************************************************************************
Dear ODNI FOIA Office:
My FOIA request was extended to you in the autumn of 2022. Your investigations division has been actively investigating the case related to my FOIA request since the autumn of 2023, for over one year. The OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ initiated an investigation of my FOIA case in the summer of 2023 that originally concluded in September of 2023, but has been ongoing.
My case is well known within the ODNI, within Director Haines' Office, and within the White House. ODNI has engaged in active and ongoing dialogue with OIG Hotline investigators within the OIG Hotline in sharing information pertinent to dual investigations of CIA and FBI malfeasance against my family in the United States and overseas as well in the form of the agencies' perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against law-abiding American citizens.
The CIA has this week engaged in knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting connected to a xxxxxxxx trip of my xxxxxxxxx in xxxx, preceded by a prior set of false reports connected to his travel to xxxx the week before.
ODNI is entirely aware of this false reporting, and has been paying close attention to its details, including its components related to AI-generation of falsified video and audio.
My xxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx was recruited by CIA-personnel at the request of FBI Station Chief Tom Lyons in an "inter-agency effort" to falsely implicate my family given that I have stood as a whistleblower of FBI malfeasance in the form of its false reporting against honorable American citizens.
My xxxxx xxx has suffered myriad harms as the result of criminal directives by his CIA handler, with at least two attempts to wrongfully implicate him being perpetrated by his handler over the course of the last week. He experienced forcible rape by CIA contractors on July 19 2024 at a location known by CIA personnel in the SF Bay area, referenced as "The Cave."
I'm sorry, but your statement that you do not possess my original FOIA request is not credible. Search your records by my birthdate, please, xxxxx xx, xxxx, and my request and all related information will be available to you.
It is well-known by this time, according to allegations from the FBI itself, that President Biden has engaged in repeated schemes to improperly invade funds awarded in my name through the ODNI and the OIG Hotline, both. And these actions have been attempted while my life has been under active and ongoing threat, as have the lives of my family members.
I recognize that the ODNI is answerable to the White House, but it is also answerable to me as a law-abiding American citizen.
Your claim that you cannot locate my FOIA request lacks all credibility, and stands as a clear ploy on the part of the White House to conceal the ODNI's longstanding investigation of this matter.
The failure to date of the ODNI to provide me with all FOIA materials pursuant to my 2022 request is a derogation of public mission that must now be rectified.
The OIG Hotline of the U.S. DOJ possesses full knowledge of my original FOIA request of your Office, in addition to a copy of the original request, provided to them in 2022, as does Congress.
If, after locating my materials, you are still confused, I respectfully encourage you to check with the OIG Hotline lead investigator regarding this matter within the DOJ. This individual will be able to enlighten you as to the ODNI investigations team that has been handling this FOIA investigation, and they themselves will be able to fill you in with regard to ODNI findings, settlements, and penalties extended in my name.
This communication will be rendered public, with redactions of my choosing, due to the fundamental deceit underlying the allegation that ODNI is suddenly disoriented surrounding the existence of my 2022 FOIA request. Your Office, and that of the ODNI Hotline, which is copied here, maintains confidentiality restraints due to the sensitivity of the disclosures included herein. However the OIG Hotline has my full permission to disclose this information to the Supreme Court, with confidential procedure.
Having said that, if ODNI engages with me honestly in the future, I will maintain those communications as privileged.
Sincerely yours,
Lane MacWilliams
