OIG Hotline, the FBI appears to claim that it has wrongfully moved a collections bill, included below, listed in my older son's name into my own name for the purpose of making a wrongful claim on funds awarded under my name through your Office and the ODNI.
If this claim is true, I will simply point out that no honorable citizen can defend against this level of criminality coming from an organization empowered with national security privileges.
It's simply not possible.
If the agency can apparently alter accounts, charge honorable people in absentia, and profit from it all -- completely in secret, with no accountability whatsoever, the public does not stand a chance of redress.
I must wonder how many times is it necessary to prove that the FBI and its affiliates have institutionalized lying about the virtuous American public? It's part of their training. It's part of their mission. And they are using those lies to justify concealed prosecutions, hidden convictions, and unjustifiable harm against the public at large.
I have asked to speak to an attorney in compliance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23 pertaining to my case.
Now that I have claimed all funds awarded in my name through the OIG Hotline and the ODNI, there is an obligation to contact me immediately with information pertaining to this matter.
This is not an invitation to the FBI to move debts into my name in order to false allege that I am guilty of a felony.
No, it is not.
This is time for the FBI, the CIA, and all of their affiliates to acknowledge that they have engaged in criminal malfeasance with regard to this case, and that they now need to stop.
Please see my email to your attention regarding this matter within lanemacwilliams@gmail.com, sent at 2:50 PM Pacific time today, December 19, 2024.
Thank you for vigorously rebuffing all attempts of the FBI to lie about this matter, and all attempts of the FBI and its affiliates to claim funds that are not rightfully theirs.
Most sincerely,
Lane MacWilliams
P.S. -- Please allow me to once again extend the disclaimer that some threats received by me and extended by the FBI are unsubstantiated by me at this time. I regret that I am unable to assess the credibility of every threat extended by this agency or its affiliates, and also that I am not in a position to judge the likelihood of manifestation. Having said that, many of the FBI's threats toward my family in the past have manifested in real-world harms. As a result, I believe that FBI threats extended to me must be viewed as potentially substantive.
