OIG Hotline, I am concerned on several legal fronts with regard to LaSelva. The FBI appears to suggest that LaSelva employee Robert Rhode has followed the directives of his handler in attempting to counter my desire to ensure that there is no conflict of interest pertaining to LaSelva's care for my older son due to the FBI or FBI affiliates. In fact, the agency has appeared to suggest that Robert Rhode has been directed to try to establish the basis for a nonsensical "restraining order" regarding this matter.
I don't believe that I have the legitimate legal basis to protect my older son from further harms perpetrated with LaSelva's consent, given that my only legal relationship to him is that of Limited Power of Medical Attorney. My legal claim would certainly change if I elect to file suit, which I may choose to do.
The FBI appears to definitively claim that my older son was released from counseling days with LaSelva's consent, without my husband's knowledge or my own, to participate in Pxxxxxx Program training activities, as well as human trafficking crimes and other crimes at President Biden's express directive.
This particular choice on LaSelva's part has grievously imperiled my son at this time, even when he is not attending LaSelva programming.
If I do not hear from Meremy Needham with an assurance of no FBI relationship to LaSelva, no FBI-affiliate relationship to LaSelva, and no Infragard relationship to LaSelva by 10:00 AM tomorrow morning, I will need to reach out to an attorney to ask for assistance regarding the written clarifications I require from Ms. Needham and her supervisor, as well as to ascertain the basis for legal action against LaSelva at the earliest opportunity if the necessary assurance is not forthcoming.
I do not wish to endanger the investigation of the OIG Hotline in any manner, so I will ask an attorney to reach out to you in any legal process I need to undertake to preserve my son's safety and security.
It would clearly be best if I have outreach from an attorney in compliance with FRCP 23 as soon as possible.
I will appreciate all you can do to support that necessity.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
