My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Apparent FBI Threats to the MacWilliams Family, December 22, 2024

OIG Hotline, please be apprised that the FBI appears to be extending suggestions, based on my Amazon "recommended just for you" feed, of a lawyer who is being threatened with falsified law enforcement reporting.  This is a new threat, and seems to suggest that a lead attorney is being threatened with a spurious murder charge if he or she does not comply with FBI directives in this case.  For the record, I don't read mysteries and I have no ordering history of this kind of fare:

Other than this, there appear to be books that are critical of President Biden.  This does not represent my past purchases either:

There are specifics regarding non-conventional vectors of disease, and mentions of unusual viruses with pandemic potential that could be used to wrongfully justify an "execution" for security reasons:

There are repeated threats of arson, and a title which appears to reference Sean Devlin, Fire Chief of the Woodside Fire Protection District, which serves Portola Valley:

In addition, there are apparent threats of poison being added to our water glasses or food on Christmas day, threats of a contaminated water supply to our home, threats of intentional flooding of our home, threats of poisoned sunflowers or gifted flowers on Christmas Day,  threats of anthrax-contaminated Christmas gifts, threats of toxic chemical exposures, threats of shattered glass through a Special Forces entry to my home, threats of a "kill or capture" directive, threats of a "Thursday Night Murder Club," and threats of staged car accident.

In addition, there are threats of "natural disasters/unnatural disasters," previously described.

Alongside this, there are threats of power outage and the "wiping" of my computer and cell phone through a "crashing" process directed by President Biden.

It seems as though the FBI may have unlawfully threatened a lawyer representing me to make an error in my case or to mount an inadequate defense, thus rendering my family members and myself vulnerable to all of the harms above and more.

My husband and I continue to be law-abiding and honorable in every way, shape and form.

Please assist us if possible in ensuring that an appeal is filed as rapidly as possible on our behalf, and that all attorneys working on my behalf in this case are being adequately supported by others who can ensure that threats from the FBI and its affiliates are not tolerated.

Most sincerely,

Lane MacWilliams

P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time.  I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation.  Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms.  As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
