1. I would like to ask you about your older son, if you don't mind, because the FBI appeared to allege to you that it directed someone to call in a false law enforcement tip about him today.
Answer: I don't have verification of that allegation. But yes, the FBI seemed to say that a member of the public had been explicitly directed to file a false report about him.
2. What was the intent with that false report?
Answer: I haven't seen it, and I don't know its contents. But the FBI alleges that the agency was planning to direct his doctor, whom he saw today, to file a false report in support of the first.
3. Was this meant to result in a law enforcement action intended to cause his death?
Answer: This is the FBI's apparent assertion, yes.
4. And you have said that his handler continues to present him with an untenable ultimatum of some kind. May I ask what that ultimatum is reported to be?
Answer: Like all the Pxxxxxx Program ultimatums, it is said to be a "kill or be killed" ultimatum, which would be extremely upsetting to anyone. I think one of the choices being presented is suicide or staged suicide, and God only knows what the other one is.
5. But the FBI and its affiliates have spent a fairly long time in working up a false diagnosis of your son, as well as directing his doctors and nurses to describe him as aggressive or dangerous, neither of which actually describe your son at all.
Answer: No, they don't. My son's personality is quite peaceable, thoughtful and kind.
6. His handler directed him in various behaviors, including swearing and expectoration, that were filmed and recorded by unlawful FBI surveillance within your home, is that correct? And weren't these films later used to defame him to his physicians and nurses and others?
Answer: Yes, those behaviors were directed under threat of death from his handler. And yes, alleged films and recordings of those behaviors were later used to defame him in myriad settings, including medical ones.
7. He has been overmedicated with two neuroleptics and an anti-anxiety medication for eleven months on the basis of those films. Isn't that the case? Isn't it the case that the FBI called this a "pharmaceutical lobotomy"? Isn't it the case that your son now complains at times of not being able to think any thoughts at all because of the manner in which he has been harmed through prescription medication directed by the FBI?
Answer: This is all true.
8. And isn't it also true that the FBI has tried actively to conceal the pituitary tumor that caused his initial symptoms?
Answer: Yes, it is.
9. Instead, they directed his physicians to label him with a diagnosis of mental illness otherwise unexplained, didn't they?
Answer: Yes, they did.
10. Is it true that the FBI alleges that CIA contractors have forced him to repeatedly fire a weapon against his will? That he has experienced the torture of repeated food and water restriction? That he has been experimented upon medically, a fact for which you have documented proof? That he was forced to allow the repeated implantation of communications devices from his CIA handler, even though he cannot grant legal consent? That the FBI alleges that the agency rendered him involuntarily sterile through unconsented radiation exposure? That the FBI has subjected him to other forms of torture that could be considered cruel and unusual? That the DoD has repeatedly demanded knowingly false witness statements about your family from him? That he was forcibly raped by CIA contractors on July 19, 2024 in order to extract knowingly false witness statements from him?
Answer: This is all true. The FBI has alleged all of these crimes against him.
11. Isn't it true that the FBI is now alleging ongoing pesticide and toxin exposures to your entire family as part of the agency's "exxxxxxxxx protocol"? Isn't it true that your family members are routinely threatened with kidnapping, as are you yourself? That you all face the threat of arson, home invasion, unconsented appropriation of your documents, sniper assault, Dxx assault, ongoing radiation exposures, "extraction," arrest, withheld medical care for the many diseases the FBI has conveyed to all of you, defamation, and false accusations and convictions allowing President Biden to further invade funds awarded in your name under the auspices of the OIG Hotline and the ODNI?
Answer: Yes, it is.
12. Isn't it true that the FBI appears to advise you to "be stoic" indefinitely, when in fact you and your family have been stoic over your victimization by the FBI for years?
Answer: Yes.
13. Did the Supreme Court mandate that Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23 be upheld in your case, requiring outreach from an attorney who has been representing you as lead plaintiff in a class action?
Answer: The FBI appears to indicate that it did.
14. And you are now awaiting that contact, are you not?
Answer: I am.
15. Will it be forthcoming?
Answer: The White House, the Congress, and the incoming administration all need to support that outreach, alongside the Supreme Court. And I hope they do so on an immediate basis.
16. You feel that the delays are unconscionable in terms of the risk to life, health, safety, security, freedom and future all of your family members and you yourself are experiencing. Is that true?
Answer: Emphatically so. Delays cannot be justified any longer.
17. It is important to you that no further aggression be tolerated from anyone involved in this case. Would you like to explain why?
Answer: I recognize that the FBI, the CIA, and the DoD have difficult jobs to do, and I happen to know what they are. Instead of finger pointing at the top levels with regard to the disclosures of the past few days, instead of pursuing a failed strategy of aggression that has served no one, instead of panicking about the plans that top leaders fear have been laid bare, these organizations and individuals need to have an attorney reach out to me on an immediate basis, in accordance with the rulings of the Supreme Court upholding FRCP 23.
18. Despite the sounder reasoning you are extending, the FBI alleges that, alongside all the other threats you have illuminated, the agency has now been authorized to convey acute infectious illness to you and to your family members as a means of "solving the problem" the Biden administration now faces regarding its crimes against your family and the American people as a whole.
Answer: That is accurate.
19. Do you have any idea of what infectious illnesses the FBI has been authorized to expose you and your family to?
Answer: In the past, the FBI has alleged everything from anthrax, to cholera, to XDR-TB, to "green lung," to the plague, to the Spanish flu, to H5N1, to sepsis, to various other horrific infections.
20. Does the FBI allege variants that are much more deadly versions of these diseases than would normally be expected?
Answer: The agency has made these allegations repeatedly, yes.
21. Will you please be informing us about how you, your family, and MX are feeling?
Answer: Yes, I will.
22. One more question: you have expressed concerns about the foundational health of your family members recently, given certain assaults perpetrated by the FBI against all of you. Have you received a satisfactory response?
Answer: No, I have not.
23. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us regarding these critical concerns. I certainly hope you receive outreach from an attorney on an immediate basis. And if not, I certainly hope you will continue sharing your insights with us.
Answer: Thank you for those good wishes. I will be delighted to continue sharing my insights as long as attorney contact is being withheld.
Lane MacWilliams
P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time. I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation. Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms. As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
