OIG Hotline, I include herewith a text conversation with my older son yesterday simply to demonstrate that false witness statements have no bearing whatsoever on real relationships, true history, genuine families, or whistleblower conduct.
The fact of the matter is that it is intimidating to have two uniformed DoD personnel demanding your signature on a false statement as a purported "national security concern." (Please note that my sons did not disclose these occurrences. The FBI did.)
When that demand is combined with death threats from a handler, withheld medical care for serious illnesses, food and water restriction, forced "training" in "fight clubs," numerous other harms that are tantamount to torture stratagems, and threats to the lives and livelihoods of loved ones, the result is nearly always compliance.
But our country should not feel proud of that result.
Compliance in the face of a demand for lies is a quick route to the sacrifice of everything that makes a nation worthy. And for these stratagems to become institutionalized, accepted, and authorized at the highest levels of government represents a great risk to the American people's future freedoms.
My sons know their parents are highly honorable people.
The rest of the world should know it, too, despite the defamation attempts of segments of the FBI and their affiliates.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time. I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation. Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms. As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
