My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Update: President Biden's Lamentable Abdication of the Presidency

Update:  Certain segments pertaining to the origins of the war in Gaza have been redacted below, after I received threats that I would be killed if they remained publicly available.

Lane MacWilliams

**********************************************************************************

 1.  How would you characterize the current governance of the Biden Administration, both domestically and internationally?

Answer:  I would characterize it as abdication.  There's just a disengagement with affairs of state that is historic.  If the American people aren't alarmed by the lack of true leadership from elected officials, they should be.

2.  How are you seeing this manifest domestically?

Answer:  Well, as I have said previously, the FBI alleges that President Biden himself approved of a Pxxxxxx Program initiative to take the lives of four college students at the University of Idaho on November 13, 2022.  This was a sadistic and gratuitous act, and the FBI was right at the center of it, as was the White House.

3.  How could this crime possibly have been justified?

Answer:  There were several levels on which it was justified, I'm certain.  But it's primary intent was to terrorize the American public.  To comprehend this, you really need to comprehend the full history of the Pxxxxxx Program, which was authorized in its current incarnation under President Nixon.  At that time, the military, in the form of Special Forces counterinsurgency groups, would typically go into small villages in Vietnam covertly during the night, murder an innocent family, disappear for a few days -- and then formally "arrive" into town to blame the act on the Viet Cong.  The intent was to terrorize the town, turn it against the North, and gain control of the country as a whole.

4.  But we lost the Vietnam War, so these techniques were ineffective.

Answer:  We lost the overt war, without question.  But the military gained a great deal of expertise in covert war.  The CIA, which really claims primary ownership of the Pxxxxxx Program, ran covert torture centers in Vietnam, paying informants to denounce those who might be loyal to the North -- and of course a huge percentage of those names were just sacrifices to the motive of monetary compensation.  But the military learned a great deal about how to infiltrate a society and take it apart at the seams.  And the quadruple murder that occurred in Moscow, Idaho on November 14, 2022 was reflective of exactly the kind of crime the Pxxxxxx Program has become known for -- one that terrorizes the public, and motivates people to seek safety by supporting the military that offers to protect them.

5.  So the military is both committing the crime and offering the remedy.

Answer: Yes, this is very much the arsonist/fire fighter paradigm.  The military perpetrates the crime, blames that perpetration on innocents, and then magnanimously offers its services to protect the public from any recurrence.

6.  This type of crime is precisely what led Daniel Ellsberg to release "The Pentagon Papers," isn't it?

Answer:  I think it's important for me to clarify that I do not intend to release to the public any information that may be considered sensitive according to my understanding.

But yes, Daniel Ellsberg was embedded with Special Forces groups in Vietnam in 1965-1967, so he saw exactly what was going on.

7.  But to return to November 13, 2022, why would President Biden ever have authorized such a heinous crime within the borders of the United States?

Answer:  Obviously, there was a capitulation to an FBI initiative.

8.  Do you see other areas of capitulation by President Biden to de facto governance by the military/industrial/intelligence complex?

Answer: Oh, there are many examples.  One notable case was when the President announced to the press that he was sending the CIA over to Israel and Gaza to try to broker a peace.

9.  Why was this so exceptional?

Answer:  Because the CIA was taking over the State Department's job in a very sensitive circumstance.  To understand the reason why, it is necessary to comprehend that Gazans had maps to those residential areas they entered on October 7, 2023, causing great harm to innocent Israelis, and those detailed maps were provided by (redacted content).

10.  So, it was a planned action, and (redacted content).

Answer:  More than (redacted content).

11.  Did President Biden know about the plans for October 7, 2023 in advance?

Answer:  (Redacted content.)

12.  Did Congress know?

Answer:  The vast majority of Congress did not know in advance, although the information that the Gazans were working with detailed maps that had been provided by (redacted content)  quickly circulated the House and Senate afterwards.

13.  As Commander in Chief, is President Biden responsible?

Answer:  (Redacted content.)

14.  And is he also responsible for the loss of the four college students on November 13, 2022?

Answer:  Again, one hundred percent.

15.  What do you think about the FBI's assertion that President Biden intends to pardon Brandan Pesa, the perpetrator of that quadruple homicide, as the "last official act of his Presidency"?

Answer:  Given that an innocent young man, Brian Kohberger, is now standing trial for his life in those crimes, I think it's an astonishing choice.  President Biden was not only willing to authorize the quadruple murders in advance, but he is now willing to send an innocent young man to his death in an attempt to preserve his personal "legacy."  I think that's a shameful decision and I think the American people would whole-heartedly agree with me.

16.  Has President Biden's abdication of the job of Commander in Chief extended to your own case?

Answer:  The FBI alleges that President Biden has done rather more than turn a blind eye to my case, unfortunately.  The agency has suggested that there is a text thread involving the President, FBI Chief of Station Tom Lyons, and organized crime boss Brandan Pesa, implicating the three of them in a plan to murder my whole family for their personal profit.

17.  This involves a scheme to appropriate funds awarded in your name through the OIG Hotline and the ODNI?

Answer:  According to the FBI, yes it does.

18.  Was the quadruple homicide committed on November 13, 2022 intended by Brandan Pesa and the FBI to terrorize you personally in any regard?

Answer:  I believe it was.  And without going into those details here, I will just say that the FBI's intent appeared to be to convey the message, "We can kill your family of four at any time and get away with it."

19.  Did they want you to stop speaking about the agency's perpetration of crimes of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against law-abiding American citizens?

Answer:  Most certainly.

20.  But did the FBI ever stop trying to take your life and your family members' lives in the process of conveying that message?

Answer:  Oh, no.  The FBI and Brandan Pesa, with the alleged full involvement of the President, have appeared to prey upon our lives the entire time without ceasing.

21.  And this is still going on currently?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

22.  Is it true that the FBI has referenced the "Pxxxxxx Program" as a "Killing Game," with points and incentives for the perpetrators?

Answer:  Myriad times.

23.  So the FBI and its affiliate agencies have been playing this "Killing Game" with the innocent American public, utilizing various stratagems over time?

Answer:  They have.

24.  Do any of these entities appear to be willing to allow the fulfillment of FRCP 23 in your case, requiring attorney outreach to you on an immediate basis?

Answer:  Not without prompting, no.

25.  So your letter to the OIG Hotline, in the role of joint counsel with legal representatives whom you do not know, is intended to serve as that prompting?

Answer:  It is.  Yes.

26.  Why are you unwilling to wait any longer?

Answer:  We have medical needs that must be addressed as a direct result of the FBI's crimes against my family, and at the same time, I am receiving threats of planned harms to be perpetrated against my family in the event of medical access.  So the circumstance is untenable.  There has to be a degree of public exposure in prompting the individuals involved to recognize and uphold our human rights.

27.  President Biden is said to be preoccupied with concerns over his "legacy."  Isn't that the case?

Answer:  According to the FBI, it is.  I don't think the four murders in Moscow, Idaho are going to burnish that legacy, but I'm willing to let the American people weigh in on that question.

28.  Do the President and certain others have concerns about concealing their alleged perpetration of, according to the FBI, defrauding the U.S. government, committing election fraud, authorizing forgeries in your name, and engaging in a conspiracy against rights"?

Answer:  The FBI is alleging that there is extensive concern on the part of the President and others surrounding this list.  But, while the FBI appears to have direct knowledge of these events, I do not.  I only know about this list of alleged crimes against the public because the FBI appeared to send this list to my email inbox one day.

29.  Do you believe that these crimes occurred?

Answer:  I believe the FBI knows the truth of this matter.  It's fair to say that I have deep concerns given that I have still not been provided with FOIA reports or investigative reports.  In addition, the prohibition of required attorney contact with me through FRCP 23 is an extremely worrisome sign.

30.  You feel this administration might attempt to take the lives of your now five family members instead of allowing you requisite contact from an attorney.

Answer:  I do, yes.  Without attorney contact, we are completely vulnerable to ongoing crimes by President Biden and his cohort, including Tom Lyons and Brandan Pesa.

31.  What is the best resolution of this matter?

Answer:  The best resolution resides in immediate contact from an attorney or attorneys through the upholding of FRCP 23.  That was true last month, last week, yesterday, and it's still true today.

32.  Will the President comply with the law in this regard as required by the Supreme Court?

Answer:  I certainly hope he makes that choice.  Hubris can carry people only so far.  The President should never forget that the American people have invested him with the power he wields, and their expectations of ethical conduct, given that privilege, do not include the heinous abuses of human rights we have been discussing today, nor will they ever.

A man who is overconcerned about his legacy may have myriad reasons to worry.

My view is that these are matters best discussed with the help of a high-level attorney in fulfillment of FRCP 23.

We'll have to see whether the President and his friends agree with me.

Lane MacWilliams

P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time.  I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation.  Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms.  As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
