My Third Novel's Conclusion, My Heartbreak

My heart begins to break when I think about completing this particular book -- because this narrative has sustained me like no other story I've known. It's both more personal and more universal than my other works. But beyond memory and archetype, it's a cri-de-coeur about needing to become the person one is destined to be. And in the writing, I have met my own life's work, my own fated journey -- having the sense all the while that the pages are suffused with a resonance, an energy, an electrified field that defies explanation. Writers hope and pray to be overtaken by a work in this way -- to be conscripted into passionate service of a profound story. To experience it even once in a lifetime seems a great privilege. I still have several months before this novel is complete, and this constitutes my reprieve. Because I'm not ready for the beauty to end.

Update: Honorable Fulfillment of FRCP 23

Update:  The name of a medical center has been removed from Question #18.

1.  What does it mean that you are now telling the truth publicly and daily about President Biden's authorization of the quadruple murder of the college students in Moscow, Idaho on November 13, 2022?

Answer:  It means that I require lawful and honorable outreach to me in accordance with FRCP 23 on an immediate basis.  These matters are related.  They should all be discussed in the appropriate setting with highly able attorneys.

2.  Is the White House interested in realigning with the rule of law?

Answer:  It's important to understand that the falsified law enforcement reporting that was associated with the Patriot Act and the Espionage Act in order to wrongfully justify the murders of those innocent college students is spoken of, behind closed doors, as "the rule of law."  

3.  The four college students in Moscow, Idaho were "targets of interest" under the FBI's unconstitutional program?

Answer:  Yes, they were.  The two surviving roommates were FBI informants who had been pressured to provide false witness statements to their handlers, without realizing what the devastating consequences of those lies would be.  If you recall, the local police department, immediately following the crimes, described the killings to the public as "targeted."  When the public wanted to know how the police department had made that assessment, they retracted their previous statement.  In actuality, the local police department knew the killings were targeted, because they had a file of false reporting on all four of these students.

4.  Didn't the two surviving roommates not leave their rooms until quite a bit later, after the crimes had occurred?

Answer:  Their handlers told them to remain in their rooms until the crime scene was somewhat staged following the crimes themselves.  They complied.

5.  How could President Biden ever have authorized such a heinous crime against innocents?

Answer:  That's an appropriate question to be asking.  How could that authorization have occurred?

6.  What are we to make of the fact that the FBI filmed the crimes themselves?

Answer:  Obviously, the documentation of these crimes was intended to terrorize those within the three-letter agencies who had access to that material.  The FBI leadership is utilizing such images as warnings to anyone who would step out of line in terms of what could happen to their loved ones or to them directly. should they object.  It stands as a kind of trophy killing which enforces the silence of everyone who knows the details of the perpetration of these crimes.

7.  So, when the FBI told the poor families who among their children had fought back ...?

Answer:  Those FBI officials had seen the whole crime in real time.  They knew exactly how it unfolded.

8.  Did the President see the videotape?

Answer:  The FBI conveys that he did.

8.  Would you like to make a statement about the fact that this crime occurred?

Answer:  I would, yes.  I would like to point out that our children are not "targets" in a violent video game directed by the FBI.  They are not automatons, mock-ups, puppets, mannequins, props, actors or effigies.  They are human beings, beloved and upheld by us, and, we would hope, beloved and upheld by the entire society.  When innocents are sadistically murdered in this manner, with the authorization of the FBI and the President, we have experienced a fundamental failure in governance that is so profound as to draw into question the endurance of the very foundations on which our country was founded.

Lincoln expressed this so beautifully in his Gettysburg Address, when he said that it is up to us "to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us, that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion, that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain, that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

9.  Yet the four college students of Moscow, Idaho did not know they were fighting in a war.

Answer:  No, they did not, and in some ways, this innocence makes their loss all the more tragic.  

Beyond this, I need to point out that I don't believe we can rescue democracy in the short term.  I think we might rescue the most meaningful freedoms of mankind in the long term, however.  

A government of the people, by the people, for the people is not going to be in effect for a certain interval in the United States.  But all of us need to be striving to ensure that after that period of time, certain foundational freedoms that pertain most meaningfully to the self-determination of the individual and the full development of the capacities of humankind can be reclaimed.

The murders of the four college students in Moscow, Idaho --Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Ethan Chapin, and Xana Kernodle -- can serve as a landmark event in the history of falsified law enforcement reporting.  And by that I mean that the terror, cruelty, and inhumanity which defined their deaths should compel us to expunge programs of knowingly falsified law enforcement reporting from the long term future of the nation.    Whatever role false reporting plays in the short term, in the long term, it can have no role in a peaceable society that upholds the dignity, the sovereignty, and the human rights of all.

10.  Why?

Answer:  Because if you love your family, you want them to be valued by the society and the nation at large, not just by your handful of relatives in  your small circle.  Because when you send your children off to college, it is not to have the government slaughter them on campus as part of an FBI program about which the public knows nothing.  Because your loved ones deserve to be spoken of respectfully and truthfully during their lifetimes, and after their lifetimes as well -- and you do not want the distortions of government disinformation to obscure the realties of your loved ones' virtue.  Because our potential as human beings is going to be dependent on our ability to realign with the truth and integrity of this matter over the long term.

That's why.

11.  Will you have the opportunity to make this point more broadly?  Didn't you have trespassers on your property early this morning, with threats of home invasion that were quite serious?

Answer:  I did have trespass on my property last night.  And the threats of home invasion appeared to be tangible, credible and purposeful.

12.  You also had threats of car theft, and your car has been moved today.  Is that true?

Answer:  Yes, my car is facing the opposite direction in the driveway today.  It was clearly removed from my driveway, and then, at some point after I posted online about the FBI's threats of car theft, replaced in my driveway.

13.  Why wasn't it replaced in the same position?

Answer:  Because in order to do that, the driver would have had to approach the house for a k-turn in the driveway.  And I was awake at that point.  So the maneuver simply couldn't be accomplished.

14.  What was the point of the car theft, may I ask?

Answer:  I think there were multiple elements.  If a person is going to be "extracted" from her home, Special Forces are going to seek to place her (or realistically, her remains) in a secure vehicle.  Beyond this, if a person is going to be missing from her home, and there is a missing vehicle as well, then it's a missing persons case and not a murder investigation.

15.  So this murder attempt was fairly far along last night.  The perpetrators had gone so far as to remove your car.

Answer: Yes, and yes.

16.  And President Biden had authorized this?  

Answer:  This is what the FBI indicates.

17.  Would your four family members have survived without you?

Answer:  Not for long, no.

18. Regarding your family members, doesn't the FBI indicate that your two sons and MX are scheduled to receive medical care in the near future at a nearby medical center?

Answer:  Yes.

19.  And doesn't the agency allege that President Biden has arranged for one or more of them to be exposed to a particularly dangerous virus, with a 100% fatality rate, while they are there?

Answer:  The FBI has alleged this, yes.  The intent appears to be to expose them to a virus that is considered novel, dangerous, and highly transmissible, after which the agency can justify taking lives to "protect the public."

20.  So, President Biden would choose to take the lives of your beloved children so that they cannot attest to the harms they have experienced under his leadership and at his directive?

Answer:  This is the FBI's allegation.

21.  What is the answer here?

Answer:  I think President Biden needs to allow immediate outreach to me from an attorney in accordance with FRCP 23, so that these matters can be discussed in an appropriately confidential setting.

22.  These issues are as serious as they come.

Answer:  Yes, they are.

23.  You recently discovered that important documentation had been deleted from your gmail inbox without your participation or consent.  Is that correct?

Answer:  Yes, it is.

24.  Was this a prelude to intended first-degree murder?

Answer:  I don't think there is any other reasonable way to interpret the FBI's tampering with my account.

25.  The President is allegedly considering pardoning himself for crimes against your family, as well as for crimes against the students in Moscow, Idaho in 2022.  And he is allegedly planning to pardon the perpetrator of the Moscow, Idaho crimes as well.  Is that your understanding?

Answer:  It is.

26. May I ask for your response?

Answer:  There are circumstances under which elected leaders can become quite confused about their responsibilities to the public which has invested them with power.  At that point, disastrous decisions can be made -- and leaders will seek to mitigate the accountability all along the chain of command.

But that mitigation won't happen if public exposure reaches a critical point.

So, I'm sure these matters are very much on everyone's minds.

27.  Doesn't lawful and immediate outreach to you through FRCP 23 seem the only viable way forward?

Answer:  Yes, it does.  I think the President should withdraw all plans of further falsified law enforcement reporting against my family and myself.  I think he should disqualify the false reporting that has already been aggregated against us.  And I think he should cancel all plans of further harm against my family members and myself that have recently been authorized or are long-standing plans.

28.  Are you speaking about the FBI's claim that there is a black-budget contract that has been signed with the Italian mafia pertaining to you and all your family members?

Answer:  That's a particularly egregious example, but there are others.

29. You have said that not all of these matters should be discussed in the public sphere.  You are doing so because the President has demonstrated such unremitting and remorseless aggression that you have no other choice.

Answer:  The President has evaluated his best alternative to interacting with me fairly and lawfully.  

30.  Yet, you now ask for that fair and lawful outreach from an attorney through compliance with FRCP 23.  Will the President choose to support lawful fulfillment of your request?

Answer:  I hope he will now prioritize this honorable approach.

31.  Please update us with regard to your safety and that of your loved ones.

Answer:  I most certainly will.

Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time.  I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation.  Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms.  As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
