1. Do you believe that President Biden will abide by Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, allegedly upheld by the Supreme Court, to allow the Southern Poverty Law Center, the ACLU, or whichever attorney has been representing you to contact you regarding your case?
Answer: I don't know. I remain very concerned by allegations that there is continued authorization of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against my family members and myself, according to the FBI.
2. The FBI has suggested that President Biden's people have approached President Trump with an offer of bribes in the hope of avoiding investigation regarding your case. Is that correct?
Answer: When the FBI appears to refer to the Biden administration as "Government Gangsters," alongside mentions of "dealmaking", and comments about accounting irregularities and alterations of Supreme Court records, this does appear to be the implication. I certainly would hope that President Trump and the Republican-led Congress would rebuff any such attempt.
3. You have experienced apparent encouragement from the FBI to start a consulting business, which the FBI alleges would thrive if you will only stop talking about this matter publicly.
Answer: First of all, this would represent a profound conflict of interest. But separate and apart from that, the "target of interest" program doesn't actually work that way. The FBI, like all totalitarian organizations, doesn't believe that it can be "wrong" about its lists. This is an institution that was essentially built around J. Edgar Hoover's psychology, and he represented the extremes of malignant narcissism, according to various experts. So the FBI is loath to ever acknowledge publicly that it was wrong.
Christopher Wray's apology over the falsifications of the victim statements of the USA gymnasts, and the obstruction of any timely investigation of Larry Nassar, represented a notable exception.
But in general, the FBI has failed to publicly acknowledge when it has been wrong.
And my own case has demonstrated that the agency plans to continue, and, in fact, accelerate knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting against the American public over the short term.
My focus lately has been on Constitutional violations of Americans' rights through programs like the "target of interest" program, the "non-investigative subjects" program and the "Pxxxxxx Program," because I believe there may be a potential to make a difference for Americans over the long term regarding the freedoms afforded to them by addressing the inherent conflict with our founding documents.
4. So why do you believe the FBI appears to be encouraging you to found an LLC or an S corp at this time as a foray into business consulting?
Answer: Precisely because this could be used by the FBI to argue collusion or corruption on my part, neither one of which has taken place. I have received no financial benefit whatsoever from my endeavor to illuminate the problem of widespread falsified law enforcement reporting within the FBI. In fact, I have suffered extreme financial losses, and so has my family. Right now, while one segment of the FBI might like to fabricate a story about some self-dealing plan on my part, in communication with others I've never met and whose names I don't know, the agency cannot manage it. The FBI is seeking proof of malfeasance it simply doesn't have. As a result, I receive dozens of suggestions every day to start my own consulting business as a quick route to prosperity.
5. What is your view of the FBI's attempt to wrongfully implicate you on this front?
Answer: I am not amused. I think the FBI is baffled when it comes across a truly virtuous person. The agency seems to believe that every American can be bribed or threatened into submission, and I find that suggestion to be profoundly offensive.
6. Is the FBI also attempting to falsely implicate your husband of wrongdoing?
Answer: Constantly, it seems, if the threats are to be believed. My husband has travel later this month to both xxxxx and xxxxxx, and the FBI alleges that it has been working overtime to imperil his travel, set up fake "contacts" who can be filmed in airports and hotels, and coerce his colleagues a priori into preparing to file knowingly false witness statements about their meetings.
7. So, the FBI acknowledges attempting to frame him?
Answer: Oh, yes. The FBI and the CIA appear to claim to be working overtime on this objective.
8. How can you possibly protect your husband, given that you make it a policy not to ask very much about his work?
Answer: I think the best thing at this point is just to request that OIG Hotline investigators reach out to him directly, upon his return from travel. Otherwise the agencies are going to be presenting false evidence before the Supreme Court. And that situation can quickly become a life-threatening scenario for my whole family.
My husband would be delighted to answer any questions that OIG Hotline investigators might have for him. And there needs to be a way to circumvent this highly destructive secrecy which the FBI and CIA are exploiting for their own purposes in falsely accusing honorable Americans of crimes of which their "targets" know absolutely nothing.
9. You would like the Biden administration to cease and desist in the authorization of all false reporting against your family members, MX and yourself.
Answer: That's fair to say.
10. Instead, the FBI alleges that your sons and MX are being harassed and harmed daily by their handlers, and that, alongside death threats, they are receiving regular visits from DoD personnel who demand knowingly false witness statements from them at the directive of President Biden himself. Isn't that so?
Answer: This appears to be what the FBI is alleging, yes.
11. Will your sons and MX be asked to file false witness statements regarding your family's movie outing today, as well as the part of the football game they watch together at your son's condominium?
Answer: I believe they will be forced to do so. Further, the FBI has alleged that there will be false reporting or harm of some kind connected to their take-out restaurant. So, yes, the FBI already has its lies planned out regarding this family get-together.
12. Why is the FBI trying to destroy virtuous American families through knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting?
Answer: I think the better question is why have these initiatives been allowed to expand under President Biden. And this answer is related to the FBI's studies regarding worldwide demographics and climate change.
13. You are suggesting that the FBI is engaging in mass atrocities that are justified through knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting?
Answer: I am. The FBI has perpetrated mass atrocities based on the "target of interest" program and it's gearing up to perpetrate them on a much larger scale than we have seen heretofore, and on a much larger scale than the world has seen heretofore.
14. You have spoken about data centers as providing the hard architecture of falsified law enforcement reporting as generated by AI, so that every American will have a "dossier" implicating him or her of crimes of which he or she knows nothing.
Answer: That's correct. And on this basis, we can expect to see mass arrests, mass "relocations," and mass killing. This is where it's all heading, unfortunately.
No one felt that it was appropriate to tell the public the truth about the climate crisis, and as a result, the three-letter agencies have been preparing to "solve the climate problem" through the most reprehensible means possible.
The FBI alleges that we're going to have another pandemic in the near future, and so the health challenges are just going to add more chaos to the society overall. There will be regular power outages that render life unbearable in the colder months for much of the nation. So there will be a general movement toward the southern states -- where much of the population will effectively be refugees from its own government.
At that point, the fake dossiers can be utilized to justify the taking of any American's life. And they will be.
15. Will there be other elements of distress for the public, as if those you mentioned were not enough?
Answer: There will be various environmental crises that cause emergencies for millions of Americans. Hurricanes, blizzards, tornados, flooding, earthquakes, wildfires. In addition, the FBI continues to threaten EMP or non-conventional warfare deployment as a means of distracting from the chaos the agency itself is causing.
16. Will the American people really understand what is happening?
Answer: Right now, the public doesn't have a chance. They don't know what's coming, and they don't know why.
17. Did President Biden have an opportunity to address the issue of the FBI's perpetration of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting?
Answer: He did have that opportunity on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, he was simply too cowardly a leader to seize it by informing the public of this immediate threat to their well-being. Instead, the FBI claims he repeatedly invaded funds awarded in my name and began passing them out to the Democratic Party, to his family, his colleagues, and his friends.
18. And all the while you and your family were being tortured, because you were still hoping to inform the public about this pressing threat to their safety.
Answer: Yes, we were.
19. So, President Biden was really profiting from your torture?
Answer: This is what the FBI claims. I certainly have had no outreach from my representation, from the OIG Hotline, or from anyone regarding my case. And the silence serves as a stunning indictment of the Biden administration, in my opinion.
20. Do you believe President Trump and the Republican-led Congress have the will to hold President Biden accountable for his alleged crimes regarding your case?
Answer: I certainly hope they do. And alongside that, I hope they can insist that, over the longer term, Americans will be protected from the perils of falsified law enforcement reporting, given the extent to which it destroys the fabric of human society and civilian governance.
21. You're not focused on the short term, because you believe that the United States will move into a period of martial law.
Answer: That's correct. This is foreseeable. I'm simply making the argument that, should the nation return to civilian governance later, we don't want the totalitarian systems of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting to predominate. Instead, we want the Constitution to be brought back into its central role of guiding civilian governance.
22. What do you make of the FBI's suggestion that AI has been deployed to create fake dossiers of your and/or your family members' exploits on the "dark web."
Answer: I would be very interested to read those files, because I'm not on the "dark web" at all! Neither is my husband! And I highly doubt my sons or MX are unless their handlers have directed it under threat.
23. Would you know how to access the "dark web" if you had to do so?
Answer: I would have absolutely no idea how to proceed.
24. So all accusations of "dark web" activity on your part or your husband's part are patent falsehoods.
Answer: Correct. Any allegations in this realm are knowingly false.
25. You have not prepared any documentation for the OIG Hotline allowing recent invasion of funds awarded in your name?
Answer: I have not done so recently and I have not done so in the distant past either.
25. Would you please speak to us further about these concerns in general? We would be particularly interested to know whether your efforts result in any communication from your legal representatives regarding your case.
Answer: If I receive any communication from my representation, I may be able to signify that outreach has occurred. But I doubt I could convey any details other than that.
26. You believe it is in the interests of the three-letter agencies, the Biden administration, and, indeed, others involved in this case to open up a dialogue with you as soon as possible.
Answer: I believe the nation is best served by outreach from my representation in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23, yes.
27. Thank you for your insights.
Answer: You are quite welcome.
Lane MacWilliams
P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time. I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or their affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of their manifestation. Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms. As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
