as previously specified, and taxes owed on these allocations, which, in the interests of the nation, should be minimized.
Other than this, accounts affiliated with my name, any variations of my name, and/or my identity should be treated as locked, with the exception that deposits may occur.
All documentation, including deposits and appropriations made regarding this case, should be fully disclosed to the American public in perpetuity through the Smithsonian Institution until and unless I specify otherwise through my direct and ongoing communications with the Smithsonian, none of which have commenced as of this writing.
1. When was your older son's device placed next to his adenoid by his oral surgeon?
Answer: Approximately one year ago. We were told by his dentist that he required a gum surgery, when in truth this surgery was directed by the FBI and the DoD. The surgeon told us that he needed to remove some gum tissue from the roof of the mouth, and that was supposedly why there was a surgical wound in this location.
2. But in actuality, a lethal device was placed next to your son's adenoid, capable of taking his life remotely through an internal injury to his carotid artery.
Answer: Yes.
3. What is the term for this device, please?
Answer: A collar.
4. A "collar" as in a collar placed on a slave?
Answer: Yes, one and the same. A collar that conveys that a person's sovereignty has been stolen from him or her, and that his or her life may be rendered forfeit at any time.
5. By the FBI?
Answer: By the FBI, by the CIA, by the DHS, by the order of the Executive Branch. Any or all of the above.
6. Have you noticed a change in your older son's behavior since this surgery?
Answer: Yes, I have.
7. How so?
Answer: Previously, he had a degree of limited ability to defend himself against wrongful directives. Since the surgery, he has had none at all.
8. And you have reason to believe that the same surgery was performed on your younger son and daughter-in-law?
Answer: This allegation has been extended, yes.
9. You had no idea you were assisting those who planned to victimize your family as a whole when you believed that your son's referral to an oral surgeon was legitimate, did you?
Answer: None at all.
10. How do you feel about this circumstance in retrospect?
Answer: It's stunning news, certainly. There are many types of human rights violations that have been extended against my family, but this represents one of the most appalling abuses of power that could be discovered in this case.
11. How do you feel about the false witness statements your sons and daughter-in-law have been forced to sign, as well as the other forms of harm they have been coerced to commit while in fear for their lives the entire time?
Answer: I just feel tremendous compassion for their plight. To be living under this constant threat of being executed if one says the wrong word or refuses a wrongful directive -- this circumstance is unimaginable for most of us.
12. Can this case finally be settled to your requirements given these remarkable revelations?
Answer: With the help of the U.S. Congress, the Supreme Court, and the Office of the Inspector General Hotline, yes, it can.
13. It happens to be Super Bowl Sunday. What does that mean to you in the context of your family's struggle for the truth?
Answer: Number one, the vast majority of the nation wants to see a fair debate about matters that pertain to our long term freedom.
What would the Super Bowl be worth if we knew that some athletes were implanted with invisible "collars" that had co-opted their free will and their performance? Nothing. (For the record, I don't believe this has happened.)
Similarly, what would our nation be worth if any or all of us could be enslaved against our will through means that, in response to the wrong word or the exercise of our free choice, could execute us at the decision of a third party unknown to us? Nothing.
We are worthy as a nation because of the fact that we are striving honestly and courageously toward the best possible goals, and because that striving represents our sovereign and independent decision-making as individuals.
We don't want this freedom stolen from us or taken from our children through means we cannot perceive.
14. How many "collars" do you think are currently deployed within the United States population as a whole?
Answer: Among critical military and intelligence personnel, the deployments are probably universal. That's why we're not seeing leaks about certain programs. The numbers are in the millions, though how many exactly, I don't know. Is it four million? Is it five million? This is the likely range, but the specifics should be assessed carefully.
15. Has the Congress been aware of these deployments before now? Has the Supreme Court been aware of them?
Answer: No, and no. I don't believe that these bodies of governance have been appropriately informed as a whole, although individual members have received these disclosures.
16. What is the responsibility of the U.S. Congress and the Supreme Court to address the immediate circumstances of your family with regard to this case?
Answer: There is a pressing responsibility to remove those devices from my children and daughter-in-law on an urgent basis, as I have said.
After that, I would hope that some form of outreach would be extended to me right away.
17. What if this information is considered confidential by the U.S. government?

18. You are receiving threats, ostensibly from the FBI, to your family members of forced job loss, additional harm to your family members, your pets, your property, etc. based on these revelations. May I know your response?

Answer: Yes.
